I bought this to use on my bamboo wood floors and my tile floors. I cannot believe how simple it is to use! No more pushing and pulling with my arm, making it sore and everything can be done in one easy step. The cleaner only takes a cat full and really cleans! You won’t believe after you use it the first time how dirt your floors were no matter how much you always mopped. I love it.
It cleans well, but the container that holds the clean water and cleaning solution doesn’t completely empty and is impossible to air dry. It got mold in it after only a few uses and can’t be removed as it’s inside the plastic where the nozzle is.

This is my #1 most used cleaning product. Half of our home is vinyl planking, and this sweeps and scrubs at the same time. It has taken an entire step out of my cleaning routine. Customer service is impeccable. My motor went, and the agent was able to identify the problem immediately. They provided shipping to have me send the device in, and it was repaired and returned within the week. The battery life allows me to clean my entire house without using even half the charge. I don’t need to move my bound area rugs. I just go right over those, too. I don’t use it on my longer carpet, though.

Do not buy this product!!!, after 2 and a half years it stopped working, I contacted them and they told me that it is a common problem and that it was no longer within the warranty and that there was nothing to do, so it was $300 for nothing. The vacuum cleaner gives an announcement where it says to contact costumer service or restart, it is a problem with the dirty water tank or the motor of that part does not work because it does not suck.

I decided to finally bend and purchase this machine with summer coming up.. kods home and a potty training toddler. What I LOVE: no backache, cleans well, cleaner that comes with is great (no sticky residue or yucky smells), easy to use, suction is GREAT, husband exclaimed “this is kinda fun”…The drawbacks: 1. you can vaccum and mop with this however I feel it’s better after a good sweep of the floor. I tried cleaning up gold fish and it became a icky mess that clogged the suction. However for generally crumbs and debris this is great and will pick up everything in it’s way! 2. You must clean every component after each vaccum otherwise you run the risk of a smelly mop and container (this is where I do feel like I’m making a little more work for myself however my floors have never been so clean) 3. You should have a drain strainer in the sink you wish to empty in. With kods you never know what you’ll vaccum up and it’s best to be safe then let everything flow down the drain. I guess you could just flush down the toilet but our kitchen is the main area I use this mop. Overall for the price point I’m very happy with this machine. I couldn’t commit to a more expensive model but maybe in the future. This is everything I need it to be and more.

Not even a year and the machine stopped working, contacted customer service and told me it was a faulty motor and needed repair to which I need to pay for a box to ship the machine, and they told me they will send me a label to ship it, it’s been a month and 5 calls and I haven’t receive it yet, they keep saying to check my spam but nothing comes up, I ask them if I could get a replacement in the meantime but they told me Amazon purchases can’t get a replacement machine, so when I finally get the label and ship it and after waiting who knows how long to get it back I’ll be stuck with a refurbished machine but I paid full price. I bought this because my Shark mop that was OLD finally died and I am so disappointed! It doesn’t clean the floor very well, it leaks and the dirty and clean water bins don’t stay in all the time. I think a 30 day return policy on a product like this is not a long enough time to be able to use it and see if it works! SOOOOO dissatisfied and I have only used it a handful of times!

I have a lot of floors. I was on my hands and knees cleaning them the other day. I decided to buy this machine. I couldn’t believe all the black water that came up and hair. I have three cats, but I keep my house particularly clean. I picked up cat hair, dust, human hair. It Vacuumed up everything and washed the floor. I went through the floors about four times until it was showing reasonably clear liquid. I Really love this machine. It saves me so much time, my floors look so clean now. I hope it last. Yes, you have to keep adding water to continue, no big deal. One thing I do like about the machine it’s not that noisy. It’s pretty lightweight also and you don’t have to hold onto a button for it to work.

I absolutely love this thing! Assembly was super easy and quick, directions were very easy to understand. I am disabled and haven’t been able to mop, with this I just turn it on and it pulls me forward making it so easy to clean my floors. My daughter dropped an egg and we said ok this is the perfect test, turned it on and the egg disappeared! The cleaning solution leaves your floor smelling clean and my floors dry super quick! The self clean function works amazing! We own 2 cats and I have a toddler running around, this picks up cat hair and food crumbs left behind under the table. There was something sticky on the floor by my trash can, I rolled over it twice and it was gone! No residue left behind! I have used this on linoleum and hard wood floors. The one tank of water/cap of solution cleans my kitchen, dining area, small bathroom, my small bedroom and the hallway connecting them. It takes half of the tank to clean the master bedroom. It fits nicely in the kitchen right between my coffee hutch and trash can.

If you have toddlers and don’t have one of these vacuum mops you are missing out. I love the ease of being able to vacuum and mop my floor simultaneously. It has better suction that my everyday vacuum and was incredibly easy to put together. I have read all of the reviews, and you people actually crying about it not picking up LARGE debris, need to use that waist, bend over and pick them up then! If you are a dirty person, and let things sit on your floor for days, this is not something you need. This is however, a perfect tool f6ir those of you that like to clean your floor everyday, or even every other day. It’s also great for accidents. If you clean your machine each time, you will have zero problems. It takes a total of 1min to dump the dirty stuff in the toilet, flush it, and rince it out. I have 2 long hair cats that shed, and track some litter out of the box, and this has been my best friend since purchase. Put it in your wish list and let Alexa notify you when it goes in sale. Got mine for a great price.

It didn’t even last a year!
I’m so aggravated. I purchased this based on reviews. It was just what I needed for cleaning my condo hard floors. I took special care to maintain, clean and use the correct solution – now the plastic cover won’t latch on and the cleaning roller seems to jam. Not only that you really have to work with the bottom fill tank as the rubber filter sometimes gets stuck and it won’t click shut. Very unhappy and plan to contact the company since I can’t return on Amazon.

Easier than a mop and bucket and better than a swiffer!. I love this product. I never heard of the brand before purchasing but having used it for several weeks now it’s holding up great. This is a little pricey but it’s super convenient for hardwood floors. The charging base is inconspicuous and doesn’t take up any unnecessary space. The battery time is just enough for a single use in my opinion (20 min) for the whole house 2700sq ft. You will have to empty the dirty bin and fill the clean at least once. I use this daily because we have a little one crawling around. Other companies like Bona are making cleaner concentrate for these now and replacement rollers aren’t expensive. Easy to clean and use. Does exactly what its supposed do without any bs features that don’t actually work.

Good until not
I genuinely loved this product. Took care of it and followed all the care instructions. But after only 2.5 years and minimal use, the motor stopped working and of course my warranty is up. I was told that it was a “very old” model and they do not have any replacement parts. Offered me a “discount” on a new one and that is all.

Absolute Junk!
Used about little over 2 years and then it stopped charging one day. Will not work. Called company and they said they don’t make parts for it anymore, because I bought it in 2020. Complete JUNK!

BASE model with REMOVED FEATURES
Tineco really removed all the good features of what was formerly their base model to what it is now. We bought an S3 about 3 1/2 years ago and it had the following features that they’ve now removed: 1. It used to have touch charging built into the base, so all you had to do was set it on its charging base; no bending over and plugging/unplugging. Now it’s a cheap POS plastic tray with no built-in charging capabilities. You have to bend over to plug in the charging cord. 2. There is no longer a display panel indicating cleanliness of floor, amount of charge left, or any of the other features it had. 3. No ability to self-clean itself now. It used to have a built-in function that would self-clean its debris channel and roller. No ability to do that now. If I had looked more closely at all the functionality that they removed and are forcing customers to pay $100-$300 MORE for, I would have advocated at looking across models. Maybe Tineco would’ve still been the way to go, but I don’t know that I would’ve wanted to go cheaper. The functionality that they removed is really super souring me on this purchase/going to return this.

Genuinely upset I didn’t know about this sooner.
When I researched this, I thought “yeah it looks cool but only a 20-minute charge? Then all of this pain in the butt maintenance? Theres not way it could be worth it. My vacuum/ swiffer combo work just fine”…..Then it was on sale… I got it and my eyes are now open. That 20-minute charge time? MORE than enough for a small 2-bedroom apartment like mine. If anything the tank gets full way faster than the battery has time to deplete so you’re not keeping it on the entire time anyway. I prefer that. It’s better that the tank gets full and I dump it and go again than the battery dies and I still have space in the tank. Speaking of, all the fussy maintenance? A “breeze” (get it?). It’s oddly fun to clean the dirty tank, measure the appropriate water and soap, and run cleaning functions. Feels like I’m in a lab but in a fun way. Enough foreplay though. Let’s get into the meat and potatoes. My GOD this thing can clean!!! I spent an entire day using it on and off the charger. The first 2 passes the water was BLACK and this was on a floor I thought was clean from the Swiffer! On the 4th pass, the water came through soapy and clear and I almost cried. The floors look and feel better than when I moved in! I have long hair and 2 cats and my Tineco simply does not care. I thought I needed to pick up the “big” messes like string or hair or even loose pieces of paper or cardboard from the cat’s scratchboard before using it. Nope. Ding ding ding, Everyone into the tank, time to go home. The suction is crazy strong. The only downside is that the ifloor 3 breeze struggles against the edges of the wall and corner. Understandable given the roller design but it is still slightly annoying considering how well this thing cleans everywhere else. Looks like the Swiffer/ Vacuum combo isn’t quite ready to be retired just yet. Still, Tineco does a spectacular job at keeping my floors clean and is well worth it especially if you catch it on sale. Highly recommended. Note* But seriously though, do the cleaning function after EVERY use. Does not matter if you only use it to pick up a small mess or a spill. I made the mistake of picking up a small mess and just leaving it overnight thinking I would do the rest the next day. The tank was FOUL. Funkiest oder ever even when emptied and “cleaned”. Took 3 days of vinegar and baking soda to get the smell out and it still slightly lingers. I shudder to think if the dirty tank was full and left even longer. Clean your Tineco!!!

I love this. It cuts my cleaning routine in half. It vacuums and mops. You do need to go over a spot a few times if the debris or stain has dried…as to be expected. The first time of use, the water was pretty mucky. It’s definitely lighter now since we use the tineco frequently. Nothing I’ve found cleans better than going on your knees and scrubbing, but this one does a good job cleaning. Easy to use and clean.

Vacuum cleaner worked fine until it suddenly died after passing 2 year warranty period. The issue seemed to be common among users. Customer service refused to take any action because it’s out of warranty. Spend your $300 somewhere else for better quality machine.

DO NOT BUY! SMOKING MOTOR
The media could not be loaded. I first purchased the iFLOOR 3 Breeze Complete Wet Dry Vacuum Cordless Floor Cleaner and Mop on January 11, 2024. It was great at first but about 2 months into having it, it started turning off randomly. I was very diligent about cleaning it after use and charging it. The dirty water would spit back out which made a mess everywhere. Then one day the motor started smoking, a horrible burning smell came out and making funny noises out of nowhere. I contacted customer service and was sent another one. I received it on March 29 and was willing to give it another try. It is now June 9th and the same thing happened again, funny noises, dirty water everywhere and then the smoking motor with the burning smell! I honestly thought it was a one off incident with the first one but I now realize it is a manufacture issue! I can’t believe this product is still on the market, it is dangerous! It is now sitting outside and I guess I am just out of luck at this point because I don’t feel like contacting customer service because it wasn’t a simple process. Sucks to be out the money but I honestly want people to know how crappy this vacuum is! Don’t waste your money or time on it!!

I love this vaccuum. With a little one it’s so useful. I use it every day to clean up spills after eating and keeping floors clean after doing dishes and dropping water on the floor. It is very light and easy to clean

Don’t Waste Your Money
Broke after a year and half. Terrible customer Service. They do not honor warranty. Better off spending more for better quality brand. You get what you pay for I guess.
