I had been eyeing this machine for years after seeing it on social media. I couldn’t pull the trigger because it is expensive and the reviews were a bit mixed. When I saw it for sale with a steep discount during Prime day, I finally committed and I am so glad I did. I am a busy mom of 4 who just doesn’t have time to mop everyday (or week unfortunately). We have tile in the kitchen and hardwood floors where we eat. The kitchen tiles were NEVER clean. I sometimes steamed them twice in a row and then used a regular mop and the floors still didn’t pass the “paper towel” test. Enter Tineco. As soon as I charged it for the first time I did my tiled floors. I did 2 rounds just because I wanted to give the machine a fair shot on floors that never seemed to get clean. Oh my gosh, for the first time EVER there was no residue on a paper towel when I wiped the floor. None whatsoever. I’ve seen complaints about the battery but I have a 3600 sq ft house. I bought the combo (more in that later) which I think has a shorter battery life than the regular Tineco — I can still do my whole first floor before the battery even gets to 30%. I did my entire kitchen, eat in area, living room, dining room, and the first floor bathroom tonight and it was at 40%. I did have to clean the dirty water tank once and add fresh water but I don’t mind. I bought the combo — I wish I would have bought just the regular one. I have yet to use the hand vac and I honestly don’t think I ever will. I can just use our regular vacuum if I need to get into tight crevices. That is my only regret with this machine. Cleaning is a breeze. I had an issue the first time running the self clean — it kept telling me to clean the dirty water tank even though it was clean. I ended up just manually starting the self clean function and it worked like a charm. This machine saves me so much time and now my floors are clean. It takes not even 5 minutes to clean the machine when I’m done (wash the dirty water tank, the roller, wipe down the machine, etc) and that’s because I really want to take care of the machine. You probably don’t need to be as diligent as I am. I did notice it leaves slight streaking on my darker hardwood floors (nothing on my light hardwood). It is minimal and doesnt bother me whatsoever. All in all, I love this machine and so far I don’t regret this purchase whatsoever. I hope this review helps someone who may be contemplating!
I bought the machine three months ago. It is not working correctly. You have to put it on the charger to start the machine. I called the company they had me ship the machine back for repair receive the machine back with the same issue now they want to send me a refurbished machine! After spending almost $500 on a new machine, I have to except a refurbished machine. And they threaten you if you put a negative review.

I’ll be the first one to admit it… I don’t mind sweeping but I DO NOT like to mop. I love clean floors but getting there is not my favorite chore. And because of that, I don’t mop as much as I need to. Especially with several dogs that go in and out every day. That’s no longer a problem thanks to this fantastic machine. After watching them in use on TikTok, I knew I had to have one and I’m so glad I made the investment. My back is also so glad! The Tineco works wonders on our floors! Battery does not hold charge anymore
It is a great product, I used it for 5 months, and I loved it. I used to use it for my kitchen and all the downstairs part of my house. The battery holds charge for about 30min of use. After 5 months, it started to hold charge only for 10 min. Now, it only works for 2 min, and goes from 100% to 0% charge. I can not even finish one part of my kitchen. I am so disappointed. You can not use it while it is plugged in (in charging mode). It is an expensive vaccum and sweaper that is not worth the money if the battery will not hold charge anymore.

This is such an amazing way to clean your floors! The first time I used it, my wife had just mopped the day prior. It was both amazing and terrifying how much dirt was still on our hard surface flooring. This does the job but the cleaning solution does not give off a smell. Even with the self clean you still have to “clean” it. If you use the max mode you will run out of water VERY quickly and have to refill. I got this thinking it would be easier than my bissell per pro and it’s not even close. Going back to bissell

Not worth the money
This isn’t worth the money in my opinion. The battery life is extremely short. The mopping feature does not work well for anything stuck on the floor; a spill has to have not had any time at all to dry. I was super excited from the pictures and videos provided but I am super disappointed for the quality of product for this price.

Nice job but constant battery charging
I have had this unit for 8-9 months. It does a nice job on tile and hardwood floors. Overall a good cleaning value for both types of floors. As I mentioned This unit does a nice job but if you have over 1200-1500 sq ft of floor you will need to charge the unit about 3/4 of the way. 3 hours to recharge the unit. I wish there were changeably batteries.

Died after a year
For the year that I used it, I liked it a lot! Then I had to contact support when a part on the bottom cracked, and then the battery started having a shorter and shorter life until now it dies as soon as it is turned on. It says it’s fully charged at 100, it just drops to 0 immediately. It’s a shame. Going with a different brand next time.

Water tank went out TWICE
When I first bought this I LOVED it for the first two months! Then after two months it stopped mopping, no water came out at all! Called tineco and they had me ship it back to replace the water pump. I’ve only had it back two weeks and it stopped working AGAIN! I am extremely aggravated at this point. I can no longer return it to Amazon so I’m stuck with a product that doesn’t even DO what it’s designed to do!!!!!!

I’m currently obsessed with this vacuum mop! I use it sometimes 2 to 3 times a day depending on what we feed the children for meal times or how messy our dogs are. The only complaint I have is the roller brush does start to stink and has to be replaced somewhat frequently, but otherwise, this is one of my favorite products I’ve ever bought!

Horrible customer service
I haven’t had this product for even a year and had a couple issues. The first one they had me send it and they fixed it. This time the sensors on my dirty water tank keep going off. I sent a video and explained what is going on they said no problem we will send a replacement. I’ve been waiting for this replacement for over a month. I contacted them again saying I haven’t heard back that the tracking number is not updating. They apologized and said they would send a replacement again and would update me with a new tracking number. It’s been over a week and no update. I’ve never had to reach out to company multiple time to get my problem resolved. Whenever I had a problem with dyson they would resolve it right away and I would have a working product within that week. This is so annoying a month of a non working machine and im getting the same email saying they will update me once they get a new tracking number. Stay away and get something decent with customer service that will actually help you out instead of fake promises.

I loved the convenience of vaccuming and mopping at the same time! This saved a lot of time! Battery life was great. But it harbored odors. Empty the tank with each use and self clean cycle. Also, for some reason the sensor on my tank was rusting. Otherwise, I would 100% recommend this product.

The media could not be loaded. Don’t mind my dirty floors. I hate mopping & can’t remember when was the last time I mopped. I also have kids that play sports & bring more in then they should. I REALLY TRIED to love this vacuum. I kept lying to myself that it was great – BUT its not . 🙁 needs to be emptied/ refiiled every 5 minutes the water is dirty after use but doesnt CLEAN the floor really unless you let it run over the same section for 5+ minutes. traditional mooping is much more effective until a better product comes out. A better prodect would have a roller with some scrubbing power . the roller on this vacuum is like a paint roller so isnt doing a whole lot. thinking of maybe trying the bissell with steam but the roller looks the same IDK disspointed

now this is pricey and obviously not everyone can splurge on something like this but if it’s ever on sale thru prime day, etc and youre consider getting, please get it. it makes cleaning ur floors so much easier specially if u have pets

Mixed feelings!
I have mixed feelings! I ordered one and I’m in love so I ordered another one! However, the second one broke the same week and it was really hard to get tineco customer support to help me (however, amazon rep helped with returning it). The one that I have is great. However, if you have to pick up something very dry like flower, sometimes it gets stuck and won’t run even the cleaning mode. Usually I try to fix it with adding some vinegar into the cleaning mode and try to run cleaning cycle a few times. Also, it think it still cannot access very well areas around cabinets. Other than than, I love it. I love the fact that it vaccums and cleans the floor at the same time. You will see how dirty your floors are! It will clean up any mess from cooking, beach sand, even some minor renovation clean up.

Why did I wait so long?
Best prime deal purchase to date! I have been watching countless TikTocs on this mop! I caved! Wow! My floors get so much cleaner with this mop! I can’t believe I have been scrubbing my floors with a mop thinking they were clean!! Easy to use! I can clean my whole main level without needing to add water. The vacuum part is great for little things I miss with the vacuum. If you are thinking about buying one, DO IT!!

Love this thing!
Works great on laminate, linoleum, tile, you name it. Doesn’t do a good job of really scrubbing and getting into set spills, but does leave floors sparkling. It charges fast and is good for our 600 square foot kitchen and living room.

Make sure to get warranty!!
So I’ve had this vacuum for over a year now and honestly I regret not getting warranty. I’m a mom of two under two and I’m always on the go. It works great for a quick clean up but since I’m always in a hurry I do bang the vacuum on corners a little but not violently and because of the banging the vacuum is now glitching and does what it wants. When I turn the vacuum on to clean up a mess it will turn off on me and I have to keep pressing the power button 20 times just to clean up a mess I don’t want to use my hands with. I wish I got warranty so I can send back to get fixed but now I’m stuck with getting lucky on a mess that needs cleaning.

Amazing!
I have a bad back and have actually been in spasm for the last 4 days. The unit arrived yesterday and I put it to charge, but couldn’t wait another day to try it. I told myself I would just test it in the kitchen. Ended up doing my whole downstairs with minimal strain on my back! I’m sold!! The suction was great, the cleaning was great. My floors look and feel clean and it only took 30 minutes compared to my usual almost 2 hours! I’m not exhausted and sweaty either. The self clean at the end of the roller brush is the icing on the cake. Worth every penny for me!

I’m officially domesticated
I have hardwood floors and had individual roomba type vacuum and mop units. It worked alright but cleaning it was tedious. With this vacuum/mop combo, the suction on the vacuum is really good and it míos well without leaving your floors too wet or sticky. Cleaning is a breeze, just empty the dirty water tank and hit the “Clean” button and it cleans itself! I happily Moo multiple times a week now.

Battery wont last long at all
Product is good does the job. But battery wont last more than 30 min and takes too long to charge. If you have a larger home do not use this product. Or buy three of them.

My floors sparkle!
Easy to use and does a fantastic job on pet hair. Battery runs out quickly but stays on long enough to get around 1,600 sq ft/ 25 mins per charge.

Keeps telling me over and over to empty dirty water tank even after I have. Clean water, dirty water and battery keep falling off the vacuum while I’m trying to use it but I can’t even use it because it automatically shuts off if it thinks the dirty water tank is full. So as of right now it’s been a major waste of money.

Great for quick light clean up but look elsewhere for deep cleaning…
I keep looking for products that can consolidate my cleaning, but sadly these all in one units (regardless of the brand) are great for a quick small clean area but not for deep cleaning. I would place this item in the swiffer substitute area, as in it’s good for a quick light clean but you will still need to mop every once in a while if you want a deep clean. The battery drains fairly quickly on full suction, and on a single level expect to empty and refill a few times as well as potentially charge. After digging around various review sites and forums I found conflicting feedback on this device, with many of them needing service within the first few months for electrical problems/software issues, or breaking shortly after warranty. At almost $500, thankful it was on discount at the time of this review for $430, it is a bit much for what you get. My 2 cents would be, for this price you could get a solid top of the line shark or dyson or even entry-mid miele and a -cedar spin mop system and call it a day. This product does save you some time when cleaning, but at the cost of quality of cleaning I suppose.

Nope, not worth it
Roller does not give even cleaning, cleaning solution also leaves freaks., and tanks do not stay on machine and won’t lock into place. Recently I cannot take more that two swipes at my floor without it telling me the dirty water tank is full and I have tried every way possible to clean the mop so that nothing is blocking the flow of water into the dirty tan

Worth the money invested
Firstly, vacuuming and mopping all in one?! Where have you been my whole life?! Just one pass over your floors and the dirty water bin clearly shows your floors aren’t as clean as you thought they were. I definitely recommend going with this version due to the water tanks being larger. If you don’t mind cleaning and filling a few times while doing your house then this won’t matter to you but for me I want to know I can do my entire house before I have to fill the clean water and empty the dirty. If your on the fence about pulling the trigger on this purchase I say don’t be, just do it, you won’t be disappointed.

Amazing vacuum mop .. but a bit heavy
I have used this a few times, very nice, edges are taken care, good water reservoir, I am able to vaccum and mop easily a 3000 soft home, unlike the S3

It works, but I would not buy again
Constantly having issues. The vacuum has absolutely no suction and barely picks up dog hair at all. The mop is no different. When it does actually want to run, after five minutes, it wants you to run it’s self-cleaning mode. Most of the time, after running for three minutes, it shuts itself down, stating that the dirty water tank is full. Even though there is barely any fluid in the tank. I was so disappointed, I really wanted this to work.

Quick and clean
I just got mine a week or so ago and love it! We have several animals that leave hair, food, grass etc all over. This makes quick work of cleaning our floors. I had a Bissell that took a while to dry and the floors were smudgy. This the floors dry quickly and look perfect.

Do not buy
After a few uses, begins to carry a mold smell. I have cleaned this thoroughly after each use even changed filter and roller. I don’t even have it for a full year does not work that well anymore.

Don’t fall for it. It’s a bad product
It worked great for a few months. Then you realize you have to buy replacement parts every month, that’s the power and ability to clean continues to degrade. Then the batter won’t hold a charge for more than 10minutes. Call for warranty and you have to pay $30 for the privilege of shipping it back to them for them to service. And you know it’s going to just fall apart again once they send it back. While returning, the fedex employees let me know that they have multiple returns for this product every week. They were not at all surprised to see me walk in needing help packing up a vacuum.

Wasn’t sure if I would like a wet mop vacuum until I tried them. I had bought another type from the same brand and it was good but this one is way better. It can pick up a wide variety of things from spills to crumbs.

Battery power is not worth it
You have to go so fast cleaning one room before the batter dies that it doesn’t clean that well. It calls for a self cleaning every 5 mins and it will DRAIN the battery if you do it.

Incredible!
This vacuum is INCREDIBLE! Definitely worth the money especially if you have pets and a baby. Cleans anything in the way and it cleans itself when you’re all done! The only thing I would change is the charging station dock. When it self cleans some of the soap goes out of the dock and onto the floor where it’s stationed. Other than that no other complaints here!

It needs to be improved
The media could not be loaded. I don’t dislike this vacuum at all, but it needs to be improved. The concept is brilliant, but having to empty the dirty water container when it’s not even halfway annoys me every time, and that’s why I only give this 3 starts. There’s no way you start moping when, shortly after, the machines need to be empty, and it will happen again and again. other than that, it does the job done!

It was great then stopped working
I ordered this machine in June. It’s September 11, I have used it about 10 times to clean up kitchen spills and water. Now when I turn it on it says “empty dirty water tank”. The tank either has nothing in it or a little bit. It’s not even enough to cover the bottom to make a full layer of debri or water. IRRITATING AND FRUSTRATING. For a $500 Machine this thing is terrible.

Reliable and easy to use
I absolutely love this product. This is definitely great for everyday use for dog owners and a parents with a toddler. I use the vacuum at least 2x a day and just dump the dirty water in the toilet and clean out the tank! I love the app as well, it tells me how much I use it and how long I’ve used it.

Mine didn’t last more than a year. Warranty can’t fix things properly.
The media could not be loaded. When the product works, its great. Battery life for the most part is acceptable… wish it did better for sure. The unit I received started failing to charge just before hitting the year mark. We received warranty service to get it fixed, which took 2 weeks. Today, 3 weeks since receiving the repaired unit, I am staring my unit failing to charge again…. This is a year old product that failed twice (same issue) with a warranty service. Poor product quality AND subpar warranty? No Thank you.
