My intention on the ifloor3 was to help with my constant dirty floors due to our dogs and our almost 1 year old. I love the concept of a vacuum mop, but I need more umph, or elbow grease from the ifloor3 for me to completely be in love with it. For example, if you have a more messy floor that has food stuck, this will not mop all of it off. Even going over it multiple times doesn’t do the trick. So while yes, it helps “clean” the floors in a 2-in-1 job, it just doesn’t clean it enough. A regular mop would be much faster for me since you have to go back and forth with the vacuum multiple times to clean an area. It does pick up debris off your floors nicely. It’s just the mopping mechanism that needs to be upgraded. It would be awesome if it was a steam mop power because then, maybe it would help clean more stuck residue off the floors. This is worth it if you have a rarely messy floor. Other than that, I would look at other options that have a steaming system if possible.

Cleaning Made Simple
It’s simple to use. I don’t dread using it. It’s not heavy and bulky. Cordless is the way. I don’t use it for more than 30 minutes at a time so no notices of reduced battery power. The clean and dirty water tanks are a bit small so I have to empty dirty several times. It’s easy to clean the machine. Just pop off the front to clean the roller or let the machine clean it’s self. It’s pricey but worth it.

Awful mop/vaccum
First couple uses were great, only use in my kitchen and bathroom floors.. but after a few uses the bottom roller wasn’t getting dry and had an awful smell to it. Now it just broke after two years of use… better off getting an out school mop! So dissappointed.

Stop Working
I once loved this product but it has all of a sudden stop working. I went to use it one day it the machine started smoking very badly. My husband rushed to take the machine outside and it hasn’t worked since. I’m very disappointed as this was not a cheap investment.

Cool while it lasts
I bought this 2 years ago and have used it maybe 10 times as it doesn’t provide the deep cleaning I like. The last time I used it was about 6 months ago and pulled it out yesterday and it no longer works. I’ve had it on the charger for over 24 hours and it will not charge. Customer service is of absolutely no help. I don’t recommend this product at all especially for the price point.

Major flaws
I wish it was as good as I wanted it to be . I always cleaned the dirty water tank after every use but the stand didn’t recognize it and never self cleaned . A big flaw is the soft brush that is used to clean the floors , a few days of use after I received the item it started to have a dirty smell and it was the brush that cleans the floor, it stays wet and got that wet mildew smell , I changed it and the filter in the dirty water tank after the first week or so of use and it did it again shortly after . I do clean my floors quite a bit a day as I’m super OCD so it’s a habit , but we don’t wear shoes inside at all so there wasn’t much “heavy dirt” . Mostly just flaws that made me return this item

I did a *ton* of research before buying my first cordless wet-dry mop/vacuum. For me, I went with this model because it looked quieter and more maneuverable than comparable models, and I really liked the cordless design. The lower price was also appealing. Now that I’ve used it for a month or so, I will say my expectations were too high when I bought it, but I’ve come to still really enjoy it. What it does best: -Cleans recent spills/messes extremely well on hard floors. -Excellent vacuum functionality. -Very maneuverable- feels very free to use this! Cordless and light. -Easy to use- fluid is easy to replace, and parts are easy to take out for cleaning. Simple “controls.” What could be better: -Lacks scrubbing power (anything that really sticks to the floor is a challenge for this thing) -Doesn’t seem to remove stains (using stock solution and tap water anyway) -The device only runs if you hold it at an angle- it’s how you turn it “on” and “off.” This has been somewhat inconvenient when you are in a tight spot and want to run it while holding it more upright. -Needing to clean bucket and brush after each use is a bit tedious- but this seems to be true of most of these things. -There’s always about a half-inch area around the front or side of the mop that isn’t accessible. Pleasant surprises: -This thing actually does work on rugs and carpet, if they are relatively flat (not shag!) -It gets underneath sofas and cupboards quite easily, you can get very low with it! -When the cleaning fluid runs out, I’ve still found it satisfying to use as a vacuum. OVERALL: So ultimately, as a cordless wet-dry vacuum, I love this thing! It’s fantastic and convenient for simple brush-ups and taking care of recent spills. It’s small, low-profile, and very portable- not too loud, either. If these things matter to you, I doubt you’ll find much better in this price range. However, if you’ve got serious scrubbing and mopping to do, I might look elsewhere.

I love the portability and weight. Super durable construction. It cleans like a pro! Just know it will not scrub anything adhered on your floors. Amazing for in between deep cleaning and general floor care. I had to fill the tank 2 x to get my floors refreshed and sparkling. It came with 2 bottles of the floor cleaner and you only need a capful for each fill. Very happy with the purchase and functionality of the device.

Where has this appliance been my whole life? If you have hard floors in your house you NEED this appliance. I bought it several months ago and have waited to write my review. I don’t enjoy cleaning, but this appliance works so well, I enjoy how satisfying it is to see my floors get spic and span with this vac/mop. Great battery life. Very effective. Easy to use. And, it cleans ITSELF after you use it. You need this item! I have several large and hairy dogs, so I do tend to use a stick vacuum to pick up the mounds of hair first. If you have a single pet or maybe two, you would definitely not need to do what I do. This really does pick up hair that I miss. Can you tell I love this thing?

I never, ever write reviews. I’ve used this vacuum/scrubber 3 times. So far it’s the best purchase I’ve made in 20 years. Easy to use, cleans amazing, I mean amazing. Look at the disgusting filth it picked up. I scrub my floors all the time (4x a week) Look at the disgusting filth it sucked up. This is so easy, drives itself, cleans itself. Let’s be honest…
So this is a great wet vac if you only want to do one thing at a time. The suction is ok, the mop is great. It doesn’t do it at the same time like my BISSELL does. Week one, the cleaning solution tank broke. This company doesn’t replace it for free. They’re $20 each for the tanks. When you turn the device off, all of the water that you used to clean floods out of the damn thing. Try to vacuum it up, nope it just spreads it out. I don’t get the price… but I was scammed. Portability is great though…

Product broke after 7 months, hell for return
The product was amazing when it worked. We have two young children and hard wood floors so it came in handy a lot. But it broke, the base snapped off from the wand and I filed for a return. Too late for an Amazon return and not enough time had gone by for an extended warranty return, so I had to deal with that incompetent company TINECO. The hoops they make you jump through, the MANY emails they send for you to answer one question when a single email could have been done with all the questions they needed answered. The fact I got a lesser model on return that was refurbished on return was pretty crappy. Customer service 1 star, product… 3 stars. Because it broke.

Amazing vacuum and mop
Highly recommend this device and the cleaning solution. I think it saves my wood floors from being soaked over and over again with a damp mop or regular mop I do sweep the floors first with a broom. This did not vacuum per hair at all. It only balled it up and left clumps of hair all over. The mopping part was okay. I am not sure if it would pick up dirt as there was only dirty water in the waste area.

Charger Stops Connecting – Machine no longer charges on the charging dock
Purchased July 2022. Over the last 2 months whenever I place it on the charging dock, it will not stay connected, therefore, it will not charge. I typically have to fiddle with it for 5-10 minutes every time I go to charge it. I prop it up, tilt it forward, sideways, every way imaginable to get it to connect and stay connected. If you don’t watch the machine start counting up, it may look like it is charging when placed on the dock, but it will stop after you walk away. I have taken it apart wiped down all the connectors multiple times-no luck. So very disappointed. A $400 purchase that was a huge splurge.

All I can say is I’m compared to the father on “ My Big Fat Greek Wedding” with the OCD cleaning obsession.. I absolutely love this Tineco iFloor Breeze. I’ve had TONS of floor cleaners and I am always disappointed. They either don’t clean thoroughly or the machine itself is hard to clean. This machine cleans its own roller and it’s very simple to empty and keep the dirty water tank clean. I cannot believe how dirty my floors really were, this Tineco really does a spectacular job of cleaning. I’m able to clean all my floors without it losing charge. I’m really impressed with every aspect of this floor cleaner!

Wish it had a bigger tank-great for small jobs
It works great for homes with dogs. We live on a farm and the mud is a constant. Its easy to grab this guy and in seconds the mud, water, dirt, paw prints, and hair are off the floor. If you have a dog that attacks the vacuum they will do it with this too. However after a minute they go on their marry way. Not as loud as a vacuum. The only down fall is when you want to do the whole house you have to refill and empty too many times.

Wanted to love it…
At first I thought it would love it. Yes, mopping in general is easier and quicker with the vacuum/mop combo. But having to take the dang thing apart every time to clean it is getting really old, and stops me from wanting to use it. You have to empty the dirty water tank, which has 2 pieces inside itself that also come out and need cleaned. And not just dirty water dumped down the toilet clean, you have to physically clean each piece because they both have nooks and crannies that hold debri and hair. It’s honestly disgusting. So I have to clean it at my kitchen sink with my disposal running, which I also don’t like. And don’t forget about the roller brush, filter cartridge, and filter sponge too. And it has to be done pretty much right after mopping or it will start to smell, and the smell lingers into your next mop job. It’s just too much. I don’t see where this is saving me any more time than my spin mop when you factor in all that. Besides that, I haven’t had any operating issues and it does work fine. Other downside is a small water tanks, but that hasn’t been much of an issue for me. I just wish cleaning it wasn’t such a hassle.

Too much work..
So I was excited and it does the job but it gets clogged easily and you have to clean it a lot. Obviously its recommended to be cleaned out and emptied out after each use but after using it you have to put it on its stand so the brush can be cleaned which takes 45 seconds so you can’t forget to come back and empty everything out but I’m human and do forget which makes it worse for the next time I use it since the dirty water wasn’t emptied out. Then when it gets clogged you have to take the brush out and clean the suction hole which can happen a lot if you have pets in your home. I wouldn’t buy it again.

8m after purchasing, it stopped working.
If I’d written this review when I first received it, I’d say it was the best investment ever just like most of these other reviews. I followed every direction and it stopped working 8 months later. Motor failure? Customer service gave me 2 days to get it sent back under warranty. Couldn’t ship that quickly so the closed the case. There have been SO many others with the same issue. Do your research before purchasing!

Never works
Worst investment I’ve ever made. Can’t use it. Why does a vacuum/ floor cleaner need full network access? Why is my firewall showing attempted connection to China? Why does this device scan my network for open ports? The worst part…. Why is a floor cleaner disabled until I connect it to the internet?

A bunch of errors
I just used for 3 times then A bunch of errors occurred, CWT blinking even though it was empty, motor malfunction, then contacted customer service and they said if could not be fixed, they would send back a refurbished one ?????

First, let me tell you about my household. 3 dogs, 4 cats. 1 of my dogs, drops black clumps of hair everywhere. I have tile and wood floors. I have been using the o’cedar mop, for years and have been pleased with the job it does. I have black mats and a Ruggable rug. No, you can not just use this without vacuuming first. i tried and within minutes it was telling me to clean the roller. I have 3 different types of vacuums, upright for rugs, simple cordless vacuum for the floors, and a canister with a floor attachment to do the floors in detail. This what I had to do before using Tineco, which is totally fine with me. It did a good job, i had to get a few spots off by hand but overall, very pleased. Dried very quickly and was not smeary. Now my cleaning business. There is one floor that is SHINY laminate flooring. This is the only floor I have to get on my hands and knees, spay with glass cleaner and wipe it dry. Otherwise all of my other clients I am using o’cedar mop. Well this ACTUALLY WORKED. I was in shock. It did not smear or leave film on the floor. The battery life was fine for this house and mine. This machine does not work well on stairs, I would not even bother using on any rugs. The distance between cabinet and floor can be an issue for some. Tight spots like around the toilet, does not go under a bed at all, which is fine(I can use the mop). While it does suck up stuff still on the floor, it will clog the filter or brush. Which then you have stop and clean the filter, but again I am not on my hands and knees. Keeping an eye on the water, dumping the dirty water, IN THE TOILET. I do not recommend dumping in a sink. I still using the mop to do baseboards or tight spots. I can not use this for my regular clients and it is bit to much work and battery life.
