I bought this to use on my bamboo wood floors and my tile floors. I cannot believe how simple it is to use! No more pushing and pulling with my arm, making it sore and everything can be done in one easy step. The cleaner only takes a cat full and really cleans! You won’t believe after you use it the first time how dirt your floors were no matter how much you always mopped. I love it.
It cleans well, but the container that holds the clean water and cleaning solution doesn’t completely empty and is impossible to air dry. It got mold in it after only a few uses and can’t be removed as it’s inside the plastic where the nozzle is.

I do not recommend purchasing from Tineco
The Tineco One S3 was easy to use. The cleanliness of my floors was so so. It does not get up anything that is the least bit stuck to the floor. The roller is soft so no scrubbing. I was ok with that, since I needed something that was easy for me to use. I also didn’t like the fact that I could not use hot water in it. I would prefer to use hot water to clean my tile floors. I did not use it on my hardwood floors and don’t have stairs so i can’t give a review on those. However, I don’t use mine very often and after 2 years and a few days it quit working completely. I expect a product that is this expensive to last longer than 2 years, especially as little as I have used it. When I contacted Tineco I was told they will not honor the warranty because it is over the 2 year marker. They are correct it is over 2 years by a few days. Really Tineco? Mine still has the tags on it. I won’t be purchasing another one.

I absolutely loved this mop. I used it at least 3-4 times a week. Took such good care of it because I loved it! Then 6 months after the warranty is up, I started having issues!! I feel duped and disappointed
I wanted to absolutely love this mop after seeing people rave about it, but I’m ultimately disappointed. My biggest complaint is I wish the water tank was larger. I’m cleaning a small area, maybe 800 sq ft and I have to stop, empty the dirty water tank and refill the clean tank to get the job done. The size of the tank would work for one room, or maybe to clean a single spill, but again it would be a tedious job for a spill as you’d have to fill it, empty the dirty water tank, place it on the charger to self clean and then empty the dirty water tank again. So I feel like a spent a lot of money to make the cleaning job more tedious and time consuming. I’d rather clean up spills with paper towels and Clorox wipes than this thing. At least I purchased it during Black Friday so I did get a discount but I wish I hadn’t been so quick to throw out the box because I’d definitely return the product if I still had it.

I have light tile flooring. this mop works great at cleaning overall, but when it comes to the tougher spots, I usually run the vacuum over the spot, and then have to use my foot/sock to scrub at the spot. I was expecting it to take care of every kind of mess. My $50 steam mop tackles those spots with no problem. It’s also a bit annoying to clean after each use. It keeps me from using it everyday, which was my initial plan.

They need to get better batteries because the ones they have now do not work very well at all.
I do not recommend any of their cordless products because their battery technology is horrible. I’ve had three of their items and wish I had did not bought any of them at all. All of them have problems with charging or longevity of battery power and the suction is horrible on the cordless vacuums. You’re better off finding another cordless vacuum because this company has a long way to go to perfect them.

Cleaning the floor doesn’t have to be an event with this around. It does a good job. The only con is you can’t hear what it’s saying while it’s running unless you bend down and listen carefully. After using it a few times, you can generally guess what it’s telling you so it’s a minor problem.

Do NOT buy, more trouble than it’s worth
Yes it mops and vacuums at the same time and does a decent job at both, however mine stopped charging after ONE use. I sent it back to tineco to fix under warranty, and when I got it back it worked for one day then stopped charging reliably again. Sometimes it suddenly charges for a bit, sometimes it completely dies while on the charger. The charging base is horribly designed and the warranty fix is not reliable. The charging is the deal breaker, but also cleaning the device is pretty gross. You have to declog wet hair and dust from the dirty water filter, the mop roller, and the suction chamber. Not as self cleaning as advertised. Just save yourself the headache, if it sounds too good to be true it probably is.

Bad investment, Charging issues!!
While I liked the vacuum, it developed a charging problem just after its 2-year warranty expired. Docking it temporarily initiates charging, but then quickly stops. My online research revealed this to be a common issue, unfortunately unaddressed by the manufacturer. This disappointing malfunction has essentially rendered my $400 vacuum useless.

I got this vacuum mop for the in between time from when my cleaning lady is here. It works well, I am impressed! There are little to no streaks on my vinyl floors. It is very easy to clean the machine afterwards. It is very easy to push and is light weight. I can do my entire floors and still have solution left over. The instructions state that you should only use Tineco solution, the only complaint I have is that there is not a bad, but not a good smell afterwards. I would like a clean smell like after you freshly mop. I have not researched if Tineco has a solution with a scent to it, but I would be interested. I am a little nervous but I may try my mopping solution if I do not find a scented Tineco solution. I feel like these products say that to keep an ongoing revenue after you make the floor machine purchase not because it can damage the machine.

Lifespan of charger or battery on S 3 series wet vacuum
The media could not be loaded. As I mentioned, my vacuum is not charging anymore and I don’t know why. I cleaned it after every use and it did great during the time while it was under warranty. Now at end as the warranty expired it is not charging again. For what reason??? I think one investing $$$ good money into a device like that should have a longer operation life of it than 2 years.

Not as good as the regular iFLOOR 3
I bought this as a replacement for my iFLOOR 3 that I had used for almost two years and then it died. I didn’t notice the differences prior to purchasing or I would not have gotten this one. The original you just set on a base station in order to charge, this one you have to manually plug it in each time. Why go from something easier to something harder when the price is the same if not higher than the original version. Also they removed the self cleaning button and it no longer has LED indicators to tell you when you are out of water or the bin is full. While the cleaning part is the exact same, I wish they would have indicated all the features removed in this version. I am very disappointed in this version.

The first impression was Awesome, but ..
I used this vacuum only once and this is what I found out: 1. The full battery charge is enough to clean my large 1-BR apt (811 sq ft). 2. It cleans up dried up dirty spots from food very well, but does not clean hard to remove dried up bubble gums on the floor. 3. I had to refill the CWT (clean water tank) three times during vacuuming my apt. It is kind of small. 4. It cleans the floor very well, if there is no much dust, but if there is a lot of dust (e.g., under the bed), the DWT (dirty water tank) is easily get blocked by this dust and it starts pull out the dirty water on the floor. After cleaning the DWT the vacuum starts working again. 5. It is hard to hear the guidance voice during the vacuuming because of the noise from the device. In general I think, it is a good device and I am glad I bought it.

I really wanted to love this. I live in a tiny house with wood floors…and grandkids and foster puppies. I had been using a broom and steam mop but thought this would be more convenient. Even in my tiny house I have to self clean 2-3 times during one use. It leaves muddy water on the floor. Taking it apart every time to clean and dry out is a pain. There’s so much along the edges and under things this couldn’t reach also. So I broke down and bought a vacuum and will go back to using the steam mop and figure out how to get rid of this.

Okay, so, I’m a “cleanie”, my husband swears that our house is cleaner than 99% of homes (I don’t believe that but I do clean every day to keep up with things). I have three Dysons, a steam mop, a spin mop, and one of those hurricane scrubbers for tile and grout. We have no pets anymore and it’s just me and hubby who works from home. I’m retired. Let me just tell you, when I saw how dark gray the dirty water reservoir was on my first pass I lost my freaking mind. I have complained that the spin mop bucket is gray and I can’t tell when the water is dirty. I’m older now and have some problems with my hand strength so using the spin mop is harder for me now and you can’t hit your hardwoods every week with a blazing hot steam mop. If this gadget lasts at least several years I’ll buy another in a hot minute. I love that it’s cordless however, the charge doesn’t last long. The power assist with the propulsion is very nice, particularly for me with my hand problems. Hubby cleans it after use so I can’t really speak to that aspect, but I used it two days in a row on our main floor and the dirty water tank was almost clear/a little cloudy when I was done. There are more expensive models than this one that I presume resolve the short battery life issue. The roller seems to really grab any surface dust or dirt and I had to keep looking at the floor at an angle to see if water was flowing because it does such a great job of sucking up the water. Color me both thrilled and horrified; I’m starting to question how well the Dyson I use on the main floor captures dirt and if indeed it is spitting some back out from the rollers. All I know for sure is that tonight, as I write this, you could probably eat off my floors without much risk. Being a little OCD, I’ll probably run this thing for two cycles again tomorrow for the satisfaction of seeing clear water in the dirty water tank!

Favorite for cleaning up spills
I had some difficulty with the vacuum the very first time I used it, I kept getting an error to clean the dirty water tank even tho I had cleaned it thoroughly 10 times. But haven’t had any problems since. I love the charging base being on the floor instead of mounted to the wall. I love the self clean feature. When something gets spilled I just pull out the vacuum and suck it up! No one wet towels for the wash or dozens of paper towels in the trash. Excellent item for a busy mom. It doesn’t like the really long hair of my dog, I have to vacuum with the regular vacuum before using my tineco to mop the entire house or the long hairs create clogged in the sensors.

Manufacturing and extended Warranty suck
The media could not be loaded. Died after almost 2 years using. Bought the 3 year extended warranty. Open claim on asurion extended warranty got the answer have to claim manufacturing 2 years warranty. Summited 2 times claim for warranty on Tineco website just got your claim successfully submitted but got nothing reply. No email, no call. Tried chat but it never works. Don’t know what else to do?

Mechanical issues after warranty period
Everything was working great, until the mops lights would all flash, it would dump water, and turn off. We sent it in for warranty repair and they replaced the motor- we were a few days inside of expiration of the 2 year warranty. Worked great for about 2 months, then it just stopped dispensing water and leaking again. We were offered paid maintenance option which is half the price of new unit. I purchased the same model for my mom and she has also had motor issues right inside of the warranty period. We were very diligent in cleaning and upkeep of the machine, but still had issues.

Having tried Hoover and Bissell, this machine has them all beat. Lightweight, great cleaning, self cleaning is a super bonus. I actually enjoy washing my floors and with 5 cats, I need to regularly. Now, if it holds up, I’ll be a very happy user.

I cleaned 1400 sf of floor in 15min – we have dogs and cats so have to sweep/mop often. This is a game changer for us SO EASY!

I couldn’t be more obsessed with this thing if I tried. We recently renovated and added LVP throughout the entire house. Mopping is my least favorite chore and this makes it SO easy. We have two dogs, including a black lab with long hair, and I am constantly vacuuming and/or sweeping. This vacuum mop has great suction, picking up all of the hair, dirt, and debris. It has plenty of run time for our 1,900 sq ft, but I do have to refill the clean water tank 2-3 times. The machine itself is really easy to disassemble and clean each time. I find myself wanting to use it every couple of days because it is that easy and effective. Our floors are finally clean!

Very convenient
I enjoy using this vacuum/mopper. It’s gotten to a point where I mop everyday because it’s so convenient and quick to use compared to manually mopping. It does a better job and leaves the floor feeling smooth and clean. You do have to go slow so the brush can thoroughly clean the floor and you have to keep up with the maintenance or it will produce a moldy smell when using it. Overall, I would highly recommend this product!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY
Had this for about 2 years and followed the manufacturers guide on cleaning and using there cleaning solution. The tube in the vacuum broke and was replaced now the vacuum no longer sucks the dirty water into the tank and will no longer function.

This product worked great until it stopped charging. Then, when I contacted their customer support & asked if they could send a replacement charger, they stated they couldn’t since they “verified” that I bought it in August 2021. For the price I paid I expected it to last a long time OR for the company to stand behind their product. I am sorely disappointed & won’t buy a Tineco ever again. Buy a Bissell, it’s cheaper & probably has a better customer service perspective!

Impressive!
Thought I had clean floors until I used this. This thing is awesome and cuts down cleaning our floor in half with so much less effort. Cleaning the machine is a little bit of a hassle but oh so worth it.

Amazing, handles hair well
This has enhanced our cleaning routine so much! I have 6 kids, 2 are toddlers. This has helped so much! I would rather spend the time cleaning it out and rinsing the tray out than sweeping and mopping. It handles hair very well! We have 3 people with hair that’s over 3 feet long and 1 dog. We have had 0 issues with hair in the machine. You can tell there is some in the pipe leading up but it doesn’t clog up or form a ball until it is in the tray somewhere easy to remove. Its surprisingly okay with cleaning blueberries and definitely good at apple sauce and jelly 😆

Only used it a few times and it no longer pushes out water. I cleaned it after ever use.
