I wish it was slightly cheaper, but it’s exactly what I wanted and membership in Amazon Prime eliminates any S&H charges … so if you’re on the fence, I say go for it. I’m 70, I live alone and manage my home myself. We replaced a five-year-old shark that is identical to this one. I wouldn’t use this as your main vacuum as the suction is not quite like a corded vacuum. But we use this one for quick cleanups around the birdcage and the occasional spills. Shark discontinued, the headlight on the front of the unit which is said because a greatly helped you locate and ensure that you were getting up any debris on the floor. I bought it aftermarket light but it’s not the same.

Very disappointed in this product. We got it November of 2023 and by June 2024 it quit working. I’ve been trying to fix it since June and have given up trying to fix the issue. As soon as I turn it on it runs super loud and the brush roll refuses to turn. So disappointing in a product that isn’t even a year old.

Updated- I vacuumed my entire house with this vacuum and then I ran my Robo vac after and this is how much it picked up. Which shows you that this vacuum is awful! Instead of picking up the pet hair, it just balls it up and then it still won’t pick it up. This is not a good vacuum for hardwood floors or homes with pets.

Don’t waste your money
I have dogs. If a couple dog hairs get in this it clogs up immediately. It either wraps around the brush or clogs up the chute to the dirt cup. Don’t worry about emptying the dirt cup, nothing makes it that far. A complete waste of money!!!!! Doesn’t even deserve one star!

Durability
I actually bought this product about a year ago thinking it would last, after all it is a Shark product. The wheel came off and I could not get it back on. I only used it on my hardwood floors and the suction wasn’t working as well as when I first bought it. I cleaned it each time and it was stored away properly after each use. Going to try another brand and hopefully will have better luck with that one.

Great customer service
We bought this vacuum, and 3 months later it would not turn on. After some time with their customer service they decided that it could not be fixed, and was an older model so they could not send us the same model. Easily breaks down over time
I received 2 machines over time. I am a single adult in a small house, no animal hair and use the machine about once a week for 20 minutes. The first one was 10 months ago, and it worked great. Then, about 8 months later, the motor seemed to heat up after 20 seconds and stopped spinning. I had Asurioun Ins for replacement and repair, and they changed their service only to take emails or visit their website for recorded messages—no more phone service. On the last call to get a repair, their auto message said to go to a local repair shop and make an appt. I tried that and was told all they repair is cell phones. I returned to Amazon, and they said there was no problem; they would send a new replacement. I got the new replacement with a banged-up box, but the machine was safe. 2 months later, the machine had the same problem with the motor and brush. I returned to Amazon with some 2nd level support and got a refund. It’s a great machine when it works, but it’s not durable. If yours works I am sure you enjoy.

I have spent so much money trying to find a good cordless vac and I have finally found one at a good price. It doesn’t get clogged up and the charger is easy to use. You just set it on the station and that’s it. No taking off the battery. It’s very very easy to empty the container although if you have a lot of pet hair you might have to reach up in it to get it all out when emptying. It stays charged for a good amount of time. There are two options one for carpet and one for the floor. It has a decent size canister but it works so well I have to empty it a few times as I vacuum the house. I don’t mind because it’s picking up stuff. I’m so glad I found this and I highly recommend it.
