I bought this to use on my bamboo wood floors and my tile floors. I cannot believe how simple it is to use! No more pushing and pulling with my arm, making it sore and everything can be done in one easy step. The cleaner only takes a cat full and really cleans! You won’t believe after you use it the first time how dirt your floors were no matter how much you always mopped. I love it.
It cleans well, but the container that holds the clean water and cleaning solution doesn’t completely empty and is impossible to air dry. It got mold in it after only a few uses and can’t be removed as it’s inside the plastic where the nozzle is.

Real review, way better than expected!
I use to have all carpet and swore by my Dyson and enjoyed the cleaning! Once I moved I was bummed at first because of it being all tile/hardwood floors…I used a mop and still found our feet to be dirty walking around without socks! I used this machine the first time, not only was it extremely convenient and easy to use (no broom and wet bucket with mop), when I was done I took a wet paper towel and scrubbed the floor by hand and it was completely clean! All the reviews of it going over big nasty spills doesn’t do it justice (big messes like that should be wiped up easy) but this thing will clean your entire floor (up to about 3k sq feet per charge), with maybe having to change water tank. But leaving not extra dirt or wetness left after! Dries nearly instantly and does not smell bad like chemicals!! I would recommend this to anyone wanting to save a few hours at a time moping floors! Only problem i can see being an issue is if you have a pet that sheds a lot, the hair will clog up the suction area if it gets to be too much! Other than that, this thing is amazing!

Best investment ever
This thing has been great! I haven’t sweep or mopped in three days because it’s been raining but I got it in yesterday so I tried it out today… we have a roughly 1800 sqft home. A three bed two bath with an open concept living room and kitchen all hardwood or tile so I used it on the whole house. It has a small tank bc it’s a wireless vacuum they are all semi small right… well I did my whole house even the laundry room with it on one battery charge it still had like 32 percent left and I only had to clean the dirty water tank 3 time and fill the water tank 3 times… so for not cleaning the floor for a couple days I think it’s pretty freaking impressive I’m in love with it 😍

Worth the purchase
I was surprised with how much it actually sucks up and cleans. The water does run out kinda quick for mop portion so just keep an eye so you are properly mopping. Also sometimes you have to go over spots multiple times if you are trying to vacuum something a little bigger but it works really well for the price.

Not streak free on my white oak floors
I so wanted to love this device! I was happily using it throughout the entire house thinking it was my best investment this year…until it dried. Great… for about 6 months
Well, we purchased in November of 2023. We use it lightly in a 600 sq ft one bedroom home, about 2-3 times a week. Now it is dead. runs for a few seconds when you first turn it on and then shuts off. Out of the three that I know of being used by friends and family, TWO of them have done this. The price is not worth it for something that only lasts 6 months or so.

I was excited to receive this vacuum to help clean my floors. It’s heavy and pulls you so if you have a bad I don’t recommend. In addition I wouldn’t recommend this because it continues to shut off even after charging for hours. Not worth the money

I purchased my original machine in 2022. It didn’t last a year before I got a error and it shut down. I had to package up my machine (pain in the @ss) and ship it back to them. Then they sent me a used, and dirty replacement. It had hair wrapped around the brush roller connection and it wasn’t mine. Now not even a year goes by, and the replacement has the same error to contact CS. I rarely even use this thing because it’s a hassle to clean. I’m not impressed. I’d like my money back.

After having this mop for a year it started to have major issues with water spitting out everywhere and no longer suctioning. Company is not standing behind product that is still under warranty! Where do I start, I tried to give it the benefit of the doubt but yes no not a great buy here. So I have 3 kids and one of them being a toddler and a husband that works all day of the farm. Does it clean up everything if you just want to do a quick mopping done yes. Is it great for vacuuming everything up yes. Bed things about the vacuum, it does not mop alongside the baseboards it leaves about 2-3 inches from the wall from where the mop can reach and vacuum. It does not remove stains quick you will need to pass the vacuum at least 3-4 times to remove any tough stains. You can only use 1 cleaning solution, overall do I wish I had not bought this yes I do. I just believe for the price of this item it should be able to clean the floors and along the walls.

Great tool when mopping frequently
I have 5 rescue dogs in the house. They also shed a lot. I decided to test how intuitive the machine was so I did not read the instructions before using. All went well. It was easy to assemble and to clean. First test -about 1000 sq ft- and I used two tanks of cleaner. The battery lasted the entire time, about 20 minutes. I did not vacuum the fur up first. The machine picked up the fur, but I did have to clean the lower tank several times while using it. The flashing indicator light lets you know that something needs attention like emptying the lower tank. I mop some of my floors almost daily as I live in the country and dirty floors are the norm. The dogs are messy and they do come in after a swim or roll in something they found in the fields. It’s easier to use and clean than the mop and bucket routine. As noted by others it does not get right up to the edge of the baseboard. But it saves me time and hassle. Definitely a keeper.

Horrible product. Hardly ever works. Battery issues, cleaning issues, debris issues, does while running … etc. won’t charge, won’t run self clean. Would not recommend to anyone. Use a mop and bucket since you have to when using this thing anyway.

This machine has a lot of cleanup
At first I loved this product because it was so easy, my floors sparkle, however, after a while the canister starts to stink. When cleaning out the water basin I notice a lot of pet fur which you have to pick out and throw in the trash. Over time I have returned to the swiffer to avoid having to empty this thing out after every use. The solution smells great though and if you buy in bulk it is no more expensive that swiffers.

I tried it at the friend’s house and fell in love with it, because it works great (marble floors no grout). Unfortunately it doesn’t work on natural stone with wide grout. When something is spilled it will not pick up from the grout area.

Its not even worth mopping my floor without this mop. Make sure you clean the tank out each time or it does get stinky and can cause too much buildup which will make it stop working, which can be a downside but it’s still cheaper and easier than hiring a house cleaner.

Clean water tank issue
I bought this machine just over 2 years ago. I was cleaning out the clean water tank (it had mold) and the pieces inside popped out and I cannot get them back in because you cannot open the clean water tank AT ALL besides the tiny hole on top where you put water in. So I cannot reassemble, nor can you clean it easily in the first place. Customer service cannot help because my warranty is expired and they are sold out of new clean water tanks online. So all of a sudden… the machine I purchased for $400 is completely unusable. I always knew I should’ve just gotten the Bissell Crosswave, but this is confirmation. I am so disappointed.

Cleanest Floors Ever!
The media could not be loaded. Before purchasing the Tineco, I used other mops and floor cleaners and nothing has ever left my floors as clean as this! My whole family can notice a difference after I use it. It was easy to assemble, is very user friendly, and the quality of the device itself is phenomenal. Self Cleaning is the BEST Feature
I am the amazon shopper who reads a ton of reviews before I buy something. This is my way of giving back to fellow shoppers like me by saying I DO NOT regret this purchase one bit. I typically don’t splurge on things like this but I desperately needed something besides a Swiffer that I could get out and use quickly without dragging the mop and bucket out. This thing will show you how disgusting your floors really are. Mop an area the way you normally would then use this in the same area. I bet it will still be dirty water. It saves you from making sure you swept really well as the vacuum feature works great! Clean up is a breeze. There are only a couple pieces to wash up when you are done. The dirty water is going to amaze you. I keep mine in the mudroom ready to go after the pieces dry. If I had to pick out something I wish was different I would probably only say that I wish the water reservoir and collection reservoir were a bit bigger. If they were I could do my enter downstairs at once.

We recently got hardwood installed in our home and needed something that we could use to keep them clean. We have 4 dogs – so we are constantly sweeping up dog hair. we also have a toddler who is extremely messy when it comes to food. The suction is good overall, but sometimes it is hard to get the dog hair the is against the wall or in a corner. It also gets clogged with dog hair pretty often. I really wanted this to be the answer to our dog hair issue but unfortunately it has more negatives then positives when it comes to being pet friendly. On the other hand. it cleans up toddler food messes extremely well. all the bigger pieces of food and it doesn’t leave the floor feeling sticky. I do like the self cleaning feature but it can still get clogged.

I was on the fence about spending the money to get this. However, I’ve had it for 6 months and I still love it. I have two toddlers and 2 pets. It picks up all the first and washes so well. My only issue is that it has to be cleaned out every time including the rolling brush or you get a mildew smell. But not the end of the world. After 4 months of use stopped working wouldn’t hold a charge. I ended up using my old bissell that I’ve had for over 8 years still works i thought going fancier with a tineco it would be an upgrade but after reading the same kind of reviews. Dont buy this mop this company is a rip off china cheap crap selling garbage!

Faster cleaning as a mom of 2 with pets!
This product has streamlined my daily maintenance cleaning! I don’t know what I did before this. As a mom of two with two dogs.. this is a god send. It’s extremely easy to use. The solution that comes with it is very light and not potent at all which I love. My floors are staying cleaner, no longer stepping on crumbs ever or seeing paw prints! I love that when I use this to vacuum it’s also cleaning, so places I don’t regularly mop are getting a regular cleaning. For example, our bedroom floors. I don’t mop that regularly but now they’re clean all the time. The battery lasts a full house cleaning. I have only hard wood with area rugs so it cleans a good amount of surface area. It vacuums up everything from hair, to clumps of grass to small stones (landscapers wife here). Definitely follow the instructions and clean it after every use, this will keep it in the best shape but also reduce odor smell. I forgot one day and there was a slight order when cleaning it out. The smell cleaning mode is clutch as well. I would recommend this product to anyone but especially those with kids and pets!

Terrible product and customer service .
Bought this 4 years ago had issue they told me to send it back .I only used this unit in a 10 by 10 room to clean up the dogs room after we manually cleaned up accident the dogs had . they had me send this back for repairs as I said hardly used it and again not working they should have replaced it with a new unit now they want to sell me a new one . I know a friend with a similar experience . I will never buy from this company again it is Junk . Buying a new one on amazon with great review with no issues. Customers be be aware when you looking for a good floor cleaner. I am getting one that checks all the boxes . .

0 stars if I could….buyer beware
When this mop works, it was great…phenomenal…However, since owning this mop, it has been replaced at least 3 times, taking up to 1-2 months to get a refurbished one, each time. It is also a huge pain in the butt to ship back to customer service. My first one lasted 6months and the replacement I recieved, was scratched and not working properly, so I had to send that one back as well. When I spoke with customer service, they said that this particular model has this issue and to expect for it to have issues after 6- 9 months. (at least that is what the customers calling had been telling the helpful representative, I spoke to..they all had the same error code.) At the price point of this mop, it should work for years. I will no longer be purchasing anytype of Tineco product. My Tineco mop has since died again, and lasted for about 9 months. It is an absolute terrible product for the price I paid for it. I also used it once or twice a week, on average in our house. I would not recommend this mop to anyone due to it only lasting 6-9months each time. There are far better competitors that I am sure have mops that last more than 6-9 months.

Good until it isn’t
Had ours and loved it- it was what it was advertised to do. But once the warranty period was Up it basically died. Customer service is pretty difficult to deal with and overall I’m pretty upset. My over vacuums (dysons) have much easier customer service but this start up company just seems a tad overwhelmed or not able to help. I do miss using it as it sits in my mud room but I don’t know if I’d do business with them again…
