I bought this to use on my bamboo wood floors and my tile floors. I cannot believe how simple it is to use! No more pushing and pulling with my arm, making it sore and everything can be done in one easy step. The cleaner only takes a cat full and really cleans! You won’t believe after you use it the first time how dirt your floors were no matter how much you always mopped. I love it.
It cleans well, but the container that holds the clean water and cleaning solution doesn’t completely empty and is impossible to air dry. It got mold in it after only a few uses and can’t be removed as it’s inside the plastic where the nozzle is.

Not worth it!
The media could not be loaded. I am so disappointed in this product. First, whenever I try to do a self clean it goes for about 10 seconds says their dirty water tank is full and needs to cleaned out. Nope, even when the tank is completely empty it won’t run the self clean cycle. Because it won’t run a clean cycle it then smells all the time! I have cleaned the tubing out, wiped it all clean and still won’t complete a cleaning cycle! Secondly, when I mop I want it to smell fresh and clean. I might as well mop with water rather than their cleaner, but you can my put anything other than their cleaning solution in the product! Very unimpressed and would NOT recommend! For $300 you’d think it would be wonderful, not the case! Waste of money.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS BRAND AT ALL
I have purchased two products now by Tineco, this S3 stopped charging after 2 years and 3 months. I have contacted customer service and they state there is nothing they can do as it is past 24 months. So unless you want to spend $300-400 every two years, I would look to a different more durable brand that is going to last. I tried just getting replacement battery or parts and it is not an option to even buy them, as they state it’s a “rather old” piece of equipment. The other product I have the Hero A11 cordless vacuum has stopped working after only 18 months. So clearly this brand is not made to last, and I would advise looking into other products in the market.

Faulty battery after 5 months
I loved my Tineco but after 5 months and ~6 uses the battery went bad and Tineco refused to help, said since it was sold by Amazon they weren’t able to offer a warranty, and Amazon did not help either- just offered me a refund minus a $50 stocking fee. Lesson learned in buying appliances from Amazon unfortunately.

This product breaks and now Tineco doesn’t even have parts to repair. Definitely not worth the money. I purchased the S3 2 years ago. It stopped working after a year. I sent back for repairs and I had to pay $100. Now it’s broken again and can’t be fixed. Grrrr.

I would sweep/mop the “old school” way. I bough this and it cut my cleaning time in half. It was very easy to assemble and fill/change when necessary. My floors were filthy and I did not know until I saw the water. I’m ok with it lasting 20 minutes and needing to be changed. It didn’t disrupt my cleaning.

This is the only way I can keep my floors clean! We live in the country so there’s always dirt and we have a dog and a toddler… our floors are constantly a mess. This is the best way I’ve found to clean them. We do have a smaller house so went with this one instead of the larger version, and it works perfectly for what we need (use it on about 800 sf). It does help to vacuum or sweep before if you have a dog that sheds a ton, but you don’t have to if you’re short on time. It’s not hard to clean, just dump the dirty water and rinse everything out, it’s as much work as any other mop in my opinion. If you’re on the fence, just get it!

I became pretty reliant on my Tineco. I used it on all my hard floors throughout my house for 2 years. It is pretty convenient to simply remove it from the base and do touch ups also. The problem is that the warranty just expired, and “BOOM!” it stopped working. So frustrating. Of course the parts for the model I have are outdated and currently unavailable. The only option given was to pay to replace it with a refurbished model. Go figure… When it works its nice, but when it stops it’s a very expensive paper weight. Never again.

Not working after using several times
At first I liked this mop, except that you need to clean the corners of the floor additionally, because the mop leaves a space of 1 inch. So I didn’t use the mop that frequently, maybe only 7-10 times since I purchased it. And now it won’t turn on. I charged, did the troubleshooting, it just won’t work. And now the return window is closed. Save yourself time and money, look into something else, this mop did not serve well.

Stopped working less than a year
Initially I loved this product but it stopped working properly. We had the mop stored and turned off but it randomly came on without anyone near it and would not shut off. Normal run time being used is around 20-30 minutes but the machine would not shut off for at least 2 hours. When we charge it like normal it randomly turns on and will not shut off. We have had this unit less than one year. If this problem had not occurred we would otherwise love this product

Amazing Wet/Dry Vacuum
The media could not be loaded. I bought this wet/dry vacuum because my cousin has it and she prefers it over her Dyson. So, I took advantage of the Amazon sale and it had an additional $70 off so for $200 it’s a steal. I have to say, I LOVE IT!! It was worth every penny and I’m so glad I bought it. It’s way better than my iRobot, and less noisy and it’s a lot more efficient in the cleaning. It was easy to put together, and ready to use out the box with an almost full battery charge. The vacuum is not heavy at all and the motor guides it and makes the vacuuming really easy and great for anybody who can’t manage a heavy vacuum and want that extra assistance. I highly recommend and I’m so happy with this purchase. My second video is in Spanish and English just in case.

Bought this for our cabin. We just installed click lock laminate flooring. I wanted to try it so I did an area, you could clearly see where I stopped moping… this little guy is amazing!!! The water was so dirty after! I will be buying another one for at home in our really hardwood floors. I’m in my late 30s and have had 5 back surgeries in 6 years and this was so much easier than mopping and extremely light weight!!

I love it! BUT the water dispenser is too small and have to stop 1 or 2 times to empty dirty water and then fill clean water. I only use it to clean my small kitchen and leaving room. Battery is not been a problem so far (According the reviews I saw was the issue).

Warranty isn’t a full warranty, it’s good until it isn’t lol.
So I really like the device. However about 16 months into, battery started acting up– not holding a charge, throwing errors. No big deal, the device has a two year warranty! Well… the “warranty” doesn’t seem to be a warranty at all. 😐 They tried to offer me $81 for it because they couldn’t fix it. This thing costs $400 lol. Per their website: “Once we receive your returned item, a factory refurbished model of equal value will be sent to you.” and that doesn’t seem to be the case.

After many many uses I love it! It is the first thing I grab when I’m trying to spruce or clean up a mess. Does it replace mopping, no it doesn’t buuuttt quick clean after dinner it’s great for that. If your kids spill a bunch of milk all over your hardwood it’s so great for that! You have a pile of dust that you don’t want to grab the broom for, this is the thing for sure! I wasn’t sure if I would love it because I have young kids and my floors always seem to have drops spills paint or something on it. While this won’t get the paint off it definitely cleans up a hefty amount of dust debris and liquid with ease which is all I can ask for.

Bissell does the same for less
Bought the tineco a little over a year ago and it’s not longer working. Contacted support and after their initial response I heard nothing back so I emailed two more times and they have ghosted me. So much for my warranty or even finding out if anything can get covered to send in for a repair. That aside, I had a bissell cross wave before this and it was a fraction of the price, literally doesn’t clean any better and the fact it’s got all this extra beeps and boops and talking just gives the product more of a reason to malfunction and get annoyed with. Wasn’t worth the extra price and should’ve just stuck with what I knew was working in the first place.

Just got this yesterday so time will tell. I have a “dog bedroom “ with a ceramic tile floor. Dogs are quite elderly so occasional mistakes happen. I have a steam cleaner and a bona mop that get a lot of use but this machine really cleaned what I already thought was clean. Amazing amount of dirty water.
