Only worked 3 months
I bought a red and black version of these at the same time back in the beginning of April because they were on sale. The red one is still working but I rarely use it. I used the black one about 50 times in the past 3 months inside my house for my desktop computer for a few hours at a time. It now will not turn on/no sounds, and the Red charging light is stuck on continuously. I have tried using both charging cords plugged into different outlets and it wont turn on, but the red light stays on so it isn’t out of juice. None of the buttons have any response when pushed. When it did work the sound was good. I guess I got a $20 lemon. I hope the red one holds up.

Too Many Issues
The sound quality and portability of this speaker are great. But unfortunately, there are frequent interruptions of music with black out silence and at other times there are crackling sounds. This happened right out of the box. Don’t know if this one is a lemon but it must go back.

I was initially happy with this speaker, but after 6 weeks I charged it. The red charging light stayed on. None of the other buttons work. You can’t turn it in or off. Very disappointing.

Continually Drops Bluetooth Connection
I’m not sure what’s up but every now and then it just decides to drop its connection. It happens whether I connect to my computer at work, my laptop at home, or my mobile. It started after about a month so I’m not sure if something has worn out internally. No idea but it’s become very frustrating. The only way to fix it has been to power it down and then power it up again. It’ll drop signal again anywhere between a minute to 10 minutes. It’s kinda become useless. JBL is usually great but I got a dud on this one.

The media could not be loaded. Got this for part of my man’s birthday present and it gives great sound! I already have this speaker and I love it. I bought this one for my mom (91) who is in assisted living. There are times when she has trouble hearing a phone conversation or a Youtube video on her computer. So I bought this, synced it with her computer and her phone. All she has to do is remember to turn it on. It syncs immediately with the computer or the phone, whichever one she’s using. The battery lasts quite a while, and it’s also easy to charge. I also bought a case for it. The charging cord fits in there nicely as well.

I have a JBL Go original so I thought it was time for an upgrade. When I connected this new Go2,I seriously thought the speaker was under water the way it sounded so muffled. I reset and did almost every reset on YouTube to no avail. I connected to my original Go and the volume was so much cleared and louder than this new one. Too bad b/c the Go2 is a good looking speaker. Returning asap. Too bad I really wanted to like it as much as I like the original Go.
