Thought first unit was defective as it wouldn’t power 110v items fully. Replaced it with another unit and this time out the voltage tester in it and found it’s only putting out 84v

I purchased this unit as a backup to my RV fridge. However, the unit would not turn on right out of the box. Tried it on the RV battery and the truck battery. Unit will not turn on with operation of power button. I can only assume it is a factory defect.
