I bought this to use on my bamboo wood floors and my tile floors. I cannot believe how simple it is to use! No more pushing and pulling with my arm, making it sore and everything can be done in one easy step. The cleaner only takes a cat full and really cleans! You won’t believe after you use it the first time how dirt your floors were no matter how much you always mopped. I love it.
It cleans well, but the container that holds the clean water and cleaning solution doesn’t completely empty and is impossible to air dry. It got mold in it after only a few uses and can’t be removed as it’s inside the plastic where the nozzle is.

As far as the vacuum component goes, it worked pretty good. I had numerous problems with clogging on very small items. When using the mop feature, it would clog often. I don’t believe you can, but you should be able to shut that feature off when necessary. Ended up returning and buying a shark.

This is great but it only worked for a year.
Afer a year and three months- the cleaner started leaking water all over the floor and overheating in spite of being cared for and cleaned after each wash- which is a pain by the way. I am not buying any other Tineco products after this. I have vacumes from other companies that have lasted me years. So if you want an appliance that will work well for a year and you don’t mind cleaning it- Go for it. Bad for the environment IMO!!!!

Wonderful dual vaccum/mop!
This product does an amazing job on our new VCP and tile flooring! I use this several times a week and a robot vacuum every night. It’s a perfect system! Floors are spotless with this product. Only wish it had a longer battery life. But I will still give it 5/5 stars!

If I could give it a number less than zero I would. It has Very little suction power and you will end up using a broom after you sweep with this. It does dispense the cleaning fluid but it does not pick up any of the liquid, and I had to go back over the floor with a mop. Very disappointed in this product. I would not recommend it to anyone.

I have Luxury Vinyl Plank and I use this to keep my floors looking good. I only use water and it leaves my floors looking brand new. It is well designed and it is easy to change the cleaning roller. My only wish is that a full charge would last longer as I’m not able to do all of my flooring on a single charge, which is over 1000 square feet.

Self cleaning is a game changer!
The media could not be loaded. We love this machine so much we have two! One at our house and one at our Airbnb for easy cleaning after guests. Vacuum and mop your floors clean in the same amount of time it takes you to vacuum. As a mom of Littles, I know my house will never be 100% clean again but this is easy enough that you can clean and put things back so quickly I do it once or twice a week now! The self-cleaning feature is my favorite it scrubs and vacuums, the rolling scrubber in less than two minutes to get all the dirt hair and debris off of it and is ready to go again. I love it so much I buy them for my friends as gifts! Highly highly highly recommend!

Motor Failure Just Outside of Product Support Window
When we first received this product we LOVED how easy it was to use. The cleaning of the device after use was not our favorite, but we quickly learned that vacuuming ahead of time to pick up larger debris greatly reduced the amount of gunk left after cleaning. That being said, my husband still prefers to use swiffer wet wipes for daily/smaller cleanups, so we only use this device once a month lately (if that). It has been a month or two since the last use, but I had a short amount of time to clean my floors this evening so I pulled it out…. Only to be disappointed that it was not suctioning. After trying to run it says “contact customer service”. After a quick google search it sounds like the motor has died. No biggie, we have only had it two years… except we have had it for two years and 1 1/2 months, making it just outside of product support. Disappointed that this expensive piece of equipment did not last longer than that. Time to try the Bissell equivalent?

Stopped working in 7 months
This was an incredible purchase, so I thought. I loved cleaning my floors weekly and used this religiously every few weeks, making me wish I didn’t have any carpet. It cleans that well. However, after 7 months, it stopped working. The machine literally says “empty dirt water tank and contact customer service.” I have contacted them multiple times but they have provided a response to ship the unit back to them because it may be a motor issue and then stopped responding altogether. Paying $400 for a mop is insane to not have it last at the bare minimum 2 years. I understand that it went viral on TikTok and there’s a lot of love for the mop, but I hope this review helps someone thinking about buying this, just don’t.

Nearly Perfect
I now can not live without this thing!! I use it on my tiled kitchen floor every night. I’m always shocked by how dirty the water is that I throw out! It REALLY cleans. If I had a laundry sink, with a sink basket, it would be PERFECT. It’s hard to figure out wear to dump dirty water and particles. I have been throwing it down the toilet or in the yard. For this reason I vacuum with my Dyson first. I could see where this item would be a pane for someone who needed to do a large area. My kitchen is 15 x 20 with a large island. Just the right size. This thing does not work at all in a dirty house. Not sure what it’s made for, but I spend more time cleaning out the vacuum than cleaning my floor. I have dogs and hard floors, and usually vacuum daily, with any hair or dirt it clogs up and stops running. I have to take it all apart and clean before it will even turn on again. Then does the same thing 2 minutes later. Soooo frustrating.

So far the tineco work great. Now I don’t need to vacuum floor first then mop it. I could do all at once It’s good if you mopping light to medium duty stuff. I use it daily to keep 90% of the living area clean. For the edges and corners, you still need use conventional mops or towels

When I tell you I have never been so excited to vacuum in my life. This thing is so easy, so cool and so sleek. Comes with everything you need to get started. Can’t get near the baseboards
Works well enough, I have very dark hardwood floors and a white dog. So it does make them look MUCH better – I dropped a star because the guard is so thick that it stops me about 3 inches away from my baseboards so I can’t clean up against them. Otherwise, so far so good!

Not worth it, too much work. Does not clean so well. You have to wash it every use. You can only use their products for cleaning plus the cleaning solution tank gets moldy and no way of cleaning it. Nightmare!

Dead after 4 months
Have absolutely loved this machine and treated it with care. Cleaned it after every use, always emptied everything and dried well. Only used Tineco cleaning solution. Today during a routine clean, it went into auto clean mode on its own and is now stuck there, leaking water all over the floors. This is such a handy dual mop/vacuum. This has made my life easier. Although it gets the job done, it can be challenging if you have pets that sheds. It often clogs up the vacuum which requires emptying the reservoir or cleaning out the hair from the bottom nozzle. At best, this only provides surface level cleaning unless you run the device through the area multiple times. Also depending how it’s attached, it can cause water leakage. It’s an easy fix to make sure there’s a good seal.

It worked fine, then after a malfunction we called the company, they gave us a step by step to try to fix it. It was a response but did not work. The next day they told us our model was on back order, and we would have to wait 4 months. Not only that. It would be a used model. I was skeptic about wet vaccum cleaners but this one made me a believer
It is easy to use but you still need to clean it after each use. Good suction power and it was able to remove spaghetti, bean, broccoli, rice off the floor. It removes most of the stains well, but not very effective on old stains. It saves us lots of time while keeping the floor relatively clean. I consider it a great investment because I hate cleaning up after our toddlers.

I am very satisfied with my tineco! It cleans so well and leaves the floor feeling clean and looks amazing! I have three kids and two dogs so getting the mop and bucket out is a task on top of moving furniture and sweeping hair. This was a easy quick process that makes it easier to be consistent with floor cleaning! The self cleaning option makes it easy to clean the mop every time it’s used and only takes a few minutes. My only dislike is the size of the water reservoir. It is very small and needs to be filled and emptied frequently depending on area. I would highly reccomend if your a busy person that needs a quick way to effectively clean the floors in a timely manner.

I have kiddos and there’s always something to vacuum up. I absolutely LOVE that this vacuums and mops at the same time. I’m embarrassed to show just how much it got up and that’s with regular swiffering. I had a couple stuck on spots with some gunk that it helped loosen but they were still there, that’s only reason I gave it a 4. It is self propelled and very light weight. The parts are really easy to take off and clean afterwards to which is really nice. I’m hoping this gets my kiddos excited about helping to clean the kitchen floors too. 🙂
