It appears that the shipping spacer was completely damaged in either shipping or from the manufacturer. Haven’t used the motor yet but had to clean very tiny pieces of plastic out of the lower unit. Not really what I wanted to see when I opened the box after spending the money I did. Hopefully the motor is fine.
