The media could not be loaded. I noticed a lot of the bad things people were saying in the reviews had been fixed. I was able to easily move it into tight spaces and it turned right and left! It cleaned my floor better than any other vacuum I’ve had. You do have to empty it every 1 or 2 uses so far. I’m guessing that will be less the more and more you use it. I have no problems getting it to stand on its own. The bottom of it you can detach and take it to the stairs. It makes it a lot easier than just carrying the whole vacuum and it just stands there for you. I love this vacuum. It was a great deal for such and amazing working cleaning machine!
We bought this after seeing multiple people say they had thick/ shag carpet and it worked well for them. Well that was not the case for us! The vacuum legitimately sucked in our carpet and would not move. So it was powerful but when you have thick/plush carpet, that doesn’t work. Therefore if you have very thick carpet, it likely won’t work for you either.

Great Vacuum!
This is a great little vacuum with more vacuum that I expected. It is strong. It is slightly heavier than my former Shark. I just discovered that it has a top and bottom lids for the dirt release. I bought it for dog and my long hair. It does not automatically clean the brushes on the bottom, but my old Shark didn’t so i am used to cleaning the brushes, it only takes a minute and is easy. The hair and dirt do get caught on the top of the dust container when you don’t empty it until it’s over full—-but it’s easy to nudge the dirt to empty if there is any remaining. I bought it on a Summer sale and it is well worth the full price.

I didn’t want to review it prematurely so here I am a bit over a year later. I have a husky, a pitbull, and a cat and live on a desert dirt road. The dogs come in and out all day, I come in and out all day. Needless to say, I vacuum every single day. I vacuum the wood floors, the rugs, the carpet, the cars, the couch, the cat tower, the dog crates, the curtains, everything. Always vacuuming. And for a year. And this thing is still going strong. Prior to this vacuum, I went through 2 vacuums a year, plus I always had a roomba going. The vacuums that were geared toward pet owners with the husky on the packaging or in the advertising. Because well, if you know, you know. I digress. 10/10 recommend.

It sucks even the SMELL Away…
We have two beagles and they generate a lot of dog hair! No matter how much I brush them, there is hair everywhere. Our enclosed stairwell is carpeted, unfortunately. And you could smell the dog hair dug down into that carpet. Ugh! Our other vacuum did not handle it well at all. I can honestly say our stairwell does not smell like a dog anymore. It does not come with a brush attachment. First canister is tiny and must be emptied several times. Suction isn’t what I expected from Shark and I plan to return it.

This vacuum works great. It’s light weight, easy to empty, easy to clean, just dump and go. You can wash the canister and the filters after each use or whenever you’d like. Only thing I don’t like is that the cord isn’t long enough. I wish it were about 5ft longer. Suction seems to be ok still. I can tell it decreases when the canister gets about half full but it still works great. Overall a good vacuum for the price.

Not for plush carpet !
I wish the description was not for plush. I am very strong, but…. This vacuum is like pushing a car over carpeting. Too much trouble to return it, not the ease of Kohls drop off. That’s $209 I won’t see again!

I’d like to return it
Not lightweight as indicated, doesn’t pick up dirt with one pass, heat comes from front blowing you in the face when you lean over to move or pick up something in front of vacuum, and it doesn’t empty as easily as I thought it would-I have to stick fingers or tool to clear dirt. I need to return to my central vac! My granddaughter has mentioned the same comments to me when she vacuums my home. 🙁

small with short cord
The area with which this touches the floor is much more narrow than a typical vacuum. The cord is also shorter that what I am used to which means I have to plug and unplug it repeatedly since it won’t stretch very far. I also can’t fit it under furniture. The suction is good, it moves easily, and can adapt to different surfaces well.

Handle release broke 1st use
I loved the vacuum. I only used it 1 time and half way through the red and Grey button to release the hand extender broke. I can’t even use the vacuum now because that button is what holds the handle in place. With out it you can’t vacuum because the handle comes right out from the canister. That was a HUGE waste of money.

I replaced an older vacuum with this Shak NV360 after reading the reviews and it was Prime Day! The vacuum cleaner has good suction and can get in places my old one could not. The one thing that disappoints me is the attachments. The what I thought were standard are not all included, instead you must buy them separately.

The media could not be loaded. We have a German Sheperd and a Lab. So our house is always needing vacuumed. We typically buy cheap vacuums knowing they are going to get ruined from all the dog hair and dirt they drag in. This time around we decided to splurge and bought this vacuum. Immediately the suction was INCREDIBLE, we are talking crisp lines in the carpet. When my husband went to empty the canister, I was APPALLED at what we were living with lol I noticed a difference in the small right away too. It’s not super heavy (I can lift it over a baby gate) and the filter is washable. Due to my husband allergies, this vacuum is gonna be a life changer!

The perfect vacuum!
We have 2 cats that seem to shed their body weight in fur every week. I’ve never been able to get my rugs to look like they did when I purchased them with other vacuums. The first time I used this vacuum I had to empty the dust bin 4 times for 2 rugs (one 8×10 and one 5×7). The rugs looked new! Very happy with my purchase, especially because it goes from a stand up vacuum to hand held with ease.

We purchased this vacuum cleaner during Prime Day deals. It was perfect timing because our vacuum cleaner was done. I looked at all the vacuum cleaners on Prime Day deals and decided to purchase this one. It had good reviews and was listed for a great deal. This vacuum cleaner was easy to assemble and is light weight, which is nice for lugging up and down the stairs. It doesn’t have a lot of attachments or fancy features and that suits us well because we usually lose the attachments and don’t use fancy features. My son is tall, and he likes that the handheld hose part is longer, so he doesn’t have to bend over when vacuuming the stairs — one feature/attachment we do use. I also like the lavender color although that has no effect on the vacuum cleaner’s function! Bottom line, it works just fine.

It works well but our carpet is a little thicker and good quality so it is really hard to get it to move, even after adjusting the air on the bottom to reduce suction. Good quality though.

After 1 year needs replaced
Vacuum was good for awhile but after thorough cleaning of filters and hose the suction just inevitably kept worsening until we replaced it after 1 year. We have 2 cats, pretty tidy home. No major dirt or animal hair. Average use. Wouldn’t recommend.

Started up fine Will let you know as time Progressses. After 1 use the motor squeals on shut down. Envision problems,, After all is refurbished.?? Nice and clean functions well BUT THAT SQEAK !!!!!

Warranty is useless!!!
Do not buy the protection plan from asuron. The manufacturers warranty last 5 years and they will not give you your money back. The rotator brush snapped in half and the motor quit working after just 2 years. Shark wants it shipped back to them for them to fix (8 weeks) and if it is deemed not normal ware and tear they will bill you for the repairs. Do not drop the money on the protection plan and don’t spend the money on this vacuum.

Not for me, Disappointed!
Disappointed! I so much wanted to love and keep this vacuum, (top rated by CR) but after two uses, I’m returning this. Same as a few other reviewers have said, but my issues are as follows — Cord length, as others have commented, it is too short (25 ft). The old D it was to replace had a 35 ft cord (measured both). Meaning to vacuum my house, I’ve got to unplug and find another outlet multiple times, as I move from room to room. Using my old D vacuum, I had to do the same, but only twice. Secondly, the bagless canister seems very small. Vacuuming one room filled it, above the fill level. Empty, back to vacuuming… Had to empty the canister 3-4 times to vacuum a 3 bedroom house. Third, this vacuum is hard to push (vacuum). I know I can adjust the suction to less, to make it easier to push – but isn’t it the point of a vacuum to suck up the debris and dirt ? Setting it to suck less, made it easier to push, but didn’t get up all the dirt.

Squeeeeaaaaaakkk and bad customer service
The media could not be loaded. Terrible squeak / chirping while rolling the vacuum while turned on or off, with or without the canister attached, and on wood or carpet. I was only allowed to upload one video to this review otherwise I would have shown more. Unbearable sound while vacuuming that really hurts the ears. Clearly something defective. Called Shark customer service and was told to clean the dust bucket/canister. I told them the squeak is coming from the wheels because even when I take the dust pan completely off and just roll the wheels back and forth with my hand it makes the same noise but they said “we have to follow the steps, please clean the dust bin”. What a bunch of baloney. It’s defective and there was no replacement option. So I had to just return and try to repurchase. Absolutely horrible.

This vacuum cleaner is amazing. We can’t believe how much it gets up off our carpet. It works well on bare floors also. The filters are great and you can see how well they work. I would recommend buying extra filers but you can wash them and they wash easily!

Get it it’s glorious
I had one of those Homeika Dyson dupes from tik tok, which might be fine for a small apartment but just wasn’t cutting it for my two story home. This thing was so easy to assemble out of the box- and super powerful! It filled up immediately after finishing both floors (I have cats) pretty easy to remove all the hair and dust from the chamber which was a big problem with my last vacuum. The only thing is it’s pretty big, but I think it’s worth finding some space for it.

Short Lived
We thought this vacuum was incredible. It has great suction power and thoroughly cleaned our carpets…twice. Then the motor appeared to burn out. It smells like burning plastic when you turn it on, makes a screeching noise and no longer sufficiently cleans the carpets. We have had this vacuum for a week. Disappointed to say the least.
