I bought this to use on my bamboo wood floors and my tile floors. I cannot believe how simple it is to use! No more pushing and pulling with my arm, making it sore and everything can be done in one easy step. The cleaner only takes a cat full and really cleans! You won’t believe after you use it the first time how dirt your floors were no matter how much you always mopped. I love it.
It cleans well, but the container that holds the clean water and cleaning solution doesn’t completely empty and is impossible to air dry. It got mold in it after only a few uses and can’t be removed as it’s inside the plastic where the nozzle is.

Don’t believe the hype
I wanted to love it so much!!! Ended up returning it. Pros: looks nice Cons: I used in a 10 x 10 breakfast area. Battery was 100% when started, by end it was down to 60%. During this time I had to empty the tank once and refilled the clean water twice. Attempted to charge before the next room and it was already asking me to self clean. This means it would be an all day event with self clean cycles and recharging at least 1-2 times to finish all tiled areas. I live in a small house of which 1/3 is tile. You’ll be out of the solution it comes with in no time. Does not get up to the edge. Leaves streaks. Compared to O cedar, my mop bucket water was much more dirty than tineco’s.

While it did work great, and I know that my experience is different from others, I would have to say don’t but it. After only 4 months, using it as directed, and cleaning it after every use… the thing does not work anymore. I was going to buy the upgraded version but didn’t know if I would like these types of vacuums. If I was to buy one of these again, I would get a nicer one or a different brand.

Junk. Broke after two years (and one month) and Tineco refuses to repair
I liked this product until I went to use it this week and it wouldn’t turn on. I call Tineco customer service. They sent an email asking for detailed information. After sending them the information, taking a video for them etc., they offered no solutions other than to pay them to repair the unit. The repair quote is $106 and they warrant the repair for 3 months… A $300 sweeper should not break when its just two years old and the customer should not pay to fix it.

Very easy to clean. I just hate that you have to stop every 10-15 minutes or so to fill the tank back up. I wish the roller would get out the waters stains or water drops, but it doesn’t. Even going over it several times doesn’t make them go away. I end up having to use another mop to go over it.

This product is a lifesaver! We have over 2200sq of hardwoods and thanks to my tineco the maintenance is doable! We have five people, a dog, a cat and plenty of kids coming over all the time and this machine keeps up with it all. I had it for about half a year. I like the way it washes even though it doesn’t use alot of water. The only thing I dislike is the cleaning of all the parts It takes too much time. And you can’t leave it to sit there because it will get moldy. And also the wash liquid is too expensive! And you are not allowed to use others. So sometimes I just prefer my v10 Dyson vacume so much easier.

Love love this vacuum. Amazing how well it cleans, easy to use, easy to take apart and clean. I finish with vacuuming/mopping in such a smaller amount of time. I am genuinely baffled by the positive reviews. I bought this after seeing all the hype on Tik Tok with the cleaning accounts, and it was evident after one use that the paid promotions were not authentic. The vacuum/mop is absolute junk. The brush barely grazes your hardwood and tile floors, which means it doesn’t clean for squat. At best it gets some of the surface dirt off of a hardwood floor. If you have any time flooring then don’t even waste your time running this dumpster fire of a mop across it. It definitely glides easily across the floors, but that’s solely because it doesn’t really clean them. The brush heads are basically 1/100th inch of actual brush. I had never heard of Tineco prior to purchasing this, and it is very clear why. Please save yourself the money and go for a better brand of floor mop. I ended up tossing mine in the trash and switching to a spin mop. I should also add that it is an absolute NIGHTMARE to clean the reservoir! It gets disgusting and has awkward tiny crevices inside that are physically impossible to clean. I’ve tried soaking it in the strongest possible cleaning solutions and scalding hot water and it still is just downright disgusting. I cleaned it after each use and regardless it’s impossible to actually clean it. Cleaning ability -5/10 Weight of vacuum itself 6/10 Ease of use 5/10 Overall functionality -1000/10

Not worth the money!
I bought a Tineco after so many people were raving about how wonderful they are.. while it’s OK while it works it does not hold a charge i’ve already had to send the machine in to time code to replace the battery… less than 7 months here I am again trying to get customer service to email me back. A machine this expensive should not have this many issues. I do not recommend less and I’m never buy one again! I get better results with my swiffer.

I actually used it at least once a week in our home of 2 adults for the first year. (Loved it!) I was called away to help with my mother and have been out of state for most of the past year and my husband has used it a few times when he wanted a quick job done. He’s a broom and mop kinda guy. I am actually still out of state with my mother and now my husband is telling me that it won’t charge or come on. He has always been a small electronics repair man but I won’t let him take it apart. I have discovered that my warranty has just now (within 30 days) ran out. To say that I am upset is an understatement, being that I purchased another one for my mother and talked my sister into one. I don’t know what to do at this point. At this price point it’s not worth it for less than 2 years of use.

The media could not be loaded. This worked great for 1 year then the electronics of the handle went out. Tineco replaced it and it seemed to be good. Now just after 2 years instead of cleaning mode it just dumps water out then says restart or contact customer service. This is too expensive to conk out twice in two years, the second time just after the warranty is over. Holding out hope to hear from customer service!

Don’t waste your money!!!!!
I just want to start this review out by saying yes, I clean this the correct way and always have! I have spoke to several customer service reps who have confirmed that how I am cleaning and what I am cleaning is the correct way. I’ve had this for 2 years now and it’s always the same thing. It stops working immediately after turning on and will say “please restart or contact customer service” after many emails back and forth there was never a solution to fix it. The only thing that would work is if I would let it sit for a week and then all a sudden it would start working. After the first year of it doing this off and on, a rep finally told me how to restart it. It didn’t work immediately like he said it should but it did start to work that evening. After I found out how to restart it, that’s what I would do every time it would stop working and by the next day it worked. Now it’s telling me “clean water tank empty, refill water and cleaning solution” when it isn’t empty. This has been going on for a week now. I’ve tried everything. I am currently in the middle of emails with a rep who hasn’t given me a solution at all. I paid WAY too much money for this and I should have returned it immediately after the first mess up. I won’t ever buy another Tineco product again. And I’m not the only one. There are SO many people who have been dealing with the same issues.

Great at First – Does Not Last
Bought the Tineco and LOVED it… at first. A few months into owning it, it stopped sucking up water and was sent back for repairs. A few months later, same issue. I am now at the 3rd time with the same issue and Tineco wants me to once again pack it up, pay to ship it, etc. Almost spent more in shipping than the machine cost to purchase….

Stopped working after 5 months
The reason why I’m giving it a very low rating is because the vacuum stopped working after using it biweekly within the past 5 months. The cleaning went well as it vacuumed and mopped the floors all over the apartment. It was heaven to use it instead of a broom and pan. It was quick and cleaning the machine was easy. During June, the vacuum did not want to run its course. Soon as i turn it on the blue light comes on. THEN it runs for a second and shuts off and glow red. I’m assuming something went wrong with the suction but I had cleaned it before using it. Even pressing hold, so it can self clean did not work. If it lasted for 3 years I would had gave it a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 4 stars but nope. I’m highly disappointed with the time it lasted and skeptical to get a new one. It was nice while it lasted. And self note: can’t trust instragram short reviews. Stay on YouTube for real honest in-depth reviews.

My mother has one and was telling me about this so I bought one and my floors have never been cleaner. So easy to use … instructions are not clear but once you get it going it’s good to go. The only downfall I can say is it does not get up in the corners as well as well as I would like but no big deal to manually do. The overall results are very nice and dry almost immediately. Husband had hesitation about buying because of the price but says it does a good job. A lot quicker to do my floors.. sweep and mop all at once. The only floors I have are vinyl but my mother ( who is 81) has tile, wood and vinyl and she loves it on all.

Battery Started Smoking
For the first couple months I LOVED this vacuum mop. I have a toddler, large dog and two cats that are all indoors. This vacuum mop got used daily! It worked great cleaning up after meals, dirty paws and your general pet hair shedding. Well this fairytale came to an end when one day I was using it and after about 5 mins it just stopped working and a red light came on. This was weird to me because I knew it was fully charged. I cleaned everything out to ensure there were no clogged then tried running the self cleaning cycle. Nothing. I let it charge over night and tried it again in the morning. Success the cleaning cycle completed so I started my basic cleaning regimen with it. Only lasted 10 seconds before the light came on again. I turned it off then back on and it worked for 5seconds, then I noticed SMOKE coming out of the battery area. Immediately took it outside and called Amazon to discuss my options. I would not recommend this product to someone who needs it for daily use because I do not think the battery can handle it. My sister has one and has not had a problem like this but she uses hers only 1-2x a week.

Buyer beware: $400 for 1 year of cleaning not worth it.
I purchased this vacuum since it was all over my TikTok and it looked great! However, it only worked for about a year then it broke down the company repaired it and a few months later it broke down again. The company repaired it once more and again a few months later it broke down again. 3 tines in about a year. Now they are refusing to repair it since it’s outside of the warranty period unless i pay to repair it and the repair cost is not cheap. Even though this has been an ongoing issue. There’s other vacuums that are just as great out there I suggest checking them out as I will be doing as well. These vacuums are not cheap, you would think they would last longer.

I like to use it myself so much that I fired my housekeeper. All jokes aside. It’s a real pleasure to work with the iFloor3. My tile floor looks new every day. Easy to use, easy to clean, great result. I had a problem with the vacuum part once and the Customer Service of Tineco responded directly and was very helpful. Problem solved! Great product, great company!

Not sure it lives up to the hype
Don’t think it cleans as great as a lot of people said it did. Had to go over simple dirt/paw print spots several times just to get it to come up.

Don’t waste your money
Leaves puddles when you are done mopping and turn it off, even if you vacuum it up without using the water option. Does not work well at all as just a vacuum on any amount of carpet does not matter how small. Does not even do a good job at mopping, constantly kicking stuff back out on the floor as you’re mopping/vacuuming.

Love it!
This is a great mop! I HATE mopping so being able to basically vacuum your floor but achieve the effects of mopping is wonderful. I have used it several times so far and while it doesn’t feel like you are getting your floor as clean as scrubbing with a mop when you are done it looks just as clean and shiny. I would have given it 5 starts but it is a little tricky assembling every time. The water containers do snap into place all that easy. I love the self cleaning feature. You basically push a button and it cleans itself including the mop roller and then you disassemble, rinse the containers and let air dry (very important). The batter life is great too, much longer than my Dyson vacuum.

Smooth and easy to use
The media could not be loaded. Great for people with a busy schedule. I have so much to do, kids, dogs, work, errands. This really helps a lot and I’m so glad I purchased it. Just make sure the water does not reach the maximum line. You have to clean out the dirty water or it will start to disperse everywhere.

Not Exactly as Advertised
I like this product for the automatic mopping feature, yet there are a few things I dislike. I can’t get close to the edge – it misses about 2″ of the edge. The run time is not sufficient to mop a whole house. I had to charge it three times to mop under 1500 sq ft which was frustrating. On top of that, it left streaks all over the house on my hardwood floor. It left wheel marks which was annoying for a clean floor. I would not recommend this machine. Thought I had picked a good one based on reviews but am returning it and purchasing another brand. The clean and dirty water tank is also relatively small and had to be filled up multiple times.

Battery charging issue
It is a common problem that this model has an issue on the battery charging system. Some times the battery does not charge and requires pulging/unplugging many times. It happens more frequently, and now it cannot charged. Just submitted a ticket to resolve this. A lot of similar problems can be found when you google it.

Please do not waste your money!
This vacuum is a piece of junk! You spend more time cleaning it than using it. And if you miss a place cleaning it, it will clog up and stop working. Even after you have cleaned the clog, it won’t work. If you are still in warranty, you can send it in to be fixed. They won’t send yours back though, just some random dirty vacuum. Please do not waste your money.
