I bought this to use on my bamboo wood floors and my tile floors. I cannot believe how simple it is to use! No more pushing and pulling with my arm, making it sore and everything can be done in one easy step. The cleaner only takes a cat full and really cleans! You won’t believe after you use it the first time how dirt your floors were no matter how much you always mopped. I love it.
It cleans well, but the container that holds the clean water and cleaning solution doesn’t completely empty and is impossible to air dry. It got mold in it after only a few uses and can’t be removed as it’s inside the plastic where the nozzle is.

With 2 large dogs and 2 toddlers my floor is always a disaster…. well not anymore. This thing is awesome, just fill up the top press the button and go. Cleans the floors so well and easy. It’s smart and foolproof to use and tells you exactly what to do, empty the dirty tank, fill the cleaner tank, run self cleaning. It’s awesome and really does clean itself to. Okay but not great
A little less helpful in the cleaning department than I expected and was wanting for the price. It’s helpful in the sense of no longer having to sweep first but this is definitely for light maintenance mopping and not for a deeper clean. It left streak marks on the floors and didn’t get some of the spots that required a little elbow grease that I could get with my Swiffer. It’s convenient but I think for the price I would rather just sweep first then mop since I’m already having to go back over and mop again for the heavier traffic areas.

Temporarily works
Worked well first few times. I clean this religiously and only use their cleaning solution. It has stopped picking up liquid and the suction is poor. The cleaning doesn’t work when dirty water is on the floor. It used to pick up almost all the water it put down, now the dirty tank barely has any liquid because it’s just dirty water all over the floor. I’ve replaced the filters, replaced the mop heads, and ran several self cleaning cycles with no improvement. Not worth the price if you have to buy a new unit yearly.

Too unreliable for the price
When this machine works, it’s great! A little gross to clean out but awesome at cleaning hardwood and tile. However, this machine stopped working after 1 year and yes under warranty got a new one sent but then that one stopped working. Still under warranty they did asked me to send back and got a replacement. The replacement stopped working 6 months out. Out of warranty I have to now pay 106$ to send back for repair and that is only guaranteed for 3 months. Not willing to take that risk. Just bought a different brand’s cleaner hoping I have better luck with this one because once you wet/dry vac w a cleaner you can’t go back to mops and buckets! If you buy one you will love it but then you might be crushed when it stops working. Be advised you might have to replace and / or reinvest. I did. I think they are so great that I will buy a new one every 2 years if I have to but we shouldn’t have to.

Only regret is not buying it sooner
I spent a solid six months trying to decide on a mop/vacuum model to buy and settled on the iFloor Breeze 3 based on my needs – I am in an 800 square foot apartment, so the features vs. price was well suited to my needs compared one of the higher end models. I knew I wanted a Tineco based on the video reviews I had watched and the relative level of quiet compared to other brands. I wish I had bought it sooner, because it does exactly what I need and cuts my cleaning time in half compared to my previous chore list of having to sweep or vacuum the floor before running over it with a steam mop. The Tineco is light, maneuverable, quiet, and does a fantastic job cleaning (see: the disgusting water tank after cleaning my entryway following a snowy week where I had to take my shoes off inside and track dirty snow on the floor!). The reviews noting it has a tough time with stuck-on spots are correct – anything that has been left long enough to dry can be hard to pick up because the brush is soft. The best workaround I’ve found to this (other than immediately cleaning that kind of spill) is to set the roller brush over the dried spill and hit the max water flow button. Sticking to the same spot and gently rocking the Tineco back and forth over stuck on spills with max water running does a pretty good job of lifting up even the more stubborn debris. The biggest benefit for me is the way it can manage pet hair. The way it is designed there are several areas to strain pet hair and keep it from clogging the system, and as someone with a heavy-shedding pet it has been a godsend. This mop/vacuum is one of the best purchases I’ve ever made, but I will be upgrading to one of the higher end models when I have a larger space to clean. The battery life is perfect for a small (1 or 2 bedrooms max) apartment, but if you’re trying to mop a full 2000 square foot house a corded model or one with a larger battery life is going to be more appropriate. I am a big time vacuum enthusiast because I’m constantly cleaning up pet hair (this mop/vacuum is one of 5 vacuums I have in my apartment) and it is absolutely top of the line and my favorite one to use! I highly recommend it to anyone considering a mop/vacuum and am looking forward to see what Tineco puts out in the future – I am definitely going to be a lifelong customer.

I wouldn’t buy another
I was hopeful for this product because we live in a big house for just two people and have two big dogs. But I should’ve just saved up more and bought a better vacuum. The self cleaning on it is awful. I’ve had to myself clean the sponge. It’s streaks really bad. and the battery runs out pretty quickly. I have to do half my house, stop, and then do the rest of my house later on. It doesn’t pick up dog hair either, it just clumps it up and doesn’t suck up the tube. I will use it to get my moneys worth out of it. But I don’t recommend and will not be purchasing another. Good concept. But need to make some upgrades/changes. I am trying to keep the vacuum cleaner than my floors.

It worked great until it didn’t
Bought this in October and was so excited. Used it and it works great. Super easy to use. Now it’s been 3 months and the thing won’t hold a charge and the run time is only 5 minutes. How are you supposed to clean an entire house in 5 minutes. Its awful. I regret buying this. I contacted Amazon to see what they could do and they said because it’s outside of the window there’s nothing they can do so I wasted $300 on this thing that is broken after 3 months.

Gets the job done!
I have a two year old and a five month old so undoubtedly my floors get pretty messy. I bought this product because I liked that it did the sweeping+picking up+mopping all at once, and it does! It struggles a bit with corners and with uneven surfaces, and it’s a little tricky to maneuver. I also have to add water and clean the dirty water tank halfway through my job, but at the end I have pretty spotless floors, same as I would if I had swept and vacuumed and mopped, so it saves me a lot of time! I am overall very happy with it, and I love that it self cleans!

Almost my entire house is all hardwood floors… add in 5 kids and constant sweeping/vacuuming followed by different types of floor mops (ie. Nothing but problems
Iv had problems with this machine multiple times under light use. Every time there’s an issue, the customer service makes me sent the unit in for repair. Just an overall waste of my time. Thankfully I kept my old reliable shark unit. Also, the performance is not significantly better if at all compared to the other cheaper brands.

I bought this mop on 2/10/22 and it stopped working around 1/4/23. I was absolutely in love with this product and raved about it to everyone but $400 for a year is not worth it! I will reach out to see if anything can be done but man do I wish I could say it was worth the price.

It got dirt off the floor. The discard tank showed dirty water so it works. It was fine on tile. I called support and they said it doesn’t work well on “wood floors”. My adult children said the floor was “trippy”. It left marks like the water jets and it looked so bad. Have to return it.

Doesn’t last long but works great when it does. Hard to justify me spending 426 dollars on it to only last two years and thats waiting months for a motor repair. it is now not usable anymore unless I pay more out of pocket to fix it. This does what it says in the description and all the videos I watched prior to purchasing. It’s easy to use as it is self propelling and it tucks away nicely. It does a great job on my hardwood floors especially with my 2yr old granddaughter running around dropping crumbs like a bird! Very convenient, affordable and user friendly. I only wish the water tank was larger without having to spend another $100 to get upgrade to the bigger size. But hey it gets the job done efficiently so I’ll just keep filling her up when necessary! Perfect for hardwood floors!
We have zero complaints about the tineco. It is lightweight, it is self propelled, and has a self cleaning on the charging base. All you have to do is dump the dirty water (and any dog hair collected), and refill with fresh water. It works great on our tile and hardwood and the ‘max’ mode is great for the tough messes! Would recommend over a Dyson for the value, the Tineco always seem to be on sale or have a $100 off coupon.

We we’re looking for practical Christmas gifts for our adult children. I would rather sweep and mop.
At first, it was great. I was excited for this, thinking it would be easier and less time consuming to clean my floors. Well, I was definitely disappointed. After a while, it started smelling. I had to manually clean every piece after every time I used it after the “self-cleaning”. Keep in mind that it doesn’t get the edges either. Battery doesn’t last long for me to finish cleaning all my floors. I don’t even have that big of a house. It’s honestly more of a hassle than sweeping with a broom and mopping with a regular mop. I stopped using it after 6 months. I went to regular sweeping and mopping. Sad mom.

Lasted 11 months now won’t work and no support
Had this mop for 11 months from December to November and quit working. Contacted support to help they did some troubleshooting and weren’t able to fix it. It’s been roughly 40 days and nothing from Tineco. They said they would ship me a box to ship to them. 40 days later and 3 follow up messages and nothing. No timeline, nothing. To send an empty box for goodness sake. I spent $300+ dollars and it’s under a year within the warrenty. I expect better than this. I won’t be buying another Tineco due to their support/ it only lasting 11 months. I will be shopping other options. Tineco my advise – help your customers out faster than this. FedEx should ship within 2 days not an unknown eta and 40 days later nothing. Second send a brand new unit if it fails within the warranty period. To pay hundreds of dollars and the unit be broken is very disappointing

Stopped working twice
We loved this product for the first year. But a year later, it started giving us error messages. Called Tineco and they asked us to send it to them for a fix as it was still within warranty. They fixed and sent back. A few as months later, the machine gave us the same error message. They want us to send it again for a fix, but the process of sending it back is very long. we have to box it up and take it to the local office for shipment. Frustrating, since we paid a lot of money, and it didn’t even last two years. Now it’s useless and sitting collecting dust. Don’t recommend this brand 🙁

I’m okay with cooking at home again
The media could not be loaded. This has made post-dinner clean up so much easier! My 4 and 1 year old make such a mess in the floor during dinner and this sucks it up and cleans it all at once! It’s super gross how much comes out of the tank! I love the self cleaning function. But make sure you take the roller off and let it dry or it will smell!

Do NOT buy!! The company is crap
Everything was fine until the unit started on FIRE!!!!!!! I have spent Months going back and forth with the company who REFUSES to pay for a return to repair or refund my money. On top of that they send me an email every couple of days asking if my problem is fixed. NO my problem is not fixed your product could have burned my house down!!!!!!! DO NOT BUY!!!! Do not waste your money!!!!!!! Don’t even bother contacting them!! Do not believe them when they claim they are sending. Box to ship the item back to them!!! Do not believe them when they claim they will reimburse you for shipping it to them!!! Worst customer experience ever!!!!!!

Clogs so easily
I really like this vacmop but I have 3 dogs and 2 are goldens and I have to unclog the tiny inner tube at least 3 or 4 times while cleaning maybe more. That was even after I swept first which to me defeats the purpose. If it did not get clogged easily this thing would be perfect.

Less Time/Effort, Cleaner Floors!
This mop/vac has changed how I think about cleaning my hard floors. Before, I’d vacuum with regular vac’s hard floor attachment (which required CARRYING the main part of the vacuum around) and then mop with my Norwex mop and its removeable pad. Lots of rinsing between rooms, lots of effort. Now I can combine those two unpleasant tasks into one easy and yes, enjoyable job that leaves my floors cleaner and me ready to do more. I was concerned about how the Tineco S3 would do with dog hair, but it did great! And after cleaning all my hard floors, it still had 76% battery life. The autoclean feature is fabulous, and the voice prompts telling me when to add more water (once during cleaning) and empty the dirty water (also once) made it so easy. And the self-propelled, under 10 pound S3 saved my back. Less time, less effort and cleaner floors! NOTE: I was considering returning the S3 but decided to watch two videos on YouTube showing how to use it first. (The Instructions that come with it don’t do agreat job of instructing 😬.)

I wanted to love it
I had read reviews online and everyone said they loved this product, which I was excited to try it as I needed a mop. When I took it out of the box it felt cheaply made, it was very light weight and it felt like a children’s toy. I went ahead and put it together, and my first use seemed to go okay. It was difficult to clean out at first because there are plastic piece that somewhat make it difficult to pour the dirty water out. My 2nd use I noticed it was leaking water onto on the floor while mopping and the vacuum part wasn’t sucking it up. I even tried just using the vacuum part without mopping, however it still just kept leaking water onto the floor. I do love that it’s a vacuum and a mop, although I couldn’t replace my vacuum with this one even if it had worked out because it doesn’t have a hose or attachments I can use to get in the cracks and on the furniture etc. ultimately I returned it, I will just stick with a regular mop and my vacuum.
