This is an excellent product. It is great to charge a dead battery. I have one in my older car and it works great. I decided to buy another one to keep in my newer car. Unfortunately, they have changed the cable and it has the same configuration on both ends, even though the unit Itself has the same configuration as before with two different ends. You DO NOT get the cable shown, and you CAN NOT charge it from a USB station. I will have to buy another cable. Not that expensive, but quite frustrating.

I used my NOCO pack only a few times, and then it just quit taking a charge. Storage conditions and use was fine, it just quit. And because these aren’t used often by the time it does quit the warranty is no good and the company will not do anything about it.
