My dog chewed up my old jump starter so I bought this one. Have used it a couple of times so far and it works very well. I’ve charged it back up after each use, but I think it could probably start a car twice or more on one charge. I agree with another reviewer that the bag it comes with for storage is not so good, so I just sore it in the box it came in.

It’s so easy to use and anyone can do it. My mechanic just so happened to have the exact one and he game me a step by step print out for dummies so I didn’t have to look at direction. Did the job for me
I’ve had this unit for 3 years and have never had to use it. Until last night. This worked just fine to start my car after the battery was drained. It’s very simple to use. But the cord is so short, hence the 4 stars.

battery broke after 1 use
I ordered it 2 years ago and used only once, I needed to use it again recently and tried to charge battery from AC, it charged for 24 hrs and did not charge above 25%, even after changing to a different micro USB cable and different outlet (see the picture). Contacted the customer service, they were very responsive, but said because warranty expired after 1 year, my only option was to buy another one with 35% off of the original price. I decided to go with different brand as this one does not seem reliable. DO NOT WASTE YOUR $$$

Product manual is printed in such tiny tiny one point print – unreadable!
Product manual is written in many different languages but is in such tiny tiny one point print, I could not even read it with a magnifying glass!!!!! I bought this item because I was stranded the other day with a dead battery and the person that helped me out jumped my car with this device and it worked great! It took me the better part of a morning to take a picture of the directions and blow it up to a readable size. Their web site does not have the product manual available on line. Three stars only because of the unreadable directions and lack of information on their web site.

This thing is a beast. I bought a GPS and it for some reason plugs itself back in at night. Swear to you. So my bat. Is dead the next day. This jumper has started my truck about 5 times in a month or so and it was charged 1 time when I first got it. You don’t have to find some wierdo, that may or may not try to hump your leg, in a random parking lot to give you a jump anymore.
