This is my third shark vacuum. I am impressed by the suction power of this vacuum. However, it is very difficult to push on my longer carpet. I have adjusted the suction power to the lowest setting and still struggle. It also pushes around object that’s aren’t imbedded into the carpet. It won’t pick up cheerios, Barbie shoes, raisins or items of similar size. Because of that I would not recommend it to anyone with children.

Flimsy parts
The suction is great but the parts are flimsy. The plastic hinges that hold the container to the machine broke one by one within the first few times of using it. I had to tape it together. I still use it and enjoy the results, but the material needs to be sturdier. I was not rough or abusive with it when this happened, just light routine usage.

Not the Shark I’ve known
I have another Shark Lift-away and like that model. This one leaves me scratching my head for several reasons. It’s titled “Professional” but that is misleading. Not sure why it’s professional. Second, the hose attachment is a pain to take off the vacuum itself. Can’t do it one-handed like the other shark and is in an odd spot. And, unless you have another attachment to the end of it then the opening is so round and large that I have to place it directly on whatever I’m trying to pick up off the floor. Third, forget using it on a carpet even opening the suction area. I have one carpet that this thing works on but all others is a big NO. And no shag or deep carpeting. Fourth, taking the canister off to empty must have been designed by someone who doesn’t like efficiency. I had to read the directions then still had a difficult time releasing the canister. Not a fan here. Last, suction is iffy. Most of the time I need to redo an area (my house is mainly LVP flooring). The dollar amount for this makes is way overpriced for the product. Do not recommend purchasing this item.

After buying several vacuum’s, this one is proving to be the best so far. We have a dog and 2 cats and it seems to vacuum up the pet hair very well. I do find it difficult to use on the stairs but honestly, is there a vacuum easy to use on the stairs? I haven’t found on yet, so this one works good. I love the Shark brand and would continue to buy their products.

Not worth it
This vacuum is not worth almost $200. The suction on the vacuum is great however that’s not enough to make up for what it lacks. I swept cat litter into a mound and decided to vacuum it up and when I push the vacuum forward it didn’t pick up anything but it spat out all the litter all over the floor that I had just spent time sweeping. Also using the detachable accessory, you do have to also be able to hold the rest of the vacuum when using the extended part… Which is awkward to carry around if you’re not enough. I wouldn’t recommend it honestly even emptying out the bin that picks up all the trash and dust is obnoxious.

Very nimble vacuum – good for hard to reach areas
Unfortunately, it simply does not have enough suction. It sounds like it does, though it is not loud, but I have to go over the area I’m cleaning a couple times to satisfactorily pick up small debris. I believe it is good quality, but just not powerful enough given the price segment.

Best vacuum I have ever used!!
My Dyson broke so we needed a new vacuum. After doing a lot of research and reading the reviews on here as well, I decided to buy this Shark NV360 navigator. It has very powerful suction (fortunately you can adjust that). I’ve vacuumed my car and of course my house. I have wood and LV flooring, as well as area rugs and even artificial grass for my cats. It works great on everything. It’s so convient to switch from upright to hand held. I wasn’t sure I would like the upright swivel, but I love it!! It gets into places where my other vacuums didn’t do as well. I have owned a Kirby, a Filter Queen, and a Dyson over the last 40 years and at this point, I think this one is easier to use for all of the reasons I mentioned before, but also because it is fairly quiet and lightweight. We’ll see how long this one lasts, but right now. I’m very happy!

Suck it up cupcake
This vacuum cleaner was purchased as a replacement for a previous model of a Shark vacuum cleaner. It seems to be doing as good and if not better than the first one. Only Time Will tell, as the first one lasted a couple of years then one day after use it was unplugged and put away, the next time it was to be used it was plugged in and nothing happened, it was dead. Not sure if it’s worth repairing or if it’s more economical to replace. I chose to replace and I’m very satisfied with the replacement But there again only time will tell about its reliability

Crack in hose-second time
Vacuum seemed great but this is the second vacuum I received with the same crack. Do not buy and this is clearly not a random flaw

We have bought Shark vacuums for many years from Amazon and we have been very happy with our old Shark Navigator DLX , With that said , this new NV360 Navigator is a terrible vacuum. The dirt cup is so small that you have to empty it after doing our 2 small living room rugs. Funny how the description says Large dust cup and the full line is only 3 inches high. Very poor design and not a good investment, especially if you have pets . I should have read more reviews then I never would have purchased this one. Shark seems to make their newer vacuums less user friendly. It’s very clunky and hard to use and pull the handle out to reach baseboards or ceiling fans. I would give it zero stars if I could. The only positive thing is the suction is good like all Shark vacuums. We should have looked at Walmart and other retailers so we could see it in person before making the mistake of buying it. I wish we could return it to Amazon, but we already got rid of the box and I’m sure they wouldn’t take it back. This purchase was a total waste of money.

Okay, so I’ve only used it once so far but I love it!! Ive only done a small area in our house and it definitely has me wondering if our vacuum before was even working (it was just def not this deep!). It is a bit louder than our Dyson that we had before but again, I can already tell it is performing much better (nothing on Dyson, our was just 4+ years old and after kids and dogs… it was time to replace it). Anyways, I’m glad we chose this one!

Need major upper body strength to move it on carpet
Extremely hard to move on carpet. Upper body strength is a must! Excellent suction, but very hard to move on any type of carpet. Also, not user friendly when taking it apart to hold canister. The crevasse tool is less than a dollar store attachment. I would return it, but my husband threw out the box.

Don’t waste your money
This is the most awkward unmaneuverable vacuum I have ever used. It’s head and body is so big you can get it into or around much of anything but an empty room. The hose is short and not flexible and the whole dang unit falls every time you use the attachemnts. The hopper is hard to empty into a trash bin that isn’t a 55 gallon size, and I get my hands dirty every time I am also writing to the company as this was a huge waste of money. The filters also get clogged so fast and there is no where to put essential oils or something to improve the exhaust smell.

Light Weight with Great Suctioin
When our old Shark bit the dust, I wanted the same type. This one is not the same, but it gets the job done. I will continue to enjoy this light-weight machine for vacuuming our bed mattresses, rugs and wooden floors, while my husband does the stairs. We pull the hair our of rollers and empty the dust from the holding tank after each use. We hope this lasts as long as our last one, because it does a very good job.

Didn’t even last a year
This is my second shark. First still works well; this one stopped working about 4-5 months after purchase. Suction is minimal. I’ve cleaned it and it is still the same. Either I got a lemon or this one is just not as well designed.

Started out great
It started out great. It worked amazing on my floors. It was easy to use and move around. However after 2 months of use it now barely picks up anything. We made sure there wasn’t any blockage it was cleaned everything and now it won’t pick up much. And if you turn the rollers on it won’t pick anything up and will just spit everything out through the back. 🤔 it was a waste of money I shpuld gave spent on a different one.

Lacking a hight adjustment
Two problems with the design. First, the intake hose on the right keeps popping off the power head when running the right side under kitchen cabinet toe kick. Second, the power head lacks a hight adjustment for different carpets. Works great on medium to high pile carpet but on low pile area rugs the suction is too intense. Without a hight adjustment the suction sticks the carpet to the head making it nearly impossible to move the vacuum.

the best for dog hair!
we have two german shepherd mixes. one is a pyrenees with the longest thickest fur that’s ALWAYS shedding. our old vacuum broke and i bought this one on a whim and on the very first use i was SO IMPRESSED (and horrified) with how much dog hair, dust, and dirt it collected. i rinse it out / clean it after every use and so far so good. the detachability really helps with getting the fur off the baseboards. we got the blue because it was a little cheaper and i feel like it was soooo worth the money.

Brush has stopped working
Our new vacuum arrived yesterday. We put it together easily. Ran over our floors and did a great job. Today not so good. The roller brush is no longer spinning. Please advise.

AVOID THIS BRAND. Died after less than a year of light use.
I got this vacuum cleaner in June of 2023 and it is already dead. It got used MAYBE once a month, as it is used to clean up a small vacant property. They don’t make it easy to file a warranty claim, either. Avoid this brand.

I saw a negative review on this. A guy stating he would never buy from this company again. And I am so so happy I didn’t listen to him. This is by far the very best vacuum I have ever owned. And I clean houses for a living! The suction, the weight, the assembly. I will never purchase a different vacuum. It made my rental house carpet look amazing. Buy the vacuum. If you’re in the fence.. you can always return it. Buy the vacuum. I guarantee you will be happy with your decision.

Holy Suction Power!
Good heavens this thing is powerful!! I will say it’s slightly heavier than I anticipated but the suction power is well worth it! Cleaning it is super easy. I had my previous shark vacuum for well over 10 years with no issues so i’m excited to see how this one holds up. Cleans up mine and my girls long hair with no issues, I do clean out the brushes regularly because let’s be real, that much and that long of hair can be havoc on any vacuum.

I’ve always bought Shark vacuum cleaners and love them except this one I read the reviews which were good. It hardly goes over the rug on my hardwood floors. Will not go over the bathroom rugs. If you have arthritis forget about trying to get that extended wand out Very hard to pull.

This is my first shark vacuum. I’m really happy with it. I got it at a reduced price because it had cosmetic damage. No biggie. I love it. It cleans really well. I like the ease of switching attachments. It’s easy to empty to canister. It’s not too heavy and easy to maneuver.

Absolutely hate it
I hate that is has a very short hose, the suction power is awful too. I had to search for a refurbished older modle after giving thos a try for a month. So tired of trying to use the hose to suck up stuff to keep having the vacuum fall over cause the hose it to short and it won’t stretch out no matter what you do.
