Cleans very well (tufted and polyester) , light and easy to handle, enough supplies to do the job right out of the box, small footprint for storage. Note the solution container is smaller, which contributes to the light weight. Beats renting the heavy machines used by folks with major fecal or urine contamination in their carpets and returned to the rental station for the next customer…
The only thing I don’t like about this product is that it requires pre-sweeping if you have a mild mess on the floor. In my case, I have one cat and a 5-year-old daughter who leave crumbs here and there on the hardwood floor. The cat sometimes flings litter out of the box and sheds more during summer. If I don’t pre-sweep, all of this gets sucked in and cleaned off the floor. However, when it’s time to do a deep clean, there’s a flood of water, chemicals, and dirt because everything you’ve sucked in clogs the tubing where the clean water circulates, affecting the flow the machine needs to auto-clean. This will also happen if you have a “hairy” area rug. DO NOT vacuum/clean it without first ensuring the hair is gone, or it will be a pain to clean the parts afterward. It’s a good product if you do the Pre-Cleaning. 😊

would not recommend for the price
I have used this for Bissell mop vacuum for 5 months now. I’m disappointed in the end results. I have LV flooring and it gets surface dirt up…but not the footprints. As a result, it doesn’t look like I’ve done a very good job at mopping! the heavy traffic areas have to be mopped again by a regular mop. It works pretty good on low nap rugs. But my purchase was for the floor. For the price I paid, I expected more.

Would buy again
I thought my tile floors were pretty clean. Apparently not until I used this Bissell.

magic vacuum
I love this vacuum. It vacuums so well for being cordless, then the moping option is awesome, to clean all at once. The only downside is the cleaning part of the parts is kind of a pain, but its worth it. It cleans all my floors in one charge!

Great surface cleaner with a couple issues
The cleaner itself is great and easy to use. It was easy to use and cleaned up stuff that the swifter mop and other pad cleaners appear to miss. As a test, i cleaned the floor with a swifer mop then went over the floor with this cleaner, and WOW was i surprised by what it collected. Been using this as a once in a week cleaning of the floors. Note for those complaining about having to clean it after every use, I have not found any others that do not make you clean it after use and if this was a mop and bucket, wouldn’t you still clean that? otherwise it would have a smell also. The cleaning with this is easy, put it on the station and press a button. When done remove the roller and place it in its designated spot then empty water container part. Simple, easier than cleaning up a mop and bucket. Also the edge cleaner is the best i have used. It actually can go all the way to the wall. Now the issue I have with this: 1. The filter gets wet during use. All the other floor cleaners i have had say this filter should not get wet, this one does. Not sure if this is part of design or not. 2. The bottle part where the water and cleaner go, leaks when filling it or it is off the cleaner. This even occurred right out of the box. It is not very much, but it is noticeable. There are no problems when the bottle is in the machine and the bottle is never filled past the max line. Note even 1/4 filled, it still drips from the bottom opening.

Picks up glitter!!!!!!
Amazing!!! Picks up glitter with no problem. Kids getting sick. Having accidents. Animal accidents. Sweeping then mopping with a button push with the thumb. Dries too. Then vacuum and immediate carpet clean. All with the same button!!! Self cleaning is amazing too. Best purchase ever!!!

Nice Product
It leaves our vinyl floors squeaky clean. Simple to use and to take apart for cleaning.

Perfect with muddy paws !
This is perfect for pet owners. With that said I don’t use this much for a vacuum, I use my Dyson first then go behind with this. It is a little on the heavy side. I like that it is cordless.

Doesn’t last long
This is my second crosswave, and while I use it to clean my wood floors, it does take a little work to clean out the machine when you are finished. Overall though, I find it so much easier than using a mop and bucket, or the type of floor mop with the pad and squirt solution – that getup seems to just smear dirty solution across the floor. This machine does clean floors and rugs, and doesn’t leave dirty water streaks on the floor since it picks up dirty water. I would have given it more stars, but the brush on the first machine quit spinning after about 2 years.

Does a good job on my lux vinyl floors
Just used this cleaner and overall, I am happy with it. I’ve been doing some remodeling and there were construction footprints everywhere. This cleaner did a great job restoring to the floor to like new. I gave it four stars because of two minor annoyances. First, as others have commented, the cleaner does not do edges well. You really can’t clean against the floorboards, so I needed to go back and do them with my Bona microfiber cleaner. Second, I have not seen other comments about this, but the power cord is not as flexible as most of this type of product and more importantly, the cord comes out at the base of the cleaner. This means the cord is dragging on the floor as you push it back and forth. Every vacuum cleaner or other upright cleaner I’ve owned the cord comes out the middle or near the top making it easy to grab it with your free hand to keep it out of the way. This one you have to pick up the cord from the floor, which for a 70-year-old like me is a huge inconvenience. My solution was to tie wrap the cord to the quick release hook near the top of the handle. Because of the need to break it down for cleaning after you are done, I think I will reserve this for a monthly deep clean and use my duster daily and my Bona microfiber and solution weekly. Overall, I am happy with the product and would recommend it.

So-So
I would rate this 3.5 stars. It doesn’t have a strong enough suction to remove pet hair from my rugs. Ill need something else to remove the fur from my rugs 😞 For +$300 I expected not to have to double clean. Also it has a short battery life. It’s drained after approx 2 rooms. It seems to work well on hard floors, is lightweight so easier to use on stairs and easy to take up/down stairs.

Suction stopped working after 2 months
Product worked great for about the 1st month and a half, then suction stopped working. Too late for return. Would not recommend

Loved it for the 15 minutes that it worked
I used it and mopped the floor and it worked great for 15 minutes and then it stopped working. I would love to try to buy another one, but I am afraid the same thing would happen

I wish I could return it at this point.
I decided to give into the Bissell hype when my Tineco died because I wasn’t prepared to spend nearly $600 on a new mop vac. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. I’ve had this thing for a few months now and I hate it more the more times I use it. 1) They want you to put SO MUCH cleaner in this thing it’s ridiculous. When I put the amount they want, the mop gets sudsy and leaves soap residue all over my floors. Not sure if they just want me to buy a ton of cleaner since I probably go through about 3 tanks to get my 1500 sq ft done or what. BTW, 3 tanks includes the cleaning cycle I complete every time I fill the dirty water tank. 2) There may be a “dedicated vacuum setting” but the rollers seem to always be wet—ick! It says give them 24 hours to dry after mopping and before using the vacuum setting. I pulled it out today after not having used it for a week and the rollers were immediately wet when on the dry vacuum setting. This makes me wonder how much bacteria was growing on it and is now on my floor. 3) Don’t actually believe the photos where it’s picking up cereal and clumps of hair; it can barely handle a little bit of cat litter and 2 dogs worth of hair. I literally have to hold the vacuum still over large pieces so it can work its way through the vacuum without spitting it out. Most of the time the hair is rolled up and spit out and I have to go over it a dozen times just to get it up. Now, this is when it’s on the mop setting. But like I said above, even when I wanted to use the dry vacuum setting I couldn’t because the rollers seem to never dry. 4) This mop will get all the small particles for the most part so my floor looks tidier but it’s definitely not clean. This just pushes dirty water around which, given the design, shouldn’t be a possibility. But it is and it does. My floors are just streaked with dirty water. 5) The “self cleaning” is not actually self cleaning when I have to rinse the roller and cover before “self cleaning” because it can’t suction up the hair that’s caught up in there. Also, when the self cleaning cycle gets to about 70% and it really starts going fast (I assume to attempt to dry the rollers) it starts shooting little streams of water out from either side of the dirty water tank. Do yourself a favor and avoid this thing. I checked about a month ago and had a heart palpitation thinking I paid $380 but apparently I got it on sale for $230. I was okay with that then and now I feel like even that is too much. At least I saved an animal.

Leaks and Stopped Working
I was excited to try this vacuum, but it started leaking water after a few uses. The suction power isn’t great either, and it doesn’t clean as effectively as advertised. I expected more from a Bissell product.

Junk – waste of money
This is biggest piece of junk and a total waste of over $200!!! So disappointing! From the first time using it, it keeps stopping and showing an error code that something is stuck. Nothing stuck- took it apart several times. Customer service is awful!! What a waste of money!!

Only Their Products
I love my machine as it cuts my work time in half; even though I have to plan to only do 1/2 of my house at a time before I have to charge it again. My problems with it are: #1. I don’t like any of the cleaners that you have to use with it. It would be great if we could use our own cleaners. The products leave a residue on the floor and have toxic ingredients. The scents are awful. I know that’s how they make their money, but it would be great if they would create one that I could use a solution with vinegar and be able to add my own fragrance. Not only would my floors be cleaner, but it would smell so much better in my home. #2. It comes with no attachments. I can’t get to the spaces that are smaller, like between my toilet and tub. So once I’m done cleaning the bathroom floor, I have to go back in there and clean everything else that I couldn’t reach. It would be great if there was a handheld attachment to get between and behind. I still have my old vacuum cleaner to clean baseboards, furniture, windowsills, etc.

Low Battery Life
The Charge on this doesn’t last very long. Just good for a room or two at a time.

Really a very good quality mop. I had a cordless one and it was terrible, battery would runout about halfway through my floors and it took hours to fully recharge

Life changing, brilliant, efficient, durable, easy to use, self-cleaning work of art! I love this thing! It saved my back, my knees, and my floors from 3 messy pooches! Cuts my work down by hours! Amazing!

Horrible
Does not do it’s job and broke next day. I’m outside my return window so now I’m stuck with a machine that “works” for a minute (not joking) and then “E” pops up. We removed everything to see if some clog was preventing it from working but nope! Nothing.

Clogs easily and cleans so-so
I want to love this, but I just don’t. We had an older model that did a much better job. The cleaning solution reservoir is smaller, and the unit gets “clogged” so often that I feel like I’m fighting with it more than I’m actually cleaning with it. I take it apart, try to discover the clog, there’s nothing wrong with it, Yet still, it will not function. It doesn’t do a great job vacuuming either. Sigh I do feel like it picks up dirt in the mop function well enough, but I think there are better units out there for the price.

Loyal Bissell users
We are loyal Bissell users. I mean we have a big carpet cleaner, the handheld vacuum cleaner, a stick vacuum, a large floor vacuum, little green machine, and the original crosswave. When we saw this machine was released we decided to get it as well. Two years ago we had our dingy carpets removed and had LVP installed. The manufacturer does not recommend super wet mops or anything with scrubbing bristles. On our old machine we used the wood roller. We thought our floors were getting clean but with this machine they sparkle. We purchased this machine because it had new features: A swivel – this is a game changer. A wider path – cuts cleaning time. Lasting battery – we get about 30 minutes of continuous use. About 25 if using turbo mode. Edge cleaning – get up against baseboards One multiuse roller that is soft so no floor warranty worries. It is super versatile as we use on Saltillo and LVP. It is lightweight but very sturdy It is self cleaning so no stinky rollers or tanks. And the Bonus- it communicates with you. Lights and chimes let you know if your tank is full or you are running out of clean water. If you need this type of machine you really cannot go wrong with this omniforce crosswave.

Great lightweight wet vac for minor messes
Love it for quick cleaning, but not great for larger messes. If something is a little stickier you may have to do some scrubbing manually before or after using. Wish it did a little tougher cleaning but all in all I like it for what it is.

Good at finding the dirt
We foster cats and kittens and clean all the time. This machine finds what we missed. It’s nice to know that the floors are not just swept and spot clean but deep clean. You can see the difference after they are all washed

Commercial Grade High Quick.
I vacuumed my hardwood floors, then used this BISSELL. WOW 🤩 This thing is a super good cleaner. I was shocked at how dirty the water was. I live alone in a cabin (man cave) with two hunting dogs, and we are out/in all day long. I have a pond and the dogs have dirty paws coming and going. I usually vacuum every other day. BISSELL picks up dust , dirt & dog hair. I am VERY pleased. Any questions ,”SUPER CUSTOMER SERVICE “

DONT THINK TWICE
Absolutely LOVES THIS MACHINE! It’s easy to move around and get everywhere since it’s cordless. It does a great job cleaning the floors, never any dirt left behind! Not great on carpet but it’s not meant for that. Absolutely worth the money and it’s easy to clean and use again!

Great but keep up with cleaning it
I haven’t had it for more than a few months, but I do love this machine. I find that it has been leaking on the edges when you don’t dry and clean it as much as you should. Besides the imperfections, it makes life so much easier. It’s just a great way to keep up with day to day cleanings. Especially at the price point. Guests are fascinated by the ease of use, especially the self cleaning mode.

Love this machine
I really do love that this machine can wash both hard floor types and area rugs such a game changer it sucks up so much water after washing my floors I don’t have to wait forever for the room to dry and try to keep the hubby and dogs off the floor very long as it mostly dry right after. Clean up is pretty easy after each use too and has a self cleaning mode after you are done I bought it on a sale and so glad I did but it’s worth it even at full price

Better than expected cleaning machine…
I am usually very loyal to a particular brand when it comes to cleaning my hard floors in a very mid century home…in the Pacific Northwest…with pugs. I read some reviews when my last machine had done its last job and needed replacing. Prime days came up and I decided on this little machine. It was a good price and I went for the corded because some times an area needs extra attention. My new Bissell arrived quicker than expected which was nice. Not a lot of extra packaging which I really liked. Easy to assemble and used the small bottle of cleaner it came with. Fallowed the directions and was very pleased how much quieter it was than my past machines. I like this microfiber with small plastic brushes on the rolling brush head over the past rolling bristles that don’t always clean the areas. Easy to operate. This one did it in one pass after allowing it to soak. It also uses less water for jobs and dried quicker. And the dirty water was just that. Which was pleasing to the eye. It’s doing its job. I did a second pass in the kitchen and was surprised the second round was pretty clean. I’m very mindful of cleaning my machines before putting them away. I used the self cleaning function; it did its job. I steps away to finish something else. Came back and discarded the dirty water. The rolling brush was clean. Couple weeks later I used it again upstairs, with my usual cleaner and it did a fantastic job! I need to use less on my own next time but the floors look great. I’d recommend this little bissell for hard wood floors, vintage lanolin, travertine tile.
