Vacuums well. Instantly picked up loads of cat hair. It cannot find the dock…..ever. in between use had to add the robot and resync it each time. I’m running out of silly names to call it. It is supposed to be easy. It does not operate well since It cannot ever dock and It never responds to app unless deleted and re-added. This was the inexpensive model get what you pay for.

It’s ok. But for the amount of money I spent on it, Im eldisappointed in Shark. It bumps into everything & becomes annoying when it does it bump multiple times. It gets stuck on the stupidest stuff then it does it over again. These are low to the floor item like a stand up fan. It gets stuck on the base of the fan. Its like having a small child. U have to babysit it. If I run it while I’m away, it gets stuck so it’s never done when I get home! I’ll just have to get another one but hopefully better. Good luck!

I had a different brand that I used for years almost daily. Until the battery finally died. This one, does not have a remote, yes you can turn it on with your phone. It does not have a feature to do anything but bump from one side to another. It does not go around the edges of your rooms, especially important for kitchen floors . What’s the point if I still need to sweet!

This robo vac find the edge of the step only after it has gone too far over it and gets stuck there. I would think the idea of edge detection would be to detect it before it’s gone too far. Had an inexpensive Eufy robo vac before this one that worked way better. Don’t waste your money on this if you have stairs.

I’ve been using it for a few weeks now in a 1 bedroom apartment and the main things I’ve noticed is that it tends to get stuck a lot on carpet. It happened 10+ times on today’s run. It always says the front bumper is stuck and I have to go pick it up and tap the bumper a bunch of times to get it going again. I can’t run it when I’m not home because how often it gets stuck. Since this doesn’t map, it pretty much just runs into everything and goes in a v-shape pattern. I just close the doors or block off areas I don’t need it to go to. The suction has been fine too though I wish the tray was designed better. Sometimes I end up spilling some dust when I’m emptying it. I got it on sale and I wouldn’t recommend paying regular price for this.

Strangely I was unable to receive support for it, the week prior to me realizing it doesn’t work correctly anymore. It won’t charge, is stuck on “returning to dock” and will only clean for about half a minute to two mins before it stops working again. I bought this one to replace an older model. I have a couple cats and one thing I’ve learned is that these robot vacuums are worthless on carpet and for picking up pet hair. However, on my hard surface floors it does an awesome job. This one is much quieter than the older ones I have had, as well.

I’ve wanted a robot vacuum for years! My least favorite chore is now being done 3 times a week and I don’t have to lift a finger! Well, except to empty it out, but that is easy enough. My carpet and wood floors look great. It maneuvers over rugs easily. I love the Shark brand and was excited that I could afford this. If you’re considering it, buy it!

The vacuum robot is kind of “crazy” because it doesn’t create a map of your house, it doesn’t have like a specific order to clean and it “hits itself” with every single object or furniture, at uncountable times at the same moment. In addition to that the robot has problems connecting to the wifi. I spent hours speaking with customer support two different times and they weren’t able to fix the problem. They just told me that the vacuum had a manufacturing. The vacuum power wasn’t bad.
