Initially I received the wrong clamps to my 1000 Amp Noco. Returned it,received Amazon credit within an hour and placed another order. Received the new one within 2 days,all parts (correct) included,charged her up and was ready to put her to the test. I drive a 5.3 Avalanche and left my light on overnight purposely,that combined with 18 degree weather definitely ran my battery down. I have an Interstate Battery. Took the Noco out (I’m a 45 year old woman) ,threw the clamps on and it started right up. Jump start turned it right over. I was told by many men whose opinions I value that I got one of the best on the market. They sell more powerful ones,but after a lot of research I felt this one would suffice for me,as it did. It’s a very handy tool to have,especially for women I encourage you to purchase one. It’s “dummy proof”,lots of indicators to help with process,small yet powerful,very easy to use and it holds a good charge. I purchased mine during a Black Friday deal. Remember I mentioned I had to return the first one,well the sale was over by the time I ordered the second one. Amazon made good on that with a credit to cover the off sale price difference . It comes with a USB for charging,came packed and secured very well,has a flashlight on it,comes with a nice little bag to store it in. I kept the bag,but prefer to keep mine in the box. Sale price or not,a few coins short of 100$ beats being stranded out in the cold waiting on Triple A or a friend! Keep it charged and keep it with you,you never know. Really good investment!!

The only way to charge this device is with the cable in the box that has usb-c ports on both ends. You will have to find an adapter that takes usb-c and plugs into an outlet or this thing is just a paper weight.

When we received this product it was missing the 40” usb a to c cable and the cigarette charger. Amazon shows a picture of “what’s included in the box” and it shows those items. I contacted Noco and they said they don’t include those anymore and Amazon description is wrong. Instead you get a 2ft usb c to c cable. And no cigarette charger. We don’t have a plug that fits usb c so we need to buy that. Buyer beware.

I bought this item in February 2024, charged it up and put it in the storage rear seat in my truck. There it sat through the winter into this winter until this morning when my truck wouldn’t start, 12/06/2024. I broke it out hooked it up and it started the truck. Now, you have to remember it sat in the truck which sits in my driveway through warm, hot and severe cold that only the Jersey shore can bring. My hat is off to the people who developed and built this item.

I love this jumper, it works awesome. If the battery isn’t completely dead, you can easily jump a vehicle multiple times before needing to recharge. Sad to see that it doesn’t include a 12v cigarette style charger as the listing states. You will need some sort of usb-c charger to charge this with the included usb-c cable.

We bought two of these, these are well packaged small light weight, seem simple to use. Have not used them yet, they are easy to charge . They did not however come with instructions, yes you can download them or take a picture of the instructions and save to photos, for future use. But I am old school and like printed on paper instructions especially for something that might not get used very often. I also do not have a printer. So I contacted customer service Amazon they were sort of helpful but couldn’t or wouldn’t offer to send printed instructions in English to me. So I contacted customer service NoCo and first thing Monday morning I received an email from Max stating they have two copies of English instructions and would send send them to me, as I was replying to the email I received a phone from Max! Making sure I had received the response! Just Wow! Anyhow Max will be sending the instructions, I should receive them next week if I don’t get them I will update my review. The reason for the four stars is for them not including any instructions not even pictures on the box, but do appreciate their help. Just be aware there will not be instructions in or on the box. If you care about that. Hopefully when the need arises to use the product it will work for us. But seeing all the positive reviews I am confident they will work. Max did mention that they stopped including instructions because some customers thought the print was too small to read, just FYI. Hope this review helps.there are great independent reviews everywhere I checked for this product.

Awesome Battery Charger…..BUT the Plastic on cables BREAK
The media could not be loaded. We absolutely love this battery charger. It is so incredibly easy to use ! when our vehicles battery dies it just hooks up very quickly. we can charge our vehicle within 1 minute. Its excellent. BUT…… as wonderful as the charger is, the manufacturer chose cheap plastic to cover the charging clamps. We used it 2x and the plastic cracked off, as you can see in the pictures. I attempted to get them to replace the charger or just send me new cables to replace the faulty ones. I explained the situation and was willing to send pictures. They said I had to submit a whole list of things, the serial number, pictures , order number and several more things. Then I had to cut the cables, take pictures of the severed cables along with the serial number in the same picture. After that, my case would be submitted to the warranty department. If this was a $500 piece if equipment I’d completely understand. It’s $99 on sale . So, I would have given them 10 stars on this device but it’s ridiculous the process they want me to go through to get 2 new cables shipped out. Hopefully they will change the way they manufacture the cables with a more durable plastic. Then, they’d have a TREMENDOUS product here.

Easy to use, holds many charges
This is very easy to use and has saved our behinds multiple times. We’re using it with our Prius, so the power needed to jump is low, but when we had a battery issue recently this thing did like 5 jumps in a row and still had most of a charge.

Life saver
My cars battery died completely while in lock down. Like absolutely completely drained dead. And when things opened back up and I had a reason to drive instead of walk everywhere this little thing got me to the auto parts store to replace it. It’s been absolutely clutch in many places. Something to note is that for some cars, like my own, you need to override the safety feature to get it to feed in. I believe it’s if batteries are like DEAD dead but that’s what it takes to get it to recognize my cars system.

I charged the item immediately. I left the lights on my van after this unit was fully charged. (1) I jumped it while the van made the clicking sound of a dead battery and turned over like the battery was new. (2) I jumped the van again after I killed the battery where it did not even make the clicking sound – once again the van started right up like it was a new battery. All this from the original charge – the unit still shows it is fully charged. It stated good up to 20 jumps, not going to confirm that but I am impressed. I like the light feature and the out port for a usb to charge a phone or whatever as well

A Godsend!
I was supposed to take care of my husband’s car while he was away. I forgot to turn off the interior light after I cleaned the car. The battery died. I googled how to jump the car using the regular car jumper cables but it was pretty intimidating. I got this product and it solved all the problems!! Initially it didn’t work. I’ve bought two of these. My friends all have them. A universal complaint is that they don’t like to slide out of the outer layer. Especially the first time. First Time Use – Failed to Jump
I bought this as peace of mind for my older car. Well, a friend of mine needed a jump for his Ford Explorer. Battery was dead dead….. Used this and no go. Dead battery sucked the life out of this unit and wouldn’t jump.
