Totally worth it. Charge hold well. Not really good for charging your phone. But can jump 3 small cars in a full charge easy. I tried the pump first, which was my first reason to get this and it worked slowly but did work. Then I left in the car for emergencies. Last night I had to use it to help jump start a car. I connected as directed and the car did not crank. I waited a few minutes and tried again but no improvement. Fortunately I left my jumper cables in the car so I used those to jump the car off mine. I’m sorry to say I have to return this, just inside the return window. I didn’t have time to troubleshoot since I only have a day to return. My advice to buyers is to try all functions if you can upon receipt of device so you know before an emergency if they work.

I had a battery go dead recently, and someone had a portable starter device. So, I read the reviews and since it was so highly reviewed I decided to order five of them, one for each of my loved ones. I needed it today and it would not start the car. Pretty disappointed.

It does not work on a 6.0 gas engine
This would not jump start my gmc van with a 6.0 v8 engine. The battery was not all the way dead and it still wouldn’t do a thing. The battery pack battery level indicator didn’t even drop when I tried to use it. I emailed customer service and they ended up getting back to me one time saying that a 6.0 engine is pretty big. When I emailed them back that they advertised that it is good for an engine that size they decided to ghost me and not reply. Do not buy. Product doesn’t work and customer support is aweful.

The same applies having a low or flat tire so you can go on until you find a safe place to repair your dammaged tire. Both things happened to me (funny thing: different moments the same day!!!!) This is a substantial unit. It has good heft, solid construction and the protective case is very durable and well made. And gasp fully comprehensive instructions both language and info. Not that they were needed. . It is a very intuitive design. Air compressor has multiple choices to limit even the most severe simpleton from messing things up. As well as custom . Had no problem pushing air to 45 on a modern stiffwall rubberband car tire You can limit psi or bar output manually in all function modes. The light is also thought out no accidental turn on or turn off and not forced to cucle thru strobe every time you want to use it . Arrived with a 82 percent charge . Finished topping it ( beware the charging cord at 5v 2.1 amp charge rate which is the min recommended gets very hot . Took full charge quickly . Jumpstarted a been dead for years battery on the 2 cylinder 12kw generator . Charged my phone from it just to test. Zero issue and equally quick to any vehicle or household rapid charger . Initially purchased to keep on board a vintage goldwing . But after seeing and using unit. I will getting a couple more for home and work truck.

The only potential negative of the device is using the tire inflation function. I tested it and inflated two bikes (4 bike tires in total at 45psi each), the tire inflation hose itself got a bit warm while the tip that screws onto the device gets really hot to the touch (it is covered with an orange silicon grip for this reason i suspect). But overall, this is really a great tool to have and you can’t beat the value and peace of mind it gives you.

Tyre inflator not working.
I never tested my device when I received it. Because obviously it will only be used in emergency situations. However I needed the inflator a couple days ago and unfortunately it doesn’t work. This left me in the car park in work in pouring rain changing a flat tyre. I know someone who has the same product and their own works that’s why I purchased mine. But unfortunately I didn’t get so lucky. I hope the jump starter works if ever I need it.

Pretty much useless due to design
I purchased two of these as gifts. When you use the jumper you have a small window of time (less than 30 seconds ) to disconnect the jumper from the battery being jumped or an interlock shuts the jumped unit ie vehicle etc down. I understand this is a safeguard to protect the electrical system but it makes the jumper practically useless unless you have two people. The time window to disconnect the jumper before the interlock engages is too short!! I am out of the return window so I basically now have two expensive paperweights. Hopefully the air pump is decent???

Bought to have handy in my pickup. Used it this weekend to jump start a Kubota RTV900 with a battery from 2012 with absolutely no hesitation. Also used it to inflate all 4 tires to 20 PSI and then filled tires on a Honda ATV. I also keep it handy as a power source to run blowers to inflate towable tubes behind my boat. My only complaint is that I wish it had more buttons on the front to switch between modes of inflation (bar/psi). It is designed like a cell phone so you have to know to press and hold the power button to turn the air compressor on and off. It would be nice if there were written instructions right on the device.
