Cleans very well (tufted and polyester) , light and easy to handle, enough supplies to do the job right out of the box, small footprint for storage. Note the solution container is smaller, which contributes to the light weight. Beats renting the heavy machines used by folks with major fecal or urine contamination in their carpets and returned to the rental station for the next customer…
The only thing I don’t like about this product is that it requires pre-sweeping if you have a mild mess on the floor. In my case, I have one cat and a 5-year-old daughter who leave crumbs here and there on the hardwood floor. The cat sometimes flings litter out of the box and sheds more during summer. If I don’t pre-sweep, all of this gets sucked in and cleaned off the floor. However, when it’s time to do a deep clean, there’s a flood of water, chemicals, and dirt because everything you’ve sucked in clogs the tubing where the clean water circulates, affecting the flow the machine needs to auto-clean. This will also happen if you have a “hairy” area rug. DO NOT vacuum/clean it without first ensuring the hair is gone, or it will be a pain to clean the parts afterward. It’s a good product if you do the Pre-Cleaning. 😊

Replacement
I need a new one! I used it 6 times now the water leaked and makes this loud noise! How can I return

Better than a traditional mop and very easy to use.
My wife is thrilled with this item because I have not quit using it every day! It gets the job done with ease and is super easy to take care of. The roller is easily removed for cleaning without tools. We have a German Shepherd that tracks mud into the house every time he goes outside and cleaning it up has never been so easy.

Thing works very well.
I have two dogs and hard wood floors throughout the home. I put it through the paces and the scent of the cleaner is an enhancement bonus as well.

Highly recommend!
Before and after of my floors! The floor by my back door is always the worst because it’s where my Labrador comes in from playing outside and getting dirty. Mopping kills my back lately as I am pregnant so I ordered this vacuum and I am SO happy that I did! It got all of this dirt and hair up AFTER I swept! Easy to use. Easy to clean.

Disappointed
Bought this for my wife she’s been asking for something like this for months. Only to find out it leaks everywhere after it runs and doesn’t really do a great job really disappointed.

Wonderful Cleaning Solution!!!
I highly recommend this floor cleaner. We recently replaced all of the flooring in our 2400 square foot home and at the end of the project I was totally daunted by how I was going to keep all of this flooring clean. A relative of ours recommended the Bissell Cross wave which I promptly ordered and have solved my floor cleaning dilemma. It is so simply to use and does a fabulous job, no more buckets, mops, or two or more cleaning activities. I would encourage and say once again, get it you will not regret the purchase!!!

If you want dirty floors, buy this
I’ve had this for two weeks and used it almost every day. I think I have it a fair shake, and I HATE it. It pools dirty water wherever it does (even when I’m not using the water trigger). I clean every piece after a self cleaning cycle after every use. It’s so much work just to end up with disgusting floors.

You’re buying a used product sold as New
This is the second Bissell Crosswave I have purchased in 2 years. The last one I bought was 9months ago and it’s trash. This seller is selling used machines, made to look new. I sent in a request to Bissell for the warranty and I had to input the serial number and low and behold it came back to another person, I’m guessing she had it registered and sent it in to be replaced. I’m ticked. You’re not buying a new product, you are buying products that are used and being sold as new. Be warned, sooner or later you will have issues. My brush stopped spinning and before that it stopped sucking up the water. Waste of my money, these things are not cheap.

Don’t waste your money get a Bissell cross wave
Not happy with this at all I prefer my cordless Bissell cross wave the cord gets in the way and it doesn’t do anything more than my cordless Bissell cross wave does

it doesn’t work is well is i had hoped
I tried my sister’s Tineco iFLOOR 3 Breeze Complete Wet Dry Vacuum Cordless, and I really liked it. It did a much better job at sucking up water and was noticeably quieter compared to the BISSELL Crosswave Pet Pro, which is so loud that I need to wear earmuffs. However, I didn’t like that I had to refill and clean the Tineco 4 times to finish cleaning my sisters kitchen which is fairly small. With the BISSELL Crosswave Pet Pro, you only need to fill it once, making it much more convenient—but it didn’t clean very well on uneven wood flooring.

So Happy with My Purchase
We have four wiener dogs in our house and they tend to track dirt and grass in from our backyard after going outside. I am basically in a never-ending cycle of sweeping and mopping our LVP and wood floors. I was browsing around for something easier and more convenient to use than my mop and bucket when I discovered the Bissell CrossWave. I was a little hesitant to get it at first but I’m so glad I did. The CrossWave is really easy to use and cleans the floors well and quickly. Obviously, a traditional mop gets a more thorough clean, but for everyday use, I love my CrossWave. So far, I haven’t had any problems with it at all. I follow the instructions to keep it clean (including washing my brush with a bit of soap after each use) and it lives in my kitchen for quick clean ups. Highly recommend getting a CrossWave if you like keeping your floors refreshed between moppings.

Wish I could return it!!
I ordered this so I wouldn’t have to sweep and mop because I have back issues thought it might help. I have used it 3 times now and if I could send it back I would even if I only got half my money back. I feel like it is just an eyesore now and will probably not get used much. My husband was home when I happened to use it yesterday, he could not believe how loud it was. He said you should wear ear plugs when you use that. I noticed one of my floors looked really streaky after the last use, but I thought maybe I need to go in straight lines, it help some but the machine leaves to much moisture and I fear continued use may cause damage to my floor. I am attaching a picture of one of the floors. I happen to be sitting the next day looking at the floor thinking OMG that is terrible. I need to remop! On top of all that I feel like I spent way more time than if I had swept and used my steam mop. SUCH A LET DOWN. Bad thing is I bought 2 one as a gift. Lesson learned!

Right out the box…
Right out the box, does NOT work. I was told by Amazon to contact manufacturer. Which I did. They had me do different troubleshooting ideas for which none worked. Since it’s been only 2 days since I ordered it & JUST got it in the mail today brand new, my warranty covers a new machine. Told me to keep this 1. Yeah, a $300 paper weight. Great. Should have new 1 in mail, again, in “about 3-4 business days.” I’m just sick to my stomach about the whole thing, LITERALLY. This entire ordeal made me almost vomit!! Amazon is slacking somewhere…

Yes! It works GREAT.
Just what I was looking for to keep my laminate floors clean. We have two dogs that leave tracks going in and outside and slobber and just everyday grime. Works like a charm and so easy. Leaves a refreshing scent. So easy to use and clean!

It’s a resounding NO for me!
It took me less than 24 hours to return this cleaner. Too bulky, too heavy (compared to other cleaners), not cordless, not self propelled, no way to take out and clean the roller, and the floor cleaning was beyond unacceptable. (It only removed the dirt while pulling the vacuum back.) Not even talking about WAY overpriced for that crappy performance. Nope – I thought I was better oof with an American company, and was truly disappointed.

A pet vacuum and floor
I bought this Bissle to try it. I wasn’t sure if it was gonna work. I simply love it. It works great. It cleans the floor good it vacuums a good. The floor is squeaky clean when you wash it with this machine I have four dogs and three cats and two chinchillas and two great grandchildren, and it leaves the floor absolutely beautiful.
SARAH J BACHMAIER –
Disappointed
For the price and convenience I thought it would be great. It’s far from great. I might as well bought a steam mop and a carpet cleaner separately. Now I will have double the work as I must go over the water streaks with a regular mop and try to figure out a better method to clean carpet. I’ve only had it a couple weeks. I wish the roller was created better for hard floors. It’s not going to clean carpets.

Do yourself a favor and buy one of these!
I bought my first Bissell cross wave almost 7 years ago, and I always said that if it died I would buy another one in a heartbeat. Well… That had day finally came and it was time to replace it a few weeks ago. I figured I would try something new and purchased a shark that also had wet dry features. Worst decision ever! Promptly returned it after wrestling with it for almost 3 weeks, and bought myself another Bissell CrossWave! And let me tell you, it’s better than I remember it! If you are looking for something easy to use, easy to take care of, and does a fantastic job, buy yourself one of these! You will absolutely not regret it. And I promise, next time this thing decides to die, I will buy another one, because it’s worth it!

Good product
I received this in a timely manner. It was shipped in a solid box and everything was very easy to put together. I swept my floor before using and was pleased with the ability to wet and suck dry without getting on my hands and knees. It is import to probably wet the roller before using so that there moisture on it to clean well when starting. Clean up of the roller was easy and there wasn’t anything hard about using this machine. I would recommend this for any one with a pet or light clean up. Not sure how good it would be on heavy dirt as my floors are not the dirty.

Worked great while it worked.
Worked great for two years. It has been cleaned after every use and taken care of. Now it won’t put out any water.

Product doesn’t vaccum but the solutions were great for mopping.
I don’t know if I got a defective unit but I noticed the vaccum doesn’t really suck in dust or other debris on my kitchen floor. Pretty much gave up and use the cleaning solution that came with it along with a old fashion mop and was able to get the job done. I’d recommend the cleaning solution but not the vacuum itself.

Most Disappointing Purchase
I regret spending $288 on the BISSELL Crosswave Pet Pro All-in-One Wet Dry Vacuum. This has been the most disappointing purchase. The mop function is completely useless – it just spits out dirty water that’s mixed with the dirt vacuumed up, leaving my floors messier than before. I make sure to clean it after every use, so it’s not a maintenance issue. For such an expensive product, I expected better performance. Don’t waste your money like I did – this vacuum is not worth the hype!
Susan Johnson –
Think twice
I find it’s hard to get roller out and back on after cleaning plus, difficult to get cover back in place. I expected more from a Bissell product. Leaves streaks on floor. Like that it’s lightweight and has good suction when use as a vacuum.
Marie J Santos –
Fabulous on hard floors
Love it, cleans wood floors, tile and carpeting

Love it!
Love this unit. Time saver. One fill bottle does my entire kitchen LPF. I personally use vinegar in mine and occasionally pinesol.

A bit dicey in the beginning
I really like this product because it is very easy to use and cleans up messes like a breeze. The product did come missing a few things, but the customer service representative through Amazon helped me get those things very easily. I only spent a few minutes talking with her and she was able to get me what I needed overall it was a great experience despite missing those items this product is very durable Easy to use and a quality product overall.

Alway trust a Bissell
Alway trust a Bissell. It works get. I love that you controll the amount of liquid you put on the floor. The vacuum works great. I opened as soon as it came to try it out. It is great.

This is perfect for quick clean up. A little hassle cleaning it out after use, but works great.

Disappointed After 2 Months of Use
I had high hopes for the Bissell Crosswave Pet Pro, but after using it for two months, I’m pretty disappointed with its performance. When it comes to vacuuming rugs, it really struggles. I’ve gone over the same area multiple times, and there’s still dirt and debris left on the surface. It seems like it just doesn’t have enough suction power to thoroughly clean rugs, even low-pile ones. The mopping function is even more underwhelming. On tile floors, it doesn’t effectively suck up water from the cracks, leaving them wet and dirty. It doesn’t actually “mop” up stuck-on messes either—it just pushes dirty water around. If you’re dealing with anything more than light surface dirt, this machine won’t cut it. Honestly, this experience has shown me that sticking with traditional mopping is the way to go. It might take a little more effort, but at least you get a truly clean floor. Unfortunately, the Crosswave Pet Pro just doesn’t live up to the hype.

Tedious
Cleans floors well, but a bit tedious to clean machine after each use
Brooke B. –
Does not work right out of the box
Brand new out of the box, it does not spray water at all. Have done everything support says and followed the directions accurately. The little water it does drop out (leaks out) does not clean at all. Do not purchase. Mop and bucket work a million times better. Was hoping this would make cleaning 2400 sq ft of hardwood a bit easier. Nope. Waste of $250.

Poor Water Distribution
The Bissell CrossWave does not manage water dispersion correctly. It creates small water puddles and you spend most of your time picking that up rather than cleaning. Did not bother with the return dumped it into my recycle bin. Mental note not to purchase Bissell products.

Sparkling Floors
I love my Bissell Crosswave. Whenever I clean with it, the water goes in clean and it goes out clean because my floors are clean. I look at these other people writing reviews, and the water comes out looking disgusting, and I think… how could you live with floors like that? What’s wrong with your life and why are you posting your dirt on the internet? Anyway… My floors look amazing like they always do, thanks to the Bissell crosswave
ccaudioman –
When using as a mop it leaves streaks on wood floors.
Vacuum has excellent suction. Great for quick clean ups. Does a pretty good job on area rugs as well. Also, has to be taken apart washed after every use.
