Disappointed. Got this to replace my iRobot Roomba. My Roomba picked up all the dog hair feom my carpet. This Shark just goes over the top of it and leaves the hair. This may be fire for houses with no carpet, but it sure isn’t as good as the iRobot. Looks like this will be going back.

Gadget at best
After about two years of use, I have taken the device offline due to privacy concerns and the constant maintenance to keep it working. I have never in my life had to clean my vacuum so frequently as I do with these robot gadgets. All I am getting now is little piles of dust everywhere. I am sticking to my Dyson Cordless Vacuum which only needs a filter cleaning about once every 6 months at most.

It worked well for months then started giving me error message about side brush getting stuck. I cleaned the side brush and even replaced it but still giving me same error and the robot doesn’t work. And there is no warranty or way of contacting anyone to get help on this.
