Ease of cleaning. Ease of use. Lightweight. Easy to clean. Super easy to assemble & charge up. It’s nothing fancy but perfect for me. I wish it was slightly cheaper, but it’s exactly what I wanted and membership in Amazon Prime eliminates any S&H charges … so if you’re on the fence, I say go for it. I’m 70, I live alone and manage my home myself. This works great for my needs (about 6 rugs/runners, cat hair/cat litter/monster dust bunny control; and surface=premium linoleum throughout). • So I’m a happy girl. Thanks, Sharky. We replaced a five-year-old shark that is identical to this one. I wouldn’t use this as your main vacuum as the suction is not quite like a corded vacuum. But we use this one for quick cleanups around the birdcage and the occasional spills. Shark discontinued, the headlight on the front of the unit which is said because a greatly helped you locate and ensure that you were getting up any debris on the floor. I bought it aftermarket light but it’s not the same.

Battery would not charge after 2 weeks

Very Short Battery Life
This is heavy vacuum considering how it is presented. The most negative is a battery that has a short life, the booklet says max is 17 minutes. Our house is not terribly large but we can’t clean the hard woods and carpet without charging the maching and that takes quite while. If I had known what I know about the machine I never would have bought it.

This vacuum works great when you don’t have to clean clogs from the hose. It would be easier to clean if there is a clean out port at the base of the vacuum.

BUYER BEWARE 6 MONTHS OF USE IF YOURE LUCKY
The media could not be loaded. I loved the vacuum in the beginning. But 8 months later and it just blinks with the error code every single time I try and vacuum. I’m super frustrated. There’s no clogs, no hair on the bristles, the filter is clean. It’s just a faulty and bad item. The battery seems to be toasted but I just know Im super disappointed I got 6 months of good use. Been having issues for awhile now.

Doubly disappointed when the charge light never worked properly & never went to 1/2 blue light so that I one can tell when the battery is completely charged. This vacuum battery does not last more then 10 minutes and the first time it was used one of the wheels fell off and will not go back on. It barely sucks anything up. Do not waste your money. You can buy a better vacuum for a lower price.

A really good small vacuum.
I’ve had this for about 3 months now, and I’m very pleased. Although this doesn’t look as trendy as most cordless vacs, I like the light weight and it’s easy to maneuver under tables and around furniture. And most important, it has enough suction power to pick up dry cat food and most of the kitty litter that sometimes gets tracked on my cat’s paws! I don’t mind pulling out this vac for little things like that because it’s so light weight, which is ever more important to me as I get older. I have a much more expense Shark vac that I still use when I’m doing a deeper clean or I want to use attachments to reach high or awkward areas, but on a day-to-day basis this smaller machine is the one that gets the biggest workout, and both carpets and hard floors. And I don’t feel like I’VE had a workout, even after using it in several rooms! The pickup roller is wider than my previous cordless lightweight vac, which is a big plus, and overall it works better than that vac which cost $100 more and broke after one year. This Shark is a definite recommend.

Quit working after 4 months.
For approximately 4 months this vacuum was great. Having a lot of hard floors, this was great to use vs sweeping with a broom. Suction was great and it’s light and easy to use and easily transitions from hard floor to carpet. However, after 4 months of normal use 1-2 times per week, the unit won’t turn on, won’t charge and is completely useless. I’ve gone through troubleshooting with no success. Very disappointing.

The head wraps in dog hair horribly
It’s not a bad vacuum if you don’t have a dog or carpet that is thick. The hair gets wrapped on the head all the time and have to cut it off with a knife. It works ok on bare floors. Definitely not a value for the money it costs. I do like that it is light and can be picked up easily.

Awesome little vacuum!
I absolutely love this Vacuum. I’ve had it for 11 months and will never go back to a corded vacuum. It is so liberating to be able to just grab it and pick up any little mess and when vacuuming larger areas it’s so nice to not have to fight with a cord. It has great suction as well. The battery doesn’t last for vacuuming my whole house at once but I just rotate areas between charging.

Unit quit working on Day 31 however
The unit would no longer charge or work at all on Day 31. One day after the return window for Amazon, however Contacted Shark customer service. They could not have been nicer. After a brief trouble shooting session, they agreed to replace the unit with an upgraded model. 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ to Shark

I don’t know if I got a dud or what. I have bought other shark vacuums, and they have been great. This one is horrible!!! It has very little suction, and the battery does not stay charged. I don’t even have a lot of carpet to vacuum. All I vacuum are three bedrooms and some area rugs.

I had one of these in 2016 at my workplace and loved it. I have a second story and couldn’t keep hauling the vacuum up and down the stairs. I was so happy to see shark still made this super floor vac! I am ordering a second one fit the upstairs. It is powerful and lightweight. Perfect size and handles easily.
