Vacuums well. Instantly picked up loads of cat hair. It cannot find the dock…..ever. in between use had to add the robot and resync it each time. I’m running out of silly names to call it. I never had a robot vacuum but I should have paid more for a smart one. This thing bumps around very annoyingly in no set pattern. It will run an hour and a half to clean an area I can do myself in less than 10 minutes. It’s also loud as it bumps into things and turns. I end up turning it on when I leave the house. It works and is convenient but if you can pay more for a model that maps your house and cleans in a pattern, it would be worth it.

I wanted to love this vacuum cause of the price point. And it was working great for the first 3 weeks or so. It did run into walls and everything pretty hard. My old shark used to slow down and gently bump anything. But after the 3 weeks it just started going in circles, not mapping, not connecting to the dock. It would just die because it wouldn’t find the dock. We had the dock in an open room easily able to get back to it. I cleaned it every 3 days because we have kids and dog hair. It did pick up a lot but I have to return it. I’m on the hunt for another one that has better mapping and docks and charges better

I had a different brand that I used for years almost daily. Until the battery finally died. This one, does not have a remote, yes you can turn it on with your phone. It does not have a feature to do anything but bump from one side to another. It does not go around the edges of your rooms, especially important for kitchen floors . This robo vac find the edge of the step only after it has gone too far over it and gets stuck there. I would think the idea of edge detection would be to detect it before it’s gone too far. Had an inexpensive Eufy robo vac before this one that worked way better. Don’t waste your money on this if you have stairs.

I’ve been using it for a few weeks now in a 1 bedroom apartment and the main things I’ve noticed is that it tends to get stuck a lot on carpet. It happened 10+ times on today’s run. It always says the front bumper is stuck and I have to go pick it up and tap the bumper a bunch of times to get it going again. I can’t run it when I’m not home because how often it gets stuck. Since this doesn’t map, it pretty much just runs into everything and goes in a v-shape pattern. I just close the doors or block off areas I don’t need it to go to. The suction has been fine too though I wish the tray was designed better. Sometimes I end up spilling some dust when I’m emptying it. I got it on sale and I wouldn’t recommend paying regular price for this.

Strangely I was unable to receive support for it, the week prior to me realizing it doesn’t work correctly anymore. It won’t charge, is stuck on “returning to dock” and will only clean for about half a minute to two mins before it stops working again. Works great on hard surface floor
I bought this one to replace an older model. I have a couple cats and one thing I’ve learned is that these robot vacuums are worthless on carpet and for picking up pet hair. However, on my hard surface floors it does an awesome job. This one is much quieter than the older ones I have had, as well.

The vacuum robot is kind of “crazy” because it doesn’t create a map of your house, it doesn’t have like a specific order to clean and it “hits itself” with every single object or furniture, at uncountable times at the same moment. In addition to that the robot has problems connecting to the wifi. I spent hours speaking with customer support two different times and they weren’t able to fix the problem. They just told me that the vacuum had a manufacturing. The vacuum power wasn’t bad.

Stopped working!
Went to use it for my weekly cleaning. Doesn’t do ANYTHING. Only had it for two maybe three months

We bought this as a house warming gift and they only were able to use it 4 times before it stopped working. Disappointing
