I bought this to use on my bamboo wood floors and my tile floors. I cannot believe how simple it is to use! No more pushing and pulling with my arm, making it sore and everything can be done in one easy step. The cleaner only takes a cat full and really cleans! You won’t believe after you use it the first time how dirt your floors were no matter how much you always mopped. I love it.
It cleans well, but the container that holds the clean water and cleaning solution doesn’t completely empty and is impossible to air dry. It got mold in it after only a few uses and can’t be removed as it’s inside the plastic where the nozzle is.

Does what it is supposed to do!
I’m a big fan. I bit on a Black Friday deal and glad I did. We have three dogs and that means lots of dog hair… this thing sucks it up and cleans the floor at the same time. Beats having to sweep and then mop the floor. It is super easy to disassemble to clean (and get out all the dog hair that’s inevitably going to cause clogs) and put back together. The self cleaning method is actually quite impressive as well. The amount of dog hair it sucks out as it cleans itself is exceptional.

Great until it broke
I loved the ease of this vacmop. It did a great job (though don’t expect it to clean grout well) I used it almost daily and my floors never looked better! I had it for a couple of years when I noticed that it just wasn’t sucking water anymore. On closer inspection, the hose had broken right at the part where it bends, an obvious weak spot. No problem, I thought, as surely that’s an easy fix. Unfortunately, no. There’s no replacement part and that hose is glued in so the only way you can get it out is by ripping and destroying it and then trying to find a third party piece of hose to glue back in. I don’t like machines that are not built to be repaired. Planned obsolescence pisses me off. For this reason I won’t buy another made in China Tineco product that doesn’t last and can’t be repaired. Especially when they are so expensive!

Terrible quality for a high ticket item
I was super excited about this purchase, but unfortunately the quality does not match the price. My very first time using it went well until I dumped the first bit of dirty water and refilled it with fresh to keep going (which I needed to do way too quickly, just doesn’t make any sense when I bought it to be more efficient) by the second round it was leaking the water all over my floor. It released the water and cleaner mixture as you use it like a mop typically does, but it was releasing it so quickly my floor was like a huge puddle. After that experience, I decided to use my regular swiffer mop as I felt that was easier than this thing I spend $370 on. It’s been on the charger ever since, I go to use it today and it’s not charged at all. I checked and the charger is working and it recognizes it when I plug it in, and even says “charging has been commenced” when I plug it in. Still on 0 battery. This is the biggest waste of money ever, and I hate how short the return window is with Amazon. I had passed the return period before the first experience I had even happened. I’m extremely dissatisfied with this product.

A million stars would not be enough!
The media could not be loaded. I wish I can give this item a million starts! This is the second time I am buying this tineco mop/ vacuum. The first one stopped charging because the charger port got rusty. Good thing I purchased the insurance, Asurion took care of it and refunded me the money for the first one (which I used for 2 years). Then I purchased it again without thinking twice because I loved it so much. Turns out Tineco has updated the charging port and it’s waaay better now. Saves me so much time and keeps my floors super clean. It’s great for every day messes. On my deep-cleaning days I’ll mop regularly and go over thst area with the Tineco while the floor is wet. I’ve found this method to give the deepest clean to my floors. I have vinl, laminate, and porceline tile throughout my house and it works amazingly on all. This mop vacuum even picks up dirt that accumulates in grout that’s in between thr tiles. Our tiles are glossy so it does leave streaks, I just go over with a dry mop to avoid the streaks. I definitely recommend buying the insurance because they have amazing service, and definitrly buy from Amazon because other places do not offer as good insurance ( speaking from personal experience).

I have been using this mop/vacuum for about three months now. We have 3 cats and a 6 year old. Life is messy to say the least. I am in love with this machine. It does take a couple of cleaner fill ups and cleaning out the diry water tank to get through my whole house, but it is supper easy to just dump the dirty water in the toilet and keep on cleaning. Wish I would have purchased sooner
One piece assembly, charge and clean. I live in WY and have a golden retriever. If you know, you know! This is an amazing and easy to use and clean item. We have no carpet just a couple area rugs and I can’t express how clean and shiny my floors are. I got it today and used it for the first time. No more vacuuming then mopping for me. I’d like to add I’m a clean freak so I was a hesitant to buy a two in one mop. Mainly because I didn’t think it would do a good enough job with both. I was wrong!

i saw this on tik tok and bought it but i regret it, there is constant issues with it and i only got it about 2 or 3 months ago. first off it doesn’t vacuum up hair it just wets it and pushes it around so then i end up having to pick it up. the containers are way to small so you have to constantly fill it up to be able to clean all your floors and it’s a pain to clean.

Bought this from Amazon, absolutely loved how it cleans the floor….when it worked. ( I am just 1 person, no kids, no big useage) After 7 months it started making a very high pitched noise as it ran. Was very irritating to hear. Contacted their customer service who required a video. They confirmed it needs a repair of some sort and want me to send it in. I have to get my own box, break it down, package it up and bring it to FedEx. This is a real inconvenience. There is no option for a replacement, not fair, not happy about this.

Prone to mold
If you don’t completely disassemble the machine and rinse all water reservoirs and roller out after each use, the product will grow mold. It’s simpler to use a good old mop and bucket.

Over rated and over priced
I got this thinking it would be better than my Bissell vacuum mop that was a fraction of the price. I was wrong. It collects mold a lot easier, and the self cleaning feature is really pointless because it doesn’t clean it. You still have to manually take it apart and sanitize it all or else it will most definitely collect mold fast. Also the mop feature is not great. I still have to get down and scrub a lot of spots that my Bissell picks up pretty easily. Also the cleaning solution comes in the tiniest bottle and is, of course, expensive. The water/cleaning solution tank is super small, and the dirty water tank is small. If you have a lot of floor to clean, then this product isn’t for you. The cordless feature is the best part about it. Don’t give in to all the “influencers”, get the Bissell, it’s better.

Pure Junk- Won’t work for long
When I first bought this, thought it was amazing. Did a decent job of cleaning up. But then it started to fail, the flooring was left wet more than usual and could not get it to do a better job. The vacuum portion stated to fail and was leaving the floor completely wet. I tried cleaning the machine, running through the cleaning process and it just didn’t cut it. Save your money and get a better brand.

I originally loved this product. When it works it does a decent job. The trouble is it doesn’t work more than a little over a year. When my first one stopped working it was under warranty and Tineco replaced it. The second one stopped working with a completely different problem and they said too bad. Not worth the money
If you’re like me, you’re looking for products that make your life easier. This vacuum does not do that. It’s just more work. If it saved you any time cleaning (it doesn’t), you lost that saved time maintaining and cleaning this thing. Stick to a steam mop or traditional mop. It touts this digital interface, however it’s hard to understand and can barely interpret the icons. Not helpful.

Dies Right After Warranty Expires
I had & used this vacuum for exactly 2 years. It wasn’t perfect, cleaned fairly well except for the edges and after each use the roller & tank did have to be taken out and cleaned. Due to the convenience of being a two in one I used it weekly. 1.5 weeks after the 2 year warrenty expired it died, I contacted Tineco customer service and they refused to repair the machine. Do better Tineco, your vacuums run well for only a short while and die right after the warranty expires. Waste. Of. Money.

I expected something better for the price
I just bought the Tineco Floor ONE S3 Breeze after having the Tineco iFloor 3 Breeze Complete for just over 2 years. My iFloor 3 Breeze got a nasty split in the flexible tube that draws all the water and debris into the machine, but because I didn’t notice it until the unit started really causing a major odor and doing an inspection, it was just past the 2 year manufacturer warranty and would cost me $100+ to send it in to see if they can even fix the issue. So, I decided to purchase a new machine with an extended warranty. This time I decided to get the Floor ONE S3 Breeze being that it was an upgrade with some added techy features like the iLoop sensor. However, I think I made the wrong choice and should have gone with the oldie but goodie iFloor 3 Breeze. Why? 1. The iFloor 3 Breeze sat on a charging base where I did not have to continuously plug in the vacuum after every use or to run the clean cycle. I thought that this feature was standard amongst all Tineco Mop Vacs, but I was very surprised to see this missing in an upgraded version. 2. The iLoop technology doesn’t seem to do much of anything. Last night, my toddler was eating a rice dish where most of it ended up on the floor. While mopping it all up with the S3, the light bar never changed to red to show that it detected a large amount of debris. It’s not necessarily a deal breaker for this machine, but I figured that it should have at least shown a little bit of a red circle. I know that I’ve only had this vacuum for 1 day, but based off of those two observations so far and comparing it to my previous model, I’m not very impressed with this “Upgraded” version. I also turned off the voice prompts as I found them annoying and unnecessary.

Disappointingly Designed
I have been using this Tineco model for a few weeks, and it has been UNIMPRESSIVE overall. From my experience, it DOES NOT make cleaning your floors an easier time. Biggest CONS/PAINPOINTS: Waste disposal (BAD): It is a hassle having to empty the waste/dirty water for this unit (which needs to happen frequently if you plan on cleaning more than one room). The top half of the waste bucket is unable to stand on its own upon opening the bucket, which means you will have to lay it down somewhere dripping waste water. Additionally, having to pick apart pieces of hair and gunk from the waste tank (after dumping the waste water) will slow you down. If you grasp onto the waste bucket incorrectly, the top cap will loosen up and drop, spilling waste water all over your floor. There can be design improvements to make this easier and less frustrating. Battery life (TERRIBLE): There have been multiple times where I have to pause my cleaning to put the unit in its stand to plug-in for a recharge. Charging is very slow (at least 60 mins for full charge). This makes it frustrating to have to wait for the battery to reach ample charge to clean and in order to use the self-cleaning function. You would have to wait for an extended amount of time after your cleaning just to charge the unit until it has enough charge to use the self-cleaning function (and you will have to clean the waste bucket after the self-cleaning is finished, too). Actual cleaning (OK): Does not generate enough power to pick up/clean gunk and stains that stick to the floor. You may have to have the unit run over it 5+ times. The head of the machine is designed in a way where you will not be able to cover tight corners. This is because there is a gap between the front and side edges of the vaccuum/cleaning roller.

My brother recommended this and although I was some what skeptical, it sounded like what I needed – after using the old fashion rag mop- this went above and beyond my expectations Knowing when my order would be delivered I swept and mopped my usual routine, when my order arrived the same day, I mopped with it I was amazed how much it pulled off the floor, I’ve used it daily since and my floors now have their shine back, I would do a commercial for this, and that’s saying a lot because I’m rarely impressed with products anymore Spend the money it’s worth every penny

Works great cleaning the floor UNTIL it has to be cleaned! It is terrible machine to clean up. You have to take apart everything to clean it THEN YOU MUST do a machine”self clean” then clean it up AGAIN! It also leaves a big mess of dirty water in it’s housing tray that you must clean and dry up! Not worth it!!!
