Ease of cleaning. Ease of use. Lightweight. Easy to clean. Super easy to assemble & charge up. It’s nothing fancy but perfect for me. I wish it was slightly cheaper, but it’s exactly what I wanted and membership in Amazon Prime eliminates any S&H charges … so if you’re on the fence, I say go for it. I’m 70, I live alone and manage my home myself. We replaced a five-year-old shark that is identical to this one. I wouldn’t use this as your main vacuum as the suction is not quite like a corded vacuum. But we use this one for quick cleanups around the birdcage and the occasional spills. Shark discontinued, the headlight on the front of the unit which is said because a greatly helped you locate and ensure that you were getting up any debris on the floor. I bought it aftermarket light but it’s not the same.

Good for a cheaper vacuum
I bought this vacuum in January 2023 to be the every day quick pet hair and crumb pickup vacuum. It worked wonderfully for about 8 months then lost suction. I cleaned every piece possible, researched even more, but it ended up that the motor had a defect or something. It served its purpose. There is a little design flaw in the power button- if you plan to use under recliners, couches, etc. that have minimum clearance, the power button is located on the front of the head and the furniture will hit it and shut it off.

Good for the money A cordless gem!
The media could not be loaded. I have vacuums that ranges in all price points and I have kids, pets and plaques with dark floors and this vacuum gets the job done without any issues. I love that it’s cordless, lightweight, picks up pet fur easily and can switch between tile, lvp and carpet with one tap of my toe. My review was a little more detailed and harsh but that was because I forgot I paid less than 100 bucks so looking at it from the economic perspective this vacuum gets 3.8 to 4 stars from me. I can vacuum both my upstairs and downstairs 3200sq ft in a single charge and never have to worry about a cord. Good value for the price and way better than homeika brand that I bought based on TikTok reviews etc. tried and true value

Shark is not what it used to be
This is my 2nd exact vacuum. The first one the button stopped working but I didn’t think much of it because it was older. Now the 2nd one the button flashes when in use and i trouble shooted it and cleaned it as the manual and online say to do. It barely gets used as it is for the upstairs only. What a shame $130 down the drain. Will not buy another Shark Cordless

Junk, Don’t Bother.
As other recent reviews have noted, this thing has very low suction and isn’t efficient for day to day cleaning. I’ve had it for 6 months and am back on Amazon now to find something new. This one can’t pick up anything noticeable— so tiny bits of paper, plastic, leaves, pebbles etc, get flung and not picked up. Judging by the contents of the bin, it does decently with dust, but any home the people or pets live in will have higher standards. I recently noticed I use my handheld for most cleaning and haven’t touched this is weeks, because it does nothing.

VERY long charging time!!
i like it bring light in weight and the suction is pretty good. It is easy to use and empty, however it takes 3 to 4 hours to charge. that is extremely inconvenient! with modern technology, an item should not take this long to charge.

STOPPED WORKING AFTER A YEAR
I assumed it was a great vacuum since it had over 21K reviews and over 4 stars well it was until the 12 month mark. Have troubleshoot it in every single way and it just doesn’t work. Interesting that only short after the 12 month warranty mark stops working. Useless now.

Great but only temporary
The vacuum worked great for the first month but stopped collecting shortly after and now only pushes things on the ground around. I have checked every potential blockage and have made sure there’s nothing blocking the suction. Highly disappointed

Lasted 6 months
Family of 6 and 3 dogs that live half of their time inside. This vacuum went three months until we have to adjust the motor and after 6 months it finally gave up. It is constantly clogged and running out of battery. I am hoping shark will honor their 1 year warranty, but they honestly make you jump through hoops to even get it started. I also owned a Dyson cordless animal and even though it was expensive, it lasted me 5 years through a lot of wear and tear. If you’re on the fence of a Dyson or this vacuum, there is no comparison. The Dyson also vacuums up a lot more without getting clogged and has a longer battery life in my opinion.

Worked great until it didn’t
Bought this for the office and loved it so I got one for my home. Both of them after six months started spitting stuff out instead of sucking it up. Bought new filters (had been cleaning them regularly). Took out the little part to see if they were clogged. Neither was I never could get them to work right after that very disappointing because I loved this vacuum.

Bought TWO…one for me, one as a gift.
If you have dogs that shed (ours sheds like 5!!), this is a great vacuum to have. At work, we have one with the canister up top. It doesn’t have a base on which it sits and it’s just more awkward to push. This Shark is amazing for me because you just grab off its base and go. It’s easy to empty. It picks up the DAILY dog hair that appears on our hard floors. We have no carpet, just hard floors and rugs. It doens’t have the suction of a big vacuum, so if your house has a lot of carpet, this would be an Extra vacuum. Bought one for some of our kids because they have two dogs….and they love it too!

Broken Shark vacuum
It did a great until the left front wheel assembly came off . I have not been able to find it anywhere so I could attempt put it back on. I have search on Amazon website and could not find a replacement part. It’s in such a good shape I hate to junk it. The website as of November 23 don’t support parts for this machine. What can you do for this situation?

Best light weight sweeper ever used
I really like this sweeper, this is our second. We love so much we have advise friends to buy one too! You know when needs empty or cleaned if blows a bit back out, so if that happens you will know. Easy to clean and may have to clean bristles but not hard. We have two dogs and a cat.

Roller quit after 4 months
Started out wonderfully- my 3 kids could all use it with ease for small bedroom areas. The suction was great, and we cleaned it out regularly. Then, for no reason, the roller just stopped spinning. I kept up on maintenance and did all the troubleshooting required until there was no hair or dirt left anywhere in the unit (there wasn’t much to begin with) and the roller still wouldn’t work. Don’t waste your money.

I have a small apartment with kids. We have carpet and wood floors. The vacuum is okay on the “bare floor” but great on the carpet. Not a kid friendly vacuum because it misses A LOT on the “bare floor” setting. I end up using a broom most of the time. So great for carpet, not great for picking up kid messes.

I like my Shark!
It’s great for regular vacuuming of carpets and floors. We needed something for our second level (tired of lugging the big vacuum cleaner up the stairs), and the Shark is doing the job. It’s really easy to get it out and run it over the floors – no cord, it’s light-weight, and the canister empties so easily!
