I bought this to use on my bamboo wood floors and my tile floors. I cannot believe how simple it is to use! No more pushing and pulling with my arm, making it sore and everything can be done in one easy step. The cleaner only takes a cat full and really cleans! You won’t believe after you use it the first time how dirt your floors were no matter how much you always mopped. I love it.
It cleans well, but the container that holds the clean water and cleaning solution doesn’t completely empty and is impossible to air dry. It got mold in it after only a few uses and can’t be removed as it’s inside the plastic where the nozzle is.

Works till it doesn’t
A friend recommended the device to me, so I gave one a try. After over a year of predictable use, something is clearly wrong. I was cleaning a floor and had to pause for 20 minutes with the battery at about 50%. I came back to resume, turned it on, and the battery read 29%. After about 5 minutes, it dies entirely. It’s been plugged in for 18 hours now, and it reads 2% charge and won’t even run the cleaning cycle while plugged in. I get a strong suspicion the device has failed. It seemed to do a decent job cleaning up to that point, but noting life changing. I can’t recommend spending this much money for anything that can’t last more than a year and half before becoming e-waste. Honestly, with as much work as it takes to keep the device cleaned out and maintained for use, while needing its own cleaning solution, it feels like more trouble than its worth. The classic vacuum and mop combo is a better solution, IMO. Won’t buy this or something similar again.

Not worth the money if you can only use it as a mop
I just purchased this mop vacuum after a friend recommended me. I was excited to get mine after hearing how good it was. I have cats and they shed and I have to constantly vacuum and mop which is time consuming. I thought this product would be a time saver since I can do 2 things at once. The first time I tried to used it I used it on one side of the house and it did okay still leaving streaks after used. I used it more around the house and it would stop working and start getting clogged and leaking water. At one point I had to get my old mop to clean up the mess. This mop vacuum isn’t good if you have pets. I had to constantly clean the filter and removed pet hair and took longer than it would normally take to clean my floors using my old vacuum and mop. The second time I used it I made sure I use my old vacuum first before using this mop vac and it did decent. Didn’t leak water like the first time and dry up quick but still left the streak marks on my floor. Not worth the money if I can used it as a mop only. Even as a mop I can’t get to the corners like I wish I could. The battery last long enough to clean but it takes a long time to recharge.

This is the single greatest purchase I have made on Amazon. Our light beige travertine-look kitchen tile floors were nothing short of a nightmare thanks to 3 preteen boys and 3 dogs. I used an acid cleaner and hand scrubbed them a year ago and it really made a difference, but we started seeing it darken again in high traffic areas. I thought this might stretch the time till we needed another good hand-scrubbing. This washed unused areas of the floor we thought were clean so well the color visibly changed after one pass. Acid has nothing on this thing. Turns out our floor isn’t so much beige as it is ivory. I’m absolutely obsessed and can’t recharge it fast enough to wash the next room. BUY IT!!!!!

Buyer beware….It won’t last!!
I initially loved my wet vac. But now two years later, it just stopped working and when I called customer service, I was told that because it’s past the warranty timeframe and that my model was discontinued they can’t do anything to help me. My only recourse is to spend another $400 to purchase a new one. I wouldn’t dare do that! I expect for something that cost this much to last longer than two years.

Mom of 5: triplets plus 2 more. I bought my first one 4/2021– to say the least we put it to the test. I love this product until I don’t. Our first one lasted a year and then we had to get a warranty replacement because it quit connecting up to the charger. Now a year after using the warranty replacement, it constantly gives us a code that the tank needs to be emptied, and it has quit hooking up to the charger like the springs are worn out the same as our first one. Motor failure after 2.5 years.
When you spend $400 on a product like this, I would expect it to last longer than 2.5 years of once weekly use. The motor failed and no longer works. It’s out of warranty so I was hoping to purchase the replacement part or pay to have it repaired. After going through some the product quirks, I really do like it. You do have to fill the water in the chamber pretty fast and can only clean a large kitchen and then you have to refill and fix the clogs. It does seem to clean well though. I kept it and I use it a couple of times a week now. Everything has to be exactly correct for this to work and not leak though…but once you figure that out…I think you will agree.

The media could not be loaded. I am using half cap of soap, which is less than recommended amount. I’m not mixing solutions. The basin in fit and snapped on correctly. This thing leaks. Worth the money!
The Teneco iFloor 3 Breeze is worth every penny! It does an amazing job cleaning all of my tile and hard wood floors and leaves them sparkling clean! I was able to mop and vacuum about 1500 square feet using two canisters of water and cleaning solution. I would say the tank has capacity for 700 square feet of use before needing to refill with more water and cleaning solution. The battery life is great and I still had battery life left after cleaning all 1500 square feet. It is light in weight and has great suction! It feels very well built and durable.

Motor malfunction error
I purchased this product in 2021. It has worked great up until recently. Received an error and was told to call customer support. They told me it was a motor malfunction. After doing research, this is very common with this product. Unfortunately for me the warranty only last two years.

Easily clogged and high maintenance
I’ve had both this and a similar Bissell version. Comparatively this one gets clogged a lot easier. That results in it not having good suction power and leaving dirty water all over the floor. It was especially bad for my grout as the grout was often full of dirty water after I was finished mopping. For a while I spend a lot of time cleaning it after each use but it got to be not worth it and after about a year I trashed it.

I will have had this machine for 2 years in October. It now lasts 15 minutes before dying and then requires hours to charge before I can keep using it. I reached out to Tineco and they said that’s normal wear and tear for the battery, that the battery is not replaceable, so I would have to just buy a new $300+ machine. They offered an insulting $10 refund. Buying a new >$300 mop every 3 years is not possible. I do NOT recommend this product whatsoever.

This has absolutely changed my life! I live on a farm. There’s always dirt. I have two kids 5 and under. There’s always food on the floor. I have an inside dog. There’s always hair. I love how well this cleans my floors. I never knew how dirty they still were after a regular mopping. I do have to stop and refill the solution, empty the dirty water, and auto clean the spinning mop head often, but it’s worth it.

Not worth the money – Machine breaks within a year
The media could not be loaded. We initially purchased our Tineco in 2021 and the machine broke within a year. Tineco sent us a refurbished machine, since we were within the 2 year warranty. The replacement also broke within a year and Tineco will not replace it. Save your money and buy a machine that will last.

Machine smoking after less than 10 uses
The media could not be loaded. I bought this in March and realized I needed a different product for an area I do dog boarding right away, so this machine has only been used for sure less than 10 times in other areas of my home. It’s been plugged up charging and I went to use it today and smelled smoke and the machine kept turning off. I looked at it more closely and saw smoke coming from the hose area between the base and the floor piece of the machine. Unfortunately unable to return because it’s been too long, just disappointed. It did clean well my floors the few times it worked though 🙂

The amount of times that I had to send this machine back is unreal! When it works properly it’s a great vacuum mop. But this thing repeatedly gave me issues resulting in having to send it back until it finally couldn’t be fixed and I was conveniently “out of warranty” so now I’m left with a hunk of junk. There is no fixing this issue and the only thing customer service could do for me was give me a coupon for another machine(not a free machine coupon either). Do not waste your money like I did. Go with the Bissell brand, I wanted to be bougie and better than everyone one else because I got the “exotic” brand and look who’s laughing now. Everyone I know that has the Bissell has had theirs longer than I’ve had the Tineco and they have never had an issue. Jokes on me now I’m spending more money to get a Bissell!

Terrible Customer Service
This item broke after only 7 months of use. Tineco had us sent it in for repair, which was a huge hassle. It took 3x longer for them to fix the machine than originally promised. When we received the machine, it worked for about 2 weeks and then broke again. The EXACT same problem. They are now requesting us to send it in AGAIN for repair. Absolutely unacceptable. Poor quality machine and poor customer service

The Absolute Greatest Invention for Hardwood Floors
Don’t walk, SPRINT AND BUY THIS!! It is the most amazing thing to ever be created for hardwood floors. We have a Dyson V15 and vacuum 1-2 times/day. We also have a Bona, Rejuvenate, and Swiffer that we clean the floors 2-3x/week with. As you can see by the picture, clearly the Bona, Rejuvenate and Swiffer are only surface cleaning. This wet dry vacuum is so easy to use, works great, makes your floors feel squeaky clean, is non-damaging, and is essential to your cleaning routine. Cannot recommend this item enough.

Was great until the battery died
I loved the ease of cleaning my hardwood floors with this until the battery died one day and now it doesn’t work at all. This is a very expensive machine to only last less than 3 years. I have a fairly small house, so I only needed to refill and empty the water tanks once per cleaning. It delt well with my long hair, the dog’s fur, leaves and debris tracked in from the garden, kitchen messes, etc. It didn’t do well along the edges of walls or getting under furniture; I had to break out the Swiffer for those (and am back to the Swiffer now, which is the same inexpensive one I’ve had for 15+ years). I don’t expect a battery operated machine to last forever, but more than 3 years would be expected.

Doesn’t Last
I really liked it until it suddenly stopped working. I use it every few weeks in a small condo – it stopped working after 2 years (error message restart or contact customer service). I have had bigger namebrand or cleaning machines in the past. This one far out shines in the off them. Easy to put together. Easy to clean. Whoever designed it knew what they were doing. The bigger cleaning machines had to take all this screws out to get to the area that needed to be cleaned. This one you just take apart and able to clean everything up. Looks brand new after being washed. Lightweight. Self-propelled. I would buy it again.

Battery not replaceable
So, this is my second one. The first lasted about 2 years and I loved it, then wouldn’t charge, so beware that the battery is not replaceable. Why buy another one, you ask? I love how this cleans and is easy to use, plus they give you 2 bottles of floor cleaner, and roller. Floor dries quick. Easy to empty, clean and put away. I will see how long this lasts. I spent $199 on this second one, first one was more. I simply have not found anything else that I am happy with.

Dead already
I’ve had this product for 4 months and it’s already useless. I have it plugged into the wall all day and when I go to use it, it runs for about 30 seconds, flashes the red light, and dies. So disappointed. Before it died it was pretty decent.

Do not buy!! This is my first review ever.
This broke down after 4 months of owning it. It would leak dirty water all over my floor. I had to send it back to get it fixed and a month later I received it and it would still leak dirty water every so often. 1.5 yrs later it stops working completely and won’t charge. I called the company back and it’s out of warranty and want me to spend $100 to get it fixed oh and if they can’t fix it they will keep machine.

Worked great until it didn’t.
We really liked this floor cleaner, however we had to send it in twice in two years to get fixed. It never broke at a convenient time. The third time it broke just after the two year mark, Tineco said they would fix it again, but it was going to cost the same about as buying a new machine. I sure wish that they made a better product.

Wet vac
This is such a handy tool . Cleans well battery last a good decent time . I love the self cleaning option to keep brush clean it is easy to handle and portable to move room to room .

Want to love it
The battery drains quickly, the clean water tank is incredibly small, and the tanks are hard to snap in. I think the design could have been WAY better.

Broke too soon and company won’t honor warranty
Machine broke. Sent it back and after a month the company said they lost it. Told my husband they’d give us $150.00 towards a new machine. So instead of fixing the broken product that has a 2 year warranty they suggest we buy a new one that didn’t last a year.

Not satisfied
Leave two inch gap between walls from where it can’t get too. It sucking up enough water so leaving floors really wet. Also finding I have to charge between each room or it dies.

Unit will stop working after 3 years with little use.
This is hands down one of the worst purchases I have ever made after only 3 and two months we replaced the battery and a month later the vacuum motor quit. Called tineco the representative told me they no longer work on these old machines but I could buy a new one if I wanted to. I promptly told the rep I would never buy another one of their products and will tell anyone who will listen not to buy one either. If I could I would give this product 0 stars
