I wish it was slightly cheaper, but it’s exactly what I wanted and membership in Amazon Prime eliminates any S&H charges … so if you’re on the fence, I say go for it. I’m 70, I live alone and manage my home myself. We replaced a five-year-old shark that is identical to this one. I wouldn’t use this as your main vacuum as the suction is not quite like a corded vacuum. But we use this one for quick cleanups around the birdcage and the occasional spills. Shark discontinued, the headlight on the front of the unit which is said because a greatly helped you locate and ensure that you were getting up any debris on the floor. I bought it aftermarket light but it’s not the same.

Great vacuum for the money!
This vacuum has great suction and is so easy to empty. It’s very lightweight and will run long enough to vacuum all the tile in my 2,800 Square feet home on one charge. I had one in my old house, I keep one in a vacation home, and both my children have one at their homes. Excellent product for a good price.

Gets clogged SO easy
This thing can’t handle any amount of pet hair. It gets clogged every single time I use it, and still has barely any suction right after the block is cleared. Worst vacuum I’ve ever owned.

Maybe it’s because I’ve had my last cordless vacuum for 15 years, and it was held together with duct tape, but I love my new Shark Vacuum! I’ve had it less then 24 hours and have used it 3 times. Easy to assemble out of the box and it was charged so I got to try it right away. At first I thought the battery charge base was weird but it is so easy and convenient. I love the two settings, one for carpet and one for hardwood. I did a light cleaning throughout my entire house and the charge lasted to the end. I also love that I can wash the entire dust catcher after I vacuum. I noticed that it is possible to put in a new battery should the original wear out. And it will, because I plan on keeping this Shark vacuum for another 15 years! I would absolutely buy this again and recommend it to friends and family.

The vacuum is perfect for a quick cleanup. It is easy to use on wood floors and area rugs. Its “charge” lasts for a long time. I like that there’s no cord to worry about and it doesn’t take up a lot of space.

I was replacing my Shark Cordless Vacuum that I had for several years as it broke apart. I absolutely love the product, so handy, so convenient and does the job for all those quick pick-ups, HOWEVER, when I went to order a new one thought I would try the WHITE version rather than the BLUE – it should clearly state that the white one does NOT have a light – I am very disappointed. Unfortunately, I unpacked it, it was trash day and I threw out the shipper, outer packaging etc.

This little vacuum is the best. I actually bought it because they use this in the huge media center at school. I clean my sofa dog hair with it. I has great suction and is highly easy maneuverable. It just doesn’t know it’s small. Easily emptied also.

Stopped working
I loved this product for a few months. I used it once a week on my 1500 square foot house. Now it won’t charge. Turns on for one second then shuts down. Complete waste of money and I expected more from Shark brand

This has to be a great item because this is the second one that I have purchased, my old one will go upstairs and my new one will stay downstairs. The amount of dust, dirt and cat hair this little guy picks up is incredible! Even after going over my floor three times, I found I picked up even more on the 4th round. Anyone that wants a really good easy to use vacuum should consider purchasing a Shark Navigator. I just love mine! Both of them. My old one was going to be put to rest, but I found that I could buy a replacement battery. I did and my old one is working great. If you’re looking for a good little vacuum, one that’s easy to use and picks up everything, you should try one of these.

I have a lot of problems using the bigger, heavier sweepers, so this one is great for in between sweeping. I love that is so lightweight and has a good size dust cup. I had one once before and I loved it. That was when I lived in AZ.

Used it 3 times and it lost all suction. The reason why I bought this vacuum was to get the dog hair but after 3 uses it has no suction at all and won’t even vacuum up dust anymore let alone the dog hair. I have a eureka corded stick vacuum I bought for about $40 it does a better job than this one, save your money.

2nd time owning this vacuum, it just isn’t the same!
I owned this vacuum for 3-4 years and it worked perfectly on carpets and hardwood until it suddenly stopped spinning. I decided to reorder the same vacuum since it worked so well for us, but this vacuum is just not the same. I’ve only had it for 3 months, and it already deposits more dirt than it picks up. I find myself having to go around with my Black and Decker handheld vacuum (my tried and true!) to clean up the leftover mess every time. I consistently clean the vacuum and nothing changes. So disappointing as there is no way to get a refund at this point, but I must get a new vacuum. I don’t recommend buying this product.

Lasted 2 years; reconsider a different model for longevity + carpet
Overall, it worked for our primary daily use on bare floors and very low pile carpets, but we would reconsider a different model for use on thicker carpets and for longevity*. *After 2 years, our vacuum stopped working (when turned on after a few seconds on either bare floor or carpet setting, the blue light would blink and the suction would create a different noise). After a video call with Shark Support, they recommended a new battery unit replacement (~$50 + shipping). Advantages: – Lightweight and compact design – Easy to empty dust compartment – Easy to deep clean the dust compartment and filter; minimal nooks/crannies – Simple design for upright charging station; vacuum doesn’t fall over Disadvantages: – Battery unit only lasted 2 years – Poor suction on thicker carpet greater than or equal to ~1.5in pile – No charge status indicator – Blue light continuously blinks when charging (even if it’s fully charged) – Rough plastic edges on charging station could scratch flooring (so use those felt protectors!)

The suction on here is pretty good. You can change the suction based on selecting hardwood or carpet. I don’t like that the power button is on the base of the vacuum where it is not easily accessible. You also can just switch from carpet to hardwood. You have to go through the cycle which includes turning it off. It’s very lightweight and doesn’t seem like a very durable product. The wheels only go forward or backward so it doesn’t rotate, but again it is very light. I am unsure how long the battery lasts. I probably would not buy another one of these.

Very small vacuum. Run time on carpet only 12 minutes per owner’s manual. Run time for bare floor only 17 minutes before a charge is needed. (Also per manual.) Charging time required for use between 4 to 7 hours.
