Bought this back in summer 2021 and it worked great. And then about 2 1/2 years later, it wouldn’t charge any longer. Tried troubleshooting by cleaning the contacts on the base and mop with isopropyl alcohol, nope, tried abrasive brush, nope, replaced the plug, nope. It’s dead. Maybe replace the battery is left? Probably rated it a 4 after purchase and a 1 since this didn’t last very long and apparently inability to charge is not uncommon. More uncommon is it is unrecoverable. My second bad Tineco product (top ranked vacuum based on CR did not vacuum well at all) and I’m done with them. They look good, though.

Only lasted two years…
I have LOVED this product for the past two years. Recommended it to all my friends and would give it a solid 5 stars… until one month ago when it suddenly just stopped working. After dismantling and looking up repairs on YouTube it seems that the motor has gone out. I contacted customer service and all they said was “sorry, you’re three months outside of your warranty window so nothing we can do.” Seems way too convenient that it breaks exactly 3 months after the warranty expired! I cannot justify such an expensive piece of equipment for it to only last two years… Major bummer!!

The media could not be loaded. I run a boxing gym with 1″ foam gym flooring and I have been amazed at the cleaning and mopping ability of this unit. Never again will we ever have to luggage around a clunky mop bucket with dirty mop water. This thing cleans amazingly well and flooring dries very fast. The only drawbacks of this thing are the constant dumping and filling of the dirty and clean water. Just keep a bucket and clean water source nearby and it works so well. Self cleaning function works very well. Mop time has been cut by 70%. Recommended 100%

Best for people who don’t dirty their home
1. This is the worst product I have ever purchased for my home. If you have a large house, I strongly advise against it because the water runs out quickly. Not only that, but you have to keep cleaning it since the self-cleaning feature doesn’t work well. If you have long hair, you will find it stuck in the vacuum, and removing it is really unpleasant. If you have dogs, I also don’t recommend it because you’ll need to clean it by hand. I bought this in October 2022, and it has just been sitting in my laundry room for a year or more. As a parent, I found it harder to use than a regular vacuum/mop. It took me longer to clean my house because I had to refill the water and clean it manually every 10 minutes or so. This was the worst purchase I’ve ever made. I would only recommend it to those who live alone or don’t have families.

Good Performance but Room for Improvement
I’ve been using this electric mop for some time, and overall, its performance is quite good. The cleaning effect is excellent, removing stains efficiently and thoroughly. It’s also much easier to use compared to a traditional mop. However, there are some drawbacks. First, the noise level is relatively high, especially noticeable in quiet environments. Second, the water tank is too small, which means frequent refills are needed for larger spaces, making it less convenient. Additionally, the mop doesn’t have a cloth drying function, so the pads need to be air-dried manually, which is a bit of a hassle. What I’m most dissatisfied with is the price of the cleaning solution. It’s unreasonably expensive, and finding suitable alternatives is quite difficult, which adds significantly to the overall cost of use. In summary, the cleaning performance of this electric mop is commendable, but if the design details and operating costs could be improved, it would offer a much better experience.

Debunking bad reviews
The media could not be loaded. I hate reviews sometimes. Honestly I didn’t read the reviews on this until after receiving my product. My mom has a version of tineco that I had borrowed for a while. I decided I wanted my own. Truly beats vacuuming and dealing with a mop and bucket and basically cleaning twice. I had been watching the prices and with the Black Friday deal placed my order. I received the ifloor3 breeze. Note this version the display is only a blue light on the top. Not the more fancy view. In using this tonight I was able to clean all the floors of my 1800 sqft home. With almost one container of water. So I refilled it once and there still a decent amount. The amount of clean water is also after running it on a cleaning cycle after my cleaning as well. If you click the water button you will use more clean water. And will need to refill more often. If the blue light is flashing you are using extra. And yes the floor will be a little wet a little while not as long as the traditional mop and bucket. I only use the extra water to help get it going and to the roller wet. And then turned that off. And again only refilled once and still have water left! It’s really all in knowing the product and using it as intended.

We went away after receiving this item…if I could have returned it I would have. Missed my window. It has times it works well. Other times it just does not release the clean water.. very frustrating. I purchased this item in 2021 and LOVED it. I literally should be sponsored by Tineco with how many people I have gotten to purchase this item. In all honestly, at least 18-20 people have purchased this mop because of my raving reviews and demonstrations at my house. I loved this mop. Over the course of 3 years, I had an issue with it, I had to package it up and send off for them to repair. They repaired it, and honestly I was fine with continuing to rave about them. Fast forward, it stopped working last month. Doesn’t clean dirt, it’s honestly just running. I have tried every single product support you can think. Every single you tube video. nothing works. I contacted customer service and they can’t help me. So, as much as i loved this product AND ALMOST MY ENTIRE FAMILY HAS, do not buy this. It will be good for the first couple of years, and Tineco is so unsupportive and literally doesn’t care about your needs. I have literally recommended their product to so many people (who actually purchased it) and I will never again. If a product can’t last for 3.5 years (had an issue in between that they repaired) and now it’s not cleaning at all, with the lack of support from customer service, it’s not worth it. I purchased my Dyson vaccuum the same day I purchased my Tineco (about to have a new baby so I was nesting) , and that is going strong. I had one minor issue last year (outside of warranty), and they immediately fixed it without costs. Tineco is trash. You will be fooled the first year or two, but we should expect better quality AND at least good customer service to help you figure out how to fix the issue or provide you something/parts/repairs considering it’s ONLY 3 years old. BEWARE!!!! I truly LOVEDDDDDD this mop. I’m a mom with 4 kids and 2 dogs. I saved for this mop bc it is pricey AND please notice as it states it has 2year warranty. And after 3.5 years of use- THE MOTOR SEIZED up. The company has stated it was an issue they know about and have since fixed in newer models. HOWEVER they state bc the 2 year warranty is up there isn’t anything they can do. They have offered a small percentage (15%) refund of what I paid and after multiple attempts to get assistance WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE i was finally offered shipping label bc it has to be SHIPPED back, and they wanted me to pay for shipping. I was told there is no data for how long they project the mop should actually last. And there is no extended warranty offered. I didn’t pay almost $400 for a mop to work for 3.5 years. And to be told to just buy a new one. When I Asked what could be done to prevent the known issue that they won’t be correcting they said not to use it in a humid environment (I live in Midwest) and to make sure to charge it 1x a week. The media could not be loaded. I used to use the O-Cedar mop which was awesome, but this is so much easier. I use it on the LVP in my home, and can clean it all in less than 10 minutes. Super easy to use, doesn’t leave floors soaking wet, and does great with pet hair and dirt.

My favorite household cleaning item. Ever. I am disgustingly amazed every time I use this. Makes mopping so easy. Don’t know how I ever lived with it! Ok, yes I do. I spent hours with an old fashioned mop and broom, sloshing water all over. This is not only quicker and easier, but so awesome it can vacuum as it mops!

Dirt indicator stopped working after a month
This is a great wet vacuum but the fancy indicator stopped working after a monrh. It used to tell me if I needed to keep going over the area based off the color/ how dirty and now everything is “clean” when I go over it. Pretty disappointing for such an expensive item

Poor quality
Bought this based off the thousands of good reviews but after using it only a few times I’ve noticed it leaks during the self cleaning function which is the reason it now has a burning smell whenever it’s on. The latch closures are poor quality and there is not a proper seal & in return causes leaking when the high power part of the self-cleaning function begins.

We mostly have tile floors in our house with some area rugs. This combo vac/mop makes quick work of what is usually my least favorite job. The self clean setting works well and the vacuum itself is really sturdy. We will see how it holds up with time. I will give it a 2nd review in 6 months to a year from now.

Light and easily maneuverable.
It is self-propelled which is a life saver for us older folks. Cordless is the way to go! We replaced a much older dinosaur that was so heavy my wife’s back would hurt after using it. The battery says it will run for about 20 minutes plus on a charge. That is enough for us to do our largest floor area before needing a charge. The tile floor came out really nice and clean. The self cleaning function is also fantastic. Very easy and simple machine to use. We no longer dread cleaning the kitchen floor !

Extremely Disappointed – Tineco Floor ONE S3 Failed Just After Warranty Expired
I purchased the Tineco Floor ONE S3 Cordless Hardwood Floors Cleaner with high hopes, especially after hearing glowing reviews from influencers and friends. At first, I loved the vacuum—it was lightweight, effective on both wet and dry messes, and perfect for my hardwood floors. However, my experience turned into a MAJOR disappointment. The Problem: After taking great care of the vacuum and using it properly on the recommended surfaces, it suddenly stopped working about two months after my 2-year warranty expired. I received a message on the display telling me to contact customer service, which I did right away. After providing the requested information—serial number, order number (purchased through Amazon)—I was put on hold and told that my motor had failed. What I found particularly frustrating is that I had done nothing differently in terms of usage, and the vacuum had never been damaged. Yet, after just two years of relatively light use, I was told I would have to pay over $100 for repairs to fix the motor. Keep in mind, this vacuum isn’t exactly cheap, and spending another $100 to repair it just doesn’t seem reasonable, especially since the failure occurred only two months after the warranty expired. Customer Service: When I asked customer service if there was any possibility of goodwill assistance or any kind of consideration for the timing (especially since the vacuum had failed so soon after the warranty expired), I was told there was nothing they could do. Their response was essentially, “Sorry, you’re out of luck.” Final Thoughts: I’m deeply frustrated and disappointed by the way Tineco handled this issue. I was initially very excited about this vacuum, and I even recommended it to several friends. However, after this experience, I feel completely scammed. For the price of this vacuum, I expected it to last longer than two years, and I definitely did not expect such poor customer service when something went wrong. I will NOT be recommending this product to anyone moving forward, and I’m now questioning whether Tineco is a brand worth investing in again. If you decide to purchase this product, be aware that the warranty may not be enough to protect you in the long run.

More cons than pros
I’ve owned this wet dry mop for 2.5 years. Pros: less strenuous on body to clean floors, nice scent to the recommended floor cleaner to use with this product. Cons: not super effective in cleaning floors, many pieces to clean and dry after each use, after 2.5 years customer service says today it likely needs a new battery but I can’t buy one/ replace it so I have to purchase a whole new device. I would not recommend this brand/product.

Easy to use
I have had this vacuum for about a month now. It is easy to use and clean. I only use it in my kitchen and dining area so I don’t have any issues with battery life or the size of the tank. I clean it always right away and let all the parts air dry overnight before putting it back together. It is fairly easy to clean. The first few weeks I had no issues with it. However, every time I use it not it gives off this horrible burning smell. I don’t know who to fix that. It’s very annoying because it was so easy to use I was cleaning my floors way often, but now after a month I feel like it’s not useable.

2yr manufacture warranty is a lie
The machine works very well but if you need to use the “2yr” warranty, good luck. My machine broke from the inside( not due to anything I did) and it’s been a hassle trying to get Tineco to honor the warranty. Do not waist your $200+.

We live in the country and that means the floors get dirty, dusty and gritty daily. With 3 dogs and the two of us tracking the outside coming in our floors take a beating. When we built our farm house we specifically use stained and sealed concrete floors – like many of the wine tasting rooms use in our area for heavy traffic. They look great! However, keeping the floors looking clean and shiny was a constant battle until we bought the Tineco iFLOOR 3 Breeze Complete Wet Dry Vacuum Cordless Floor Cleaner. We tried three other major brands of vacuum/mops and not one worked well enough to easily clean our concrete floors until the Tineco iFloor 3. This is the brand and unit to get if you want an easy and quick clean up of your hard floors. The vacuum and the mop feature work great especially on the dust/dirt that is brought into the house from the farm/vineyard. In between every other week house keeper cleanings, this unit is exactly what we needed. Four stars given the limited reservoir capacity of the cleaner. We use 3-4 water/cleaning solution loads and empty the dirt container 3-4 times in order to clean all of the concrete floors in our 3,000 square foot house. The recharged battery power works great the full 3-4 times to completely clean all the floors – no problems here versus other reviewers experiences. Tineco should make a larger cleaning solution and dirty water reservoir model to allow for at least 3,000 square feet of cleaning. Minus one star for our farm house uses. We got a second unit for the guest house concrete floor cleaning. 5 stars here because the guest house is only 900 square feet and one cycle does it all! Highly recommended for high traffic and dirt/dusty hard floors like ours. Our two Tinecos makes the farm house floors like new again!

Tineco Floor ONE S3 Cordless Hardwood Floors Cleaner – Disappointing Performance After Short Use
I received the Tineco Floor ONE S3 Cordless Hardwood Floors Cleaner as a Christmas gift from my husband, and I was initially thrilled. Due to a cancer diagnosis and subsequent treatments, I was unable to use the vacuum right away. But once I was well enough to try it, I was very happy with how easy it was to use, and it made cleaning my hardwood floors and tile floors much more efficient. It was lightweight, cleaned well, and I loved that it vacuumed and mopped all in one. However, after only 3 years from the original purchase date (though not a full 3 years of actual use), I started experiencing issues with the battery. The vacuum now loses its charge very quickly and refuses to charge properly even when placed back on the base. I’ve had to repeatedly lift it off the charging dock, reposition it, and put it back multiple times to try and get it to start charging. Even then, it often takes up to an hour of this back-and-forth effort before the battery will start charging at all. Unfortunately, even after finally managing to get it to charge, the battery life is almost nonexistent. I’ve found this to be a recurring issue, as many other customers online have reported the same problem. What’s worse is that when these customers, myself included, contacted Tineco, they received little to no help, with the issue conveniently occurring just after the warranty expires. The only “solution” others have found is this tedious process of repeatedly lifting and replacing the vacuum on the charging dock for extended periods of time, which, of course, doesn’t actually fix the problem long-term. For the price of this product, I expected better longevity and reliability. Sadly, after just a few years of very light use, the performance has dropped off drastically, and I’m left with a vacuum that won’t charge properly and doesn’t last long enough to get through a full cleaning session. Given the short lifespan, lack of support from Tineco, and the frustration of dealing with this recurring charging issue, I can’t recommend the Tineco Floor ONE S3. It’s unfortunate because it worked well at first, but for the price, you would expect much more durability and better customer service. I’m left feeling quite disappointed and regretful about this purchase.

Sacrificed and bought my wife a expensive present. We are getting older and keeping house is more difficult trying to clean the floors. Was happy with the machine while it worked and it was a god-send saving our knees and back. Cant afford knee replacements. Machine would not work by the end of the warranty but wife would not tell me. Daughter tryed to fix it but there were terrible instructions. I sacraficed a lot to by this expensive machine. Im disabled and didnt have the money. I cashed in a bond i got for retirement. CS was no help because we did not call the right person when it broke under warranty. But i just found out, My wife couldnt get up from cleaning the floor all afternoon. She didnt want me to know. I cant recommend you buying this machine

Didn’t work very long
I have had this mop for just under 3 years and it gave me an error code to contact customer service, which I did. They said it’s a motor issue but they don’t make this model anymore so they cannot do anything and it’s past the 2 year warranty. I used the mop about once a month to clean 1 floor of my house. I don’t feel like it should have died after so few uses. So – buyer beware. They simply told me to “look for a deal on Black Friday”. I will, but for a Shark. Unfortunately, shark did not offer a vacuum mop when I bought this one. Or I would have bought it. I’ve never had issues with any shark product I’ve purchased.

Not worth it
I bought this vacuum once and hated it and then talked with some others who own them and love them so I gave it another chance with their advice thinking it would be better and I still hate it. I clean it after every use and it still stinks and smells moldy when I use it, I have even taken it apart and soaked parts in hot soapy water. And I swear I spend more time cleaning and charging the vacuum than actually being able to use it. And when I am using it I have to follow behind it with a towel because its leaves the floor so wet and if I do not dry it right away it’s not long before it needs to be done again. It is not worth the money at all.
