I bought this to use on my bamboo wood floors and my tile floors. I cannot believe how simple it is to use! No more pushing and pulling with my arm, making it sore and everything can be done in one easy step. The cleaner only takes a cat full and really cleans! You won’t believe after you use it the first time how dirt your floors were no matter how much you always mopped. I love it.
It cleans well, but the container that holds the clean water and cleaning solution doesn’t completely empty and is impossible to air dry. It got mold in it after only a few uses and can’t be removed as it’s inside the plastic where the nozzle is.

Poor performance
I got this in Novemeber and didnt use it till January. I kept it meticulously clean and the roller just stopped working in May. This is an extremely poor investment. Dont buy. And its impossible to get hold of any help on their contact number.

One stop cleaning
After seeing my daughters purchase I came home and ordered right away.. my home has vinyl textured floors throughout.. this will clean floors instead of mop and bucket and doesn’t leave a lot of water on surface and will pick up small stuff at the same time.. The mop itself is great however the sponge filter smells like mildew after the first use. I’ve swapped it out and tested it and again, mildew smell after the first use. The mop moves great and really does clean your floors. Easy to wash out and clean after every use.

Great While it Lasted
I opened this bad boy and was very excited. It worked like a charm for about 3 months, then one day, just took a crap. It would turn off within seconds of me turning it on and started to smell like something was burning, like a motor. I haven’t been able to use it for the past 2 months or so and it’s really disappointing. I contact them but they are requiring me to send in the entire thing for them to fix the problem. How in the heck am I going to send this dang thing in? I’d rather a refund at this point.

I purchased 2 of these Tineco Floor One S3, both machines stopped working around the same time. Just gives a voice message of please clean dirty water tank. Had to send both back and they were replaced by 2 old, dirty, damaged machines. Worked for a while and know we are having the same issue with both machines. Will not buy from this company again.

Fire Hazard
I’ve barely used my wet/dry vacuum cleaner, and I’m hesitant to use it further due to safety concerns. Both of my cousins (convinced me to purchase it) had incidents with the same wet/dry vacuums sparking and smoking from the battery! Despite having it for several months and keeping it in excellent condition, I’ve only used it twice. I cannot get seller to reach out to me to confirm it’s a safe device.

Poor Quality, Stopped charging after 18 months use
The media could not be loaded. You can see the state of my vacuum in the attached video. It was rendered unusable after it stopped charging. No visible damage or issue can be seen. I took care of it well. When I researched the issue I found tons of customers have had exactly the same experience.

This company is a joke. Worst customer service around. I wouldn’t waste your money. The wet vacuum will not last the 2 year warranty. Then you’ll spend weeks getting screwed trying to get a working replacement. Which in return still will not work.

Buyer beware! I’ve only had this product for 6 months and the battery is already garbage. I only use the product for approximately 800 square feet and it will not hold a charge for the entire area. It does not have great sucking power and it will not get close to cabinets or furniture and hard to reach areas. For the price, I was expecting a much better product! I’m looking into whether there is a dissatisfied customer guarantee or return policy.

Died after 3 years of very minimal use, battery not replaceable & not repairable
I have used this vacuum very seldomly. It looks brand new. However after 3 years the battery seems to be dead and customer service has told me it is not repairable due to discontinued parts and no longer under warranty. For such an expensive vacuum I would expect a longer life span or way to repair it! It’s basically landfill waste at this point. Very disappointed.

Vacuum Broke
The media could not be loaded. This vacuum has no suction and just overflows onto the floor when turned on. It’s not clogged, it’s been professionally maintained and well kept. Apparently this problem is pretty common flaw so I called the company. After a week and a half of run around they asked me to send ny machine to their repair facility using a prepaid shipping label. After 6 days the label was never sent to me and guess what I’ve had to call back and wait on hold forever for them to just resend the label so now they want me to go out of my way, make a makeshift box to send back every product and then drive an hour to my nearest FedEx. That’s not okay at this point. It’s now been weeks and I’ve been without this incredibly expensive vacuum bc the customer service dept cannot properly do their jobs. Do not purchase anything from this company, even if the product is next level (which it isn’t ) the customer service is even worse. I’ll buy the Shark mop vac next time.

My Floors Were Filthy!!
I used to use a Swiffer to clean my floors and thought it did a decent job. That is until I bought this vacuum/washer. The water, after my first go round, was dark brown. Worked for 6 months then wouldn’t charge
Short battery life but otherwise it was decent until it stopped charging after about 6 months. Contacted customer service and after proving to them the vacuum stopped charging, they sent a shipping label to return to them for repair. I was then contacted that the machine could not be repaired but they would give me a $70 voucher. That’s pretty insulting considering the amount I paid. Bad quality, bad customer service, do not recommend.

Surprising to see the dirt come off the floor
Instructions were easy to follow. Be aware that the handle does not attach in an intuitive way. Make sure the release button side matches on the right side. We tried it on our great room tile floor and were amazed how much dirt it picks up. Great for wide open spaces but not in tight spaces. We are very happy with the purchase. While the manufacturer indicates only to use their solution, we will research online for home made cleaning solutions. Stable unit with good suction. Be careful not to use too much water on your floor, which we accomplished easily during our first use.

Don’t waste your money
I waited almost a year and even after speaking with customer service a few times i want to now write my review. With all the type for these products i was excited to get mine but over time, i kept getting more and more disappointed. I have to go over the same spot several times for it to clean. Even then half the time i have to clean it by hand. It leaves water spots as you clean. It is convenient then a mop and bucket but at this point I’d rather be inconvenient with that then have to clean the same spot several times and then by hand. Very disappointing. I even reached out to customer service and sent my machine back only to have the same problem again.

It’s perfect
I was hesitant because the run time was 20 minutes and charge time a few hours. I’m not going to lie, my husband kept the box for a day or two incase we wanted to return it and get the bissell cross wave. After using it for the first time, we actually did all the floors very quickly. Quicker than we expected. AND, it cleaned very nice, no streaks and dried up very quickly. My complaints would be wishing it had an interchangeable battery or ran just a little longer, and had a larger tank for the water where you put in the solution. Otherwise, this is perfect and for the price and how compact it is, it’s great!

What did I do without this mop?
I have a toddler who makes a mess every meal, and before getting this, I spent nearly an hour every night on my hands and knees, scrubbing food off our hardwood floor. After getting this, I only spend ten minutes. It’s so easy to clean and does an amazing job cleaning up food off the floor.

I was super excited to get this. It was easy to put together. It took a few hours to charge the first time. Powerful self propelled. Cleans great. Quick dry because it has powerful suction. Capacity might be small for some, but it was fine for me. Prompts you to start self clean for the roller when you put it back on its charging stand. I used it on real hard wood, tile and vinyl planks. The charging stand has holders for extra roller, filter and cleaning brush to keep everything together. It comes with a bottle of cleaner. You only add a capful to the water tank so it should last awhile. You can also use just water.

I like to say I really like this My hardwood floors is really clean. I still swear but the vacuum is good on here. The water tank is way to small I woukd need to empty the dirty water and put clean water in the tank at least 3 or 4 times for my apt I’m not sure this is worth it. This is easy to assemble. What a great purchase!!
At first I was like .. am I really that lazy to use a vacuum to mop and didn’t even open it for weeks because I felt so dumb buying 300.00 mop!! But finally with 3 dogs and 4 kids and live on a farm I opened it and boy am I glad I did!! This mop holds up to all our muck. I do light vacuum before or sweep and then use it. But it still picks up so much I miss!! I rinse it and drain it when I’m done with it for the day! It’s amazing

Not great for longevity
I liked this device a lot; it’s fast and pretty easy to do a regular maintenance cleans. However, mine is just over 2 years old (ie, just out of warranty), and despite a not super difficult life, it is now producing an error message related to the debris channel, no longer sucking up water during cleaning cycle. From what I’ve read online, this is a motor issue and not at all uncommon despite not having had the machine long

Disappointed
Based off the reviews, I had high hopes for this but unfortunately for the cost, it’s not as exceptional as I hoped it to be. The tank is far too small. This is good for a small home or apartment maybe but even then, it doesn’t clean as good as I hoped. I wanted an easy break with cleaning my floors and thought this being a two for one (vacuum and mop) I thought the idea of this was amazing. The concept they’re trying to do here is super cool with the high tech features but it’s more of a negative for me because the cost for this product does not match its efficiency. I was pretty upset to say the least. I really wanted this to be as good as everyone claimed it to be. I will be returning.

This worked well for a couple months. And by well I mean it would vacuum dog hair and mop. It won’t vacuum anything bigger or heavier than dog hair (and we own danes). After 2 months it starts spitting soiled water out instead of sucking in. I have to go remop where I used this. You will hate it after a few months. Don’t waste your money.

Terrible customer service! Do not buy buyers be warned, had this machine for 2 years and was acting up last 6 months. Because the warranty is only 2 years guess what they can’t fix it! Works well but taste too long to clean the house compared to my bona mop stick
I have two different kinds of the Tineco Cordless mops and they both work excellent on hard wood floors One of them that is electronic tells me when the battery is getting low therefore, I Can charge it. It also tells me when the water is full or the clean water is empty, which is helpful That is my other tineco vacuum, but this one that is the breeze one, it doesn’t speak to you, but that’s not a problem. Besides, I used it before and it died on me in the middle of my mopping and I didn’t know that the batteries were low. The reason I bought this electric cordless mop is because my bona mop stick broke so I wanted to try an electric one, but one thing that I’m noticing about this one is that it takes double the time for me to mop all of my floors in my 1,500 square-foot house. It usually takes 10-15 minutes to mop with the bona mop while it takes close to 35 minutes to use the tineco one. I’m a busy mom with 3 young kids. I don’t have the time for doing that. So even though I have this one, I have not been using it very often just because it takes up a lot longer time for me to mop than my regular mop takes. I have to get my hands, wet and dirty with the bona mop , but I’m fine with that. And I like that with my Bona mop, I can add whatever kind of a cleaner to my bucket of water and use as much water as I want and I can make it as damp or as wet as I want, especially for hard stuck on messes made by my kids. It’s a lot easier to clean and a lot faster with my Bona mop than it is with this electric one. But I do like that this electric one sucks up spills, which is pretty cool even though I haven’t really used it to suck up any spills yet because it’s quicker for me to take a rag and wipe down the spill mop for one spill. The rest to assemble the mop… to make sure it’s clean and dry when putting it away for another mess With this electric mop, it’s now recommended to use and the other cleaner besides their brand which I respect that even though I don’t like it because I like to use Pine-Sol or other cleaners, but I will not use it for this one because it will damage the motor I’ve done that in the past by adding essential oils to my Humidifier and the instruction said not to and I damaged it so I learned my lesson there and I will not use a different cleaner to add into the clean water tank so it does not damage the motor Even though some people do recommend that you could use another cleaner, but you have to thoroughly clean out the water tank and the motor will clean running water, but I don’t trust that approach. I try spring, some Lysol and other natural cleaners on the ground, and I’ve tried making the roller head more wet with the cleaner on it just so it can get the stuck on messes off faster. It partially worked, but not too much because the vacuum sucks up the moisture from the roller. I’ve had some construction going on in my house and people walking in and out of the house with their shoes on therefore making the floors extra dirty. I have not used this vacuum for that because I know the floors are filthy compared to day so I go back to using the That I borrowed from my mom’s Since mine broke. The Bona mop, not that I’m trying to advertise it. I just like the fact that I can rinse with my own hands, the mob head and put as much water on it as I need depending on which room cleaning my dining room On the ground stuck on the bedrooms I can clean with a damp mop head and quick. Compared to this electric cordless tineco vacuum. But I do like it for easy clean ups but not my go to for quick heavy messy floors if I’m in a hurry or want to use it when kids are sleeping because it’s kinda loud. I also have a lot of tile floors in my house and it does not clean well in between the grout because it doesn’t reach that far. That’s why another reason I’d like to use my bona mop is because I can push down with my foot on the bona mop if there’s a stuck stain in between the grout and it comes off right away.

Poor support
This product never worked properly and after 6 months it stopped working all together. Customer service responded with buy a box send it back and in a few weeks it will be returned. Feel like this is poor warranty service.

Cleans great!
Cleaned my kitchen floor and the water was black. I usually mop with a microfiber mop. Never again! The self propel feature makes it very easy to use. It vacuumed great too. Definitely a great buy.

Worst customer service and product
This item has battery charging issues , bought one and the battery died.then after a long fight they replaced it and again after a while the same issue battery doesn’t charge again, the manufacturer refused to replace under warranty and was ask to pay for repair .So disappointed

Estoy bien contenta con este producto, tuve otro de otra marca y realmente prefiero este. Según el fabricante no es lo más recomendado para alfombras, yo lo uso y funciona genial. No deja marcas de agua en el piso, para mi funciona en todas las superficies, losa, laminado, alfombra, madera. Es muy fácil de limpiar una vez que recoge todo el churre al final. El único problema que he encontrado es al conectar el aparato con la aplicación en el teléfono, tengo que llamar a servicio al cliente, pero no me apura pues funciona igual.

All of a sudden, it no longer charges. My friend has the same one so I used their docking station to see if that was the problem and nope, it’s the unit. All this money for a broken tineco.

iFloor 3 Breeze Burning Smell.
So I’ve had this vac for just over a year with really no issues. I do take very good care of it since it wasn’t cheap but even so, I went to use it this evening and it smells like it is burning. Obviously a huge issue. I don’t have a huge space that I’m using it in, just kitchen and laundry room, so it’s not like it’s being but through the ringer. I will be reaching out to customer service and will update on how the situation is handled.

Amazing Cleaner
You never know how dirty your floors are until you get a deep clean going. This wet vacuum leaves our floor so clean, and is incredibly simple to use. The roller helps propel is forward so you have to put forth minimal effort. It self cleans the roller, so you have to get your hands dirty rinsing it off. You do have to clear out debris and hair, but it’s all together so you don’t have to spend a long time getting every nook and cranny. The cleaning solution it come with is not overpowering and smells nice. The water is puts down also dries so much faster than other wet mops we have tried. No more waiting forever to be able to go back into a room.

Comparing this to my sponge mop and bucket this thing blows it out of the water. It is fast and easy to set up and use, and all you have to do is dump the dirty water tank into your toilet and flush it down. Hands down the best hard floor cleaner I’ve ever had!

Does the job
I have a love hate relationship with this little vacuum. But I probably expect too much from it. It does the job well though. It’s light. Stays charged for a long time. I have yet to have it die on me. I plug it in after each use. And pretty much do my whole house. We have no carpet. All LVP & tile. I’ve used several soaps in the cannister. They all work well. You just need a few teaspoons. Not much. The soap / water canister is difficult to get in place at times. I’m sure it’s user error. But it can be a real pain. Once it’s in place it works great. I wish the liquid lasted longer. But at times before I’m done with the whole house I have to refill. I also have to empty the part that collects the dirty water. This I dump into the toilet. Then rinse that container thoroughly. I also have to clean the roller and the part the roller sets it. It’s all very easy to remove and wipe out. But so much dirt and pet hair collect there. I have to pretty much clean the area every time I use it. I love it because it works so so well. But it’s annoying because I have to clean it and refill it often. But this is probably because I’m using it for a large area. I did take the roller out and threw it in with a load of towels in the wash and it came out very clean. I then let it partially air dry. I’m happy with my purchase. I just wish it sucked up more debris instead of it getting logded and trapped near the roller. It’s a bit high maintenance to keep clean after using. But I still like it.
