I bought this to use on my bamboo wood floors and my tile floors. I cannot believe how simple it is to use! No more pushing and pulling with my arm, making it sore and everything can be done in one easy step. The cleaner only takes a cat full and really cleans! You won’t believe after you use it the first time how dirt your floors were no matter how much you always mopped. I love it.
It cleans well, but the container that holds the clean water and cleaning solution doesn’t completely empty and is impossible to air dry. It got mold in it after only a few uses and can’t be removed as it’s inside the plastic where the nozzle is.

Was skeptical about this vacuum, but gave it a try. It is so easy to use, does a really great job and not too much of a hassle to dry/clean it when finished. Was surprised how dirty our floors actually were the first time I used it. After the first use, our floors are much cleaner (the water isn’t as dirty). Only complaint is wish it held more water so I wouldn’t have to add clean and empty the dirty so often, but that would add bulk to the vacuum and it’s a very manageable size as is. Very easy to maneuver around corners. Love this!!!

Of course I saw an influencer raving about this product and my batting average on things being “awesome or this thing you HAVE to have” from influencer reviews was less than 100 ha ha! BUT this things makes your floors have a killer shine in nothing flat!!! No spraying your walls as you try to “spray” clean your floor. It has a 2 tank system so NO DIRTY WATER retouches your floor. AND it almost self propels itself so your arm and back do not hurt!!! You want to clean your floors all the time! Plus the battery lasted cleaning my upstairs 2000 sq ft and still going! After all those pros I can only give you one con and that is it says to use their brand cleaner only OR us e an all natural non-acidic or alkaline solution. YOU’VE GOT TO GET THIS!!! And I wasn’t paid a dime to write this!

NOT WORTH IT
We have used our Tineco less than 10 times and it already stopped working. Put it on the charger and it just shuts off after a couple seconds. It will not charge anymore. While it worked , it was great. But for the amount of money paid for this machine, it should last A LOT longer. Will not buy another Tineco product. Don’t waste your money.

Sadly it didn’t make it past one use.
So first off I will say, it cleaned the floors amazing as a dog owner. However the first use, the entire time it was running it repeatedly said “run cleaning cycle” , this was before I had even gotten to any crumbs or hair, it was using just water and cleaning solution. I finished cleaning and the floors were dry and looked great and decided to run the cleaning cycle. Well during that time the dirty water tank was dripping and leaking. I decided to rinse everything, let it dry overnight and re assemble and try again. I tried using it on a clean tile floor. Same message prompt to run cleaning cycle kept happening. I reinstalled the dirty water tank and made sure it was all snapped in tight and it again leaked. Their Customer service offered to repair it. I’m not repairing a faulty machine that already had issues out of the box first use. I wanted a replacement if anything. Well after hearing horror stories on Reddit and TikTok about how these units tend to die after the warranty period and get sent back for repairs, I decided to part with it and return to amazon. Thank goodness for Amazon returns. I’m sad it didn’t work out. It cleaned really well but the software part was junk and I don’t feel like dealing with repairs in the future, so I guess I’m glad the issue came when it did because these are quite pricey machines. Sad to see it didn’t work out.

It was great until it wasnt
The media could not be loaded. Did a great job cleaning my floors, until 1 day, after using the charger Tineco provided I tried to clean my floors. Something internally malfunctioned and it wasn’t able to turn on for more than a few seconds. The next thing I know, I see smoke coming out of the sides of the floor cleaner. You could hear it crackling internally so there was at least a small fire or ember inside of the machine. This went to something I would have recommended to anybody to a genuinely scary thing in a matter of seconds. I brought it outside so my house wasn’t safe, but when it malfunctioned and the fire began it appeared like it does when it is out of battery. Had I not paid attention and seen the smoke, which was initially very light and not noticiable and got heavier as the crackling sound grew – I would have put this back in the charger near my cabinets. I’m grateful the fire wasn’t more serious and I saw the smoke to take it outside and let it sit where it couldn’t catch other things. I’ve never before had a device catch fire on me, even the worst items I’ve purchased. The website won’t even process my warranty claim documents to be able and try to submit it. All in all I’ve gone from swearing by this product and planning on buying another in the future to so upset and wouldn’t spend another dime with Tineco.

Fine if you don’t mine the splashes of water
My honest experience. Mine worked great for 2 days on a flat surface. After that, I started noticing water splashes all over. Turns out that the splashing happens when I stop the vacuum or move it up the staircase. Since the brushes like to spin, the water easily splashes out when machine is stopped. Afterwards, it takes more time to wipe up the water to prevent slips/falls. Its a great machine when when working as expected, but still need more improvement to prevent the splashes of water all over.

Terrible charging design.
I’ve had this vacuum for a year and a half. I love it except for one thing, the charging set up. You have to dock it on the charging plate, and after awhile, it’s almost impossible to get it to charge. I wish you could just plug it in directly to the vacuum, it would work much better. I am ordering a new charging dock now, fingers crossed it lasts longer.

I wanted to love this so much. And don’t get me wrong I do. But I find on mine, that the dirty water in the tank, tends to leak out. This is the 2nd one I own and it’s the same thing over and over again. The water won’t even be close to the dirty waterline and it just leaks out. It’s a bummer.

Missing part and horrid customer service
We received the item quickly; however, the box was missing the entire handle assembly! We contact Tineco customer service the very next day. Once they got back to us, they told us they would have a replacement part at our door no later than Monday, Oct 9th. It’s now the 12th and they are still “processing” the request. They will not expedite anything, will not allow me to speak with a supervisor or manager, and are not offering anything at all except “sorry – this is our process.” My daughter in on her way to Kohl’s now to return the item. As a Customer Service Manager myself, I am appalled at the lack of urgency to make this right.

Oh I love this mop vac so much! It is so nice to not have to vacuum or sweep the floor before I mop! Cuts the job in half! The self cleaner function is really convenient. I do take everything apart and clean it more thoroughly every other use because the roller brush gets smelly. The reason I gave it 4 stars is because it isn’t able to mop all the way to the wall. It leaves about a 1.5 inch strip of unmopped on the floor next to the baseboard. On my dark floors, it is noticeable, and I do have to go back and wipe those edges. Other than that, it’s the best mop vac I’ve had.

It usually takes me 10 minutes to mop the hallway there in picture. I cleaned this whole area in 5 minutes. This vacuum and mop combo cleaned and sanitized my floors in seconds. I purchased this item. It did not arrive, even though “delivery was left on doorstep”. Package is large and you can’t miss it. I called and a replacement was sent. Very kind of them to do that. I used it a month later and noticed it was smelling and not a nice smell. I followed all the instructions and even ordered another cleaning agent as recommended. I called amazon and they were not very helpful at all nor did they offer to replace it. I put vinegar in the water to clean out the smell and this works. I do not like the product and expect it to break soon and I will not purchase another.

FYI this product comes with limited 2 warranty, any issues after 2 years of purchase will require you pay out of pocket repair costs or buy a new one. If you would like to spend over $400 on a product that you will need to replace in 2 years then this one is for you. Companies that believe in their products should offer life time warranty.

Imma do you gives a favor and help you save money. DONT BUY THIS. Mine started to have a weird sounds and the app (which is garbage too) didn’t flag anything. I thought it was maybe me. It’s simple to use. I don’t dread using it. It’s not heavy and bulky. Cordless is the way. I don’t use it for more than 30 minutes at a time so no notices of reduced battery power. The clean and dirty water tanks are a bit small so I have to empty dirty several times. It’s easy to clean the machine. Just pop off the front to clean the roller or let the machine clean it’s self. It’s pricey but worth it.

First couple uses were great, only use in my kitchen and bathroom floors.. but after a few uses the bottom roller wasn’t getting dry and had an awful smell to it. Now it just broke after two years of use… better off getting an out school mop! So dissappointed.

Stop Working

Cool while it lasts
I bought this 2 years ago and have used it maybe 10 times as it doesn’t provide the deep cleaning I like. The last time I used it was about 6 months ago and pulled it out yesterday and it no longer works. I’ve had it on the charger for over 24 hours and it will not charge. Customer service is of absolutely no help. I don’t recommend this product at all especially for the price point.

Compré este producto y solo duró 18 meses , supuestamente es buena marca y el precio es alto para que solo ahiga aguantado ese tiempo,al producto se le dió excelente mantenimiento tal y como se indica en las instalaciones,solo se uso en piso de madera,la recomiendo con solo una estrella de 5 estralles

This vacuum is a moms best friend! Live in a home with mostly tile and hardwood floor. This vacuum has been life changing!!! Highly recommend.

Major flaws
I wish it was as good as I wanted it to be . I always cleaned the dirty water tank after every use but the stand didn’t recognize it and never self cleaned . A big flaw is the soft brush that is used to clean the floors , a few days of use after I received the item it started to have a dirty smell and it was the brush that cleans the floor, it stays wet and got that wet mildew smell , I changed it and the filter in the dirty water tank after the first week or so of use and it did it again shortly after . I do clean my floors quite a bit a day as I’m super OCD so it’s a habit , but we don’t wear shoes inside at all so there wasn’t much “heavy dirt” . Mostly just flaws that made me return this item

AH MAZE ING!!
This little thing is SO awesome!! I have one dog and two cats and it picks up every little hair and mops the floor at the same time. My only complaint is that it’s about an inch away from getting right up to the walls and baseboards. Other than that it’s perfect! BUY THIS.

Not as convenient as I thought
Clean up of canister and self clean is a hassle- battery life isn’t great- gotta refill and clean up a couple of times in between cleaning the house because the water gets used up quickly. Not as convenient as I imagined.

Amazing!
I use my Tineco alot, I have pets and kids…oh and a husband. Needless to say it works great!! I am so glad I purchased this!! The only thing I dislike is how spendy the cleaning solution is, and how small the bottle is that comes with it!! Other then that. I totally recommend!

Unit is Junk
I have had this unit for 18 months. The unit has broken THREE TIMES. Twice I sent it back, it takes weeks to get it back. It just broke for the third time. I quit. This unit is a piece of junk. DO NOT BUY!!!!
