I bought this to use on my bamboo wood floors and my tile floors. I cannot believe how simple it is to use! No more pushing and pulling with my arm, making it sore and everything can be done in one easy step. The cleaner only takes a cat full and really cleans! You won’t believe after you use it the first time how dirt your floors were no matter how much you always mopped. I love it.
It cleans well, but the container that holds the clean water and cleaning solution doesn’t completely empty and is impossible to air dry. It got mold in it after only a few uses and can’t be removed as it’s inside the plastic where the nozzle is.

This Vacuum mop was amazing at the beginning. I would mop my floors in no time at all and it would leave them squeaky clean. I was in love. But now after having it a year and using it once to twice a week it no long has suction. It leaves my floors so wet. I cleaned it out and have done the troubleshooting but still nothing. I can mop my whole house and only have maybe a quarter cup of water in the dirty water area because the water is still on my floor. This Vacuum mop is not cheap, for the price your better off with a different brand.

Saw this from someone I follow on IG. Came very quickly. However after using this a few times I became irritated that the clean water tank was tiny and I kept having to refill. It turned out that I bought the wrong model. I am returning but will be buying the model with a much larger clean water tank. If you have a large area to vacuum/mop my suggestion would be to buy the model with the larger tank. I love the self cleaning feature and love that it doesn’t soak the floors and they dry very quickly. The larger model is about 100.00 more but imo well worth not having to touch a dirty mop head again

Moral of the story- more expensive and more technology = less productive. There’s something to be said for a simple strong working vacuum and this is def not it. This vacuum determines the suction according to how dirty it thinks the area is. Strange. It took at least 6 swipes in the same spot to clean it. It claims steam, but there’s no steam. I have three kids and an extremely furry dog. It didn’t keep up. This vacuum is more for someone who has an immaculately clean home, and just wants a routine every other day quick clean. Not for deep clean days and not for big messes.

This is an excellent vac for picking up puppy pee on our hardwood floors. I do think the vac part is decent but use it for the mop purpose. Easy to remove and clean the roller, waste container and the solution vessel. I have been using a diluted floor cleaner I prefer for sanitizing and it doesnt foam up.. .

Do NOT buy this floor cleaner
I have purchased two of these units in the last 3 years. The first stopped working just before the warranty expired, it would turn on a few seconds then stop running. I returned it to the manufacturer to be repaired and it lasted at best two months. When I made them aware they said it was past warranty. I had the unit for a couple years so I figured perhaps it was just a fluke so I ordered the second unit in June 2022 and once again this unit does the exact same thing. It will start up run a few seconds then shut off. And of course it is outside of the warranty period so I have flushed $600 plus down the toilet. You are better off buying a Swiffer mop.

Would not purchase product again. Motor broke just one year into purchase. Sent it in to get it fixed under warranty. Motor broke again after that, just slightly out of the two year warranty. Offered to fix at $150. Considering the cost of the product at $400, it should last longer than one year at a time.

Amazing for multiple pets!
This is going to be a long but honest review! Be prepared lol! I’ll start with the positives and then move into some of the negatives of this floor cleaner. Some context (might be irrelevant to you): I have 3 indoor short-haired dogs that shed mildly. I also have 2 indoor cats. The square footage of the flooring in my house that I can use this on is about 1300 square feet or more. Our flooring is linoleum. We live on a farm so we track in a lot of dirt and debris daily. The good stuff: I love the lightweight design! It’s compact so it can easily be stored and carried around. It also slides fairly easily under the edges of furniture. It is also not too terribly loud when running, about the same as a roomba or smaller battery-operated vacuum cleaner. The noise doesn’t bother my dogs! It picks up SO MUCH dog hair, which I love! Traditional sweeping or even vacuuming doesn’t seem to be that effective, so this is amazing for that. It also does great at picking up dirt and debris from the floor. I have tried it on super big messes, just everyday things. It also cleans first paw prints and shoe prints off the floor very well. It’s self-propelled, so I don’t feel like I have to push it around incessantly and throw out my shoulder to clean. Very easy to use. I love the voice commands when self-cleaning. Let’s be honest – the self-cleaning is AMAZING! The battery life lasts to clean my 1300 square foot space, hitting all the major spots. I’m sure if I deep cleaned and moved furniture, it might not. I love that it doesn’t require a ton of cleaning solution so you don’t feel like you have to break the bank. To clean the floors and run the cleaning cycle uses about two clean water tanks. So I generally have to refill at least once during a cleaning period. The app is pretty neat to use too! One of my favorite things is how fast it dries! Typically, for whatever reason, our floors take a long time to dry when traditionally mopping them. This sucker dries so quick! It makes cleaning so much faster. The negatives: The clean water tank is not super big, so you have to refill it at least once when cleaning a larger space and also to run the self-cleaning cycle. The self-cleaning cycle has voice prompts, so you can’t necessarily turn on the self-cleaning cycle and walk away and let it do its thing. You might have to refill the clean water tank or empty the dirty water tank, etc. Obviously it has to be plugged up to charge, so it has to be near an outlet after use. This keeps it from being able to be stored in a linen closet or something when not in use. I live in a double-wide mobile home that has a piece of wood that acts as a seam binder in the middle of our floor (annoying, I know). This machine doesn’t necessarily love that piece of wood and it’s kind of hard to clean around. On that note, it also doesn’t get around the edges of walls and cabinets very well. The suction isn’t hard enough to get any debris around trim work. If you’re moving it sideways along the wall, it picks up things fairly well. However, if you’re getting close to trim or cabinets from the front of the machine, it doesn’t get super close to the edges. When you turn it off after use and it stops spinning the brush, it leaks a little bit on the floor. I’ve gotten to where I make my way back to the self-cleaning pad and just place it on that so it doesn’t mess up the clean floors. Charging takes a little while (I plugged it up at 20% and the app told me it had 170 minutes remaining until fully charged), but it’s not too bad if you’re using it sparingly and not multiple times a day back-to-back. This would be annoying, however, if you’re cleaning a larger space and had to charge in between cleaning spaces.

Was working great and I always left on charger between uses. I used it weekly and never had any issues and loved it. Now it will only hold a full charge for 35 seconds, drops down to 2 bars then after 10 minutes totally turns off. Recharge battery should last longer than 14 months. Very disappointing

This thing is AMAZING! After thinking for a while on getting it we finally decided on purchasing and I do not regret that at all. It is pricey but I think is worth the money. I was killing my back every weekend by moping the floor up to three times to get them clean and “shiny”. I always notices my floor did not look the way I wanted it. I trie this for the first time and it is a game changer! My floor looks clean and shiny, I am not sure if is the liquid that comes with it or the brush roller but it works and I love how easy is to use it. I am not sure if this will work as well on carpet but it certainly works on my hardwood floor. I would say that this machine is not for lazy people though because you do have to clean the roll and the dirty water tank after every use to avoid moping with a dirty roll. I wash the roll and the tanks after every use and then do the self-cleaning option and it works wonders. If you know how to use this machine you will happy with the results! The clean water tanks is small, I have to refill it 3 or 4 times every time I use it but my house is big too so it makes sense and is not a big deal for me. I hope I can upgrade to a newer model in the future but I am certainly happy with my TINECO ONE S3.

The media could not be loaded. I bought this exact model based off of a friend’s recommendation. Definitely cleans my floor well but do not recommend for crusted, long-term stains. I mainly got the iFloor 3 Breeze to clean under my dining room table after my 3 and 1 year old eat. Works really well for that! I have an open concept lower level of all hardwood (unsure of square footage, sorry) and it cleaned the overall daily messes -dirt tracking well. But I did refill the clean tank twice and empty the dirty water tank twice also water was nice and brown lol the whole downstairs was used on a full charge, the machine blinked red to tell me to charge it right when I was finished. Overall great for a discounted price -I got on Black Friday sale. But if I were to use as my weekly main mop, I personally would shell out more money for an upgraded model.

I will never buy Tineco again
In 2 years I’ve had to have it replaced or repaired 3 different times via their warranty. The motor that runs the suction stops working after about 6-8 months or so. It just went out again, with a replacement unit (which was clearly a refurbished unit and not new like they claimed), and my warranty is up as of August. I will never purchase another Tineco floor cleaner again. They’re unreliable. I waited until my warranty was up to write this review just in case, and here we are. I will now have to try and service the unit myself and it’s design makes that very difficult. If the motor is blown, it’s 400 dollars down the toilet. I bought this unit as something to invest in my home, expecting longevity from a piece of equipment that is SO expensive. Clearly I made a mistake and people on TikTok are very wrong. These aren’t meant for dirty homes. They’re meant for cleaning an already cleaned house, clearly.

The brush roller left marks in my new high end wear resistant LVP flooring. Looks like it burned rubber on some spots. Probably after going forward and pulling back. May be fine as long as you never stop moving forward. I’m done with it and back to a spin mop.

Worked great, a few times…
We used it maybe 5 times and then it stopped charging. It connects for a second and then keeps disconnecting. The charging prongs are clean and free and connections are perfect. I’ve read reviews of others having similar issues and when they sent out for repairs, they received a used replacement that wasn’t their original. The return/repair policy is complex and a nuisance. It’s not a straightforward return like most products from Amazon. For now its just been a paper weight in the corner until I decide to jump through the hoops to get it repaired.

Battery died and started releasing fumes
This device almost caused a major damage. I had it for 6 months, always had some sort of issues or the other, such as it’d randomly stop working, or the mop would get stuck, etc. But yesterday, it wouldn’t turn on, and I noticed a random sound from the battery area. An hour later, I started smelling a weird smell throughout my apartment, thought it’s like carbon monoxide smell or something. I called security from the concierge and upon investigating my apartment, they found out that the battery of this machine was releasing fumes. They immediately took it away and got rid of it. Extremely disappointing. (I never leave reviews, but this was just a terrible experience owning this machine)

I LOVE this little vacuum! It sucks up the dirt and water and get’s my floors so much cleaner! I have wood laminate throughout along with 2 cats and a dog. So it was important to me to find something convenient for cleaning up the hair, litter, and dirt. This really fits the bill and I am so happy I got it!

Lost suctions
The media could not be loaded. Failed to work after about a year. Bought two years ago but kept it for a year before starting using it. It already lost suction, not air flow from the outlet on the back at all. Fully cleaned the fluid path.

Will not hold a charge or effectively charge
The media could not be loaded. I purchased my Tineco and loved it at first but I am now experiencing problems relating to it charging and holding a charge. I went to use it the other night and saw it was dead, no problem I just charged it so I could use it the next day. I went to use it and realized it wasn’t charging at all. I went through all of steps of changing outlets, unplugging it, making sure nothing was blocking the charger, etc. I know it was on the charger since it would say “charging has commenced…” after 5-20 seconds the display would stop flashing Tineco and consequently stop charging. I became frustrated with this and went to the internet to problem solve. I found a thread online where people had a similar issue. It seemed the fix was to continually put it on the charger and take it off until it got to the point it would stay charging by itself. I managed to get it charged from 1% up to 7% using this method for about an hour. It then seemed to have no problems charging. I was pleased and hoped that fixed my issue. Unfortunately it did not. Upon using it the battery quickly depleted from 87% down to 18% within 5-7 minutes. It then went from 18% to 2% within seconds so I quickly put it on the charger. I wasn’t even able to use my full tank of cleaning solution which is frustrating. When I placed it on the charger I noticed the same issue I had earlier with it not consistently charging. I would highly recommend purchasing from another brand, it is not worth the hassle after one a year with average use.

Hose will split over time
I love the connivence of this product. It has split my cleaning time in half. However, after only two years of use the hose inside the vacuum has spit resulting in the vacuum not being able to work. I’m not sure how or why the split occurred. I would highly recommend getting a warranty if you are going to purchase this item.

Worth it
This is literally the best thing I have ever bought. My daughter is starting to crawl around and I have 3 cats so I wanted to make sure the floors were clean for her. This saves so much time and it works so well. My floors feel so clean and smell amazing! It’s so easy to clean and put back together. 10/10

Short Life Expectancy
I loved this unit until it would no longer hold a charge. That happened 2/12 years after purchase – outside the warranty coverage. It can be repaired by Tenico for about $106, including shipping, with a 3 month warranty. The Tenico customer service rep told me that this machine has only about 3 years of life expectancy. That is not what I am looking for, and so instead of sending mine in for repair, I bought a new Bissell. Fingers crosse that it will prove to be more dependable!

Wished it still worked.
It started off great cleaned little messes and then 6 months later it doesn’t work. I plugged it in to self clean and it just says the the tank is full when it’s not. I try to clean the floor and it just stops and says that full and doesn’t suck up anything. I cleaned it I did everything that it said to do for it when it’s like this and still doesn’t work. Don’t waste your money.

Good but for a Limited Time
I purchased the unit on Oct 29, 2021 but the unit wasn’t shipped until a little over a week afterwards. And behold, my floor washer stopped working 3 days after the warranty. For your information, their warranty starts on the date of purchase so I was considered outside of warranty. I contacted Tineco and they offered to do a 1 time free repair for me. They provided me with a shipping label which is nice but I didn’t have a box big enough so I went to Home Depot and bought a XL box for shipping. The repair took about 3 business days and now I’m waiting to get it returned back to me. I paid about $300 after taxes during a sale so technically I paid $150 a year to use which is outrageous since it only gets used about once every 2 weeks. If the “fixed” unit comes back and I can get another 2 years out of it then I will be satisfied but anything less would not be worth it and this would be my last Tineco. For this price, the Bissel outlasts Tineco by far. However, I will give it a chance and provide a second update once I get my unit back and use it for a while.

Worked great….until it didn’t….
I was happy with the performance of this mop until the battery was shot after minimal usage. I have used it about 10 times since purchasing it, and now the battery will not charge. This level of quality was definitely not what I expected when investing in a $300 mop…

Clean Floor
Wow! With very little effort, our entire tiled condo floor was clean and dry within minutes. Very easy to navigate around furniture. I like that you actually pick up the dirty water. This will make doing the kitchen floor daily so easy!

Convenient but not perfect
It is nice for quick spills and spot cleaning, but it doesn’t do a really good job on old dried up spots. If you want a deep clean you still have to pull out the old mop and scrub. Maybe the more expensive models do a better job, but I didn’t want to go all in without testing the concept first. I also wish the base charged the unit, but you have the plug in a little barrel jack to charge. Not sure if I will upgrade or not when this one dies.

It stopped working
I liked the convince of it and it worked great until it didn’t, I didn’t purchase a warranty because my husband and I live on a one level townhome and only need it for my kitchen & dining area and bathroom. The rest is carpet I felt it wasn’t going to be used daily and that it should last more than a few years, it looks new but turns off after 3 seconds. So here’s another throw away item,my next one will be plug in, my fault for not getting a warranty but come on they do not make things to last. I still have my super max hair dryer that works and hot rollers that work from when I was 16 and now I’m 63. I’ve since gone into read some reviews and found that happens often to others also. I think they should stand behind their products more and take care of customers, I plan to reach out to the company to see how much it would be to repair but I’m thinking it won’t be cheap probably cheaper to get a new one. I’ll let you know if I am able to find out, but even so I’m going plug in with a different brand of course.

Great cleaner but only lasted 1 year
I love this appliance. It makes floor cleaning easy. But suddenly this weekend, for no apparent reason, I t has a ‘charging malfunction’ and it literally won’t charge so it is no longer working because the battery is too low. I have only had it one year. Up until now it has been great. I’ll probably have to buy a new one now as I can’t even contact their customer service until tomorrow to get help, and I’m not going back to scrubbing floors on my hands and knees while I go through the process of trying to get this one fixed. Frustrating!
