I bought this to use on my bamboo wood floors and my tile floors. I cannot believe how simple it is to use! No more pushing and pulling with my arm, making it sore and everything can be done in one easy step. The cleaner only takes a cat full and really cleans! You won’t believe after you use it the first time how dirt your floors were no matter how much you always mopped. I love it.
It cleans well, but the container that holds the clean water and cleaning solution doesn’t completely empty and is impossible to air dry. It got mold in it after only a few uses and can’t be removed as it’s inside the plastic where the nozzle is.

I love the convenience of this cordless vacuum! The mop portion is easy to use and clean. Set up and assembly was simple. I use it for daily meal cleanup since we have small children and no pets. It cleans well but would need something more for a deeper clean or harder stains/stuck-on food. It’s convenient to use one-handed while holding a baby if needed as opposed to a broom. Overall it was a good purchase!

Continues to break
This product is NOT worth the money at ALL. Starts off great then it breaks. I sent it in to get fixed and now it is broken AGAIN. I have had it for only 1 year. Spent all of this money and it is horrible. Please look for a different product. This is NOT worth the hassle. The motor keeps going out. And they will NOT replace the machine.

I would give this product six stars. It is my favorite thing I bought on Amazon in 2024. I’ve already recommended to all my friends because it makes my life so much easier having a dog and a toddler I was constantly using A swiffer mop and getting hand cramps from having to squeeze the handle to get the liquid product on the floor to mop it and you have to press really hard on one of those mops so having a all in one vacuum and mop is the way to go as a busy mom not to mention it’s so light it’s cordless and I use it once a week. It’s so easy to clean way less work than vacuuming and using a mop, I freaking love it and would recommend it to anyone. My hesitation was I thought it would leave streaks and the only time I see the streaks if I vacuum too quickly, you have to , move a little bit slower, but I can mop my entire downstairs of my 2100 square-foot home in under six minutes and I’ve had this since February and I haven’t even gone through the first bottle of the formula came with.

I had my Tineco for a year and It just stopped working. I contacted the company and they sent return label and I returned It and they repaired It for free. I just got It back and It is perfect. I was without It for a few weeks and I have to say I really missed It. I love this machine so much and highly recommend It and the company.

Absolute WASTE of money
At first I loved this mop and the fact that it had a separate clean and dirty water tank. However, we barely had it for two years before it started giving us an error message telling us to clean the dirty water tank every time we tried to run it and then gave us another error message telling us to contact customer service every time we tried to dock it and do the brush roller cleaning cycle. I looked it up and apparently this is an ongoing problem with this mop that happens right around 2 years and there is nothing to be done except throw it out. And we contacted the company directly but were told the warranty was up..mighty convenient for the company. People shouldn’t be spending over $100 for a piece of equipment that won’t last, just some more cheap Chinese crap that they build to be broken.

And fortunately I didnt get a video of myself smashing it to pieces on my basement floor like a toddler having a fit or maybe we should say how Pete Townsend would smash a guitar cause that would make me seem cooler and less psychotic right? I’m not sure what else you can do after trying to fix a $400 heap of junk from China. Might as well take out some frustration on it… Anyway… unless you’ve won the lottery or just have money to piss away dont buy this. And if that’s you – message me and I’ll send you my venmo name. First used this a week after I got it and it worked great but to be honest – it’s a lot of work constantly emptying the dirty water, filling the tank back up with solution and water, running the self clean cycle, recharging. I wondered if it was actually saving me effort. I waited months to pull the trigger on this new fangled device and I should have just sent it right back. Fast forward to a couple months later – planning to deep clean my house and it just dumps water everywhere except the dirty water reservoir. I went through the whole thing, no blockages, no idea what could be wrong. I used this machine once and now it refuses to work. Then I thought to myself… it’s been a minute since I’ve seen an influencer post about their Tineco although these things were all over instagram a year ago. Which makes me think others may have problems with theirs too. In a way I’m relieved- old fashioned mopping and a swiffer seem simpler at this point. And I’m so disgusted that I fell into the influencer trap once. This has motivated me to delete instagram and amazon (although I only have myself to blame). Long story long – save your money. AMAZING product!
This is my favorite household product EVER. I have four kids, two toddlers and two tweens that I homeschool. Our floors feel the traffic 24/7. I used this “vop” twice, three times a day. It performs well every single time. Powerful suction and floors dry quickly! Easy tank to empty. It holds a great charge. I could clean 1800 square feet easily! It’s fairly compact for its functionality. I just can’t say enough good about it!

Buyer Beware!
I purchased the vacuum two years ago and it worked good. I used it about 1-2x per week. It suddenly started smoking last night, there was a loud pop, and my house was filled with the smell of burning plastic. It no longer turns on and is now totally useless. I read some other reviews where the same thing happened. Great for awhile, just know it won’t last you more than two years.

Six months later and it’s broken
I’m soooo disappointed. This was my Christmas gift and didn’t even last a full year. The customer service wasn’t helpful and now I’m out almost $300 and left without a mop.

Excellent for a year. Then, the machine started to give error, leaking and not suction at all. We contacted Tineco customer service who offered $52 if we return the vacuum. Not worth paying $300 for 1 year of use. Same happened to my sister and my cousin. Definitely I will not buy this brand again.

First, THANK-YOU amazon for the quick delivery and for your amazing customer service! It literally arrived the next day. I had guest for a week and the house was left unclean that it gave me so much anxiety especially after I tried to clean it with regular mop. The dust and hair and dirt weren’t all properly picked up. The guests were all women with hair that shed all day long. It left me feeling gross out at the amount of hair everywhere. I ordered this vacuum and OMG OMG FINALLY I CAN WALK BAREFOOT IN THE HOUSE FEELING SOOOOOOOOO CLEAN TOCHING MY BELOVED HARDWOOD FLOOR. PS. I almost never write reviews! Not even 2 years old and this!!
The media could not be loaded. I loved this machine but the video says it all. I plugged it in to recharge. I walked away for about 25 minutes and came back to the kitchen and smelled something really funky. I looked over at my Tineco to see it smoking. I have taken great care of this and there’s no reason for this. All I can say is thank God. I was home and did not leave or my house would have burned down. I took the machine outside and watched it for a bit, and the smoke kept getting thicker in the machine and literally had to put my hose over the entire machine to stop it from starting a major fire. So disappointed.

The best floor cleaner
Its well worth it to have this in any home. The ability to vacuum and mop the floor is amazing. My hardwood floors look so clean after use. I don’t see any smudges or foot prints after use. The only dislike is the tank is very small meaning it needs to be refilled often depending on size of house.

Don’t waste your money!
This is the third Tineco I’ve owned and ALL three have been faulty. They worked great for a less than a year and the ALL three have quit working. Had warranty work done on the first one and same. Lasted about a year and quit. Was “out of luck” on warranty for the replacement or warranty work. The new one I bought just did the same thing. This time it started flashing red and smoke was pouring out of it. I’ve tried to be a loyal customer however when your product doesn’t last a year on three machines it is not a customer issue it is a manufacturing issue. I’ve never seen a vacuum start smoking and this becomes more than just an inconvenience – now it is a safety concern with a faulty machine.

I wanted to love this so bad. This thing has worked on and off since I got it. Followed all instructions. I paid almost 400$ for this and less than two years later it’s giving me all kinds of error codes annd not operating at all….Also, it doesn’t replace actual manual mopping. Okay listen up. Mom of three little kids here. I honestly don’t know how I lived without this thing before. My kids are constantly spilling drinks, leaving big crumbs, or dropping bowls of oatmeal/cereal, you name it. You know the messes that just make you freeze and go how the heck am I gonna go about cleaning this? Used to drive me crazy. Now whenever my kids make a mess, it doesn’t affect me because I know it can easily be cleaned without me using five hundred paper towels/wipes on my hands and knees. I’m legit amazed every time it can clean a big mess in a matter of seconds. The fact that it vacuums and mops at the same time… Chefs kiss! I have a smaller house so I don’t ever have a problem with the battery dying. I always just keep it charged while I’m not using it. I can usually clean my main floor without having to refill it again. Alright, as much I love this thing, there are some things I don’t like. All the influencers trying to promote it, don’t talk about it. I can’t be the only one that forgets to dump it after the self clean cycle. So even after you try to clean it, it absolutely reeks. And it’s impossible to get rid of the smell. Then I feel like I’m mopping my house with nasty smelling water even though it’s clean. I don’t know, still need to figure that out. Also, this is not a deep clean/scrubbing kind of mop. Things that are stickier aren’t gonna come off. But I knew that when I bought it. I knew the model I bought wasn’t going to get super close to edges either. Would it be nice if it deep cleaned my floors? Yes. Was I going to spend a couple hundred dollars more on the mop I already thought was too pricey to get it closer to the edges? No. Who knows, maybe it’s worth it. But even with these negatives, this mop makes me want to mop every day and I actually get excited to mop now. The feeling of clean floors at the end of the day is priceless.

Horrible Customer Relations
This product just stopped charging after two years. Customer service says they can’t do anything for me other then offer me 10 percent off on a new floor cleaner. This is horrible. When I had a bisstle product, they sent me a whole new machine. Going back to bissles products. Do not buy timeco unless you want to replace your machine every few years.

I have 3 puppies that aren’t potty trained and 3 girls living in our house, so when I say there was little tumbleweeds of hair everywhere prior to receiving this I completely mean that. This thing picks up HANDFULS of hair every single time and this is the cleanest my house has been since I got the puppies. I have white tile floor and it doesn’t leave any stickiness or residue. Did not last and not worth the money
I was initially thrilled with this vacuum, even though it cost over $300. For the first year, it was amazing and I loved using it. I probably used it weekly. However, my excitement didn’t last. By the second year, the vacuum stopped working completely. When I contacted customer service, they informed me that the motor was the issue and there was nothing they could do to fix it. Their only solution was to offer me a 10% discount on a new vacuum, which was incredibly disappointing. If you have $300 to spend on a vacuum that will only last two years, then go ahead. Otherwise, I would recommend looking elsewhere. This vacuum simply isn’t worth the investment. “So sorry.” Don’t buy. “So sorry..”

I tried this at my nieces and had to purchase one immediately! I’ve had hard wood floors for years and the maintenance is a lot. With this I can vacuum and mop all in 1 session. I am shocked at how dirty the water is everytime I use it. I was worried about the vacuum suction but it works great. The vacuum itself is lightweight I use for all 3 levels of my home. I would highly recommend for all uncarpeted flooring.

Love this!
I’ve had multiple knee surgeries so can’t scrub floors on my knees. I also love to cook and have pets- keeping my kitchen floor clean has always been a challenge. I love this little machine- lightweight, charge lasts longer than I’ve ever needed and it both does a light vacuum plus a decent wet scrub. I definitely was influenced to buy this and I don’t regret it. This thing is outstanding, I love the fact that I no longer need a mop or bucket. It gets my floors clean and then cleans itself. You just have to dump the dirty water and debris. Great suction and light weight easy to use.

Leaves streaks of water on the floor
Actually there are three things I’m very disappointed in. 1. Clean water tank too small empties quickly 2. Leaves water streaks on the floor. 3. Not too good in getting smudges off my LVP. Pretty good power and OK suction. I’m ok with the machine, but I did have higher expectations.

Cleans great
In middle of remodeling so we have half Tile and other half is vinyl. This works great on both and gets them super clean. If you notice like I did over time that it wasn’t cleaning as well.. it was my own fault for not swapping out my roller brush sooner. When I did it was cleaning better again. Pros: super clean floor and picks up small crumbs, dirt, and pet hair. Generic replacement rollers and etc are cheap and reasonable prices Cons: the screws that hold the vacuum mop together are placed where the water canister sits. All the screws have rusted within the year. I feel like assembly of the item should have been more clearly planned when you have water and screws.

Bought two, one of them doesn’t work after 10 mo
One of them the spinner won’t spin anymore, even with regular and religious cleanings it still broke. It’s almost like it’s locked up. My other one is still hanging on, so I’m 50/50 on this product. With 3 children and 3 dogs I’ve used both pretty much daily. I wouldn’t say it actually replaces a deep mopping, but it’s amazing for paw prints, spills, and I like that I don’t need to vacuum beforehand.

Beware!!! Dangerous!
I’ve had the mop for just under 2 years now, loved it, simple, rechargeable, held a decent charge, picked up dog hair, great for quick jobs, maneuvered easily, light weight, had great things to say about it. HOWEVER: I used it for about 5 minutes today when it began making a higher pitch noise. I tried to shut it off and it would not power off which led to it overheating. Within a minute or so it began smoking and stinking. I took it outside and continued trying to shut it down. Eventually it cut off so I walked away. 5 minutes later I found it, powered back on, it had spun itself off the porch down to the sidewalk. Smoke was rolling out and again it would not power off. When it got too hot it would shut down and then come back on when it cooled enough – on its own. I didn’t know what to do with it since it wouldn’t turn off, so I put it in my burn barrel. I came back about 30 minutes later to check on it, and it was gone. It burned up totally ( as in absolutely no remains!) This could have been very bad if this malfunction would have happened when it was unattended inside the house. I cannot recommend this product and I pray that this doesn’t have any worse outcomes for anyone else

Stopped Charging
Cleans very good, but the capacity of the cleaning water, and the dirty are very small, ended up having to empty the dirty water twice while doing my 8 x 10 kitchen. Have had this a little over a year and the battery is no longer charging. Not a very good value for the price.

It was okay when it worked
After two years of light usage (once or twice a month) my Tineco failed and required to be sent in for warranty. I started the process while it was in warranty but they said by the time I sent it in it was out of warranty and won’t replace it – can’t believe I spent so much money on this item and it doesn’t work anymore.

Makes mopping easier!
Doesnt get right to the edge BUT i really makes mopping easier. Everything is easy to set up and clean. Charge holds pretty well too. Glad i bought this.

Wouldn’t not turn OFF
After 3 weeks, the vacuum would not shut off. Tried talking with the company and they “had never experienced that problem and the only solution is to try to unscrew and take out the battery or wait for it to die and try again”. Very disappointing bc for the price, it should have worked longer.

Stopped working after only one year of use
I took care of this mop extremely well. Cleaned it after each use , but the vacuum stopped sucking water after only one year of use. Not worth the price.

Buyer Beware – It was good until it wasn’t
STOP DO NOT BUY THIS BRAND!!! We bought the Tineco Floor ONE S3 Cordless Hardwood Floors Cleaner, Lightweight Wet Dry Vacuum Cleaners on 10/29/22. It was working good until about 6 months ago. All of the sudden the battery would drain in seconds. I googled and found this is a common issue and followed others instructions to clean the battery connection site, that did not work and someone said to lift and lower the vacuum on the charger until it went up 5 % which worked, however every time I use it the battery drains in seconds. It takes about 30 times of taking it on and off the charger to get a 1% charge so basically I spend 20 minutes getting it to the point it will charge just to be able to use it for about 15 minutes before it dies again. According to Tineco the battery never needs to be replaced. This item is a POS and I 100% don’t reccommend wasting your money especially when there are others vacuums out there. Again this is a common problem with this brand! It is a complete rip off to have to spend $300 every 18 months to replace a vacuum. I am sure thats their marketing plan.

Battery doesn’t charge
After only one year the battery stopped wanting to charge without picking the vacuum up and putting it back on the charger over and over again for 10 minutes. It makes me not want to use it. It’s really disappointing and I will not replace with tineco in the future.
