I bought this to use on my bamboo wood floors and my tile floors. I cannot believe how simple it is to use! No more pushing and pulling with my arm, making it sore and everything can be done in one easy step. The cleaner only takes a cat full and really cleans! You won’t believe after you use it the first time how dirt your floors were no matter how much you always mopped. I love it.
It cleans well, but the container that holds the clean water and cleaning solution doesn’t completely empty and is impossible to air dry. It got mold in it after only a few uses and can’t be removed as it’s inside the plastic where the nozzle is.

I live in a house that is less than 700sq ft with 2 dogs and a husband that is in and out all day. We have porcelain tile floors with a few area rugs. Like my Audi, when it works, it’s great. But unfortunately it breaks a lot. And you have to empty the dirty water tank, fill the clean water tank, run a cleaning cycle, empty the dirty water tank, fill the clean water tank, mop the floors, empty the dirty water tank, fill the clean water tank, mop the rest of the floors, empty the dirty water tank, fill the clean water tank, run a self cleaning cycle, clean debri in channel, run self cleaning cycle again, empty dirty water tank, fill clean water tank. I think it’s easier to use a broom and mop or a freakin paper towel and cleaning solution that this thing. We’ve had ours for 3 years now, broken twice, had to send in once, my wife dealt with customer service that time. We have both tried to this time but it is awful. Stayed on hold for over 30 minutes and there is always 6 callers ahead of you no matter what time you call or how long you stay on. Then you have to hit 1 to confirm you do want to continue to wait every 90 seconds with a 5-7 second response window. If you miss it (as I’m sure you can guess I did after 30 min) they hang up on you without an option to continue. I also tried hitting * several hours earlier in the day and they never called me. Have them 4.5 hours to call before calling again and attempting to hold. I think the people that think this great didn’t have to sweep or mop growing up and don’t know how are just lazy. For a $450 price tag after tax, I would expect a lot more. At least good customer service.

This is my second one and only issue after issue no help from Amazon or tineco. Both broke under a year. I clean it just as it says I only use their cleaner won’t charge won’t suck up water just tons of problems and hardly over a year old Amazon zero help and tineco every time it’s just a robot message and finally got an answer after two months we will refund 60 percent I’m sorry these aren’t cheap and should last longer than a year. I haven’t loved a product this much in a very long time. It’s agile, it’s light, it’s easy to use, it’s easy to take apart, it’s easy to clean, and most of all it does a great job on my ceramic tile and laminate floors! It has replaced my vaccum, swiffer, broom, and mop for regaular maintenance cleaning! This thing picks up hair, dirt, dried on mess, and even larger pieces of debris. You’d think the cleaning pad would quickly become a tangled, gross mess, but no! It’s pretty efficiently self cleaning! I think this cleaning pad is going to last me at least six months with regular use, if not more.

This device has wifi that never turns off, so it’s always attempting to connect, with open ports to China. Also, the metal screws around the wheels etc. have rust after a few months. The battery must have died, because it now only asks for a charge, and never gets it. The effort saved in cleaning the floor is wasted on cleaning the device. It might have been ok for light upkeep and maintaining a clean floor, but with any real cleaning, this just wasted time. Throwing it out and using a mop.

I am so glad i purchased this, I have previously used a normal spin mop and this is so much easier to use. The dirt that was pulled up from my floors was embarrassing. I thought my floors were clean, NOPE! My ONLY complaints about this product is the small battery life and that the water tank for the mop is really small. When i cleaned my main living area that’s about 600sq ft, i had to empty and refill the water/cleaner tank and dirty water tank about 6 times. Otherwise i love this product! I confess I can be a lackadaisical housekeeper, which is problematic, since my new dog sheds enough in a week for me to build an entire new dog. What’s worse, vacuuming doesn’t pick up a lot of his fur. This Tineco is magic, though. Not only does it pick everything up (dust, fur, hair, crumbs, Nature’s Miracle, errant Cheerios), but because the wheels are motorized, vacuuming/mopping is a breeze. I get exhausted using my canister vac, but this thing is a blast to use. Here is what I’ve learned: I always use the “extra water” feature, which seems to work better. I clean the dirty water holder and parts every time I empty it, and I run the self-clean cycle after every second emptying session. This means I can do my master bath and my 10×12 TV room before self cleaning and recharging for a little bit. Or I can do my kitchen and entryway and hall before self cleaning, or my living room. In other words, you’re not going to do your whole house on one battery charge or without running the self cleaning feature several times. Of course, the reason you have to run the self cleaning so often is because this little beauty is picking up So. Much. Stuff. It’s magic. If it broke tomorrow (and I don’t think it will break for a very long time) I would buy another.

I’ve waited some time to review, truly wondering if this thing is too good to be true. Guess what? It’s NOT! I cannot describe how helpful purchasing this was for our family. We do have two very long haired dogs and I must pre-vacuum in order to not get big chunks but it handles the smaller remaining hair with ease. I do remove the filter and the brush after cleaning so it dries with no odor. Using a bit of vinegar and water has been just as effective as the cleaner as well. Hands down I love this machine!

Such a big mistake to purchase this useless item. It doesn’t clean at all. It constantly asks for self cleaning, complains about some bucket full issue. So Useful for Everyday Cleaning
I’ve been talking about getting a mop vacuum for years now and finally got it in a somewhat impulse decision during the Amazon days sale. I live in a split level house with solid surface flooring, pets, and a toddler. This is so much quicker than sweeping/vacuuming and mopping as separate steps. I would say the clean is on par with the spin mop in terms of effectiveness. I was concerned about the battery run time, but it’s never been a problem. Part of this may be that I don’t live in a large large house, but it’s ~1700 sqft so it’s not small. Cleaning the device is also really easy- you still need to wipe it down and I like to pull out the mop head to make sure it dries but that is all easy to do and the self cleaning does a great job. The included cleaner works well. The tank for cleaner seemed small to me at first, but it’s apparently very minimal about how much water it uses (which is great! The floor gets cleaned and dries fast) because it’s never been a problem. That said, I’ve never tried the extra liquid option. If ever there was a spot on the floor that didn’t come off in the first swipe over, I run it over a time or two more and it’s gone even if it’s juice dried for days or something sticky. The device is a little heavy (I have some chronic conditions that effect all of my joints, so a healthy body may consider it light) but not so heavy that it is difficult to move around. I have really bad hands but it’s easy to remove everything and press buttons as needed. The motor for the wheels is also really helpful so that pushing it around doesn’t wear out your hips or shoulders like a normal vacuum does. All in all I love this device! I love that I can do a quick mop whenever there’s a mess (or a cat knocks over the water bowl!) and not have to deal with an entire mop, or trying to sweep up when there’s also liquid everywhere. It doesn’t replace a deep clean/good scrub, the cleaner isn’t scented like some others (so if you don’t like perfume-y stuff this won’t bother you at all), and it certainly doesn’t get to grout. Still, it’s not like I did a good scrub or really cleaned the grout every time I mopped before either. I am a *little* disappointed that I can’t use a scented cleaner (Mr. Clean or Pine Sol are my go tos) but I’ve heard that standard formulas can be too foamy and really mess it up. Thankfully, scented or not, the Tineco cleaner works well and doesn’t leave a film or sticky residue or anything.

An expensive faulty vacuum
I loved this vacuum at first but quickly discovered that it wasn’t everything it was hyped up for. After a few months of use the vacuum stopped working, I sent it to be repaired under the warranty. It worked a handful of times after that and then it had the same issue again and they will not repair it without my purchasing a $106 repair. I’m disappointed with the tineco brand for not standing behind their appliance and repairing/replacing a faulty one. It is quite a lot of money to spend only to end up chucking it in the bin because it doesn’t work.

super lightweight
We use our product for tile floors. Works great. Super lightweight. Very maneuverable. Easy to disassemble and reassemble. We bought the “Complete” package thinking (from the photograph) that we would receive TWO Cleaning Solutions and TWO Rollers in addition to the ones that comes with the regular product, but it only includes ONE Cleaning Solution and ONE Roller in addition to the one that comes with the regular product. Appears to be a better value to buy the LEAST complete package and then buy the additional Solution and Rollers moving forward.

Game changer!
This vacuum has changed my life. I’ve contemplated buying this for over a year. When it went on sale for Prime days I bought it. Now understand. I have a very bad back & do my floors was a hardship on me. I used this the next day after charging it & can I say WOW! It is no wonder it has over 25,000 positive reviews. The unit is lightweight & it feels self-propelled. I was amazed at what this machine did. The water was filthy & my floors were spotless! Beyond all that after I was finished my back wasn’t suffering. Normally I can’t move for 2 days cleaning my floors the traditional way (broom, dustpan, mop & bucket). This machine is definitely a huge game changer. Walk don’t run folks to the checkout!!
