Best vacuum I’ve ever had!
This is my third shark vacuum. I am impressed by the suction power of this vacuum. However, it is very difficult to push on my longer carpet. I have adjusted the suction power to the lowest setting and still struggle. It also pushes around object that’s aren’t imbedded into the carpet. It won’t pick up cheerios, Barbie shoes, raisins or items of similar size. Because of that I would not recommend it to anyone with children.

We bought the Shark NV360 to replace an aging Dyson. The Dyson was about 15 years old and had been serviced with new pick up brushes etc but the new Shark is quite a value for the money! Amazed how we had to empty the canister three times vacuuming the house….and we have mostly hardwood floors. I guess it was time to retire the Dyson. We purchased our Shark when it was discounted 55% which really was a great deal!

Not Easy on Stairs
I love Shark vacuums and bought this one with little research because of price and my other Shark Rocket hitting the 5year mark (means retired to basement for cat litter duty). My Rocket is so easy to take apart for accessories and stairs. This vacuum is not. There are ~3 places to click together. It’s heavier. So far I think I can only use the crevice tool on the stairs. I tried using the brush roller as an accessory on the stairs with 0 luck. I appreciate the suction power. It is very strong so still worth what I paid. I just wish I did more research before impulsively buying this one.

Wow! The difference of using a Shark vacuum is amazing. I thought the vacuum I had been using was good but when I had to replace it, picking the one I did was by far one of the best choices. I couod not believe the power it had and what the dust collector had inside the mechanism. When I dumped out what had been collected it was certainly amazing. It has 2 spee. One for floors and a more powerful one for carpets. It also has an adjuster if you need to have more or less suction. It has a knob you just twist. The vacuum comes apart if you need to do stairs or tighter areas. It also comes with various tools to use for vacummong couch cushion, glides in your patio dooors, etc. I am so very happy I choose this vacumm. There are so many choices but after reading other reviews I knew this was th vacumm for me.

I have an old Kirby upright that is 16 yrs old. I decided that a new vacuum was needed. I am so glad that I purchased this one. The day i received it I couldn’t believe how well it cleaned. If you have dogs, ( I have a German Shepherd shedding machine) this is a vacuum to consider. I couldn’t believe how well it cleans and being able to empty the tank of everything it picks up is amazing. If you’re in the market for an exceptional vacuum this is it.

It’s a lot more lightweight and maneuvers with ease. It also detaches so you can get stairs or along baseboards or hard to get to areas. Great for couches. It definitely has alot of suction power. Very impressed. I have a Labrador and he constantly sheds. I made 3 passes in my living and dining room. Couldn’t believe all the hair that came up. Carpet looks brand new. Also purchased the 3 year warranty. I’ll put this vacuum up to a $500.00 Dyson anyday.. Highly recommend and fast shipping. Came well packaged. Thanks.

Does not Vacuum
Had this product for a few months. Shark should be embarrassed of this product. Does not suck up anything. Pushes all the debris around and does not vacuum. Takes 2 hands to vacuum a normal rug. Highly disappointed. My previous Shark was amazing, but this is subpar.

Works well
Upon arrival I had it together in about five minutes and vacuumed house afterwards. I have primarily hardwood floors with some area rugs and this is quieter than my previous vacuum sweeper. Easy to maneuver too. The suction control is towards top of handle which is convenient to keep moving instead of shutting off or bending down to adjust. So far I recommend this product!

The vacuum has good suction. The things that I don’t like about this vacuum are: 1. The accessory holder has a top and upside piece. The upside down piece falls off the holder all the time. 2. To empty the canister, you have to undo two separate manual latches on the vacuum itself. Then you have to undo at least one latch on the canister itself. The latches probably won’t break like buttons will, but a single button would be more convenient.

Bought this to replace a previous Shark that worked well for many years. After several months of using this new vacuum, I wanted to provide feedback. Pros: (1) It is powerful and cleans bare and carpeted floors well. Cons: (1) The provided attachment do not securely latch to the handle; This makes it almost impossible to use the vacuum to clean anything like sofas, chairs, etc. (2) The handle is very large which adds to the challenge of using the vacuum to clean anything but floor. (3) The dirt container traps debris. Instead of just opening the bottom and having the debris fall-out into the trash, you have reach in to remove the trapped debris. Bottom line: Good for cleaning floors; Not good for cleaning furniture or other non-floor items.

I have never bought a new vacuum and the old Dyson I had before is on its last leg. I had just vacuumed with my old one when this shark arrived. I put it together right away and it was very straight forward. I vacuumed my room and living room carpet and it picked up so much stuff, it was crazy! It’s a really good deal and it works great! The next test is durability. We will definitely put it through it’s paces.

I had a dyson vacuum that finally died- checked reviews and felt this one just as good and alot less expensive. Consumer reports did rate this vacuum high also. it was easy to assemble and worked well– only 2 things i do not like compared to my dyson.- the vacuum width is very narrow – to empty cartridge- you must manually undo 2 clips and then dump into trash. a dyson has a much wider vacuum- and at a touch of a button you can empty the cartridge…other than that is very good on bae floors and carpet –you can manually turn the beater br off for hardwood etc.

Hear me out! I AM PICKY and I am relatively HARSH on reviews but this Vacuum has exceeded all expectations! The suction power is unmatched and I have used every vacuum from bissell and Eureka (which was my fav) to a Rainbow (yes the insanely expensive one). This vacuum is unmatched! The suction power is unbelievable! The swivel is a game changer, the ease of taking it apart to have a hand held for the stair or hard to reach place absolutely simple! It has not gotten clogged and I have 3 inside dogs. The only 2 negatives I have found is it is a lil heavy and due to suction power is a bit hard to push but a lil effort builds character!

I LOVE the vacuum and how much it picks up but OMG it’s like fighting a bull to push and pull it across my carpet. The suction is SO INTENSE. I tried the suction release as well and it just sucks my carpet up so hard. It literally picks up every ounce of dirt and pet hair but I am sweating after 1 rug.

This is a great vacuum but was smaller than I had expected. I have a Shark Apex that I love but wanted another one at my work. I got this one for $99 on sale. I think it is a good price for what it is. I wouldn’t want to pay the full price because I would rather pay a little more and get the Shark Apex. At my work I previously had a cheap bissell and I vacuumed a part of a room then used the new Shark and it picked up way more stuff the Bissell left behind. I will post the picture of what was picked up by the Shark after using the bissell first. It is a pet free area that I thought the carpet was pretty clean but I was surprised by how much dirt the bid sell had left.

Thoroughly Impressed!
Took delivery of this vacuum yesterday after years of hearing how good Shark products were. I’ve owned several vacuums (we had an iRobot and Hoover Windtunnel, currently own two Dyson stick vacuums, a Bissell which has lasted for years but the handle broke (this is the one I am replacing), and an off brand robot vacuum) so I’m pretty familiar with different features. I have to say that I’m incredibly impressed with this vacuum for $100! It doesn’t have all of the bells and whistles but that’s exactly what I wanted. It has amazing suction power – so much so that I had to turn it on the lowest suction setting in order to push/pull it on my high pile carpet. It’s relatively lightweight (lighter than my 4 & 2 year old 🤣) so lifting it to vacuum the couch is pretty effortless. The only negative I’ve found so far is the attachment handle. It puts my wrist in a strange position when using it on my couch and chairs. Not a problem for us because I’ll just use our Dyson stick but others may want to be aware. We have a golden retriever who sheds so pet hair is a big deal.

Hate it! Way too hard to handle way too much suction. Even when I adjust the suction control on the handle it still falls over and hits me in the leg when I’m trying to use it. too hard to package up and send back! Going to try to find an extension hose to see if that helps with the strong suction. Maybe if there’s more hose it won’t be so hard to manage!!?? Any suggestions would be appreciated! Clunky to use
This vacuum is very heavy to use. Big and bulky, especially for an older person and /or a short person. Does not move around or steer easily. Foot release to lower the handle is very hard to engage with shoes on. It does vacuum well, but is most uncomfortable to use. Would not recommend.

It has great suction power, however, there is no floor level adjustment on the head. Breaks your back to vacuum carpet as the only option you have is to lesson the suction power but still can’t get it through a low pile carpet! I would never order this again and about to purchase a different vacuum cleaner! The only thing this one is good for is hard surface floors!

This is good vacuum if you never want to clean under the bed or other places that can’t be reached with it. The vacuum does NOT include any extension wand to be able reach under the bed, couch, or other inaccessible places unless the space is only 6″ deep or less. Of course, the instructions tell you an extension piece is available separately and at an additional cost. That piece should be included. Sheesh. Who never needs to vacuum under the bed or couch, etc? I’m returning it.

I have two dogs and a small human. The first run through my house, it picked up half a canister of dirt. And my house had been vacuumed regularly prior to using the Shark. The vacuum was so easy to put together. The one bad thing is that it’s a little tough to push, but easier than the previous vacuum I had. It is really easy to pull, and it works on both carpet and hard flooring. Just buy it.

Doesn’t come with attachments in pictures
This didn’t come with the attachments in the pictures. Since it didn’t have the little roller, or even a brush with bristles, the suction was way too strong to vacuum anything that wasn’t “tied down”. It ate the curtains rather than cleaned them. It was impossible to vacuum the dog blankets on the floor, which I could do even with my old shark. This was a bad choice for my needs and it’s going immediately back. What a waste.

Shark Missed the Mark
I’ve long been impressed by Shark vacuums for their performance, durability, and price. However, this model is a disappointment in their lineup. While I appreciate the lightness of the vacuum and its suctioning power, it has many cons. Hair gets immediately wrapped around the roller, making maneuverability difficult and requiring you to stop and cut out the hair. Unlike other models, you can’t take the top off for easier access to the roller and the roller itself isn’t removable. The cord is short and also located on the right side of the unit. Not the end of the world, but it’s annoying as a right-handed person having it constantly in the way. The small dirt cup has two clips that lock it into place, so it takes some extra steps to empty it (which you’ll be doing constantly). Overall, it’s just not worth the money. The only person I’d recommend this vacuum to is someone with no carpet or rugs and absolutely zero pets.

Best vacuum ever
We have hardwood floors and low pile rugs. This vacuum picked up months of dirt my old vacuum left behind in the rugs. I could not believe the power of the suction. It is easy to empty and clean. It is a little heavy but easy to move when using. The cord is long enough to do my entire living room and hallway before unplugging. Highly recommend this vacuum for low pile carpets!

A bit disappointed
It does not pull very much when you turn on the brush roll feature. You have to push hard to get it to go on a carpet. It is not strong enough. I have an older model shark and even though that feature is not working. That feature shut down. I can still push it easier on a carpet than this new one. Very disappointed in this!

Kinda Wimpy
When I used it to vacuum, my newly laid carpet, it did not pick up all the debris on the carpet. That includes little things like stray, strands of carpet. When I used it to vacuum floors and area rugs, the rotor kept getting caught on edges of area rugs, and would stop.. Finally, the width of the vacuum is very small and maybe that is good for some areas, but I have a big house and the small width just adds a lot of extra work. But maybe that is actually good for my health. LOL. More importantly, it added additional time to clean. Again, for smaller rooms or areas that may not matter but for a 3000 square-foot house, it mattered a lot. I returned the unit.
