Luckily Working
Received the product damaged, not sure if I received someone’s returned item or if it was damaged in shipping, seemed like it had other wear and package issues that suggested it was not a new item, I was disappointed due to what I spent on it, but it seems to be working.
MikeO –
12v plug fell apart after a few weeks of use
Seems to work but the power plug failed miserably
Patrick B. –
Not 1000 watts
This unit is only 750 watts continuous
Randy –
Blew UP!
This thing worked great for a few weeks. We are using it to convert DC to AC in a small solar setup in a shed. Went in the other day, turned it on and it started shooting sparks.
Cindy –
very nice
absolutely love this
Toreano –
Stopped working about 3 months!
It worked good other then the cheap wire connectors unlosening from the start didn’t know until the end of the first week the wire popped out. And then right after the return period with Amazon it just stops working. Contacted Amazon from refund but when I actually contacted them I passed Amazon return window. Hopefully they will respond back and do there warranty. Other than that perfect size! Voltages kept dropping due to wire so. Hopefully can update the review!

AC sockets don’t work
I like the size of the inverter. It’s compact. The USB and cigarette port work great but the AC sockets don’t work. Checked the fuses and they’re still good. Thankfully I had the cigarette adapter for my refrigerator or I would have been SOL
James Mello –
Not bad but not as described
Ok so the story goes I was trying to hook up a house electric 400 watt max start up 450 heater and the sad thing is you can’t use the cigarette lighter socket which totally defeats the purpose of the cable least to me now I know it’s not stable to the fact that socket’s can only be pushed to 150 watts maximum one it will blow the fuse and if you put a 30 amp fuse then you risk the chance of causing the wires to burn and take out your ride again this new age your telling me we can’t run products off the lighter socket? Lies of course you can but unfortunately this inverter gives you long cigarette socket cable but gives you 18in battery cables how is that going to work ? Again it doesn’t so now your spending 60 dollars for new cables to permanently mount this inverter but I don’t want to keep it permanently just need it for 12 hours or so less after going to Lowe’s and buying 3foot of 6gauge cable and connectors now I’m over 200 hundred dollars for this temporary project I get it all installed only to find that this inverter can’t handle the load saywhat?!!! But I read the description and it says you can I research this before I bought this thing so now it just sits there and beeps the heater is max 450 and runs on 400 watts but this one is a 1000 watt inverter I should be well under the maximum of this inverter.so needlessly it’s a gods inverter if you using it for a laptop or a pencil sharpener or a phone charger but everything else that world needs it for your out of luck on this one , so I had to buy a 1500 watt inverter and i ran two heater and a laptop and a charger so buy a 1500 not the 1000 that way you will have plenty of power to run tools tv microwave and it comes with longer cables and a heavy duty power cable , unfortunately all inverter you buy at the store they are now not coming with any power cables . My advice is 3 foot 6gauge cable and connectors from Lowe’s or who ever and you can mount or temporarily mount as I did the inverter and the cables will not burn up or turn red

It does not come with dual cigarrete lighters ports!!!
Amazom shoppers, do not buy this product! It DOES NOT COME with 2 cigarrete lighters ports as it advertises in here. It only comes with 1 cigarrete lighter port as it shows in the first picture. I bought one and it only came with 1 cigarrete lighter port. Again, it does not have dual cigarrete lighters ports!!! It only comes with 1 cigarrete lighter port!!! Now you know!!!

Small and convenient
I put this in the compartment between the seats of my 2022 Honda CRV. We use it to power a CD player while on trips. It works great and doesn’t take up any room.

Poor instructions and specs. Works otherwise
Very little info available for power requirements making choosing wiring difficult if u are not familiar with electrical requirement equations. I have also not run this long term or put it through its paces at this point but did put a load on it and seemed to be fine. At the moment my major complaint is limited information
DAVID –
Awesome….
Used this several times times camping. Wish it had a clamp option rather than bolt on.
Jason Patterson –
Works as expected.
This is a great little inverter(500W), I mounted it on a molle panel on the interior roof of my Bronco. It’s nice having the additional power supply close to hand for charging equipment.

Works as Advertized
After trying other converters-this product will make coffee with one cup Kuerig pot and electric skillet. Do not use your cig lighter— use Battery and it will work fine.

Retires Gas Generator
I connected the 2000W Inverter with 3 x 100 AMP batteries, cable size 4 AWG, and cable length four feet. I added a 150 AMP fuse and a switch to the battery circuit for safety. This setup allows me to run everything in my RV except AC and Heater. My 10 Gal shop vacuum and three-gallon air compressor work flawlessly. Very happy.

Read the description
By looking at the title/description, I thought it produced 1000watts for the cigarette plug, nope, it’s only 110watts and I think 750watts when plugged into the car battery. Was planning on using this on a road trip so the wife would have hot wayer, not going to happen now

A good quality inverter at a fair price
I bought this inverter to replace one that was in my work truck about 1.5 months ago. I cannot vouch for it’s longevity, but so far it has worked out really well. I like the fact that it has a cooling fan that comes on automatically if the internal temperature of the inverter rises above 104 degrees farenheit. I use it to recharge tool and flashlight batteries mainly, so the amp draw is minimal. So far, I am very pleased with my purchase.

Wont even power a 750W drill
Looks nice but won’t power a 750W corded drill, I know its PEAK 1000W but 25% under, it should at least turn.
Keith Yagel –
Worked great for TV while tailgating at ballgames.
This inverter has been great for my needs. Watching the day’s football games while tailgating before our games. Runs a 32” TV and Firestick without any issues.
JIM DECKER –
I have tried it and it appears to work well
I have not gotten to use it for an extended period of time but I am sure it will be fine
Bill Conley –
Wattage rating a little misleading.
This unit is NOT a 1000W sustained inverter. It could not supply power to a 120vac/1.3a pump

Manufacturer igniores warranty issues and efforts to contact them.
My item stopped working and istaller said inverter is defective and must be replaced. It is well within warranty, however manufacturer ignores multiple attempts to reach them. I noticed this occurence with other reviews as well. Amazon recognized this impropriety and agreed to take it back and have communication with manufacturer. My experience with this manufacturer has led me to leave a less than favorable review. While I can agree that devices sometimes fail, I cannot a company that simply ignores warranty and customer issues while advertising prompt support/service. They appear less than honest.

DON”T Buy, 2nd use would not run Amazon baxics fan
This is ridiculous, simple fan and operated 10 minutes on my boat and heard the beeping and inverter not functioning. it will charge a cell phone though, but who cares. i read a lot of the reviews so disappointment cannot be communicated online. came close to throwing in water but that’s not good for the environment

Could not handle 700 watt load – returned
This inverter could not handle 700 watt load. I returned it. It tried, cycled several times, then shut off. The battery was fully charged. It may have failed due to the supplied inexpensive battery clamps and cables. it was simple to use and build quality looked decent.

Most important is a unit that can safely run a computer and CPAP.
I am very pleased with this inverter. I tested it on a CPAP by connecting it to a marine GEL battery and ran it consistently for 9 hours. Additionally, I tested in on my personal laptop and ran it from the battery for four hours.

Good little inverter, power’s everything
I have this installed in my work truck. Its very quite when the fan kicks on, its compact in size and it powers my laptop, my printer and my food warmer, all at the same time, with no problems at all.
Tony E Davis –
Failed to power up on first few tries.
It showed the power input as being above 12 volts, but would not turn on. I will return for refund. I bought this at a power 3 times required for a medical device, and it would not even do the minimum.

Works great!
In my case, I bought the 1000 watt version. I’m using it on a full-size kitchen refrigerator and I’ve got it connected to a (lifepo4) lithium battery. I’ve got no complaints, it works just the way I hoped it would!

It fried after less than 50 hours of LIGHT USAGE.
I bought this to convert power for a solar power set-up. It worked for less than 3 days, and I only used it a few hours each day. Now it squeels when I turn it on, and the display just slowly flashes zeroes. Will no longer function. I’m reaching out to the seller, and may update depending on the results.

Quality and quiet
I only had one prior for my CPAP and it sucked and I paid more for it. It was noisy and wouldn’t power it majority of time. This one is unbelievable quiet, durable. 2 strait nights sleeping in camper no issues. Love this inverter. Highly recommend it. Iv told my wife several times camping how much I am glad I purchased this.

Won’t even power a small fan
I followed the directions set up for a battery. I checked the battery 12.3 I plug in the fan and it won’t even turn on. Tried several items. It just beeps. Voltage drops to 10.9 and turns off. I check battery again still get 12.3.
ROBERT J. LESNIAK –
1000 watts, really?
I’m one for taking a chance because of cost even if some of the reviews are not the best. I purchase this unit to replace an older 500 watt inverter that I used in my RV to run a fan. The fan also runs on a small portable 50 watt inverter that I own. I received the new 1000 watt inverter and connected it directly to a fully charged battery. I plug in the fan and all the I got was beeping from the inverter. Needles to say, it was returned and I spent a little more money and purchased a pure SINE 1500 watt inverter being delivered today.
W. Bennett –
So far, I’m impressed!
Got this to replace an old inverter that started making noise. Also seemed to be draining my deep cycle battery too fast. This seems to have less drain when not turned on (they all have at least some drain), is much lighter and tells you what your battery voltage is and the temp.amongst other data. Needed this to power some LED flood lights, which it does quite well. Now let’s see how long it lasts (the old one went for over ten years!).
Joshua Lind –
Broken with error, barely used
What a let down, I’ve only used this a handful of time. Luckily it failed while just testing and not being used when it really mattered. It’s stuck with an error “9.99A” when plugged in. Fuses are fine and the inside looks fine.

Advertisement is a lie!
Oh where do I being… first of all, this thing works, just not up to specs, and the specs are not what is advertised here either. It’s ADVERTISED as 500W with 1kW surge. Right off the bat, the manual says 450W continuous and 500W peak power output. So keep this in mind, the Amazon page is 100% definitely lying. Additionally, the device claims to have a safety cutoff at 550W which will shut off the AC and produce a repeating 4 beep alarm. This feature “works”, many times has it cut off my power and beeped at me, and the inverter is safe from harm. So what’s the problem, besides this being a lower rating than advertised? Well, I never put a load on this inverter >500W, and yet the safety switch cut me off. Indeed, my watt meter rarely reaches 250W before the inverter shuts off. So it seems to me that this inverter not only has specs in the manual that are well below the advertisement, but its actual performance is once again well below the spec! But maybe it’s my load that is somehow the problem? My load is a refrigerator that has a running amperage <1A, and startup rating of 4A. 4A * 110V ~440W. Plugged into a wall with my watt meter I see 420W maximum draw so it seems to be running up to spec. Already I trust this fridge a lot more than the inverter! But further investigation... Fridges are basically just compressors, which produce an inductive load. This can cause a low power factor (PF) which basically means the net wattage is unaffected but it causes a lot of push-and-pull and strains the power system, in this case the the inverter. I measured the PF to be around .85, peaking at 500VA, still within the inverter's specs. Long story short, this thing is DEFINITELY INCAPABLE OF DOING 500W! By the way, the provided cables are 12 AWG. 12 AWG is rated for a maximum sustained current of 20A, otherwise they get too hot. 20A * 12V = 240W. That's the maximum safe continuous power draw that the provided cables can do without overheating. Coincidence that the power off feature seems to cut power at about exactly that power draw? I don't think so. At least it's not a fire hazard... probably. I made my own wires for this after seeing the provided ones, hopefully I can use them on whatever replacement inverter I buy.
Bob –
1000 is a lot
If you hardwire this to your battery – and it is 1000 watts so you pretty much have to – you need to buy 6 gauge wire and 75 or 80 amp fuse. I used the 30 amp I had and it melted the housing when i used my 700 watt drip coffee maker. This really should not be plugged in to a dash board – 10 watt? – lighter socket.
Johnathan George –
Worked well for over a year, then died
This is a nice capable little inverter when it works. It was able to run a hair dryer on the low setting without any issues when connected directly to the car battery. Unfortunately it quit working suddenly and now all it will do is beep continuously. It was not overloaded when it died… Just running a 90 watt charger for my laptop. I took a look inside and found a bad mosfet and some questionable solder joints. Replaced the mosfet and reflowed the solder joints and it worked for a few minutes before it failed and started to beep continuously again.
M. B. –
Misleading title
You cannot get 1000 watts out of this device unless it’s connected directly to the battery terminals With the cigarette light cord you’re limited to 180 watts However, you won’t find this info in the description My bad that I forgot to return it on time so I just waisted around 70 dollars I bought a device that allows me to go up to 300 for a third of that price

Broke before I even used it

Just what I needed
Right out the box I knew this is what I needed. Easy to put together though I think the connection wires should be a little more robust. With that said, it supplies all of my power needs and it is a perfect addition to my long travels and nights where I might need the power. All in all it is worth the money.
Joe Kool –
Highly functional
This was my first inverter as part of a solar configuration (not just to plug in dash for tire inflator). It is well made, heavy duty clips on battery connectors- yet also has auto dash connector. I am extremely pleased with its quality. I believe I chose well to get the most value for cost… My configuration is a 100 watt Solar Rich aluminum panel, a Renogy Wanderer controller I previously purchased for another project, and a truck battery that I replaced for trip safety, but is still strong battery. I will be buying another one to power my wired 30’ shed that has not been connected to power…
Joe –
Convenient little package
This inverter works perfectly and at a great price.
