I bought this to use on my bamboo wood floors and my tile floors. I cannot believe how simple it is to use! No more pushing and pulling with my arm, making it sore and everything can be done in one easy step. The cleaner only takes a cat full and really cleans! You won’t believe after you use it the first time how dirt your floors were no matter how much you always mopped. I love it.
It cleans well, but the container that holds the clean water and cleaning solution doesn’t completely empty and is impossible to air dry. It got mold in it after only a few uses and can’t be removed as it’s inside the plastic where the nozzle is.

This floor cleaner has been great… Until it broke. This took less than 2 years with weekly use and weekly cleaning. I only used the name brand cleaning fluid and cleaned it weekly. I also did a deep clean periodically during this time. I only used this on residential concrete flooring for about 1-1.5 hrs per week. Once the cleaner started to expell much more cleaning fluid than before and the cleaning was not as before, I brought this to customer service. They have taken almost a month (when it was stated it would take 3 days from the time of arrival). I should note the repair facility is about 60 miles from my home and the time this happed was during the Thanksgiving holiday. They could not repair my machine and offered a previously refurbished machine to replace. I was not happy with this, but to help this they offered a new cleaning pad. Of course this wasn’t much better. But this was the only option given. So it’s a okay product if it works. If not the “warranty” isn’t. I wouldn’t suggest buying this.

NOT built to last. Poor support.
Tineco does not stand behind their product and they are NOT built to last. Much cheaper than others but expect to throw it away in a few years. I’ve had mine for 2 years and 2 months. The battery will not charge (made sure charging points clean etc..) I contacted Tineco and was told it was out of warranty and “We recommend that you focus on the Christmas promotion on Tineco official website on Amazon” I will be focused on ordering from Dyson. Dyson is more expensive but you get what you pay for. The Dyson battery lasts 3-4 years and they sell a replacement battery. I have the Tineco stick vac that had the motor replaced by them and a carpet one cleaner. I plan to NEVER buy this brand again.

If it weren’t for the battery no longer charging I would give this product five stars. It cleans well, is convenient and easy to use. I trouble shooted through many possible fixes but none remedied the battery not charging. For the cost I don’t feel I got near the use or longevity out of the cleaner. Very Convenient
This mop- vacuum is very convenient. The house gets really dirty quickly and so instead of first vacuuming and then mopping the floor, this machine does it all at once. It has a strong suction and a very modern design. I would recommend it to any mom out there!

UPDATE WiFi issues/Customer service
Tinico contacted me and they agreed to send me a replacement with WIFI. Thank you for your support and excellent customer service. My old S3 motor went out and I was told by the customer service that I needed to replace the unit. I ordered the same model replacement and after receiving it I tried to connect the WiFi feature and after spending several hours trying to troubleshoot the issue I still couldn’t connect to WiFi. After speaking to a customer service representative they suggested to view the YouTube video to correct the issue. Still couldn’t connect to WiFi. Now I’m being told by the seller the newer model doesn’t have WiFi capabilities. This makes no sense being that you need the app with WiFi to enable the advertised cleaning modes and features. Very misleading so do you homework before purchasing the S3 model.

Worth the money!
I bought this not knowing if I would like it, but I can tell you it was worth every penny! We have 2 huge dogs with lots of shedding, I did vaccum before using this mop but it did pick up the remaining hair that the vaccum didn’t grab, I would say if you are on the fence of ordering just do it.

It’s easy to use and satisfying to see how much dog hair and dirt is in the dirty water tank. BUT the first one I had (exact same model) stopped charging after only 2 years. It was otherwise in great condition. It was out of warranty, but it seemed like it only needed a new battery, so I paid to get a big box and shipped it back to the company for repair. They said it could not be fixed. Hard to believe that it breaks down so quickly and cannot be fixed. Perhaps because it’s not manufactured here? I was not going to buy another because it’s so expensive, but after using my mop with Velcro cloths and spray and not feeling like the floor was clean, I broke down and bought another Tineco. This time I bought an extended warranty in case it breaks down again right after the manufacturer’s warranty expires.

Great Machine for the $$
This is a great little machine. It cleans very well and is very light weight. The only reason I am giving it 3 stars is it quit working 11 months after purchase and was still under warranty. You can only get ahold of customer service via e-mail as the wait time via phone is ridiculous. After several days of corresponding back and forth customer service will only offer to repair the machine, with you paying for shipping and waiting several weeks for repair. All I have to say is the machine is very pricey to brake down after 11 months. Not sure I would buy again.

Save your money- a mop is easier than this catastrophe
This is a joke. Just to get over dirty footprints….I had to make over 10 passes on the same spot! I’ve been hand mopping these floors and can do the entire 1300 sq ft house in a half an hour and floors sparkle….using this “TOY” takes 5 recharges, over 20 times dirty water emptying …..and there’s a dull film over the floor. (I used the manufacturer included/recommended cleaner) I should have known it’d be worthless when the first line on instructions says for use by 8years of age and up. 🤦♀️

This is essentially a motorized swiffer. That’s the level of clean you are getting. I found that the cleaning roller slips on my kitchen tile but seems to be okay on hardwood. Definitely not suited for high traffic areas as it does not get all the dirt up even on multiple passes.

Breaks within a year.
I have now purchased 2 Tineco iFloor 3s and the first one won’t stay charged and the second one stopped releasing water. I never vacuumed over wet food, kept it super clean, and loved both of them for the first 6-8 months but then the issues start for the first one and just after a year for the second one. Very disappointing because I really enjoyed how easy this made my housework. For the care I took of these it should have lasted much longer.

Love it, but it does have a couple cons.
I’ve had this for quite a while now, so I’ve gotten plenty of opportunities to put it through it paces. I love the convenience of the cordless use. I feel like it cleans well, and the dirty water isn’t mixed back with the clean water after it’s sucked up. Cleaning it afterwards is quite easy with the self-clean function, although I do run it twice and take it apart to deep clean it about every 4-5 times I use it. There can be a small amount of leakage if you don’t make sure to get the canisters snapped in properly. If you’re careful though, there’s no issue with that. I’ve never had the battery die yet while cleaning and I often mop about 4-5 rooms at a time. I do clean everything first though and then mop all at one time at the end. The vacuum function works great. I do vacuum the floors first (with my regular vacuum) before mopping because I have five indoor fur babies that shed constantly, and my house also seems to be a dust magnet. Even with that, this thing will still suck up a huge amount of hair and dust. I have to refill it a couple of times during each mopping session though, especially if I use the extra water function. And if there’s something dried on the floor, I may have to run over that spot a few times. I only use Tineco brand cleaner in it which can be a bit pricy, but I buy the 32-ounce bottle, and it lasts a long time with using only a capful per tank of water. It’s low profile when on the charger and is tucked away in a corner. It just stays plugged in over there ready to use whenever I need it. The biggest thing I don’t like is that it doesn’t leave a clean smell when finished. It doesn’t leave a smell at all as long as you are cleaning it after use. But sometimes I like that fresh smell that I don’t get with this. That may be solved with a different solution though. Overall, I love it and would purchase it again.

Worse experience ever
The battery doesn’t work more than 10 minutes I sent it back for repair and it have been so annoying experience. I sent my vacuum on the original box I get it back dirty w water and in a different box I also think that wasn’t my original vacuum. Came back w the same issue and making a weird noise and I have been contacting them asking for my refund and I label to send it back and they don’t want to give me my money back. This is unacceptable the worse experience ever w a simple vacuum cleaner.

Great vacuum mop!
This mop makes it so much easier to keep my floors clean! It’s crazy to see how much dirt and grime it gets off of my floors each time. My only major complaint is the battery life. My house only has hard floor so only 20 minutes to clean all of the floors in my house? Not enough time. I have to choose which areas of the house I want cleaned. On top of that it takes four or five hours to fully charge which is way too long. It’s definitely frustrating. It also doesn’t do well with toddler food stuck on the floors. You have to scrape it up before you go over it. Other than those issues, it’s been a lifesaver with spills and messes!

I bought this mop/vac on a Black Friday sale and just got through using it. I was surprised that my floors weren’t as gross as I expected them to be. The water was brown, but not “too” brown like some of the pictures! It’s just the two of us, so our messes aren’t too messy. I dropped an egg on the floor and while it cleaned up the mess, it didn’t do too well in the crevices between the ceramic tile. I kind of expected that, though. Easy set up, easy to use, and relatively easy to clean. There are are three things you will need to clean out: the filter, the tank, and I cleaned out the the container where you put the water and cleaning solution just to make sure it won’t get funky. I am letting them air dry after using a microfiber towel to get off most of the water. After the self cleaning feature finished, I took out the roller and cleaned under it. There’s a holder on the base so that you can air dry the roller. The mop/vac is easy to store as well. Another thing I noticed it’s also not as noisy as I thought it would be. It’s quieter than most regular vacuums. The box it came in was very secure. So far, I’m happy with my purchase.

2 days ago i vacuumed my room with my cordless dyson then i mopped with my bissell crosswave last generation , I thought my floor was cleaned since I cleaned it and it is not a room I use a lot, but when I used my Tineco , water into the dirty water tank was black , this floor cleaner is so efficient , no needs a lot of water nor cleaner , easy to use , easy to clean with the auto clean , I’m very impressed , I would prefer a corded device since my house is huge but it is okay.

Do not buy! Tineco is a terrible company. We bought an S3 and absolutely loved it and told all our friends to buy one…but that’s changed now. First it had a power issue, so we sent it back under warranty, and they fixed it (not as easy as it sounds). Then we had an issue where it put out more water than it vacuumed up, so we sent it back again, and they “fixed” it. When we got it back, it kinda worked for just long enough to get out of the warranty period, at which point they have no desire to be helpful in the least. So now that they won’t do anything to fix it, I tried myself and found a faulty water valve (it’s really hard to get to, so I suspect they never actually changed it out), but they won’t answer any questions, give guidance, provide parts, or anything. Also no one speaks English. Tineco is a cheap, knock-off Chinese company that sells their products at American-made prices. When we bought it, no one else made a good vacuum mop; hopefully that’s changed now. Keep looking and use your money to support a company that supports their customers and stands behind their products. Apart from the company, the vacuum was pretty good when it worked. Great for pets and little kids. The big downside is that you MUST clean it every time you use it, and they don’t give you the proper brush to clean out the tank. If you make the same mistake we did of buying a Tineco product, go ahead and also buy a large tube brush so you can clean out the dirty water tank.

I used it only once more it’s worth every penny I paid. Mopping and sweeping have been my nemesis and this magical machine makes me wish I would have taken the leap years ago. I can’t believe I made life so much harder than it needed to be.

Has its bad and good
This vacuum is convenient, mop and vacuum same time. I like that idea, suction strong, lightweight, long lasting battery. Self clean not too bad. But i really hate is they can’t get the crumb in corner, it does the job great but not really feel too clean. And after using it for months it has mold in the machine so i threw it away. Maybe i didnt clean it right. So the vacuum has its good and bad side. Not perfect but not so bad.

Great concept, terrible execution
I’ve had my Tineco for over a year now and I feel that I can give it a really accurate review. It is a great concept but it just doesn’t work how it should. The sensors are always malfunctioning. So it tells you that the clean and dirty water tanks are full when they aren’t. It also doesn’t even remotely tackle stuck on grime. Yes it will pick up ketchup or an egg but not if it’s sat and dried. Additionally the idea of it vacuuming as it mops is amazing but I would use the term “vacuuming” lightly. Yes it will pick up crumbs but hair just gets caught in the roller or clogs it and honestly the self cleaning feature doesn’t work well. It is fine for light moppings- when I can get it to work accurately. But it definitely won’t give a good deep clean. Not sure if other brands are better but this is a no for me

water splatters from tank
The media could not be loaded. I honestly started off loving this vacuum and raved about to everyone but it quickly took a turn. After my 4-5th use, I noticed water was splashing out of the dirty water tank. I thought maybe I inserted the tank incorrectly, but no, it was leaking/splattering everywhere. Unfortunately, it was past my return window so stuck with this wet vac…

Such an amazing product!
Like other reviews, I was somewhat skepticle. I have used a steam mop for 25 years on my manufactured flooring which looks like tile with lots of texture for dirt to settle into. I felt the steam would do better. But after my steam mop died last year I could not find a replacement that worked as well as the original. In fact, the same company’s only version died in a day; was replaced and the replacement never has worked well. My daughter told me about a wet/dry mop and I just could not believe it could take up all the water and leave the floor clean. Got my Tineco last night, got the battery fully charged overnight and gave it a run on all the bathrooms (3), kitchen, entry and laundry room this morning. I had already steam-cleaned a day before. I was absolutely shocked to see the black water collecting in the DWT. No Way! This really is the real deal. Power/battery held up for all those floors. Had to empty DWT twice and fill CWT a second time as well. I am one happy woman!

Only lasted two years…
I have LOVED this product for the past two years. Recommended it to all my friends and would give it a solid 5 stars… until one month ago when it suddenly just stopped working. After dismantling and looking up repairs on YouTube it seems that the motor has gone out. I contacted customer service and all they said was “sorry, you’re three months outside of your warranty window so nothing we can do.” Seems way too convenient that it breaks exactly 3 months after the warranty expired! I cannot justify such an expensive piece of equipment for it to only last two years… Major bummer!!

Good Performance but Room for Improvement
I’ve been using this electric mop for some time, and overall, its performance is quite good. The cleaning effect is excellent, removing stains efficiently and thoroughly. It’s also much easier to use compared to a traditional mop. However, there are some drawbacks. First, the noise level is relatively high, especially noticeable in quiet environments. Second, the water tank is too small, which means frequent refills are needed for larger spaces, making it less convenient. Additionally, the mop doesn’t have a cloth drying function, so the pads need to be air-dried manually, which is a bit of a hassle. What I’m most dissatisfied with is the price of the cleaning solution. It’s unreasonably expensive, and finding suitable alternatives is quite difficult, which adds significantly to the overall cost of use. In summary, the cleaning performance of this electric mop is commendable, but if the design details and operating costs could be improved, it would offer a much better experience.

I have used my mop/vacuum for about a month now. I have a dog and it is so easy just to grab the mop and clean. Also the cleaning solution smells great, but already used the two small bottles that came with.

Debunking bad reviews
The media could not be loaded. I hate reviews sometimes. Honestly I didn’t read the reviews on this until after receiving my product. My mom has a version of tineco that I had borrowed for a while. I decided I wanted my own. Truly beats vacuuming and dealing with a mop and bucket and basically cleaning twice. I had been watching the prices and with the Black Friday deal placed my order. I received the ifloor3 breeze. Note this version the display is only a blue light on the top. Not the more fancy view. In using this tonight I was able to clean all the floors of my 1800 sqft home. With almost one container of water. So I refilled it once and there still a decent amount. The amount of clean water is also after running it on a cleaning cycle after my cleaning as well. If you click the water button you will use more clean water. And will need to refill more often. If the blue light is flashing you are using extra. And yes the floor will be a little wet a little while not as long as the traditional mop and bucket. I only use the extra water to help get it going and to the roller wet. And then turned that off. And again only refilled once and still have water left! It’s really all in knowing the product and using it as intended.

Not working
We went away after receiving this item…if I could have returned it I would have. Missed my window. It has times it works well. Other times it just does not release the clean water.. very frustrating. Doesn’t always seem like collecting dirty water . Both cups are cleaned out so much out of frustration . It is just too new to not work correctly. Had such high hopes. Very disappointed

Lasted less than a year.
First, the water tank turned into a mushy kind of plastic almost like it melted. I bought a new water tank. The new tank dripped constantly. I just ordered a another tank because I can’t afford a new floor cleaner. I would not recommend.

I purchased this item in 2021 and LOVED it. I literally should be sponsored by Tineco with how many people I have gotten to purchase this item. In all honestly, at least 18-20 people have purchased this mop because of my raving reviews and demonstrations at my house. I loved this mop. Over the course of 3 years, I had an issue with it, I had to package it up and send off for them to repair. They repaired it, and honestly I was fine with continuing to rave about them. Fast forward, it stopped working last month. Doesn’t clean dirt, it’s honestly just running. I have tried every single product support you can think. Every single you tube video. nothing works. I contacted customer service and they can’t help me. So, as much as i loved this product AND ALMOST MY ENTIRE FAMILY HAS, do not buy this. It will be good for the first couple of years, and Tineco is so unsupportive and literally doesn’t care about your needs. I have literally recommended their product to so many people (who actually purchased it) and I will never again. If a product can’t last for 3.5 years (had an issue in between that they repaired) and now it’s not cleaning at all, with the lack of support from customer service, it’s not worth it. I purchased my Dyson vaccuum the same day I purchased my Tineco (about to have a new baby so I was nesting) , and that is going strong. I had one minor issue last year (outside of warranty), and they immediately fixed it without costs. Tineco is trash. You will be fooled the first year or two, but we should expect better quality AND at least good customer service to help you figure out how to fix the issue or provide you something/parts/repairs considering it’s ONLY 3 years old. I’m so disappointed because i really loved this brand so much.
