Plug is wired backwards and sub par transfer switch
Problem #1: One of the plugs on the front of the unit has the hot and neutral reversed. Reached out to the company for warranty repair and was not contacted back. Problem #2: The transfer switch is not immediate. It takes a few seconds to switch over when A/C power is disconnected. If you have anything that needs to reboot it will do so every time A/C power is lost. Defeats the purpose of a transfer switch.

Awesome! Over a year no issues
I use this to power a small window ac unit. This is connected to a 12 volt 200ah lithium battery and 200 watt solar power. I dont recommend that you leave this powered on all the time. I find it drains my battery slowly even the 200watt panels can’t keep up with the drain of this unit. I found that the fan on this unit runs if the car gets too hot inside. I live in texas so it’s always running during idle and that will drain the battery. It’s kinda funny cause this unit thinks it getting hot from a power load and is trying to cool itself off with its fan. Reality it’s just inside a freaking hot car during a texas heat wave. Lol

App not supported for new Android versions
Overall the inverter works great. I knocked 2 stars off because the Invertermate app does not work on newer Android versions. Neither my Android 11 or 13 devices can install the app. It only works on really old Android versions. The iOS app works fine.

Horrible customer service
I bought an inverter May 2023. I used it four times then it stopped working. I have tried reaching out to the company about warranty or replacement for the inverter that stopped working and have had zero response. I have called and left messages. I’ve sent multiple emails I’ve sent the messages through the message system is there Website and no response whatsoever. The customer service with this company is nonexistent. I would not recommend anyone buying this product as you can get no support from them. Update after posting this review the customer service reached out and replaced the inverter and I had the new one in 3 days

I bought this power inverter because I bought a new Toshiba inverter microwave air fryer for my truck and when using the microwave it would come up with a power failure message So I thought I would give this one a try It actually works really great I love the fact that when I run my APU it automatically uses the mains generator to run my appliances and when I turn the APU off it automatically switches to battery power through this power inverter The built in transfer switch makes life easier Great product with a nice Bluetooth Apo I would recommend this product to anyone driving a truck for a living

I’ve only had it a few days so far. I’m using this as part of my home network (Starlink, Mesh network and a NAS) power backup with a 200AH LiFePo4 battery (charged by a small solar bank). It switches from mains to battery a little too slow so I have an UPS inline. Seems OK so far. Unfortunately, the Bluetooth app (InverterMate) won’t install on either my Note10 or my S23Ultra. Says my versions of Android are too new and it was made for an older version of Android. So if you want to use BT to control the inverter, you’re out of luck. Latest App Version 1.2.2 updated on Nov 5, 2021. May be fine if you have an Apple device.

I bought this because of the integrated transfer switch. I have a battery maintainer on the battery and if the unit wasn’t inverting because of the pass thru AC, I didn’t want it to draw battery power. I was told it wouldn’t when plugged into an AC outlet and it does. I have installed a backup generator, so this inverter is for the few circuits not backed up by the generator. The software does not load on the latest version of my Android OS but did work on an older version of an Apple OS on an old iPhone. It allows Bluetooth communication between inverter and phone, so you can remote turn on or turn off and also read the status of battery voltage and power consumption. The battery voltage as reported by the inverter is 1/2 volt lower then on my voltmeter directly connected to the meter, but the power consumption seems to be accurate.

The media could not be loaded. With the double fans it stays cooler than any this size I’ve personally seen . The automatic bypass switch will ensure your other power sources won’t fry this ! Just plug a backup plug into it . Could use the Solar as the backup for a generator if you want or vis versa The blue tooth monitor is especially helpful as it’s being used see what your using. Easy on off for sleeping if desired to save extra phantom power loss which all inverters have it the larger the inverter the higher the phantom power loss Even when off btw but that helps So expecting I’ll use this one the rest of my life it’s that good Nice to finally get the pure sine wave to replace modified sine wave that wouldn’t power the induction cooker but this power inverter does it perfectly so that stops propane for cooking! As the author of Solar independent utility systems manual I strongly recommend this product

Won’t answer emails, support phone number not valid. No way to even buy another Bluetooth dongle. Bluetooth feature is not an upgrade, it’s unreliable. Was the right footprint to fit my use case. Most 2kw inverters are way longer. Lots of good reviews, although I’m now seeing many reviews are not for this 2kw model.

I bought this about 6 months ago for working in the field when i dont have power I finally got to use it and i wanted to be able to run my 110v fluxcore welder with it. I was not disappointed. I ran it for about 20 minutes straight on max hooked to a halfton truck and it worked perfectly. Very stable little to no fluctuations in the power at the arc.

I had bought this unit to replace a 1500 watt or smaller unit and it installed great and worked for a couple weeks and then just stopped. I had only used low power units to be charged. Items like rechargeable flashlights, small power tool rechargeable battery packs. I have 12.50 volts going into the unit but nothing turns on or is coming out of the unit.

One outlet had neutral and hot swapped. This should be tested at the factory. Bluetooth app is nice, but requires plugging/unplugging bluetooth when restarting the app. The app does not show incoming AC voltage, only outgoing voltage. On the good side, it does transfer fast enough that directv receiver does not reboot. It successfully acts like a UPS. Factory: please add wiring fault detection to quality control. Internal wiring is not color coded.

This runs a house window A/C unit in my vehicle just fine, as well as a 120V blower fan and some misc stuff off and on. However it will not run an 1800 watt air compressor of mine. Long story short, no high watt devices work well with inverters- took a lot of research to find that out. I have two complaints about the design. One is that the receptacles are bunched together too closely and it is hard to plug things in. The cord ends on larger devices overlap onto the neighboring outlets. Also, the lugs on the cable ends, all six cables on both ends, are all the same size. So the hot cables will not fit over a positive battery post bolt. I had to cut them off and install larger lugs just to test it out.
