I bought this to use on my bamboo wood floors and my tile floors. I cannot believe how simple it is to use! No more pushing and pulling with my arm, making it sore and everything can be done in one easy step. The cleaner only takes a cat full and really cleans! You won’t believe after you use it the first time how dirt your floors were no matter how much you always mopped. I love it.
It cleans well, but the container that holds the clean water and cleaning solution doesn’t completely empty and is impossible to air dry. It got mold in it after only a few uses and can’t be removed as it’s inside the plastic where the nozzle is.

Started smoking, no support available on website
I notice when I go over an area each time the water is dirty because the roller isn’t getting clean. You would have to remove it and clean it out in between rooms. Also it started smoking today in the middle of being used and I am unable to see why. I checked for clogs and it’s now not working. The website has troubleshooting that takes you to a blank page. Chat feature isn’t available on the weekend when most people are home.

Bought this a couple of months ago and have used it a handful of times. I have read about some issues with water pooling on the floor but have not had this issue myself. The brush/vacuum is self propelled and does require a little bit of guidance to ensure it hits noticeable areas of dirt/grime well enough to remove as the speed of the self propeller can easily let it glide over these areas without cleaning well. However, it does only take a few passes to see the spot coming up. So far, it seems to get these areas well – any visible areas left have been spots that need a decent amount of elbow grease or even a razor to remove off my tile floors. Ease of cleaning is pretty great but is recommended in the manual to clean each piece after each usage, so keep that in mind – but does come with back up roller. The cleaner solution/water tank in the top does seem small but is able to clean all of my tile and hardwood on one tank with solution left over (kitchen is tile, dining room is hardwood and 2.5 baths all tile) – so larger areas with hardwood or tile may need a refill to tackle larger areas. Can’t speak to the longevity of the product but am happy so far with the ease of cleaning, effectiveness, and amount of space one tank can tackle. The weight is also pretty light and wireless capacity is perfect for a multi-level home.

I want to like it
While you feel so good vacuuming and mopping at the same time, it’s useless as a vacuum. It gets stuck in the bottom of the machine. It’s not saving me a hassle when I have to open up all the parts to now clean soggy crumbs, and whatever was on the floor. I don’t have a pet with fur, but I would say forget this thing if you do. If you have young children who drop everything on the floor, you will still need to vacuum first. It is very similar to a carpet shampooer. You will get to clean out all the parts afterwards. With this machine it is the clean water tank, dirty water tanks, and the part at bottom of the machine you will get to clean. They give you a solution to add into the water. I wish it was a scented solution. The water can squirt out the sides as you mop and leave slight puddles. I notice it mostly if I bump up against the wall or bottom of the cupboard. It also cannot go right up to the edges of walls and under cupboards. I don’t feel like this is cleaning any better or sanitary than vacuuming and mopping. With cleaning out all the parts, I also don’t see how it is a time saver. I don’t feel like this product is worth the cost and does a good job.

Great cleaner, but won’t get your edges
I love this cleaner – easy to use, self cleaning. The only thing I wish I would have known is that it will not get right up to the edge of something – at least an inch of floor goes untouched around the edges. Wish I had known this before buying – it’s great to get the floor clean, but you’ll still need a mop.

Won’t Charge and Incorrect Debris Channel Error
Own 2 of these. Within 1 year the 1st one said there was debris in the debris channel. However after thoroughly cleaning still receive error. This is a know issue. For the 2nd one somehow the battery went down to 1% and now it will not charge past 2%. In addition to all of that these devices are a lot of work to maintain with all the parts that need cleaned after every use. This is the opposite of what it’s supposed to accomplish which is to simplify the mopping process.

Cannot handle house with multiple pets. Fills far too quickly and gets clogged very easily. Also the dirty water tank indicator is far too sensitive. It goes off when barely anything is in the container. When it is in this state, it WILL NOT VACUUM!! The annoying voice will give you nightmares. Bought back in 2020 and only used a few times and it quit working. I took it out of the closet in hopes that I could fix it and use it but it still will not work. I would not recommend this vacuum if you’re only able to use it a few times. It was fabulous when it worked but short lived :/ It keeps saying “clean dirty water tank, clean debris channel”. The dirty water tank is empty and clean. The debris channel is clean and free. I cleaned it with the brush that comes with the appliance and I also tested if water can rinse through, but works fine, that is also no debris viewable with a flashlight. I tried to replace the roller, with the spare roller, the filter with the spare filter. Cleaned everything. I can’t find any clogging and dirt left overs. But no matter what I do, the message keeps repeating and I am not able to use the appliance.

Great vacuum, but has its quirks
It’s a great vacuum, but it’s got issues with leaking and also the screws are rusted and I have only had it for 6 months, maybe? It definitely has a smell that you have to clean EVERY time you use. Clean everything and leave the stuff to dry. Most ppl won’t get this vacuum for that reason because they want the ease of the self clean option. It does do a great job when it’s working properly.

I’ve loved this but now having problems 8mo later. Had a charging issue- DONT let the charger go all the way dead or you have to sit and take it on and off the base until it reaches 3-4% before it will take up and charge fully. Such a pain. I have spent more time fooling with this thing than actually mopping my floor. Just get a spin mop- so much time wasted. Not I can’t get it to do a self clean on a Saturday that I planned to clean my floors- and guess what- no customer service on Saturdays 🙁

Died after 4th use, Don’t buy
First of all if you have ADD, you were going to really struggle getting this thing together and getting it to work. After finally getting the thing to mop the floors, which it did a good job; but after the fourth use the self cleaning function stopped working– the button wouldn’t work. It keeps saying that the dirty water bin needs to be emptied, but it is empty. It just keeps saying the same thing over and over again and will not work. Customer service told me to re-set it. That didn’t work either. Now they want me to take a video of it, and a bunch of other steps that I don’t have the time or energy for them to send me another one?! I don’t want another one! I don’t want this one.!I took it back today. A terrible waste of money.

Easy to clean. Easy to use. Definitely a lot quieter then a normal vacuum. Love how it’s not corded. The only down side is none of my local stores sells the floor clean or the replacement rollers so it seems like I have to buy on here. The battery on here is also really great!! I’d highly recommend!

I clean my floor obsessively. Before this purchase, I used an electronic spin mop, a steam mop, all kinds of Dyson, iRobot, you name it. One day I was in China and saw a wet & dry vacuum demo and thought it was the greatest idea of all time. I checked on amazon, found Tineco, cross referenced to best seller lists in China, it’s one of the top 5 and price is reasonable on Amazon so I went for it. Now I got rid of most of my other mops, this is it, look no further. This mop put other machines to shame. I was both horrified and amazed by the amount of dirt and gunk Tineco sucked up.

2 YEAR WARRANTY IMPOSSIBLE TO UTILIZE
I LOVED this product for a year. Used it almost daily. One day I pushed “self clean” and a bunch of bubbles starting rolling out if the roller. Called them for four days. Finally they contact me & tell me my motor has to be replaced. Ok, no problem. THEN they say I have to box it up and UPS IT TO TEXAS OR NEW JERSEY. I’d get my mop back in 2-3 WEEKS!!! Products are all amazing. However, I wouldn’t buy unless you live in Texas or New Jersey!

Disgusting yet so satisfying
The media could not be loaded. We vacuum, swiffer, and mop regularly, and our water came out black it was almost embarrassing…. But yet it was so satisfying. Having this makes this so much less of a chore to mop the floors. Quick and easy. 10/10 recommend. Bonus points for being cordless and light weight.

It’s mouthy for a mop, but I love it anyway
So, despite that I get into arguments with this mop over whether or not things need to be done, I have come to like it very much. We have all tile and hardwood floors and this thing is great for quick spills or routine mop jobs. I like it even better now that I have started using hypochlorous acid in it instead of the cleaner they market. Google it: hypochlorous acid is an excellent disinfect, not caustic like bleach, food safe. They even use it for dermatological and veterinarian applications. Your dirty water tank will no longer stink if you let it set for a while before emptying. The only problem I have now is that I want the bigger, fancier one.

I love this item which is why I’m so disappointed. Since my purchase, I’ve needed to replace the clean water container twice. It keeps breaking! The little pieces on the inside come apart and then the machine does not work. Great item, if you like replacing the water tank every month.

Read recent reviews and wanted to try this floor cleaner. I was using a steam mop that was scratching my hardwood floors and needed to find another alternative. Not only does it vacuum, it deep cleans hardwood and tile without leaving residue or wet puddles!!! My floors look the best they’ve ever looked! It also has modern clean look and I store it in my laundry room. I highly recommend this product!

Better than any Swiffer or mop!
The only reason why I’m not giving 5 stars is because the suction can be finicky. I had to stop twice to reseat the filter when the filter came undone. Very portable easy to charge and clean once chores are done. I used my Swiffer the night prior and the pictures above show how dirty the floors still were.

I have back problems and have a lot of pain mopping my floors. I used this cleaner with no pain and my floors are very clean! I was really impressed with how easy it was and what a good job it did!

Works well but hard to maintain
The i3 breeze works really well but the maintenance makes the product not worth it. I was excited for a quick and convenient solution for in between deep cleans and was impressed at the way the vacuum got rid of dirt spots and sucked up pet hair— however 1. You can’t really use this product on area rugs 2. The water is used so fast (the tile and wood that I use this on is about 800sqft, and most of the time need to refill the water canister) 3. The maintenance is ALOT! You have to dump the dirty water out as soon as you are done, and rinse the container. Hair/debris gets stuck and tangled so it takes a few rinses to get it all out. If you leave the dirty water over night you’ll regret it. Still I thought it was worth it bc the clean was so quick and easy. After 2 uses the machine started to smell. After about 4 uses (had the machine for about 3 weeks) I realized you had to also clean the brush and brush area. I lifted the brush compartment and there was 3 weeks of grime and hair, stuck along the moist sides of the brush area. For the amount of time and effort it takes to clean the machine, and refill after each use I could have used a vacuum and steam mop. I will be trying out the upgraded version of this product to see if the maintenance is any easier because it truly does a good job cleaning, but the upkeep kills it!
