Bought this back in summer 2021 and it worked great. And then about 2 1/2 years later, it wouldn’t charge any longer. Tried troubleshooting by cleaning the contacts on the base and mop with isopropyl alcohol, nope, tried abrasive brush, nope, replaced the plug, nope. It’s dead. Maybe replace the battery is left? Probably rated it a 4 after purchase and a 1 since this didn’t last very long and apparently inability to charge is not uncommon. More uncommon is it is unrecoverable. My second bad Tineco product (top ranked vacuum based on CR did not vacuum well at all) and I’m done with them. They look good, though.

Absolutely life changing…for a few months
I loved this! I’m talking I used it every day. truly life changing with toddlers and babies as well as pets. I’ve had it about two months. And despite cleaning and emptying it after every use, it has started to smell horribly. When I take the tank off to empty and wash it the vacuum smells. I believe it’s in the tubing that connects the dirty water tank and the vacuum head. However I wipe it the best you can with a dry paper towel after every use. And leave it open to dry out. But no matter what I do it smells so bad. My husband thought something died in our pantry, I even bought another roller brush, changed the filter, wiped out the entire tubing area which was not easy to do. I’m devastated. Have reached out to the company but haven’t heard back.

Was fine until it broke
We were excited to have the vacuum and thought it did an 8/10 job at cleaning the floors. It loses points for doing nothing to clean grout and heavier spots, like something sticky wouldn’t come clean. The other downside is the “self cleaning” only does so much. You still have a lot to clean otherwise your machine will stink really bad. Also, the machine only charges from the dock which is a flaw because the connections rust and eventually you can’t get a charge. The unit comes with a 24 month warranty and our motor blew at month 26. I was offered a repair option for $110 but it was taken back when the part was no longer available. Instead I was give 10% off but it’s for full priced items, well, jokes on me because these units ALWAYS have a website promotion attached. Always! Customer service is also slow or inadequate at providing real customer support. For example, when I asked customer service to honor the 10% on a replacement $400 vacuum they said no. The $40 is more of a matter of principle and they’d rather dissatisfy a customer than bend a little. If you want something to clean hard floors, it’s fine, but the self cleaning and longevity should be of concern.

The machine worked great for about 7 months. Now it appears the motor has burnt out. I’ve reach out to customer service multiple times now, they keep requesting the same information and said once provided they’ll send me a shipping label to get the unit repaired. I was super excited to get this. It was easy to put together. It took a few hours to charge the first time. Powerful self propelled. Cleans great. Quick dry because it has powerful suction. Capacity might be small for some, but it was fine for me. Prompts you to start self clean for the roller when you put it back on its charging stand. I used it on real hard wood, tile and vinyl planks. The charging stand has holders for extra roller, filter and cleaning brush to keep everything together. It comes with a bottle of cleaner. You only add a capful to the water tank so it should last awhile. You can also use just water.

I do not know where to start. This is an amazing product. No more vacuuming prior to mopping. The mop suctions up all water and dirt. I knew after using this 2 weeks, I was getting another one with bigger tanks. I use my mop at least very other day, it is so darn handy. This mop is easy to clean up as well. I have a large home…..lots of flor to clean. I gave this mop to my friend who has health difficulties that make it hard to scrub her floor. I kept telling her to try it and tell me how she liked it. Three days later I received a text. She absolutely loved it. Her sister and mom are each getting one too! They are REALLY that amazing! Just buy it, you will not regret it.

Based off the reviews, I had high hopes for this but unfortunately for the cost, it’s not as exceptional as I hoped it to be. The tank is far too small. This is good for a small home or apartment maybe but even then, it doesn’t clean as good as I hoped. I wanted an easy break with cleaning my floors and thought this being a two for one (vacuum and mop) I thought the idea of this was amazing. The concept they’re trying to do here is super cool with the high tech features but it’s more of a negative for me because the cost for this product does not match its efficiency. I was pretty upset to say the least. I really wanted this to be as good as everyone claimed it to be. I will be returning.

This worked well for a couple months. And by well I mean it would vacuum dog hair and mop. It won’t vacuum anything bigger or heavier than dog hair (and we own danes). After 2 months it starts spitting soiled water out instead of sucking in. I have to go remop where I used this. You will hate it after a few months. Don’t waste your money.

I bought 2 of these machines,. I bought one in January of 2021 and loved it. I have a summer place so I bought one in July2021. The first stopped working in May of 2023 and I had to pay $150 to have it repaired. The second one stopped working in June of 2024. I called customer service and was told it cannot be fixed. No offer to refund any portion of the product or give a discount on a new product, just sorry, have aq nice day. What a load of crap. These machines were VERY EXPENSIVE and do not work for more than 2 years. I have a first generation crosswave that STILL works fine without any issues. NEVER AGAIN!

I’ve been debating getting one of these for about 8 months, and I’m glad I did. Is it as good as scrubbing on your hands and knees? Absolutely not. Is it better than waiting an absurdly long time to properly mop because you hate mopping? ABSOLUTELY. You won’t be able to clean your whole house in one go unless you have a really small area that isn’t carpeted, but it’s fine with me. I have a toddler, so cleaning my whole house in one go is a thing of the past. This thing makes me want to clean my floors though which is a big deal for me since that’s one of my least favorite chores. I’ve used, emptied, and cleaned this out 3 times now, and it’s pretty easy (and also satisfying to see the nasty water drain away). The floor also dries really quickly after which is super nice (again, toddler household over here). I do sweep before I use it just because I don’t want to overtax this thing. I’ve been recommending it to a bunch of people because it’s honestly the first appliance I’ve gotten in a while that genuinely makes my load feel lighter.

I have two different kinds of the Tineco Cordless mops and they both work excellent on hard wood floors One of them that is electronic tells me when the battery is getting low therefore, I Can charge it. It also tells me when the water is full or the clean water is empty, which is helpful That is my other tineco vacuum, but this one that is the breeze one, it doesn’t speak to you, but that’s not a problem. Besides, I used it before and it died on me in the middle of my mopping and I didn’t know that the batteries were low. The reason I bought this electric cordless mop is because my bona mop stick broke so I wanted to try an electric one, but one thing that I’m noticing about this one is that it takes double the time for me to mop all of my floors in my 1,500 square-foot house. It usually takes 10-15 minutes to mop with the bona mop while it takes close to 35 minutes to use the tineco one. I’m a busy mom with 3 young kids. I don’t have the time for doing that. So even though I have this one, I have not been using it very often just because it takes up a lot longer time for me to mop than my regular mop takes. I have to get my hands, wet and dirty with the bona mop , but I’m fine with that. And I like that with my Bona mop, I can add whatever kind of a cleaner to my bucket of water and use as much water as I want and I can make it as damp or as wet as I want, especially for hard stuck on messes made by my kids. It’s a lot easier to clean and a lot faster with my Bona mop than it is with this electric one. But I do like that this electric one sucks up spills, which is pretty cool even though I haven’t really used it to suck up any spills yet because it’s quicker for me to take a rag and wipe down the spill mop for one spill. The rest to assemble the mop… to make sure it’s clean and dry when putting it away for another mess With this electric mop, it’s now recommended to use and the other cleaner besides their brand which I respect that even though I don’t like it because I like to use Pine-Sol or other cleaners, but I will not use it for this one because it will damage the motor I’ve done that in the past by adding essential oils to my Humidifier and the instruction said not to and I damaged it so I learned my lesson there and I will not use a different cleaner to add into the clean water tank so it does not damage the motor Even though some people do recommend that you could use another cleaner, but you have to thoroughly clean out the water tank and the motor will clean running water, but I don’t trust that approach. I try spring, some Lysol and other natural cleaners on the ground, and I’ve tried making the roller head more wet with the cleaner on it just so it can get the stuck on messes off faster. It partially worked, but not too much because the vacuum sucks up the moisture from the roller. I’ve had some construction going on in my house and people walking in and out of the house with their shoes on therefore making the floors extra dirty. I have not used this vacuum for that because I know the floors are filthy compared to day so I go back to using the That I borrowed from my mom’s Since mine broke. The Bona mop, not that I’m trying to advertise it. I just like the fact that I can rinse with my own hands, the mob head and put as much water on it as I need depending on which room cleaning my dining room On the ground stuck on the bedrooms I can clean with a damp mop head and quick. Compared to this electric cordless tineco vacuum. But I do like it for easy clean ups but not my go to for quick heavy messy floors if I’m in a hurry or want to use it when kids are sleeping because it’s kinda loud. I also have a lot of tile floors in my house and it does not clean well in between the grout because it doesn’t reach that far. That’s why another reason I’d like to use my bona mop is because I can push down with my foot on the bona mop if there’s a stuck stain in between the grout and it comes off right away.

Poor support
This product never worked properly and after 6 months it stopped working all together. Customer service responded with buy a box send it back and in a few weeks it will be returned. Feel like this is poor warranty service.

Cleaned my kitchen floor and the water was black. I usually mop with a microfiber mop. Never again! The self propel feature makes it very easy to use. It vacuumed great too. Definitely a great buy.

Worst customer service and product
This item has battery charging issues , bought one and the battery died.then after a long fight they replaced it and again after a while the same issue battery doesn’t charge again, the manufacturer refused to replace under warranty and was ask to pay for repair .So disappointed

Estoy bien contenta con este producto, tuve otro de otra marca y realmente prefiero este. Según el fabricante no es lo más recomendado para alfombras, yo lo uso y funciona genial. No deja marcas de agua en el piso, para mi funciona en todas las superficies, losa, laminado, alfombra, madera. Es muy fácil de limpiar una vez que recoge todo el churre al final. El único problema que he encontrado es al conectar el aparato con la aplicación en el teléfono, tengo que llamar a servicio al cliente, pero no me apura pues funciona igual.

All of a sudden, it no longer charges. My friend has the same one so I used their docking station to see if that was the problem and nope, it’s the unit. All this money for a broken tineco.

iFloor 3 Breeze Burning Smell.
So I’ve had this vac for just over a year with really no issues. I do take very good care of it since it wasn’t cheap but even so, I went to use it this evening and it smells like it is burning. Obviously a huge issue. I don’t have a huge space that I’m using it in, just kitchen and laundry room, so it’s not like it’s being but through the ringer. I will be reaching out to customer service and will update on how the situation is handled.

Works ok for 3 years
This is the second one I buy. The firts one get the motor broken after 2-3 years of use (once a day) This one with the same problema, motor broken after 3 year of use. I will try Biseel or Roborock and see what happens. If it happens to stop charging, check the two pins connector in the base. I have to pull back the vacuum to start charging.

The cleaner did do a good job cleaning but it stopped working after about 6 months of use. Some of the things that I didn’t like about the Tineco: The dirty water tank never seemed to fit or snap back into the unit very well. The cleaning solution didn’t seem to be very effective and was.more expensive than other brands. The voice commands were annoying. Overall, it wasn’t a good purchase and in hindsight, I wish I had purched something else.

Comparing this to my sponge mop and bucket this thing blows it out of the water. It is fast and easy to set up and use, and all you have to do is dump the dirty water tank into your toilet and flush it down. Hands down the best hard floor cleaner I’ve ever had!

Does the job
I have a love hate relationship with this little vacuum. But I probably expect too much from it. It does the job well though. It’s light. Stays charged for a long time. I have yet to have it die on me. I plug it in after each use. And pretty much do my whole house. We have no carpet. All LVP & tile. I’ve used several soaps in the cannister. They all work well. You just need a few teaspoons. Not much. The soap / water canister is difficult to get in place at times. I’m sure it’s user error. But it can be a real pain. Once it’s in place it works great. I wish the liquid lasted longer. But at times before I’m done with the whole house I have to refill. I also have to empty the part that collects the dirty water. This I dump into the toilet. Then rinse that container thoroughly. I also have to clean the roller and the part the roller sets it. It’s all very easy to remove and wipe out. But so much dirt and pet hair collect there. I have to pretty much clean the area every time I use it. I love it because it works so so well. But it’s annoying because I have to clean it and refill it often. But this is probably because I’m using it for a large area. I did take the roller out and threw it in with a load of towels in the wash and it came out very clean. I then let it partially air dry. I’m happy with my purchase. I just wish it sucked up more debris instead of it getting logded and trapped near the roller. It’s a bit high maintenance to keep clean after using. But I still like it.

I love this product! My floor are dark and you see everything on them. This product leaves no streaks on my floor and cleans them so well. You can see the dirt coming up into the water. It is cordless which makes it convenient to clean without having to plug and unplug while mopping.

Efficient and effective
This is my #1 most used cleaning product. Half of our home is vinyl planking, and this sweeps and scrubs at the same time. It has taken an entire step out of my cleaning routine. Customer service is impeccable. My motor went, and the agent was able to identify the problem immediately. They provided shipping to have me send the device in, and it was repaired and returned within the week. The battery life allows me to clean my entire house without using even half the charge. I don’t need to move my bound area rugs. I just go right over those, too. I don’t use it on my longer carpet, though.

I decided to finally bend and purchase this machine with summer coming up.. kods home and a potty training toddler. What I LOVE: no backache, cleans well, cleaner that comes with is great (no sticky residue or yucky smells), easy to use, suction is GREAT, husband exclaimed “this is kinda fun”…The drawbacks: 1. you can vaccum and mop with this however I feel it’s better after a good sweep of the floor. I tried cleaning up gold fish and it became a icky mess that clogged the suction. However for generally crumbs and debris this is great and will pick up everything in it’s way! 2. You must clean every component after each vaccum otherwise you run the risk of a smelly mop and container (this is where I do feel like I’m making a little more work for myself however my floors have never been so clean) 3. You should have a drain strainer in the sink you wish to empty in. With kods you never know what you’ll vaccum up and it’s best to be safe then let everything flow down the drain. I guess you could just flush down the toilet but our kitchen is the main area I use this mop. Overall for the price point I’m very happy with this machine. I couldn’t commit to a more expensive model but maybe in the future. This is everything I need it to be and more.

It does not work for hardwood floors, it can only mops. The water containers will take you half hour to disconnect and connect. The instruction manual is poorly made.

Do not buy this brand
Not even a year and the machine stopped working, contacted customer service and told me it was a faulty motor and needed repair to which I need to pay for a box to ship the machine, and they told me they will send me a label to ship it, it’s been a month and 5 calls and I haven’t receive it yet, they keep saying to check my spam but nothing comes up, I ask them if I could get a replacement in the meantime but they told me Amazon purchases can’t get a replacement machine, so when I finally get the label and ship it and after waiting who knows how long to get it back I’ll be stuck with a refurbished machine but I paid full price. Don’t waist your money on this brand.
