I LOOOVE this vacuum! I have never had a vacuum with such good suction power. It got up stuff my old one did not and I was in shock. I have small children, German shepherd, cat, dirt driveway and my husband works in a quarry and sand and gravel. The need for a good vacuum is high. I have mostly hard floors and this does not shoot stuff out at you. The vacuum is very light weight and It’s not super loud. The canister is very easy to empty. My old vac I use to have to take the canister apart or stick my hand in but this one is such a nice size and holds a lot but it still seems to just come out even with all the dog hair. The swivel is really nice as well makes getting under things and in odd spaces much easier. A couple things I wish it had was a cord that sucked back into the vacuum and the hose extender tool I can’t seem to get it to sit tightly in its spot or come apart so not sure what I’m doing wrong there but in no way does that change that I would buy another one of these. In fact I suggested it to a couple family members and they purchased one as well and love it. They use theirs for a beach rental. Do not hesitate to buy this.
I bought this vacuum February 2022 and it broke about a month ago. We finally figured out that a belt underneath that makes the bristles/brush to pick everything up turn snapped. And i only use it on hardwood and 1 rug. Emailing support to hopefully get the belt replaced but shouldn’t have broken after only a year. Unfortunate because otherwise it is a great vacuum for the price.

I have a husky and carpet floors for reference, this thing lasted three months maybe four at max if I was really pushing it. After the end of the third month it quite literally stopped sucking anything up off the floors. I’ve disassembled the entire thing to clear anything in the vacuum, no help. Does the job well
I purchased this vacuum several months ago to replace a cordless one I had previously. It took some getting used to having to stop and move the cord around our house, but the fact that it actually suctions up our pet hair (2 long haired cats and a dog) on the first try without effort makes up for it. Bottom line is that this vacuum cleaner will DEFINITELY let you know that the vacuum cleaner you were or are currently using is NOT doing the job. I tried it for the first time on my FRESHLY shampooed hallway carpets that I vacuumed with my VERY old Sanitaire made for the hospitality industry before shampooing. The the canister was at the full line just doing that small area. I was amazed!! I had NO idea there was that much dirt IN my carpet which was replaced about 5 years ago. The BEST vacuum I’ve ever owned hands down. I love everything about it.

The brush roll jammed after 1 month of normal use. The instruction video I watched said the roller needs to be replaced, which costs $21. This seems like an example of a product with a few poorly designed pieces so the company can keep making money off replacement parts.

Great suction power
I have 3 cats and this thing picks up every last hair off of the carpet. I also use the attachments to vacuum my sofas and blankets. I clean 3x a week and have to empty the canister 1x a week. Best part is the filter is reusable and washable. Comes with a few attachments that make it easier to clean edges and furniture. Also very easy to do maintenance like cleaning the brush rollers and has an indicator when suction is low due to a clog.

Great vac but turbo eraser pet tool is junk
I recently purchased this vacuum and used it about three times. So far, I LOVE everything about it except for the turbo eraser pet tool for the stairs. The “teeth” on the roller keep breaking off with every use. They are made of plastic. That is the only flaw that I have found so far. The suction is great! Overall, I’m happy with the product.

SO DISAPPOINTED
Purchased this based on reviews of great suction and cleaning. We have two short haired indoor dogs and one short haired indoor kitty….but, lots of dust because we live on 10 acres with little lawn but lots of dirt and pastureland. Suction is great but the vacuum hose clogs up a lot. (right at the intake from the sweeper area) Then, it has to be unscrewed and taken apart several times in order to fully vacuum our 1200 sq foot carpeted area. Frustrating!! Seems to be a design issue rather than a malfunction so don’t think it can be fixed under warranty. Guess I’ll donate it to a charity. Might be ok for an ‘in town’ home situation.

We really liked this initially, but it broke within two months of use. The belt melted and burned through, and the plastic surrounding it melted a bit too. We live in a small two bedroom home, so it wasn’t overused by any means. I wouldn’t buy again.

I love this vacuum cleaner. It’s well built. The suction is INCREDIBLE!! I’ve had some really expensive vacuum cleaners and this is right up there with them. Maybe even surpasses them! It’s so easy to use. It has great maneuverability. It also has little brushes that protrude out the sides so you don’t miss anything. It’s easy to push… it practically glides across the carpet and the carpet looks incredible! It brings back the pile and in one pass, it cleans the carpet! I would most definitely recommend this vacuum cleaner. As a matter of fact, I’m buying a second one for our motorhome!

I spent hours researching which vacuum to purchase and I ended up with this one. So glad I did! I have long hair and a short haired dog, and the amount of hair this picked up (without getting tangled in the roller) is amazing. I have a mixture of hardwood floors, rugs, tile floors, and carpet. I used this on all surfaces. I sweep pretty often and have and off brand roomba. I keep my house clean, but this thing still picked up 6 full canisters of dust/hair/dirt in my 1800 sq ft house. Works great for dog hair
We got this to replace a 16 year old Dyson that I thought was doing fine until we got a very fuzzy and long-haired border collie mix who sheds a ton. We’d have to go over the carpet with a rubber bristled broom/brush to get the fur up before vacuuming, because it just wasn’t touching it otherwise, plus the amount of hair (from the dog and me) that got stuck on the brush meant that I was constantly having to clean that too. We got this one and I put it together, then ran the old vacuum over the carpet one more time, before trying the new one. Even though the carpet looked fairly clean, it sucked up SO MUCH STUFF. I was impressed, and grossed out. I dumped it and vacuumed again, same thing. Even when I could no longer see dog hair on the carpet at all, it was still sucking some up. This vacuum doesn’t feel as substantial or as sturdy as the old Dyson (which was at least 3x the price, maybe 4x, so that’s to be expected.), but I have zero complaints. It works 100x better. I thought I was going to have to spend a ton to get a vacuum that would work well with our dog, who sheds like crazy, so I’m thrilled that this relatively inexpensive one works so well.

Great Vacuum for Pet Owners!
My household includes two dogs that shed like crazy, one cat, and three women who also shed. Our previous vacuum was very old when we got it and also not in that great of condition. Switching to this has been a breath of fresh air. Personally, I don’t think it’s too loud or too heavy. I’m afab and not particularly strong and it is easy for me to carry, but I have no physical disabilities. As for the noise, I have sensory issues particularly with noise and this doesn’t bother me at all. It’s quieter than our old one (again, the old one was old and in bad shape) and works a thousand times better. Our living room carpet was a different color due to the dirt, dust, and pet hair. It didn’t take me long at all to clean it. Our carpet is finally the right color now!

Hand-held turbo tool breaks
This vacuum sucks up much more dirt and pet hair than its predecessor (a Dyson). However the little turbo hand tool only lasts a few months, then its thin belt stretches and it ceases to function. The belt is not sold separately, so you have to buy a whole new hand tool. (I’ve been through 2 of them and refuse to replace it again.) I’d much rather have a plain non-rotating head for hand use that doesn’t break. If the hand tool weren’t a problem I’d easily give this vacuum a 5 star review.
