Cleans very well (tufted and polyester) , light and easy to handle, enough supplies to do the job right out of the box, small footprint for storage. Note the solution container is smaller, which contributes to the light weight. Beats renting the heavy machines used by folks with major fecal or urine contamination in their carpets and returned to the rental station for the next customer…
The only thing I don’t like about this product is that it requires pre-sweeping if you have a mild mess on the floor. In my case, I have one cat and a 5-year-old daughter who leave crumbs here and there on the hardwood floor. The cat sometimes flings litter out of the box and sheds more during summer. If I don’t pre-sweep, all of this gets sucked in and cleaned off the floor. However, when it’s time to do a deep clean, there’s a flood of water, chemicals, and dirt because everything you’ve sucked in clogs the tubing where the clean water circulates, affecting the flow the machine needs to auto-clean. This will also happen if you have a “hairy” area rug. DO NOT vacuum/clean it without first ensuring the hair is gone, or it will be a pain to clean the parts afterward. It’s a good product if you do the Pre-Cleaning. 😊

Amazing for mess-prone homes
This product is incredible for pet messes. My 1 year old, wire-haired rescue, stepped on her own poop by mistake and tracked it around the house. Without this product that would have been a nightmare cleaning situation. I added Clorox to the solution tray and some fabuloso for extra scent and it worked wonders. Didn’t have to pick up any chunks and had little disinfecting to do afterwards. It did get a bit foamy when I did the auto clean function afterwards (probably the fabulous) but overall, the poop-cleaning experience was painless and done within a few minutes vs traditional methods including constant heaving, up close and personal disgust, and 30 mins of disinfecting. I would follow the aftercare instructions because I once forgot to dump out the discharged water, and it started to leave some streaks. But, the problem was easily fixed once I discharged the excess liquid. Would highly recommend this product to anyone with a mess-prone home and tile floors.

Best steam mop on the market!
This is the 2nd time buying this item. I use it to clean our Resort, so it gets a lot of use. It’s was super easy to assemble. East to fill and clean out. Light weight and easy to carry. What i love is the vacuum function. It pushes out enough liquid to nicely wash the floor but then sucks it back up along with any dirt to leave a smooth clean finish. It is FANTASTIC at sucking up pet hair that is left floating behind! Versatile & use it every time we clean!

I was really excited for this vacuum. The vacuum aspect is terrible. It does just as good as a broom but takes way longer. The mop is just as good as spraying the floors with a spray bottle and then walking away… no actual cleaning was done. I will be returning this item.

Not Bad But Not Great
Got this hoping to get an easy to mop replacement for the old bucket n mop. The machine was quick and easy to set up and get going, water tanks etc are easily handled. As far as mopping its only mediocre. Does a decent job but thats it, the brush head leaves miss spots here and there but not horrible if you slow down your mopping. To get it to lift paw prints off tile I have to let it set over it moving it back n forth for a few seconds to a minute which is a pain and makes a manual mop more efficient. One thing that might help is if the mop head was ‘fluffier’ so it makes a solid contact with the floor at all times. In the end, this isnt worth near the 250 I paid.

This product has turned to a half junk as it can no longer sense the water tank for mopping ( se that red water drop sign) even though I have a full tank of cleaning water and I actually cleaned this product carefully after each use! Very disappointing! Garbage product and low quality! Don’t buy!

It has been a struggle using this vacuum as my long hair gets stuck and it regurgitates the dirty water onto my rugs making them smell putrid. Not durable as it has stopping working in 2 years. It is definitely lightweight and cleans well if it works and doesn’t malfunction which is in the first few months. Deeply disappointed! I am Throwing it out and buying a new one.

Cordless feature is very convenient. Does a good job on hardwood and tile. Just a average job on the area rugs. My older model is more effective on rugs but also heavier and corded. Battery lasted approximately 45 minutes.

Spotless floors!
Get the corded version. This machine is incredible, and my wife loves it! It saves her so much time, and our floors are much cleaner than they have ever been. It is very easy to operate and maintain, and the results are amazing. We still sweep or pick up larger items, but after the baby has eaten, it is trivial to plug this in and clean the floors. Get carpet out of your house, and buy this tool. 10/10

This vacuum is so terribly designed. For one, it turns off with an “error” that the suction tubing is clogged every single time I use it. Of course it gets clogged, the suction tube is 1 inch in diameter and bends at a 90 degree angle. If you are vacuuming anything besides fine dust particles it will get clogged. Second, if you use the mop feature or even run over anything wet the water mixes with the dry vacuum debris so now you’re left with a gross sludge to clean out of ALL the parts of it. Would be easier and less gross to just scrub my floors with a rag. And no the self-cleaning feature does nothing to help that, the only thing it does is spins the brush fast to clean it off. The only positive is it does have good suction power (literally the most basic thing a vacuum should be able to do) and it’s my first cordless and that is amazing (lots of other options out there). I would not complain if I cheaped out but this is an expensive vacuum.

Stopped working after a handful of uses

My home is all lino and hardwood floors. I’ve been reluctant to try one of these because while most ‘neat’ tools work, they’re not as good as good ole’ fashioned elbow grease. This Bissell Crosswave “Omniforce” is pretty darn cool. Works far better than I expected on all my hard floors in the house (Lino, Tile, hardwood). You’re still going to have to get into corners and tight spaces with your own scrubber, but for the main areas, this is definitely a time saver and it clean very well. Must have as far as I’m concerned. Another solid Bissell product.

I apologize but my pride won’t let me upload a picture of the bin after I’m done with the weekly use. It’s too gross. I have a Roomba that runs every other day but I also have a dog. The first picture is what came out after the third self-clean cycle. I usually run it about 5 times (cleaning cycle). The second picture is what I strain from when I cleaned and from the self clean. (I don’t want all that hair getting into the septic). This was just from my living room. I have a 3 bedroom 1800 sqft house so my LR is not huge. And I have used this vacuum at least weekly for 5 ish weeks. I used it more over the past 3 weeks because we had 2 hurricanes. I’m disgusted every time I use it but so glad to have it. Today, I swiffered before I mopped because the dog had spilled something earlier in the day. I love this thing. I wish the cleaning solution was more affordable. I love the smell of it and how well it works but…. Ain’t no way I’m paying what they charge. Love it!

This product was so easy to assemble, one of my biggest fears when purchasing new products is the ability to assemble it and use it, this was not the issue. The instructions were easy to follow. I used my BISSELL CROSWAVE and got the results I was looking for on my carpet. I have to figure out how to use it on my tile floors. My floors have never been so clean!!!!!
Best thing I’ve ever bought! I have two older incontinent 60lb dogs in my house that make ALL the mess (hair and otherwise). This vacuum cleans it all! It sucks up all the hair then beautifully cleans the floor with the wet vac. It cleaned my entire living room floor and some of the kitchen with one tank! It is PREFECT for spot cleaning too. On top of what a great cleaning tool this is, it’s lightweight and rechargeable. I can lift with with one arm no problem. I pop it on and off the charger to spot clean all the time. So easy to use! And the charging platform is fairly small and fits great in my little nook in the corner of the living room out of the way. I would definitely suggest buying a big thing of the cleaner solution when purchasing, as the little one they give you only lasts about 3 tanks. I would also recommend buying am extra roller so you have a dry one to switch out after the self cleaning cycle if you’re doing a larger area.

So perfect except for tank
I just upgraded from my old bissell crosswave to this one and it’s amazing I loved using it so much!! But with my old bissell when I filled up the tank I could clean the kitchen, living room, two beds, and two baths. Switching to this one I only got to the living room and kitchen and already had to fill the tank but up. That was my only issue. I loved how it suctions, picks up dog hair, it’s lightweight, battery life lasted the whole session, and not too big and bulky.

We keep the a screen door open 24/7 for the airflow/breeze so the hardwood floors and the kitchen tile floors get dusty and grimy really quickly. We’ve been manually mopping but I wanted a stick vacuum AND something that did more of the mopping work. This CrossWave Wet Dry Vac really works well – I vacuumed then I turned on the mopping function and I’d say it was a mild mop (I did kick it up a notch to the turbo function) BUT it definitely cleaned in both wet modes. Then cleanup was really straightforward and only took a few minutes. The instructions to do the emptying and then run the autoclean were super easy to follow. I’m happy with my purchase and it makes the wet/dry experience seamless and not a chore.

I love this product! I have all wooden floors in my house and two dogs. I used it for the first time and it picked up every piece of dirt and dust on my floors and made them shine and so clean. I would recommend this to everyone! It also cleaned my area rugs and picked up any dirt that was on them. Throw away your Mop bucket and Vacuum and by this. Our house is a mix of hard wood, vinyl plank, tile and vinyl laminate. We have multiple area rugs and a small dog. We used to spend time vaccuuming or dust mopping and then have to use a series of cleaners and mops to get everything clean. Now in the time it takes to vacuum the entire house is mopped, the rugs are cleaned and everything smells like febreeze. I am able to clean a 3 bedroom home on one charge and one fill of cleanser. I love that the unit cleans itself and then the brush pulls out to thoroughly dry between uses so it doesn’t get a “funk”. Very happy with this purchase.

A great option for cleaning with ease
This product does make cleaning floors a breeze. It would be great for an elderly person or those with limited mobility. I use cleaning vinegar with warm water and my floors looked better than the cleaning solution it came with. It tends to dump excess water a little when the tank is mostly depleted, but it’s not so much it makes a mess. My only other complaint is how long it takes for the parts to fully dry, but I love how easy it is to clean, disassemble, and put together. This has made our transition from carpeting to laminate flooring easy. A must for those with pets or small kids.

I’ve had this product for about 4 months and I’m honestly confused going back and reading the reviews. This machine was ok for a few uses but now spills massive amounts of soapy water all over the floor. I basically have to have a towel with me and still have to go back and scrub basic spots. As a mom of little ones and a dog, I thought this was going to be a time saver but it’s more frustrating than anything. There are quite a few parts that need to be cleaned each time too. I think my regular mop is less frustrating and easier to use. Needless to say, spend more money and get a better one… this isn’t it!

I want to tell the entire world about this vacuum mop. We have a small apartment with fake wood flooring & two puppies. We have lived here for 6 months and regularly mop but apparently we’ve just been pushing dirt around bc the amount of grime and dirt that was in the catch when I was done was INSANE. best $$ I’ve ever spent on a cleaning tool. 1000% would recommend. Easy to clean after using (even has a self cleaning method!) and easy to maneuver around the house. Ditch your mop bucket this is a GAME CHANGER. you will not regret buying this thing, especially if you have pets! So impressed with it. Just buy it. It’s worth every single penny. So I love that this vacuums and mops. It doesn’t mop the best (like deep scrubbing). And you have to clean the mop/brush pad after each mop otherwise it stinks. I don’t mind that this model plugs in and isn’t battery operated. But it works and I like it.

Terrible product
This product is not functional. When I use the vacuum mode, it shows an error message 3 minutes into the cleaning process. It says there is a clog or dirt needs to be removed. I remove the dirt. I check to make sure there is no blockage in the hose. I blew the filter out with a Black and Decker blower. But the E1 warning will not go away. As you can see, there is 94% battery life left so this event happens early on in the cleaning process. The only thing that has worked is completely washing everything, including the mop head. And then the unit requires 24 hours to dry. I would send it back, but I don’t have the original packaging. I should have acted sooner. DON’T WAIST YOUR MONEY!!
