I bought one of these 3,000 watt to replace another brand that failed under warranty and had a question after installation. I sent off an email and got a response pretty quick. It’s nice to have support. The failed under warranty brand has yet not responded.
This thing looks great, and when you’re using it there are no flickers or weird noises. The problem is that, with nothing plugged in, it was using sometimes 400w! It will drain your battery quickly

Used it all summer in my motor home powered by 400 watts of solar or a gasoline generator. Powered a small fridge and an A.C. Worked flawlessly. I will be hooking up an additionally 400 watts of solar this summer and I expect no problems.

I just want it to work and it does!
I’m using this for back up power for my house with my solar batteries and solar panels. I hooked it up and load tested it upon receipt. I ran my freezers, house lights, tried one burner on the stove, then microwave and heated some water with 1000w heater. I did not exceed 3000w but it held steady. I only ran it for about two hours before switching back to my power company. I’m using this inverter for the house, another for my well pump. I’m using generator power for my main AC, dehumidifier’s and portable AC’s. The lights tend to flicker with my other inverters but held steady with this inverter while under load. I just ordered another just to have a backup. Nice display but my main interest is in the power coming out. I have this feeding isolation transformers so I get single split phase 240v out of the transformers and I have variable transformers for each phase to balance the load. I hope it will hold up under a longer test.

I can’t find any reason not to recommend this reasonably priced inverter. I’m using it with a small off grid solar system to run essential lights, fridge, TV and Internet. Customer support is very responsive and friendly. I had a stupid question that was answered within hours and they didn’t point out the fact that I was stupid.

Powered My House with Pure Sine Wave
Lost power for 3 days but this inverter saved the day. Kept my fridge, chest freezer, and tankless water heater powered with ease. The wired remote is a nice feature to track the watts connected preventing a fault or overload.

A nice backup when the power goes out
We were having power cuts due to older power plants and no rain for the hydro electric station to produce power. We got a charger, and battery and this device worked well to keep our router powered so we had internet and computers powered. The display is nice to let you know exactly the condition of the battery and voltage as well. Beeps when the charge gets too low so as not to ruin your battery.

Has worked well for months off-grid
Inverter does what it says it does. Has worked without issue for months off-grid in an RV application. Quality seems above average. It’s not a Victron product but I’ve purchased much cheaper feeling products from similar Chinese manufacturers. Only minor gripes: It’s not the most efficient machine. Idle wattage a little higher than I’d like to see but it’s not terrible Remote output display is nowhere near accurate. Pretty useless Overall, the price was great. Inverter works well. I’ve made worse purchases on this site for my PV/off-grid set up.

For Lead-Acid ONLY (read below)
There ARE some very good features like low idle current (no load), nice displays, a 100-foot RF on/off remote, very solid input terminals, and a hi-current, hardwired output terminal strip plus 15amp outlets. Works with lead acid but NOT for LiFePO4 lithium. Cut-off voltages for low battery are too low and can hurt battery life. Also, when the battery BMS cuts out, it causes error codes on the inverter that are not self-clearing when the battery is sufficiently charged. Need to power-cycle to clear them. All that said, this company communicated extensively with me and once it was clear it was for lead and not my lithium they graciously refunded my purchase price. Very responsive-and they are planning one for 2025 that will work for lithium!

I received the wrong size cables with my unit (the terminal was too big to fit into the slots on the inverter) and so I emailed their support and they replied very promptly, apologized, and offered to ship me the correct cables for free. They arrived via Fedex about 2 days later (from China!). With the correct cables, the unit works as expected and seems to be well-built and very nice! I’m pleasantly impressed.

Nice display but it doesn’t work right
I bought one of these and it didn’t work right out of the box. Got another one to replace it, and it worked fine for about 3 months. I use it to power the security system at the mini storage facility I own. It started thinking that the high quality power supple was over charging the deep cycle batteries to the tune of 15.5 VDC. They were actually getting 14.5 VDC. The “safety” function of the inverter shut everything off … so no security system. Good thing I caught it just before going on vacation. Don’t depend on these units.

i have 3 – 300 panels in parallel to an mppt controller that hooks up with a 24 100ah lifepo4 battery. Then i connect the inverter to the battery to dual chagre my 2kwh Bluetti with ac and DC. Love it! I use my old panels for dc input to the bluetti and the inverter for the ac charging. Love the USB outputs on the inverter too.

Failed (sparks and smoke) after 1 week.
Hard no on this one. I strayed from my preferred brands of Renogy/Aims/Victron because the size of the unit and thought it would fit my spot better. It ran warm (case said 41C) with a very light load (about 100-150 watts) from the beginning. After a week, it started smoking and beeping. A fuse had blown. The case said the unit was over 60 degrees C. After opening the case to replace the fuse, I found that the components inside had a red glue dripped all over the place. It was impossible to tell what was trying to be sealed with it as no connection was completely sealed with it, but it had dripped all over components from one end of the case to the other. More alarming than that was the scraps of double sided tape slapped against the components between them and the case. I guess certain components had been designed so they were too close to the case so someone just stuck tape against the coils and boards to prevent contact. That doesn’t inspire confidence. I found the blown fuse and replaced it. Upon startup, that same fuse sparked, crackled, smoked and basically put on a display of every terrible behavior that you don’t want your electronics doing. I removed the inverter from where I mounted it and took it directly to the trash can where it belonged. It took me several weeks to make time to install it so I was past the return window when I realized it was garbage. Lesson learned. Needless to say I don’t recommend any product that fails violently after only a week of light duty use. Very dangerous.

Important parts working so far
Having used for a couple days (at low current), here’s what I can say: Good: – So far it powers my stuff – Its quiet (low current may be key here) Bad: – It’s sitting next to me, powering the monitor I’m writing this on, yet says 0w output. Clearly that’s not right. If I raise the standing desk, the wattage spikes, so it does do something. Ugly: – My kill-a-watt on the output of the inverter says I’m using 25 watts, but my smart shunt shows a 50w draw. So the inverter is running my load at 50% efficiency. This might be normal, but something to be aware of.

Super customer service
The media could not be loaded. I had a problem with a grinding noise upon start-up and sent the company a video (attached). They responded within hours and explained the problem and how to try correcting it. Unfortunately, it was a bit more involved, so I returned it and received a replacement. The new one works great. The digital display is easy to read, and the voltage remains constant (+/- 1 volt). Reaching customer service was easy, and they followed up with me twice. It is a really nice inverter for a reasonable price,

Only one out of the three USB ports work
We purchased this inverter in late August. We had it for two months and the entire time we have been using it, only one of the three USB ports work. I show my phone being charged in the top right port, and the two other pictures show it’s not getting a charge in the other two. The device was easy to set up.. and it’s quiet. But I think we received a bad quality inverter. I was going to return it, but things happened and I missed the return window. I will be reaching out to the manufacturer and asking about a replacement. For the price of this inverter, I would 100% expect all the parts to function properly.. and I am very disappointed that we received a bad one. I am 100% off grid, and I need a fully functional inverter. The inverter also ticks .. which it’s not supposed to do… And it has yet to fully charge any of our batteries.

I Buy this for back up in case no power available. This one is big but can run my full size refrigerator for 24 hr. The coffe cup is to compare and see tha size of the Inverter. The other picture shows numbers at idle, no load.
