Good compromise between size and capabilities. I have used several times and it is quicker and easier to use for bike tires than our large compressor. It is still quick and easy for car tires up to five pounds “top-off”; more than that and it is worth using the large compressor. I have not used it beyond that yet to see how much it would inflate but there was still plenty of battery left. It is quiet to use and easy to recharge.

I went on a 2 month vacation, and when I got back, the batteries on my SUV were dead. Didn’t want to use a AAA call, and I was in a parking lot where I couldn’t easily get jumped. I had been wanting to buy one of these to keep in the car anyway, so this was a nice excuse. It came with a really nice case, which keeps all the cables and adapters inside. This is a small con, but the first charge took a little bit longer than I was expecting. I’m not sure how long exactly because I left it charging after an hour and didn’t pay attention. But once it was fully charged, I took it down to the SUV to test it out. Didn’t even need the instruction manual because every cord etc was pretty obvious. Car turned on almost immediately. Recharged the box and put it in the trunk of my car. Haven’t used the air pump yet, but it’s good to know that it’s there if I ever need it.

So if you buy this one thing I would automatically do is put something like this weatherstrip in the picture in areas strategically around the buttons I found that when charged and you put the unit away in the kit that you may find it with a dead battery because the button got pressed well in the container

I brought this because I was having a problem with my battery. It came almost fully charged, didn’t have to charge it long . The first time i used it the car started up right away works very well and didn’t use much power. I feel confident in have it with me . I haven’t used the tire compressor as yet .
