I bought this to use on my bamboo wood floors and my tile floors. I cannot believe how simple it is to use! No more pushing and pulling with my arm, making it sore and everything can be done in one easy step. The cleaner only takes a cat full and really cleans! You won’t believe after you use it the first time how dirt your floors were no matter how much you always mopped. I love it.
It cleans well, but the container that holds the clean water and cleaning solution doesn’t completely empty and is impossible to air dry. It got mold in it after only a few uses and can’t be removed as it’s inside the plastic where the nozzle is.

I did a *ton* of research before buying my first cordless wet-dry mop/vacuum. For me, I went with this model because it looked quieter and more maneuverable than comparable models, and I really liked the cordless design. The lower price was also appealing. Now that I’ve used it for a month or so, I will say my expectations were too high when I bought it, but I’ve come to still really enjoy it. What it does best: -Cleans recent spills/messes extremely well on hard floors. -Excellent vacuum functionality. -Very maneuverable- feels very free to use this! Cordless and light. -Easy to use- fluid is easy to replace, and parts are easy to take out for cleaning. Simple “controls.” What could be better: -Lacks scrubbing power (anything that really sticks to the floor is a challenge for this thing) -Doesn’t seem to remove stains (using stock solution and tap water anyway) -The device only runs if you hold it at an angle- it’s how you turn it “on” and “off.” This has been somewhat inconvenient when you are in a tight spot and want to run it while holding it more upright. -Needing to clean bucket and brush after each use is a bit tedious- but this seems to be true of most of these things. -There’s always about a half-inch area around the front or side of the mop that isn’t accessible. Pleasant surprises: -This thing actually does work on rugs and carpet, if they are relatively flat (not shag!) -It gets underneath sofas and cupboards quite easily, you can get very low with it! -When the cleaning fluid runs out, I’ve still found it satisfying to use as a vacuum. OVERALL: So ultimately, as a cordless wet-dry vacuum, I love this thing! It’s fantastic and convenient for simple brush-ups and taking care of recent spills. It’s small, low-profile, and very portable- not too loud, either. If these things matter to you, I doubt you’ll find much better in this price range. I love the portability and weight. Super durable construction. It cleans like a pro! Just know it will not scrub anything adhered on your floors. Amazing for in between deep cleaning and general floor care. I had to fill the tank 2 x to get my floors refreshed and sparkling. It came with 2 bottles of the floor cleaner and you only need a capful for each fill. Very happy with the purchase and functionality of the device.

Where has this appliance been my whole life? If you have hard floors in your house you NEED this appliance. I bought it several months ago and have waited to write my review. I don’t enjoy cleaning, but this appliance works so well, I enjoy how satisfying it is to see my floors get spic and span with this vac/mop. Great battery life. Very effective. Easy to use. And, it cleans ITSELF after you use it. You need this item! I have several large and hairy dogs, so I do tend to use a stick vacuum to pick up the mounds of hair first. If you have a single pet or maybe two, you would definitely not need to do what I do. This really does pick up hair that I miss. Can you tell I love this thing?

I never, ever write reviews. I’ve used this vacuum/scrubber 3 times. So far it’s the best purchase I’ve made in 20 years. Easy to use, cleans amazing, I mean amazing. Look at the disgusting filth it picked up. I scrub my floors all the time (4x a week) Look at the disgusting filth it sucked up. This is so easy, drives itself, cleans itself. Does an amazing job picking up cat hair and cat food chunks. I hope it lasts!

Let’s be honest…
So this is a great wet vac if you only want to do one thing at a time. The suction is ok, the mop is great. It doesn’t do it at the same time like my BISSELL does. Week one, the cleaning solution tank broke. This company doesn’t replace it for free. They’re $20 each for the tanks. When you turn the device off, all of the water that you used to clean floods out of the damn thing. Try to vacuum it up, nope it just spreads it out. I don’t get the price… but I was scammed. Portability is great though…

I just don’t really think it’s cleans THAT well. After I clean the floor I feel like I have to go back over it. Plus, it’s such a pain to clean out every time. If you don’t clean it out every time it kind of smells. It’s a lot of work for a little reward.

Product broke after 7 months, hell for return
The product was amazing when it worked. We have two young children and hard wood floors so it came in handy a lot. But it broke, the base snapped off from the wand and I filed for a return. Too late for an Amazon return and not enough time had gone by for an extended warranty return, so I had to deal with that incompetent company TINECO. The hoops they make you jump through, the MANY emails they send for you to answer one question when a single email could have been done with all the questions they needed answered. The fact I got a lesser model on return that was refurbished on return was pretty crappy. Customer service 1 star, product… 3 stars. Because it broke.

Amazing vacuum and mop
Highly recommend this device and the cleaning solution. I think it saves my wood floors from being soaked over and over again with a damp mop or regular mop I do sweep the floors first with a broom. I have two small dogs, one long hair and short hair and a very active household so I have to sweep first Thank you to the creators of this device.

This did not vacuum per hair at all. It only balled it up and left clumps of hair all over. The mopping part was okay. I am not sure if it would pick up dirt as there was only dirty water in the waste area.

Charger Stops Connecting – Machine no longer charges on the charging dock
Purchased July 2022. Over the last 2 months whenever I place it on the charging dock, it will not stay connected, therefore, it will not charge. I typically have to fiddle with it for 5-10 minutes every time I go to charge it. I prop it up, tilt it forward, sideways, every way imaginable to get it to connect and stay connected. If you don’t watch the machine start counting up, it may look like it is charging when placed on the dock, but it will stop after you walk away. I have taken it apart wiped down all the connectors multiple times-no luck. So very disappointed. A $400 purchase that was a huge splurge.

All I can say is I’m compared to the father on “ My Big Fat Greek Wedding” with the OCD cleaning obsession.. I clean my wood and tile floors on the daily and let me say after using this product I was shocked !!! The return water was black .. I couldn’t believe how clean it got my floors !!! Easy To Clean!!
I absolutely love this Tineco iFloor Breeze. I’ve had TONS of floor cleaners and I am always disappointed. They either don’t clean thoroughly or the machine itself is hard to clean. This machine cleans its own roller and it’s very simple to empty and keep the dirty water tank clean. I cannot believe how dirty my floors really were, this Tineco really does a spectacular job of cleaning. I’m able to clean all my floors without it losing charge. I’m really impressed with every aspect of this floor cleaner!

Wish it had a bigger tank-great for small jobs
It works great for homes with dogs. We live on a farm and the mud is a constant. Its easy to grab this guy and in seconds the mud, water, dirt, paw prints, and hair are off the floor. If you have a dog that attacks the vacuum they will do it with this too. However after a minute they go on their marry way. Not as loud as a vacuum. The only down fall is when you want to do the whole house you have to refill and empty too many times.

Wanted to love it…
At first I thought it would love it. Yes, mopping in general is easier and quicker with the vacuum/mop combo. But having to take the dang thing apart every time to clean it is getting really old, and stops me from wanting to use it. You have to empty the dirty water tank, which has 2 pieces inside itself that also come out and need cleaned. And not just dirty water dumped down the toilet clean, you have to physically clean each piece because they both have nooks and crannies that hold debri and hair. It’s honestly disgusting. So I have to clean it at my kitchen sink with my disposal running, which I also don’t like. And don’t forget about the roller brush, filter cartridge, and filter sponge too. And it has to be done pretty much right after mopping or it will start to smell, and the smell lingers into your next mop job. It’s just too much. I don’t see where this is saving me any more time than my spin mop when you factor in all that. Besides that, I haven’t had any operating issues and it does work fine. Other downside is a small water tanks, but that hasn’t been much of an issue for me. I just wish cleaning it wasn’t such a hassle.

Too much work..
So I was excited and it does the job but it gets clogged easily and you have to clean it a lot. Obviously its recommended to be cleaned out and emptied out after each use but after using it you have to put it on its stand so the brush can be cleaned which takes 45 seconds so you can’t forget to come back and empty everything out but I’m human and do forget which makes it worse for the next time I use it since the dirty water wasn’t emptied out. Then when it gets clogged you have to take the brush out and clean the suction hole which can happen a lot if you have pets in your home. I wouldn’t buy it again.

8m after purchasing, it stopped working.
If I’d written this review when I first received it, I’d say it was the best investment ever just like most of these other reviews. I followed every direction and it stopped working 8 months later. Motor failure? Customer service gave me 2 days to get it sent back under warranty. Couldn’t ship that quickly so the closed the case. There have been SO many others with the same issue. First, let me tell you about my household. 3 dogs, 4 cats. 1 of my dogs, drops black clumps of hair everywhere. I have tile and wood floors. I have been using the o’cedar mop, for years and have been pleased with the job it does. I have black mats and a Ruggable rug. No, you can not just use this without vacuuming first. i tried and within minutes it was telling me to clean the roller. I have 3 different types of vacuums, upright for rugs, simple cordless vacuum for the floors, and a canister with a floor attachment to do the floors in detail. This what I had to do before using Tineco, which is totally fine with me. It did a good job, i had to get a few spots off by hand but overall, very pleased. Dried very quickly and was not smeary. Now my cleaning business. There is one floor that is SHINY laminate flooring. This is the only floor I have to get on my hands and knees, spay with glass cleaner and wipe it dry. Otherwise all of my other clients I am using o’cedar mop. Well this ACTUALLY WORKED. I was in shock. It did not smear or leave film on the floor. The battery life was fine for this house and mine. This machine does not work well on stairs, I would not even bother using on any rugs. The distance between cabinet and floor can be an issue for some. Tight spots like around the toilet, does not go under a bed at all, which is fine(I can use the mop). While it does suck up stuff still on the floor, it will clog the filter or brush. Which then you have stop and clean the filter, but again I am not on my hands and knees. Keeping an eye on the water, dumping the dirty water, IN THE TOILET. I do not recommend dumping in a sink. I still using the mop to do baseboards or tight spots. I can not use this for my regular clients and it is bit to much work and battery life.

Dead after two years.
Loved it until it died. It won’t take a charge for some reason. Says it charges to 100%, then goes 1% when you remove it from the base. Lasted two years and probably only used it about twicee a month. You would think to be so expensive it would be made better.

My favorite cleaning tool
I waited to use it a few times before writing a review. I’ve seen many influencers recommend this brand and I caved and finally got one on sale. It’s has been amazing and I wish I’d gotten one sooner. I use it on my sealed hardwood floors and they look and feel squeaky clean. I’m happy with this model for the frequency that I use it. GREATEST FLOOR CLEANER
Just received my Tineco iFloor 3 Breeze yesterday. With lots of hard floors (wood and LVT), the only other way to get a good floor cleaning is by hand, on your hands and knees. Smoke and Flames from Motor Housing
This product was amazing until smoke and flames randomly erupted from the motor housing on the mop. I had been using the mop for 5 months and very pleased with the performance largely in part due to my diligence in cleaning the machine following each direction as listed in the manual, until one afternoon I was mopping as usual when I noticed a change in sound that made it seem like it wasn’t suctioning properly. I no more heard the change of sound, when I brought the mop to it’s upright position, looked to the side of the machine to check the water reservoir, that heavy smoke was emitting from the sides and then a quick burst of flame! Scared, I immediately took the mop outside where it continually smoked for a handful of minutes. I immediately contacted the company directly and explained what happened. We agreed that I’d purchase a return box and would be reimbursed up to $25 and that a NEW machine would be sent. I followed their requests implicitly and in return I was NOT reimbursed for the UPS box and was sent a DIRTY, USED replacement. I have tried reaching back out but with ZERO correspondence back. I’m very upset and dissatisfied- purchase with caution!

Worst product ever! Quit working in six months.
I bought this product November 2022 and used it only for few times and now it is not charging at all. It quit working from July onwards. Worst product ever!. It has more thsn 4 star reviews saying how good this product is, DONT FALL FOR THE REVIEWS. it is not worth that many reviews. Customer service from the company is terrible!

It beautifully cleans my wood floors. It cleaned my ceramic tiles but grout make too much water come out. I would also recommend a changeable roller for carpet cleaning.

Tineco floor cleaner
I have no audio/voice commands on this machine and it DOES leave streaks on our tile however…it does clean the floors as evident of the DIRTY water it sucks up. It gets cleaner day by day. I still have to swiffer mop over it to get the streaks out. Even when using plain water without the recommended cleaner.

Love this electric mop!
This machine is a game changer! Mom of 3 boys here, with the youngest being 2 years old. My toddler is constantly spilling as all toddlers do. This floor cleaner serves as a mop, or a drying rag. I use it for standard mopping or to pick up juice, milk, water, or any spills! It’s so convenient to just turn it on and clean, as opposed to bringing out the mop and bucket. I can’t believe I never knew this existed! I highly recommend to anyone that’s looking for a convenient and fast way of cleaning their floors.

Works very well and saves time
I love this mop! I had no idea how dirty my floors were. Its easy to use and saves a ton of time. I read a few reviews saying that too much hair would clog the system and give you inaccurate low battery alerts so I do a quick (very quick) sweep or run the rumba before I mop because I have a Huskey who sheds like crazy. Cleaning the roller is a little yucky so get yourself some gloves otherwise dumping the dirty water is very easy. Its easy to push, it actually glides itself so someone with strength issues will have no problem pushing this around. I highly recommend it

This thing worked great right up until the warranty runs out
Used this about 1x a week to clean my floors. I took immaculate care ensuring to clean all parts after using, charging it always and ensuring it was stored in controlled environment. Went to use today and I get the “Contact customer support error.” Tried restarting, googling and it turns out i am 2 weeks short of my warranty period meaning we are SOL. I would expect a $300+ vac/mop to last more than the 2 year warranty especially considering i got only a couple months use out of it all together when you consider how much it was actually used. Back to using the old faithful $30 mop.

Not worth it
After less than a month of using it, it suddenly start saying that I needed to call maintenance. I cleaned it every time and was very careful with it. And out of nowhere it stopped working. Not worth it!!

This thing is frigging ah-mazing
Not only do I have my own home but I also run an Airbnb. No matter what I did, no matter how thoroughly I mopped, I would wipe a paper towel on the hardwood floors and it would be brown. I tried EVERYTHING. The floors would *look* beautiful and shiny but always the brown on the paper towel. Also, doing the floors was the one task I dreaded. I have a very bad neck and I would be shaking in pain and misery by the end of mopping. I am a low income person and am incredibly frugal… so this was a HUGE purchase for me. I’ll tell you what… it’s worth it’s weight in GOLD! To be honest, just not being in pain when I was done made it worth every penny the first use alone. It’s so lightweight, self driving and easy to use. Performance: WOW! You can see what it picks up by looking in the dirty water tank. EVERYTHING…from big to tiny. Invisible things you never knew were there. In my house, it picked up minuscule pieces of grit and left my floor super smooth. No vacuum, dust mop, or Swiffer (or a combination of ALL of them) has ever done that. Truly amazing. The only “con” is that it cannot get to edges. It leaves a perfectly straight line about an inch from any edge. My cheap vacuum even gets the edges better… so I KNOW the manufacturer of this unit can make it happen. All I have to do is walk around with a rag in my hand and wipe that inch as I go. No biggie. And it is CERTAINLY not big enough of a deal to make me regret my purchase. No more brown on that paper towel. And, I cannot express this enough: you can not only see the difference but also FEEL the difference with your feet when walking barefoot. It’s glorious. Grit you never realized you could feel is just GONE. Amazing product. Simply amazing.

It’s perfect
I live in NYC and I have dog that sheds like a mofo! I am also a cleaning fanatic. I have the Roborock with mopping, a Dyson — every mop known to humankind. This is a dream to use and it WORKS! I love it so much that I just purchased a second one for another property. I love that it self cleans. Their solution is a bit pricey and there are dupes out there for the solution, but I am not going to mess with perfection. It really is that good! I have recommended to friends as well. Zero complaints!

Worth the investment
Cuts my cleaning time. Picks up so much dirt and grime. The self clean is amazing. I do recommend taking the piece apart for air drying to prevent any funky smells
