Bought this back in summer 2021 and it worked great. And then about 2 1/2 years later, it wouldn’t charge any longer. Tried troubleshooting by cleaning the contacts on the base and mop with isopropyl alcohol, nope, tried abrasive brush, nope, replaced the plug, nope. It’s dead. Maybe replace the battery is left? Probably rated it a 4 after purchase and a 1 since this didn’t last very long and apparently inability to charge is not uncommon. More uncommon is it is unrecoverable. My second bad Tineco product (top ranked vacuum based on CR did not vacuum well at all) and I’m done with them. They look good, though.

Terrible Tineco Customer Support Service
I purchased this in 2023. In August 2024 the machine stopped running. It would power on and immediately shut off . My advice is to read the details for 2-year limited warranty. I contacted customer service and was advised that the motor would need to be replaced. I shipped the machine where indicated. 3 weeks later I received my original machine back, repaired. I feel I didn’t purchase a used machine at $300. So after only one year of using I now own a refurbished and repaired machine with no more warranty. Buyers beware and cautious before buying a Tineco floor mop. Advice is don’t waste your money. Buy another brand. If I knew what I know now I would have purchased a Bissel floor mop/vacuum.

Tineco’s bad product and AWFUL customer service taught me one thing when I shop on Amazon: check 1 star reviews for the product first before consider buying a product. I will never buy from Tineco ever again! They don’t stand behind their product. They just want to make money of people. When we bought their vacuum mop it worked few months then motor failure sign appeared and it was pouring water everywhere. After sending it for the repair it worked for only 4 months ( we used it 3 times only) and the motor failure happened again. The second time we had to deal with Tineco was awful…We bought their product for $300 and they told us they will not fix it as they don’t have a part and they would give us $40 prorated refund. I told them that $40 was insult and we wanted to be fix or replace with the same model. After painful emails exchange for few weeks the best they could do is give me $140 back. Amazon took care of this problem, but I will not buy Chinese brand ever again. We are going with an American brand.

I have had this vacuum since 2022. At first it worked great! Just over a year into owing it, I received an error message (clean water tank empty) and it definitely wasn’t. I tried problem solving and then ended up contacting customer service. Since my warranty was up, I would have to pay to get it repaired on top of shipping it. I let the vacuum sit untouched until Sept 2024 (about a year). I turned it on and it worked, yay! Fell in love with it again, until I went to use it again today (1 week later). Same error and now it’s going in the trash and I’m buying a different brand. This error us known to Tineco. Please fix your vacuum! It’s amazing when it works.

The media could not be loaded. I bought two of machines. One for up and one for downstairs. They are less than a year old and now BOTH of my machines aren’t working and this is what it says. I bought this to use on my bamboo wood floors and my tile floors. I cannot believe how simple it is to use! No more pushing and pulling with my arm, making it sore and everything can be done in one easy step. The cleaner only takes a cat full and really cleans! Works till it doesn’t
A friend recommended the device to me, so I gave one a try. After over a year of predictable use, something is clearly wrong. I was cleaning a floor and had to pause for 20 minutes with the battery at about 50%. I came back to resume, turned it on, and the battery read 29%. After about 5 minutes, it dies entirely. It’s been plugged in for 18 hours now, and it reads 2% charge and won’t even run the cleaning cycle while plugged in. I get a strong suspicion the device has failed. It seemed to do a decent job cleaning up to that point, but noting life changing. I can’t recommend spending this much money for anything that can’t last more than a year and half before becoming e-waste. Honestly, with as much work as it takes to keep the device cleaned out and maintained for use, while needing its own cleaning solution, it feels like more trouble than its worth. The classic vacuum and mop combo is a better solution, IMO. Won’t buy this or something similar again.

Not worth the money if you can only use it as a mop
I just purchased this mop vacuum after a friend recommended me. I was excited to get mine after hearing how good it was. I have cats and they shed and I have to constantly vacuum and mop which is time consuming. I thought this product would be a time saver since I can do 2 things at once. The first time I tried to used it I used it on one side of the house and it did okay still leaving streaks after used. I used it more around the house and it would stop working and start getting clogged and leaking water. At one point I had to get my old mop to clean up the mess. This mop vacuum isn’t good if you have pets. I had to constantly clean the filter and removed pet hair and took longer than it would normally take to clean my floors using my old vacuum and mop. The second time I used it I made sure I use my old vacuum first before using this mop vac and it did decent. Didn’t leak water like the first time and dry up quick but still left the streak marks on my floor. Not worth the money if I can used it as a mop only. Even as a mop I can’t get to the corners like I wish I could. The battery last long enough to clean but it takes a long time to recharge.

This is the single greatest purchase I have made on Amazon. Our light beige travertine-look kitchen tile floors were nothing short of a nightmare thanks to 3 preteen boys and 3 dogs. I used an acid cleaner and hand scrubbed them a year ago and it really made a difference, but we started seeing it darken again in high traffic areas. I thought this might stretch the time till we needed another good hand-scrubbing. This washed unused areas of the floor we thought were clean so well the color visibly changed after one pass. Acid has nothing on this thing. Turns out our floor isn’t so much beige as it is ivory. I’m absolutely obsessed and can’t recharge it fast enough to wash the next room. BUY IT!!!!!

I initially loved my wet vac. But now two years later, it just stopped working and when I called customer service, I was told that because it’s past the warranty timeframe and that my model was discontinued they can’t do anything to help me. Our first one lasted a year and then we had to get a warranty replacement because it quit connecting up to the charger. Now a year after using the warranty replacement, it constantly gives us a code that the tank needs to be emptied, and it has quit hooking up to the charger like the springs are worn out the same as our first one. Motor failure after 2.5 years.
When you spend $400 on a product like this, I would expect it to last longer than 2.5 years of once weekly use. The motor failed and no longer works. It’s out of warranty so I was hoping to purchase the replacement part or pay to have it repaired. Unfortunately Tineco informed me that the motor is discontinued and the only option I have is a 10% discount on a new product. No thanks. I’ll be switching to another brand.

Like the product now
After going through some the product quirks, I really do like it. You do have to fill the water in the chamber pretty fast and can only clean a large kitchen and then you have to refill and fix the clogs. It does seem to clean well though. I kept it and I use it a couple of times a week now. Everything has to be exactly correct for this to work and not leak though…but once you figure that out…I think you will agree.

The media could not be loaded. I am using half cap of soap, which is less than recommended amount. I’m not mixing solutions. The basin in fit and snapped on correctly. This thing leaks. Customer service is not that great. They will honor the return, but they want to first receive the goods before sending me a new one. Like… that’s inconvenient right there….

Worth the money!
The Teneco iFloor 3 Breeze is worth every penny! It does an amazing job cleaning all of my tile and hard wood floors and leaves them sparkling clean! I was able to mop and vacuum about 1500 square feet using two canisters of water and cleaning solution. I would say the tank has capacity for 700 square feet of use before needing to refill with more water and cleaning solution. The battery life is great and I still had battery life left after cleaning all 1500 square feet. It is light in weight and has great suction! It feels very well built and durable.

If you have hard floors buy this
I have been mopping my 1800 square ft of tile for a few years, wondering if there was a better way. There is – this unit. Low water consumption and wipes away years of grime. Super economical use of water, this unit cleans great and leaves floors dry within seconds. I stare at my floors now in amazement – even the bathrooms!

Motor malfunction error
I purchased this product in 2021. It has worked great up until recently. Received an error and was told to call customer support. They told me it was a motor malfunction. After doing research, this is very common with this product. Unfortunately for me the warranty only last two years.

Easily clogged and high maintenance
I’ve had both this and a similar Bissell version. Comparatively this one gets clogged a lot easier. That results in it not having good suction power and leaving dirty water all over the floor. It was especially bad for my grout as the grout was often full of dirty water after I was finished mopping. For a while I spend a lot of time cleaning it after each use but it got to be not worth it and after about a year I trashed it.

DO NOT BUY: Battery NOT replaceable
I will have had this machine for 2 years in October. It now lasts 15 minutes before dying and then requires hours to charge before I can keep using it. I reached out to Tineco and they said that’s normal wear and tear for the battery, that the battery is not replaceable, so I would have to just buy a new $300+ machine. They offered an insulting $10 refund. Buying a new >$300 mop every 3 years is not possible. I do NOT recommend this product whatsoever.

Saves so much time and cleans great!
I have 4 cats and a dog, and my downstairs is mixed wood and vinyl floors. I am able to vacuum and mop the whole thing in one charge. The first time I had 4 dirty water tanks (OMG were they dirty!) This is a fabulous machine.

The media could not be loaded. Very cheap and sample very low battery very good the brush or the Rhaul clean the entire floor in the Rhaul clean by self. The container of water is small. It’s a good for me clean two floors to first and second floor with one very easy to maintain

OBSESSED with this Vacuum!
This has absolutely changed my life! I live on a farm. There’s always dirt. I have two kids 5 and under. There’s always food on the floor. I have an inside dog. There’s always hair. The majority of our house is wood flooring. THIS IS LIFE CHANGING. I don’t have to sweep 3 times a day. I don’t need to mop 3 times a week. I just vacuum every day and my floors are spotless. 10/10 recommend.

Don’t buy it!
After spending $400 on a mop, vacuum and having a break less than a year after you had it then taking four months going back-and-forth because every time you did one thing they asked, they asked for another then they had me send it back. I gave them my address and they sent it to my old address so I still don’t have a mop/vacuum. And don’t bother calling cause you’ll be on hold for a minimum of 15 to 20 minutes!

Really cleans!
I love how well this cleans my floors. I never knew how dirty they still were after a regular mopping. I do have to stop and refill the solution, empty the dirty water, and auto clean the spinning mop head often, but it’s worth it.

I am not able now to mail this item back because my printer will not let me print anything. It has been working fine but not now so I have to cancel my return now. My printer worked two days ago but for some reason it will not print your directions or anything so I cannot return the item now but will try once again tomorrow.😡

Not worth the money – Machine breaks within a year
The media could not be loaded. We initially purchased our Tineco in 2021 and the machine broke within a year. Tineco sent us a refurbished machine, since we were within the 2 year warranty. The replacement also broke within a year and Tineco will not replace it. Save your money and buy a machine that will last.

Didn’t last
Bought mine in July, 2023, and now it is early september 2024, and it will not charge now. It charges for just a few minutes. the blue light stays on, when I try to use it, within a minute, the light turns red and we are done.

Machine smoking after less than 10 uses
The media could not be loaded. I bought this in March and realized I needed a different product for an area I do dog boarding right away, so this machine has only been used for sure less than 10 times in other areas of my home. It’s been plugged up charging and I went to use it today and smelled smoke and the machine kept turning off. I looked at it more closely and saw smoke coming from the hose area between the base and the floor piece of the machine. Unfortunately unable to return because it’s been too long, just disappointed. It did clean well my floors the few times it worked though 🙂

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
The amount of times that I had to send this machine back is unreal! When it works properly it’s a great vacuum mop. But this thing repeatedly gave me issues resulting in having to send it back until it finally couldn’t be fixed and I was conveniently “out of warranty” so now I’m left with a hunk of junk. There is no fixing this issue and the only thing customer service could do for me was give me a coupon for another machine(not a free machine coupon either). Do not waste your money like I did. Go with the Bissell brand, I wanted to be bougie and better than everyone one else because I got the “exotic” brand and look who’s laughing now. Everyone I know that has the Bissell has had theirs longer than I’ve had the Tineco and they have never had an issue. Jokes on me now I’m spending more money to get a Bissell!

I have replaced the mop and bucket! Vacuums and mops with just one step. Easy for this senior citizen to use because it is self-propelled.

You need this
I’m 3 months postpartum and I don’t know how I’ve been living without it. I also have a 5 year old and let me tell you how useful this is. Is pretty portable, it has great suction and it gets the job done! The battery last for 30 mins and you do have to change the water but that does depend on how big is the area. It self’s clean but I like to remove the roller to clean out any hair etc and let dry out completely to avoid any smell and bacteria overgrowth. Overall a need for busy moms at night before putting the house to sleep and leaving everything ready for a new day!

Works really well. My floors feel ACTUALLY clean. No residue left behind. If you have a LOT of hardwood to do, the water goes by pretty quick. Easy to clean up. And hardly any hassle. Love this!! It cuts my cleaning time in half!!
