Best vacuum I’ve ever had!
This is my third shark vacuum. I am impressed by the suction power of this vacuum. However, it is very difficult to push on my longer carpet. I have adjusted the suction power to the lowest setting and still struggle. It also pushes around object that’s aren’t imbedded into the carpet. It won’t pick up cheerios, Barbie shoes, raisins or items of similar size. Because of that I would not recommend it to anyone with children.

Initially we loved this vacuum. Good suction, picked up a lot better than previous. Then 4 months later the hose is cracked and suction is awful. I’m past the return window so I guess I’m out of luck. Wouldn’t recommend

I had always believed that canister vacuums had greater suction power than uprights. This shark vacuum changed my mine. The beater bar also works quite well. The two attachments that are missing are a dedicated hardwood floor attachment and a dust attachment.

I like the Shark brand and bought this model after researching forever for an upright at a price point that didn’t break the bank. Got a Prime Day deal so super happy. Yes, it’s a little heavy but I don’t need to lift it or use the canister on it’s own a lot. I no longer have a pet so can’t address how well that works to pick up pet hair. But it does have powerful suction and it picked up a huge amount dust from my area rug that I didn’t know accumulated over a year! Also great on my laminate floors. I adjusted the suction collar so it moves back and forth more easily. Still takes some effort since I have weak shoulders. Doesn’t fall forward for me like some mentioned in reviews. My only complaints are: 1) it’s very time consuming to clean the canister because it’s hard to reach into all the crevices to get all the dust out, 2) you still have to cut hair out of the roller even though it said self cleaning roller, but the roller moves as you cut so it isn’t as tough to do vs. other vacuums we’ve had, 3) the cord gets in the way like others said but it doesn’t bother me too much to hold it as I go. Overall pleased with the quality for value.

But lately, my Bissell just didn’t feel like it was cleaning like I needed it to. So I decided to give Shark a try. I did catch this machine on a sale, but it is also very much worth the full price. Never in my life have I had a vacuum this strong. This thing CLEANS. My favorite feature is the suction release setting, which makes going from carpet to bare floor a breeze. I can vacuum my rugs of various heights too, without them getting sucked into the machine. I like that the pod can disconnect from the base allowing to move and vacuum more freely. I also really like that everything is labeled on the machine, so I know what it is and don’t have the guess it’s functionality. During the first round of cleaning my whole home, I found I was using every available feature on this vacuum. I don’t think my home has ever been more dust-free. This vacuum seems to take up less space (width) than my Bissell, which makes storage easier. For the suction strength, I was shocked with the noise level. This vacuum is a lot quieter than other vacuums I have used. While using this vacuum for the first time, I felt like a kid with a new toy, I was so happy with it. The only con I found so far is the lack of storage space on the vacuum itself for the pet brush. Where does it go? Can it not be stored with the rest of the accessories? Am I missing it? The directions did not say.

Owned an older Shark this one is just okay
I own an older Shark Navigator so decided to replace with a new one. I like the new one is lighter weight, easy to assemble, price but I ran it twice now it gives off a bad smell. Maybe because it’s new but I don’t like the smell and it lingers after I have vacuumed.

Shark Navigator NV352
I purchased a Shark Navigator almost 10 years ago. I replaced the Shark Navigator last year 10/2023 for a Shark Rotator. The Rotator was a good vacuum but was very very heavy and it made the chore of vacuuming a daunting chore. In order not to DREAD the chore, I purchased another Shark Navigator. The Navigator is much lighter and easier to maneuver on both the hardwood and the plush carpet. It was a relief not to have a sore back and shoulder after vacuuming. If you want a lightweight vacuum that has a great suction the Shark Navigator lift Away is wonderful!!

I’m embarrassed by how well this worked
I had dogs, lots of dogs. Lots of shedding dogs and therefore TONS OF DOG HAIR EVERYWHERE. I vacuum several times a week and you’d never know it. My old vacuum was old and I just felt like it wasn’t picking much up. I finally settled on this one based on other reviews with pet hair. THANK GOODNESS. So easy to put together. Super easy to use. But watch out… the first time you use it, you are going to be so embarrassed by how much this picks up. Like I said I vacuum a lot, but this vacuum picked up SO much that my last one didn’t. If you’re in the fence, give it a try. It’s worked wonders for me!

Disappointing
I have had 2 previous Shark vacuums. So, I guess I expected more… this one is cheap, and poorly engineered. It is difficult to get the wand unlatched from the machine, and the lever to do so is in a poor location. The attachments are junk. It has good suction.

Shark Is The Best
We previously had a Shark vacuum cleaner that lasted for a number of years. It finally died! 😫 I purchased this one and I feel like we had the old one way too long. The suction on this new one is… AHMazing! We have a black Cavapoo and the amount of pet hair that was lifted from the carpet was surprising since you can’t really tell there was any pet hair on the carpet. The vacuum was also easy to handle. The only thing I would have a complaint about would be when you’re trying to detach the hose, it’s a little hard when pushing the red button and the attachments doesn’t stay on the vacuum cleaner good when not in use. But other than that, I would buy another one if I needed it!

I loved my older Shark Navigator, NOT this model
I bought this Shark Navigator Lift away because I loved my last Shark Navigator. This one is so much harder to push, the vacuum head is smaller so you have to spend more time vacuuming, the tank is bigger but instead of one lock there are two, the larger size makes it harder to empty over a trash can and I end up dumping some of the dirt on my floor. I wish I would have returned it. After my original Shark I bought one for my mom which was a newer model and it was marginal, this one is worse. I do not think I will be buying the Shark brand any more

Can you be in love with a vacuum? YES!
This is the very best vacuum I’ve ever owned. Super easy to use, lightweight, and has 3 different attachments for all uses. Durability is top notch…this is the 2nd one I’ve bought in 15 years (I only gave the last one to my brother so I could get a newer one). Not good for pet friendly homes
I bought my 1st Shark vacuum NV752 when it came out. I have had this vacuum for almost 15 years and it still runs except my hose cracked in the head. So I decided to do a little research and look for a new vacuum from shark. I came across this one and even though the reviews were mixed a lot of people said if you have pets it’s great so I bought it and I absolutely hate it. It has really great suction power and that’s about the only good thing I can tell you on it. To remove the hose from the bottom portion of it to use it as part of an attachment to do your couch you can’t you literally have to hold down the whole entire vacuum just to unhook it it’s like it doesn’t want to come out of the slot. The cord holder clip is in a very awkward place on the handle so it doesn’t sit right so when you have to wrap the cord it’s weird. To turn it off and on you have to bend over unlike most of the other vacuums where it’s on the handle. To empty the tank you have to unclip both sides where my previous vacuum was a push button on the top and you just lifted it up. It is hard to vac low pile rugs (throw/area type) as a suction power is so good it literally makes you almost have to drag the vacuum across the rug. There is no light on this vacuum so you can’t see anything when you’re vacuuming like under beds and things like that. And when you take the tank off of the handle to vacuum under furniture the roller does not work it only has suction power so it doesn’t mean no good on carpeted floors. The hose that runs through the handle so you can detach and use attachments is not the best either it’s not very long it’s very short it’s not as flexible as my previous vacuum it’s like tight. What was shown in a video on Amazon was not what I received as it showed having an attachment that does your hardwood floors like my previous one but that is in fact not correct. I wish I had returned it the first month I had it now I’m stuck with this stupid vacuum that does me no good.

I got a shark navigator lift away 3 years ago ans an gift and LOVED IT. I accidentally burned the motor and had to order a new one- THIS is not made the way the used to make them. Hard to steer, much heavier, cheaper quality, not as smooth to function. So sad I missed the return window

We owned a Shark vacuum cleaner for many years and were quite happy with it. Since nothing lasts for ever, it eventually stopped working properly. We then switched to a top brand and spent more than $500. Unfortunately, we learned that it was grossly over rated. Given our positive experience with Shark, we decided to purchase this one and so far have not encountered any issues.

Fantastic Vacuum Cleaner
I just received this vacuum cleaner yesterday and I couldn’t be happier with it. We had new plush carpet installed and I couldn’t push my old Dyson vacuum across the carpet. I read that this one had suction control settings. It was just what I needed! At first, it too was impossible to push, but once I adjusted the suction settings it worked like a charm. An added bonus is the removable canister that allows you to vacuum stairs easily without lugging a heavy vacuum around. It’s lightweight with incredible suction. It also was a fraction of the price that I paid for my Dyson. My only concern is that it is a bit unstable on soft carpeted surfaces. The directions say you should lay it flat when you aren’t actively vacuuming the carpet. I feel this could be improved upon from a design standpoint. Certainly not a deal breaker though. Overall I’m very happy with my new vacuum!

Powerful and lightweight! Comes with a couple different features to vacuum narrow areas and stairs. Has long enough cord for one flight of stairs. Tank has a pretty high capacity. Used a few times in my living room and stairs and haven’t had to empty it yet. Noise is very tolerable. My 3 yo son usually is afraid of loud vacuums, but he loves this one and even wants to help! Great value! Love it! Would highly recommend!

Great vac for not carpet. So hard to push or pull-on carpet the wife nor I could do 2 bedrooms in a row. Also, the head is very narrow. Maybe for an apartment but not for a house. The best feature is the suction which is why you cannot move it on carpet very easy.

This is I think my 4th or 5th Shark vacuum and they are always very good machines. My only issue with this one is the red release buttons are very hard for me to get the attachments loose to use the hose and what not. But even with that I still love it and will continue to be a Shark brand enthusiast.

I’ve bought this vacuum before and it was a great product for six or so years before breaking down. Not nearly as good as my other Shark
I’m not totally sure what all the rave reviews are about? It does have good suction when the filter is pristine. With two dogs, a cat, and kids in and out, it feels like I have to clean the vacuum more than I use the vacuum to clean. It also feels flimsy, like a child’s toy, and the accessories do NOT stay on the holder. It’s also the biggest pain to use on area rugs, even doing all the suggestions like no roller bar and adjust suction down. My other Shark, the one I was hoping to replace with this one because it’s so tired, is still my preferred vacuum. I started looking for a replacement for this one almost immediately. I vacuum almost daily and I loathe using this thing even though it technically does it’s job.

I had a shark that I have used for 12 years. In fact, I still use it down in our basement We built a new home so I purchased a new one for the main floor It works very well! Terrible Vacuum Cleaner
Do not buy this vacuum cleaner! It is so difficult to vacuum low pile carpet and area rugs. I am sick over missing my 30 day return policy on Amazon. I have to use all my strength to push this vacuum. I actually thought something was wrong with it until I checked that others had the same issue. I have a weak back so this is just lost money for me. I will have to buy a new vacuum. I tried this one twice and it is just not usable. Terrible product!

Broke After 2 months
Generally, I love Sharks, but the roller bar on this stopped working 2 months after I bought it. This was after approximately 8 uses in a dog/cat/kid-free home. After a lengthy call with Shark, they agreed to send a new component, at my expense. So the service was kinda good, but I am thinking there is something wrong with this model for it to just stop working like that.

Not for medium to high pile
Recently bought new medium pile carpet. With no height adjustment this vacuum is near impossible to use. I would estimate the push force needed to be 30+ lbs. I struggled as a 6’3” man. Worked OK before, but also be know the cleaning width is small compared to a traditional upright.
