I wish it was slightly cheaper, but it’s exactly what I wanted and membership in Amazon Prime eliminates any S&H charges … so if you’re on the fence, I say go for it. I’m 70, I live alone and manage my home myself. We replaced a five-year-old shark that is identical to this one. I wouldn’t use this as your main vacuum as the suction is not quite like a corded vacuum. But we use this one for quick cleanups around the birdcage and the occasional spills. Shark discontinued, the headlight on the front of the unit which is said because a greatly helped you locate and ensure that you were getting up any debris on the floor. I bought it aftermarket light but it’s not the same.

I loved this vacuum when I first got it back in September 2023. I do have a few pets, but I would vacuum frequently and this was able to handle their fur and my hair. Now it’s just pushing lint and fuzzys and dog hair around without suctioning it up, even after I’ve cleaned it thoroughly. So disappointed I can’t even tell you.

Best cordless vacuum
I didn’t realize Shark still made this vacuum. I had one for 12 years and it stopped picking dirt and dog hair. I was searching for a new one and didn’t like the ones that I had seen because they didn’t stand up on their own and had a small cup to catch the dirt. I was so happy to find the same model that I had before. I highly recommend this model!!

I bought this exact vacuum eight years ago. When I finally quit I decided to buy another just like it. Well, I don’t know what shark did but this vacuum is horrible. It doesn’t stay charged and at least half the time it just doesn’t start—even after being on the charger for 24 hours. I kept thinking it was something I was doing wrong. When I figured out it was junk I was two weeks past the return time. So I’m stuck with a piece of junk. Do not buy. Junk.

Not a bad one but not the best
This is my second Shark vacuum. The first worked extremely well for four years. My recent Shark purchase was easy and arrived quickly. After assembly (easy) I was found out how much I like the light on the first Shark. The vacuum is lite and easy to use. Comparing the two almost identical vacuums I am disappointed in the newer one. The battery life will not allow me to vacuum the 2200sqf. home with one charge. Other than that, it is a nice product and I hope it lasts as long as the first one I had.

It does nothing well even for the occasional use when you need a cordless vac. This isn’t the main vacuum cleaner. This was meant for a quick cordless option for mild, infrequent vacuuming of hardwood floors in between deep cleaning. Worthless. It completely died in less than 1 year.

3 months after purchase the brush started to stop spinning after 30 seconds or so of use. followed all the trouble shooting steps. Called tech support had to go through all of the same troubleshooting step again with them on a video call just to be told the warranty does not cover the suction nozzle which includes the belt motor etc.

I very much like not having to plug in a power cord and drag it around while vacuuming. Also very easy to empty the canister. I’ve had two Shark upright vacuums before that had lights that were very useful to see where you are vacuuming. I didn’t notice that this model doesn’t have a light and I’m very disappointed.

Not sturdy
Even with infrequent use in only one room with low pile area rugs, the rotating brush stops spinning with the slightest bit of hair or thread. Also the tube leading from the head to the canister is so narrow it clogs very easily with cat hair. Every use requires taking the vacuum apart and clearing strings and/or clogs.

I have used this product for year. I just bought another one as they only last about 2 years. The newest one does not work on carpet of any height. I returned it and bought another one. Same thing. They are not working on carpeted areas an more as the brush turns off. Very disappointed as this was my go to vacuum.

Started off okay, quickly declined
I’ve had this vacuum for 7 months. The first one or two uses I was like whoa, this is awesome. But quickly I realized, it isn’t that great. I live with mostly hardwood floors, 1 room with lush carpet, and 1 extremely low pile flat rug. This will not clean ANYTHING. things it doesn’t pick up: dirt, dust, hair [pet or human] , bird seed, cat litter, food crumbs, plastic clothing tag [the tiny plastic string thing] , etc. I’ve torn it apart. Nothing is clogged. The tank of debris is empty. The filter is clean. The connection is empty. It turns on and is fully charged and will literally blow things around rather than suck them up. I’ve gone back to using a broom. So frustrating I can’t even explain it.

Great Every Day Vacuum
I had ordered and received a cordless Orfeld upright stick vacuum because it was it was listed as a 4 l/2 star Amazon Choice item, but returned it the next day because I did not like the heavy motor on the top of the handle and the fact that it kept falling over. I immediately ordered another reliable Shark Navigator cordless vacuum and just love the ease of use and the fact that I can use it every day to pick up pet hair which my two cats so willingly shed on a daily basis. I would highly recommend this vacuum.

I love this vac. It’s very light weight and, not having to lug around a larger vacuum or wrestle with cords, I find I can work faster and more efficiently. Although it is light weight it has all the suction power of the bigger vacs. Anyone with cats knows how incredibly hard it is to get their hair off of unholstery and how terrible all of the products that claim to effortlessly clean the hair are. This vac is lightweight enough to pick up and run over the seats of chairs leaving them as clean as can be. The only bad thing with this machine is that the debris cup is not big enough so that I not only have to stop to empty often, but it can jam.

Disappointing to say the least
I was excited about this vacuum due to the reviews however after using it 3 times, I wish I could return it. The suction is minimal to none – does not fully clean carpet. It barely picks up dust and crumbs off of hardwood floor. Dies if you use it longer than 30 minutes. Charging station doesn’t seem stable. Save your money and put it towards a different vacuum.

The Best cordless vac
This vacuum cleaner is hands down the best cordless vacuum cleaner I’ve ever owned I had it a few years ago and it broke but I had It for 7 years. And I tried to order a replacement but that model was not available at the time so I ended app getting another one which was really good too Hoover E probut the Hoover e-pro just broke Where the tube is which is plastic the shark doesn’t have that problem everything is hard plastic. Anyhow I just got it because the model is back in stock and it’s hands down the best one I’ve ever owned. I had previously purchased one of those Dyson looking vacuums and they’re terrible they don’t even have the brush for the carpet. If you’re looking for a awesome cordless vacuum cleaner this is the one.

Don’t expect the brush roller to last more longer than one year.
I bought this unit a little over a year ago for my daughter. She uses it weekly and after a little more than one year, we are having to replace the brush roller. What has been happening is that it turns on, spins for about 3 seconds and then stops. After two lengthy troubleshooting phone calls – of course I was disconnected at the end of the first call before it was completed – it was determined that the brush roller needs to be replaced. The unit was out of warranty, but I can still get the replacement roller as long as I paid the shipping ($17). That’s not bad, but it sure seems like it should have lasted longer than 13 months. That said, I can’t complain about the customer service. The technical support staff were both nice.

This has a really small head, and it is tough on carpet. I have a tender back and this is not a good tool for that. Be good for bare floors only. Not impressed with suction.

This is the third one of this style I’ve bought.
This is the 3rd Shark I’ve owned. I truly appreciate their light weight and that they clean well. I mostly have wooden floors, but I do have two cats….and live in a cabin….so there is always dust and kitty fur around. I only have one area rug to define the living room in a great room and I keep the pile short. This vacuum, however, had one difference than the other two I own (which are an older model). It does not have a light! The light on the older ones was a big feature. Either I did not read the description clearly, or perhaps in looking at the videos that reviewers posted, did not notice the lack of light on this particular model….For me, the lightness of the vacuum is a god send since I’m older and do not want to schlep vacuums up and down steps. This one, however, does not “do stairs”….I use a hand vac to clean up the dust/cat hair on the wooden steps…this model, as the other two I have, are to deep to fit the stairs. Still glad I purchased it (since one of my older ones does not seem to keep a charge anymore) but have learned to perhaps make sure the model I am seeing demonstrated is actually the model I wanted.

Don’t waste your money
I swear these things are purposely designed to stop sucking (or start sucking, depending on how you look at it) after a couple of years in order to force you to buy a new one. (I purchased in December 2021 so I got only 2 yrs and a couple months out of it, despite the fact that I am meticulous about keeping filters clean, removing blockages, and keeping the brush roller clean. ) For that reason alone, I will be going with another brand for yet another replacement vacuum cleaner.
