I bought this to use on my bamboo wood floors and my tile floors. I cannot believe how simple it is to use! No more pushing and pulling with my arm, making it sore and everything can be done in one easy step. The cleaner only takes a cat full and really cleans! You won’t believe after you use it the first time how dirt your floors were no matter how much you always mopped. I love it.
It cleans well, but the container that holds the clean water and cleaning solution doesn’t completely empty and is impossible to air dry. It got mold in it after only a few uses and can’t be removed as it’s inside the plastic where the nozzle is.

Terrible vacuum
We’ve had this for two years and I’ve had nothing but trouble with it. It clogs all the time – my husband is always having to work on it. We are going to buy a different one and will never go with this brand again.

Good But Fragile
I will say it worked well for the first two years as it cleaned and performed well. However about two and half years later it stopped working. I reach out to customer service and they were quick to respond and did offer a couple suggestions. Unfortunately they didn’t work and I was after the two year warranty. I know plenty of people that love their tineco but I was also not the only one to face this issue. Buyer beware.

Blown motor not covered
After two years it stopped working. Found out it needed a new motor and it’s not covered under warranty. It should last longer than two years for the price paid. It worked great for the time we were able to use it but now I have to pay another $100+ to replace the motor.

It’s great…. Until it’s not!
My Tineco was amazing for a little over a year and a half and then it started having issues. I sent it back while still under warranty for repairs, and it was in working order again. The repairs worked briefly and then it started acting up again, particularly having issues charging. Once it hit about 50% it would drain to 0% almost immediately. The frustrating part is, as soon as it hits 0% it won’t charge on its own. After a google search around the issue, I found that you can manually lift the unit on and off of the base repeatedly (for an absurd amount of times) until it reaches about 3-5% and then it starts charging on its own again. As long as I was able to get it back on the base before it drained down to 0%, it would self charge. It was a guessing game when it would decide to instantly drop to 0%. Now, it won’t even charge in this manner. For the hefty price tag, I expected to get more than 1.5yrs of effortless use out of the unit. I was able to milk about another year out of it, but now it is just sitting in my laundry room, collecting dust, and getting dirty looks every time I pass it.

Good until it breaks.
I love this vacuum. It’s great for quick daily cleansing with a baby. Honestly, the construction is flawed. The plug to the clean water tank has now broken twice on me. I only use the approved cleaning solution and take really good care of it. I was able to replace the tank after the first break…but it just happened again. There is no way you can fix it yourself because the clean water tank is sealed. I’m not happy. So I would say this product is a waste of money unless you want to repurchase every 3 months.

Stopped working
My unit stopped working after 8 months. Wouldn’t hold a charge. Had to go through a total runaround with Tineco customer service to start a warranty just for them to say they want me to ship back my current unit so they can try to fix it. So beware, for the price you pay you may end up disappointed with a refurbished unit all said and done. They did offer me a $20 roller as a reimbursement lol, and refused to do any other credit for the inconvenience. Gave it 2 stars because the unit really was great while it worked.. company and customer service on the other hand, not great.

Terrible! Waste of money
The media could not be loaded. Ended up having to return this and didn’t get a full refund, but it left dirty water residue all over my floors and when I went back over with a steam mop, it was still dirty after I had mopped with the Tineco three times. Also had to completely clean out the mop every time I used it. It stunk so bad it smelled up my whole bathroom because that’s where I had to store it.

It’s slow but it works. And the battery doesn’t last
My experience with this Vacuum is good. Although it’s slow, it does clean the hard floor surface well. Two problems with the battery. 1. It doesn’t last long enough to clean the whole floor and I don’t have a large place. And charging takes so long that I can’t do the cleaning in one go. 2. The battery doesn’t hold charge well. It drains on its own quickly. I have to charge it right before use. My recommendation: Don’t buy this.

Cleans ok, very maintenance intensive
It cleans well, but required lots of maintenance pulling out hair (we have dogs) so by the time you clean and then clear everything from machine.. You could of just cleaned by hand. Doesn’t hold much either, overall not a fan and it just sits in the garage now.
